Dear sir/ma'am,
I had requested postpaid service for my number [protected]. But further i wanted to cancel the request. Airtel representative called me, he didn't verified any details of mine and straightaway ported my prepaid plan into postpaid without final confirmation from me. He didn't talk to me on call clearly, i told him shall call him from my another number. But without it, your representative ported my prepaid plan to postpaid, though my prepaid plan was not exhausted. So, i need to cancel this postpaid connection and restore to my prepaid plan.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
