    Sub-airtel recharge amount not credited

    Dear sir,
    I am customer of airtel.
    I had recharged my no. [protected] with rs48 data pack 28day validity 3gb data online on 11th april 2020 via amazon but yet the amount is not credited inspite deducted from my amazon pay when i call to customer care executive no response.
    Pls look into this matter you immediate action is highly appreciated

      Nds hybrid loader is downloading new software from 2 days and i am not able to see any channel from past 2 days. Whenever i start my tv and set top box, it starts downloading new software and shows nds hybrid loader new software being downloaded. After it is completed it again starts downloading from 0% and there is no way i can close this or finish this.

      There is no option for this complaint in airtel digital help.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I have been tried in mobile as well as in computer also but facing same error.

            Online recharge with airtel through my debit card failed on 2nd april 2020, transaction id[protected]. Despite several requests through email, calls and twitter means they have not refunded. They are always saying it will be done but nothing is happening. Today 10 days are over incle 7 working days. Rbi stipulates that fine of rs. 100/- by bank if not remitted back within 5 working days. Airtel is totally ignoring the issue.

            Please direct them to refund my money immediately.

              I am using airtel 4g but past few day it gone to be deadly slow. These issues results in wastage of daily data 1.5gb per day. They advertising that it is the fastest network in india but it doesn't work. Please concern my request. I am not satisfying with their service. The slow network results in hangdown my smartphone. And also complaint about their customer service. At first i complaint
              [protected]@in. Airtel.com they sent a email that registeration with phone number after that might they doesn't reply my complaint
              And also iam dissatisfaction with their customer care services. I know that all are lockdown by corona outbreak and i also in my home. So i want to know that their network is to be lockdown in their administration office. At first i enjoying the network speed. But the past few days i doesn't satisfied. My daily data is gone to be crashed the slow network waste my daily data and my mindset. It results in mood strings to me. The past ten days i have deeply depressesd. And i also sent my review about their network but they didn't resolve my problem.

                I recharged on April 7 for 248 rupees unlimited pack in airtel thanks app through Google pay UPI but it did not reflect on my account but the money was deducted from the bank please look into the situation.

                    Dear sir/ma'am,
                    I had requested postpaid service for my number [protected]. But further i wanted to cancel the request. Airtel representative called me, he didn't verified any details of mine and straightaway ported my prepaid plan into postpaid without final confirmation from me. He didn't talk to me on call clearly, i told him shall call him from my another number. But without it, your representative ported my prepaid plan to postpaid, though my prepaid plan was not exhausted. So, i need to cancel this postpaid connection and restore to my prepaid plan.

                      Hello.. I have provided inr 5700 to airtel broadband connection team as an advance for 3 months. It has been 5 days now. The team is not picking the call nor setting the connection at my address. Moreover, i have called them 100 times to check the status, but out of 100 - they will pick only one call and say - by evening we will get it done. I dont know which evening it is. The names include - swati (Sector 15), tariq and shahnawaz (Broadband connection team) faridabad. Despite of requesting for a refund request - the team has not even initiated it.
                      Inr 5700 still pending for refund.

                            We are from visakhapatnam mvp colony and we had reached to one agent his name balu he came to our house and told the plans and we paid 2800+ but still now there is no net connection and no money return back it has been more than 2 weeks I only got these 2 messges from airtel so please look into the issue as ur priority and work it on..

                              Sir i have done a recharge of rs 448 through my airtel app via debit card payment mode but the pack is not valid so the recharge was not successful but the money was deducted from my account. And i have wrote many mails to the airtel customer service and try to contact with them but there is no positive response from their side. Sir i want my money back in my bank account. I attach the transaction id and time details of recharge.
