Hello sir/madam,
I am facing airtel network drop issue since many days, network automatically gone for several time for long duration and it comes automatically so this network drop creating many problems, i paid for all services instead of that i am facing this, please provide me specific reason of this network drop, there is already network coverage in my area.

    Website: Airtel thanks app

    I have done the recharge through airtel thanks app via hdfc internet banking. At airtel no [protected] however amount got deducted from the account by (Citrusairtel) but recharge not done.
    I request you kindly resolve it.
    Weather make it recharge find or refund the amount so that i can do it again.

      I have recharged wrong number through google pay. Unfortunately the number i was recharged which is in not service.in this critical situation i don't know what to do. So kindly please reverse the recharge to the right number. I have attached the details below :

            An amount of Rs.1296.82 is being deducted from my ICICI Bank credit card, since December 2019.I have never authorized airtel for such deduction.Idonot receive any OTP for such deduction. This is veyr bad on airtel part.Idemand immediate refund of my money starting from dec till date.

              I have recharged my mother number [protected] on 13.04.2020 through online airtel recharge. Transaction get fail but amount Rs.379 has detected from my ICICI bank account and the Transaction ID is [protected].

                I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for rs. 349 on 13th april 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference [[protected]]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                  It is deactivated due to not recharge. I suppose to recharge on 9th april but forgot, due to that sim got deactivated.

                  I recharged with 49 rep now but sim still deactivated status.

                  Could you please activate as my bank otp depends on this number

                        I have recharged my other airtel number of ₹249 using airtel app on my mobile. The money was deducted from bank and even i got the message of money debited. But the recharge never happened. It did not reflected anything at all. Then i recharged my number using other online method. But where is this money went. I want to know how can i get this money back.

                            Hi... Through airtel app i had recharged to my mobile number with 449rspack on 14th april 2020 at aroun 10:15 to 10:30 am. Money has been deducted from my bank account linked to airtel app i have received message regarding it from my bank that money has been deducted but recharge is not done. App is also not showing any transaction history regarding this. This is the second time my money has been deducted. I have contacted your customer care number many times and i have also sent many mails to your e-mails but there is no response. I didn't got any clarification regarding my money that has been deducted nor regarding my recharge. Please kindly respond to this complaint, make sure my money is credited or atleast do my recharge don't take my money like this. Thank you.

                              I have done recharge Rs 399 by airtel app through phone pe via payment by upi but I have not got recharge and no refund . Even I got transaction id no but nor recharge. So I want to my money back either recharge successful to my mobile number

                                  I recharged my number [protected] on 11th april, 2020 for rs.598 with airtel thanks app. Recharge failed but money deducted from my bank account. I have posted this message on every possible forum but airtel has not replied back yet. I had to recharge my number again this time using paytm app. Now i have recharged successfully but i want my money back of last failed recharge of rs.598. Kindly help

                                    I had done online mobile recharge on 12th of april, 2020 for rs 129 to airtel mobile no [protected]. The amount was deducted from my bank account, but the balance is not credited to my phone. The txn id is[protected] and mobile no is [protected].
                                    Therefore, i request you to kindly credit the paid amount to the phone or refund the amount to my bank account and resolve the issue.

                                      I have recharged wrong mobile number by mistake on 13.04.2020.
                                      Please reverse the recharge to my no.
