I use my own plan for my airtel digital tv through their app. My airtel digital tv id is : [protected]. The approximate value of my own created plan remains around rs 250. On 15/02/2020 i ve charged my account with rs 500. After lockdown, in order to have smooth running of my account i recharged with rs 932 on 25/03/2020 through my amazan app. On 26/03/2020, i received a message from airtel that they ve deducted rs 1084 for some new pack, they have changed which i didn't notice. On 12/04/2020, i noticed that my balance is rs 19.42, it was shocking for me. Then i checked my plan and found that i was having a new plan. Then i checked details in my messages and found that message of 26/03/2020. I never changed my plan. I never gave permission to service provider to change it but as they found good balance on my account, they did it fraudulently. I have tried to contact customer care but in vain. So i changed my plan today for rs 240 so that my budget should not exceed. I request you kindly take notice of it and get my money back in my account and also punish the service provider appropriately.
