We are from visakhapatnam mvp colony and we had reached to one agent his name balu he came to our house and told the plans and we paid 2800+ but still now there is no net connection and no money return back it has been more than 2 weeks I only got these 2 messges from airtel so please look into the issue as ur priority and work it on..

    Sir i have done a recharge of rs 448 through my airtel app via debit card payment mode but the pack is not valid so the recharge was not successful but the money was deducted from my account. And i have wrote many mails to the airtel customer service and try to contact with them but there is no positive response from their side. Sir i want my money back in my bank account. I attach the transaction id and time details of recharge.

            I recharged Rs.599 on April 9 to mobile number [protected], using my SBI mobile banking app. Amount got debited.
            But the topup Failed. Can you please check and let me know .

              When tried to login to Airtel account for number [protected], it always ends up with the error message, "Sorry! Your request could not be processed. Please try again later." We will have to extract the bill by today. Could you please help as soon as possible

                  I ve paid for Airtel broadband connection on April 2nd but later they told like there is no feasibility in my area. Hence I requested for refund. But I didn't receive any response from them.

                    My airtel sim is showing access error
                    Sim showing network
                    But i am unable to call or message
                    Why this??
                    This is happening since two days
                    I am not receiving any messages or calls

                    I am unable to make calls
                    And messages
                    I tried reboot process but didn't work
                    I tried using sim card in another handset
                    Sim card showing disabled in other phone too
                    Please sort out this?

                      I recharged a airtel number [protected] for 1438. Money has been paid through google pay upi option. The payment was processed and money was deducted. But there is no recharge happened. Even in my transaction history on airtel app is not reflecting it.

                                      Actually i want to activate only 219/- plan, by mistakenly done double recharge.

                                        My data is very slow and intermittent. Although i have ~190gb of data left in my plan. I tried checking on the airtel app and after checking the network connection, it says there's network outage in my area and the problem will be resolved in 4 hours. I've been getting the same message for the last 6 days. There is no option to call and talk to the customer care representative any more. This is really pathetic. Firstly, the net stops working. Then the tools they have made for checking have this prefed answer of the problem will be resolved in 4 hours. And the customer care calling option has also been disabled leaving no way for the customer to complain. Simply pathetic service.
