Excess billing for month of March which is sechedule on 21th of April i have been complaining even and often seems being customer for last 16 years my complaint is not being addressed

      Value added service (.) 550001 (.) system failure (.) even after deducting rs 10/-for weekly prize quiz, rs 20/- for monthly prize quiz and rs 49 for bumper prize quiz on 02/4/2020 at 1730hrs, for monthly prize quiz on 27/3/2020 at 1530hrs and for bumber prize quiz on 27/3/2020 at 1530hrs.
      Main of fault (.) after entering into quiz, there is no activation of questions, but only peep sound is coming, as i could not answer the quiz, without receiving the question, that i could not reply to these quiz's.
      After making so many complaints through sms to 550001 / 155223/121/55080 / 55090, no (No) any fruitful reply from their end, and after contacting 155223 / 121 that no any body to attend the complaint, nor given any kind of remedial action taken from any end.
      Request to advice the customer care to answer and rectify the same, and the technical experts for activating vas task, should updating the positive data of vas.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Due to emergency of covid19 i was unable to visit airtel gallery. As i had to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid. So did not wished to continue with postpaid. And they asked me to visit gallery for converting to prepaid. And because airtel galleries were closed i asked them to discontinue the plan and when this all gets over i'll pay the amount. So they already closed the plan back 15 days. But they generated the bill and are forcing to pay me.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I had recharged my airtel prepaid no. With ₹149 on apr 8th 2020. It's been quite a while and i still haven't received any recharge.
            I had recharged the no. With airtel app.
            It's been 5 hours now.

            Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

            I had recharged with the app several times earlier but this is the worst experience in t time of emergency.

              I recharged yesterday that is on 7th April 2020 around 11.30 through Airtel's mobile app
              After choosing Rs 249 plan I applied Rs 50 off coupon and paid Rs 199 to airtel via BHIM UPI. It says payment is done and amount is deducted from my account but recharge is still pending.

                          I have done a recharge through airtel thanks app of rs 598 via google-pay. Recharge amount is already debited but it is not showing in my account neither i didn't got any message related to recharge done.
                          I have emailed several times but i'm not getting reply. I am just getting computer generated reply.
                          The validity of my mobile number is going to be end soon. I'm just getting messages for doing the recharge again.
                          It's not about amount but it's about irresponsible behavior.
                          I just want my recharge pack or
                          At least give my money back.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from myairtel app thro' net banking on 7th april 2020. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no.
                                I have contacted airtel customer care cell. They didn't help me or not shown any helping attitude. They asked to give details of transaction id which was not been saved in their app. This is the upi transaction id[protected]
                                In view of above, i would like request you to do the needful as early as possible & oblige.

                                      This is regarding the new connection applied for.
                                      The dth consumer number is [protected].
                                      Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home.

                                      So, i requested airtel digital tv to please cancel the connection the customers i'd is : [protected] order i'd:[protected].
                                      Please note that the dth is not installed/activated.

                                      The email has been sent to them on 6/april/2020 but has not get the disconnection.
                                      Customer service is also very poor, they do not understand the issue and keep transfering the phone to different departments.

                                      I paid 2828 for a new broadband connection which I did not get the service even after waiting for almost a week.the pament was taken immediatley but after that no one showed up .I had to get a differ service provider.All I want is my money back that I paid in advance.
