    From 7 days my internet is completely shut and even there are others phone around me having airtel sim and their internet are working properly. And from last day, i could not able to send phone messages to anyone. Actually, because of internet problem my all work is stuck. I found difficulty. Even i checked setting tool in mobile that if there is any problem, but it seems all good, so please solve my problem so that i can work.
    It is the second time when a complaint about my message problem that i could able to send messages to anybody. At previously it was solved but again same problem is started.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Last month, i had placed an request airtel internet connection and reference number for the same is caf number [protected] (Payment details enclosed). Airtel representative sundar ph [protected] told that you will get refund for the same due to no connection provided. I latter came to know that airtel doesn't provide refund nor does it take the complaint in this regard. I tried through all the means phone and email but they never speak to the topic. Why is that they dont confirm that they will not be billing me for not providing the services. I also requested for refund form which i can fill and submit it to get the entire amount refunded but non on the escalation officers are responding. Please call me on [protected] and help me in this regard. Can i expect response from the company to my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I can also show the list of correspondence made. Please ask airtel to provide complaint tracking number for this issue which is always being denned over the email and phone

      I still haven't received the refund amount as they have claimed to have send it to me. Then can provide proof for the same and that is also not been provided. It is not a good business practice.

        Hi, this is anmol saxena, currently in hyderabad got the issue suddenly on 2nd april -2020, with no service - emergency call only with my airtel sim no.[protected] but other airtel sim near me are working fine.
        I open a sr complaint no. Using thanks app (Cogcl[protected]) on 2nd april and today is 8th. Currently is lock down, not sure when problem will be resolved. Please help.

          I, sarthak chauhan a user of airtel postpaid service for the last 3 months, am not able to change my plan from platinum to silver subscription. I've looked upto all options and want to termiy my postpaid plan it it cannot be changed. I've looked upto airtel website and app but got no clear perspective in this matter.
          Please help me out regarding the same.

            Hi,
            It's been more than 4 months i have started living in this area.
            In whole area the airtel signal is terrible
            Not a single strand of signal comes at my home. Though my society comes in bit inner area, the renowned reputed telecom provider shouldn't be this bad.
            We badly needs more airtel towers in pimple saudagar area, i have stopped calling people offline, for every damm otp i need to run to balcony or stretch my arms out of my window. Yeah it's quite a exercise but how much bad signal can get. It's my 1st humble request to airtel to work on this. Even heard that some jammers are there in this area, then how come other providers are getting signals??

              Hi,
              I have made the payment for installation of airtel broadband connection. I have made the payment on 26th march but still the connection is not done. When i try to reach the lady who followed up for connection, she simply doesn't reply or cuts the call. I have work from home option and this delay in installation is very irritating. No proper response from the persons. My application number is [protected].

                448 rupees deducted but no recharge or refund was done. Its a serious issue. Kindly take immediate action.

                Message received from airtel:

                Dear airtel customer, rs448.00 is no longer a valid recharge. Recharge with rs449 and enjoy truly unlimited local, std & roaming calls on any network, daily 2gb data and 100 sms. Pack valid for 56 days.. Trans id[protected].

                  My sim card lost signal since this morning (7 am, 6th april, 2020.) while other sim card works perfectly fine with the same handset. This is a lockdown/curfew time (Due to covid-19) in india and i'm really worried: without my sim card i can't make any transaction or buy any goods, as it is connected with my bank. It is worst that i can't get online support from airtel nor can't go to airtel office. Please help.

                      Amount debitted from HDFC bank account but amount not creditted in my airtel wallet account.

                      Please check the issue and refund my 219/- amount into airtel account.

                        My broadband connection needs to be temporarily disconnected, because of covid situation i'm not at the location. I have contacted customer support but no one taking my complaint and addressing it.
                        I have tried to email but no response.
                        I'm herewith requesing airtel to disconnect the conneiction till 16th april or until further notice as i'm not in location. Bill payments are done as of 6th april, please check my past bill.

                        There has not been any updates from Airtel so far and I am also getting bills. Please suggest Airtel to disconnect the services till 10th May.

                          Iam complaining for replacement for several time to dth service person and finally he came yesterday on 5/3/20and replaced the set of box yesterday and he asked me five hindered for replace the set of box and after 1 hour he told me to to recharge my set of box for 230 rs and after 3 hours he is saying me that the box which i have is not in activation i will give you another box still now he is not come, and money i have spend 700 is waste kindly take the complaint and do the needful

                            Airtel has raised the corporate plans from 175 inr to 235 inr with no notice to customers. I want to close my connections but they cannot close the connection even after calling them on 6th april 2020 at 2 pm.

                            They want me to visit there store after the lockdown and until then they want me to pay the raised amount of bill even though i want to close their connection right now.

                            I am calling national helpline tomorrow if they don't make option of closing connections online tomorrow.

                                I have recharged my airtel number [protected] with prepaid plan of 399rs and its not activated its been 2 days of my recharge please resolve my issue i beg its been 2 days
                                I have done the recharge through google pay app and the amount was deducted to airtel payments bank and i didn't receive the activated pack to my airtel number, and i am need of the internet because of my ongoing online classes please resolve the problem.

                                  Due to my mistake two recharges of 219/- have been made vide transaction id no.[protected] dt.5.4.20 time 06, 41 am & transaction no. Id[protected] time 0709 am dt.5.4.20 respectively. But unfortunately, there is no tower showing in my mobile for several hours.

                                  Question 1 : let me know that two recharges of 219/- each will be valid for 28 days + 28 days total 56 days.
                                  Question 2 : let me know when the tower connectivity will become active.

                                  Please let me know the above as early as possible, otherwise i will go to court for want of airtel service.

                                      Good morning sir. My query has still not been resolved. I had intiated an addition of rs. 508 in my wallet at 12:53 a. M on 6 april 2020 for doing a recharge.in the first time the transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account.

                                      And then i added the money again at 12:57 a. M. On 6april 2020, it got successful and i did my recharge. But i need the refund of the earlier deduction as it had failed.

                                        Recharge failed and number was not working. I have to recharge again on 12th mar to make it to work. I contacted customer care on 12th mar and they said amount will be refunded in 10 days, but i dint happen at all. Please check on this
