Hi,

This is regarding the new connection applied for.
The dth consumer number is [protected].
Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home.

So, i requested airtel digital tv to please cancel the connection the customers i'd is : [protected] order i'd:[protected].
Please note that the dth is not installed/activated.

The email has been sent to them on 6/april/2020 but has not get the disconnection.
Customer service is also very poor, they do not understand the issue and keep transfering the phone to different departments.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I paid 2828 for a new broadband connection which I did not get the service even after waiting for almost a week.the pament was taken immediatley but after that no one showed up .I had to get a differ service provider.All I want is my money back that I paid in advance.

    I am unable to recharge my airtel prepaid number [protected] through online using airtel app or paytm.
    Money is deducted but getting message as below.

    Rs.49.0 online recharge of airtel mobile [protected]; txn id xxxxx has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.

    I am facing this problem since so many days but some how managed getting recharged from recharge shops. But now due to lockdown situation there is no other way than recharging online. Please do the needful at the earliest.

      I was using my data at 10. Pm and saw it was nearly 700mb then i decided to downloaded a movie then the remaining data was nearly 200 and i was waiting to data to renew but after 12am my data didn't renewed instead it showed my yesterday's remaining data. I got a lot of work to do but only i was got that yesterday's remaining data please sole my problem.

      My sim card is showing error from yesterday

        I have recharged my airtel number [protected] from the myairtel app.
        The txn id[protected] was generated and my bank account was charged as well i have attached the screenshot of the bank transaction success email from my bank.

        My airtel account however was not recharged and the pack is not reflecting in my airtel account.

        Please help

        My account has still not been refunded with the amount. It has been over 8 days and I was assured a 7 day refund.

        Additionally I recharged my number for 45 rs right now. The amount was deducted but my sim wasn't recharged yet again.

        THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND AND I NEED HELP. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

        O have attached the screenshots of both the failed attempts to this complaint.

        Please resolve this.

        I need to get rid of my Airtel sim after this

        They keep showing me "payment pending" notification. Even after they deducted money from my account. !!!??

          I have paid bill tomy mobile number [protected] through airtel app using my debit card for rs. 49 on 7th april 2020 and received an sms from bank of money deducted. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I had recharged with 647 plan after I ported from jio to airtel on 21st of march but i haven't received any recharge and i dont have any plan activated on my Mobile number. As the country under lockdown I can't reach customer support or even the airtel retail stores.
          Please help me resolve this problem as I can't call anyone.

          My 4g hotspotdevice Connection is not detected on any device. It stopped working after few months. Same sim is working on other broadband dongle.

          The pack which we made was suddenly changed with only three channels running. All channels stopped working just after a week

            I paid rs 449 through airtel app and sbi net banking for my airtel pre paid mobile recharge on 4-4-2020. Airtel txn id is[protected] and sbi ref id is igaikutjo2. But recharge did not success. My present pack expires today i. E on 7-4-2020. So today i again recharged for rs 399 through airtel app and sbi net banking. And it is successfully recharge. So please refund my amount rs 449.

                  Requested for new connection and airtel collected 3 months advance rental from me. Now they have not kept thier promiss. Promised for installation on saturday 4 apr and now we are in 7 apr and no sign of engineer.

                  I have also requested for refund so i can change provider, even for that no response. What kind of company is this? Why they don't care about customer and they need only money?

                        These mobile companies are fooling & cheating the people in name of recharge. Suppose your prepaid plan is valid till 31st march & you have money in your mobile account. So your 28 days plan is valid till midnight of 31st march. So you leave it thinking that once you wake up on 1st april & you mobile services will not be active then will recharge it. But as mobile services are not active so you can't recharge also, so you are forced to recharge it on 31st march & your new 28 days plan starts from 31st march when your previous plan was also active till 31st march, so this way you lost 1 day from your previous plan & airtel got that benefit by cheating you this way. So basically you generally use services for 27 days of 28 days plan, but still pay for 28 days services.
                        Now if you didn't recharge on 31st march, as you have other ways to recharge your mobile on 1st april morning, but here also airtel cheats you by deducting money just to keep your incoming services active on your number for next 28 days & you also lose all the data accumulated till date. So here airtel gets benefit by cheating you this way. So to have your outgoing services & data services you need to shell out more money. First airtel services are not worth of money they take & over that airtel cheats people this way also. Trai should take strict actions on such companies cheating people in name of prepaid plans.

                          I have made online payment to airtel for rs.2828 pre installation for 3 months on 19 march 2019 when their customer service guy reach my home. After they called me and said that we are unable to provide you service so we will refund your money. But till date (07/04/2020) no refund has been processed

                          Email . First ask them to stop the billing cycle.

                            I have chosen Rs.598 pack and recharged my number using Airtel App. After enter the OTP, it says "Unable to process it" however the amount deducted from my account. I didn't received any sms from the airtel regarding the recharge. Tried to call Customer care, but no luck.

                                From 7 days my internet is completely shut and even there are others phone around me having airtel sim and their internet are working properly. And from last day, i could not able to send phone messages to anyone. Actually, because of internet problem my all work is stuck. I found difficulty. Even i checked setting tool in mobile that if there is any problem, but it seems all good, so please solve my problem so that i can work.
                                It is the second time when a complaint about my message problem that i could able to send messages to anybody. At previously it was solved but again same problem is started.

                                  Last month, i had placed an request airtel internet connection and reference number for the same is caf number [protected] (Payment details enclosed). Airtel representative sundar ph [protected] told that you will get refund for the same due to no connection provided. I latter came to know that airtel doesn't provide refund nor does it take the complaint in this regard. I tried through all the means phone and email but they never speak to the topic. Why is that they dont confirm that they will not be billing me for not providing the services. I also requested for refund form which i can fill and submit it to get the entire amount refunded but non on the escalation officers are responding. Please call me on [protected] and help me in this regard. Can i expect response from the company to my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I can also show the list of correspondence made. Please ask airtel to provide complaint tracking number for this issue which is always being denned over the email and phone

                                  I still haven't received the refund amount as they have claimed to have send it to me. Then can provide proof for the same and that is also not been provided. It is not a good business practice.

                                    Hi, this is anmol saxena, currently in hyderabad got the issue suddenly on 2nd april -2020, with no service - emergency call only with my airtel sim no.[protected] but other airtel sim near me are working fine.
                                    I open a sr complaint no. Using thanks app (Cogcl[protected]) on 2nd april and today is 8th. Currently is lock down, not sure when problem will be resolved. Please help.

                                      I, sarthak chauhan a user of airtel postpaid service for the last 3 months, am not able to change my plan from platinum to silver subscription. I've looked upto all options and want to termiy my postpaid plan it it cannot be changed. I've looked upto airtel website and app but got no clear perspective in this matter.
                                      Please help me out regarding the same.

                                        It's been more than 4 months i have started living in this area.
                                        In whole area the airtel signal is terrible
                                        Not a single strand of signal comes at my home. Though my society comes in bit inner area, the renowned reputed telecom provider shouldn't be this bad.
                                        We badly needs more airtel towers in pimple saudagar area, i have stopped calling people offline, for every damm otp i need to run to balcony or stretch my arms out of my window. Yeah it's quite a exercise but how much bad signal can get. It's my 1st humble request to airtel to work on this. Even heard that some jammers are there in this area, then how come other providers are getting signals??
