On 24/03/2020, i received below message from airtel (56111) regarding my netflix subscription:
"enjoying netflix with airtelthanks? Remember, your gift worth rs.1497 will expire in next 7 day (S). To continue enjoying the blockbuster content, sms cn netflix to 56111. The plan rental will be charged in your airtel bill."
I never sent any sms as i was not willing to continue and within mentioned due date (30/03/2020 — 7 days from 24/03/2020), i cancelled the same but getting message from airtel that this cancellation will be effective from 24/04/2020 i. E. They auto renewed the on the 24/03/2020 itself and wanting me to use forcefully and charging rs 649 + gst.
I also tried to reach them via customer care number 121 but no response/luck. Pfa relevant snap shots.
Request you to please look into this matter and extend your support to get this dispute closed asap. Thanks for your support!
