Hi,
I have made the payment for installation of airtel broadband connection. I have made the payment on 26th march but still the connection is not done. When i try to reach the lady who followed up for connection, she simply doesn't reply or cuts the call. I have work from home option and this delay in installation is very irritating. No proper response from the persons. My application number is [protected].

    448 rupees deducted but no recharge or refund was done. Its a serious issue. Kindly take immediate action.

    Message received from airtel:

    Dear airtel customer, rs448.00 is no longer a valid recharge. Recharge with rs449 and enjoy truly unlimited local, std & roaming calls on any network, daily 2gb data and 100 sms. Pack valid for 56 days.. Trans id[protected].

      My sim card lost signal since this morning (7 am, 6th april, 2020.) while other sim card works perfectly fine with the same handset. This is a lockdown/curfew time (Due to covid-19) in india and i'm really worried: without my sim card i can't make any transaction or buy any goods, as it is connected with my bank. It is worst that i can't get online support from airtel nor can't go to airtel office. Please help.

          Amount debitted from HDFC bank account but amount not creditted in my airtel wallet account.

          Please check the issue and refund my 219/- amount into airtel account.

            My broadband connection needs to be temporarily disconnected, because of covid situation i'm not at the location. I have contacted customer support but no one taking my complaint and addressing it.
            I have tried to email but no response.
            I'm herewith requesing airtel to disconnect the conneiction till 16th april or until further notice as i'm not in location. Bill payments are done as of 6th april, please check my past bill.

            There has not been any updates from Airtel so far and I am also getting bills. Please suggest Airtel to disconnect the services till 10th May.

              Iam complaining for replacement for several time to dth service person and finally he came yesterday on 5/3/20and replaced the set of box yesterday and he asked me five hindered for replace the set of box and after 1 hour he told me to to recharge my set of box for 230 rs and after 3 hours he is saying me that the box which i have is not in activation i will give you another box still now he is not come, and money i have spend 700 is waste kindly take the complaint and do the needful

                Airtel has raised the corporate plans from 175 inr to 235 inr with no notice to customers. I want to close my connections but they cannot close the connection even after calling them on 6th april 2020 at 2 pm.

                They want me to visit there store after the lockdown and until then they want me to pay the raised amount of bill even though i want to close their connection right now.

                I am calling national helpline tomorrow if they don't make option of closing connections online tomorrow.

                    I have recharged my airtel number [protected] with prepaid plan of 399rs and its not activated its been 2 days of my recharge please resolve my issue i beg its been 2 days
                    I have done the recharge through google pay app and the amount was deducted to airtel payments bank and i didn't receive the activated pack to my airtel number, and i am need of the internet because of my ongoing online classes please resolve the problem.

                      Due to my mistake two recharges of 219/- have been made vide transaction id no.[protected] dt.5.4.20 time 06, 41 am & transaction no. Id[protected] time 0709 am dt.5.4.20 respectively. But unfortunately, there is no tower showing in my mobile for several hours.

                      Question 1 : let me know that two recharges of 219/- each will be valid for 28 days + 28 days total 56 days.
                      Question 2 : let me know when the tower connectivity will become active.

                      Please let me know the above as early as possible, otherwise i will go to court for want of airtel service.

[protected], amount rs.1498/- has been debited from my account and credited to bharti airtel limited, gurgaon vide txn id:[protected]. My mobile account is showing zero balance and all the services has been stopped. I tried to contact customer care executive through 111/121 but failed, email has also been sent but all in vain. Kindly update my account immediately so that i can avail the services of communication.

                          Good morning sir. My query has still not been resolved. I had intiated an addition of rs. 508 in my wallet at 12:53 a. M on 6 april 2020 for doing a recharge.in the first time the transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account.

                          And then i added the money again at 12:57 a. M. On 6april 2020, it got successful and i did my recharge. But i need the refund of the earlier deduction as it had failed.
                          Please help me out.

                              Lekin recharge nhi hua sir na koi details aayi airtel thanks app par bass recharge nhi hua or mera paisa kat gya

                                Can you please update me when this issue is going to resolve??? As you cannot resolve for more than 2 months after the first case has been registered i hope this is something your team is not able to resolve as worse customer service team both offline/online...
                                And i request you to please refund 450rs of my linked fastag which is inactive due to airtel wallet is not operational
                                Please refund to my airtel postpaid account, fyi below is the issue
                                Unable to load money to wallet with the below error "transaction not allowed as customer status is not active"..

                                      On 4 april my recharge plan was suppose to get expired of rs 399. So on 3 rd april late evening i recharged of rs 399 through online net recharge as the country is under lockdown so shops were closed my transaction reference no. [protected].
                                      But waited long i didn't receive any confirmation of net recharged through sms and also my account through bank of deducted.
                                      On 5th april that is today in the evening again i had to recharge from husband phone..
                                      It very sad at this time when v r rather to know the well being of our family my net had to go unrecharged.
                                      Please check at your end the error occurred. I hope my rectification will be done and my amount will be credited in my account.

                                      When we are calling on this number the phone is telling switch off on this number[protected] issue show
                                      Due to technical issue my postpaid plan got change erroneously, i wanted to cancel effective change and return to my previous plan as it was enabled. due to this change i am unable to make call, i feel completely handicap.,

                                        Dear sir, today on 5th april 2020 i did a recharge of my airtel number. I didn't get any notification for the recharge and thus i thought the number is not recharged. So, i did the recharge a second time with the same plan of rs. 698. But now i recieved two messages and i got to know that i did a duplicate recharge. Sir, kindly refund my one recharge amount as 698 is a huge amount on the first place.                                         I'm unable to recharge my sim online after I converted my sim from postpaid to prepaid.I had already submitted complaint but didnt hear back from anyone.

                                        Kindly help to resolve this issue as my sim will get deactivated due to the above reasons.
