I had applied for airtel broadband at shop no b-3, plot no 299, sector-4 opposite gaur ganga - ii, vaishali, uttar pradesh (201010) from a salesman with contact no. [protected] (Surendra) and [protected] (Jitendra) for the plan of 799 with 100 mbps speed. The salesman promised that broadband will be installed in 2 hours. He offered a six-monthly plan which i accepted and paid it through an online link and received this connection id: [protected]. However, the connection could not be installed even after 2 weeks. I tried to call the salesman but he blocked my number, i called both the numbers but my number was blocked. I feel that i am being cheated by airtel. I request airtel to reimburse my payment of rs.5232, which i paid for a six-month broadband plan including the gst.
I would also i like to inform that, when i applied from airtel my app, the online customer care executives offered me the active connection within 48 hours. So, i would rather like to get the connection from airtel my app with ease than being cheated by the airtel stores.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
