Hello,

I subscribed for an airtel broadband connection (Fixed line id - [protected]) in february and even after one month, they have not provided the landline services. I open complaints that are soon closed on the pretext that it will be solved soon. Now they have the excuse of lockdown (which is fair, but where were they over the last one month, before the lockdown).

Secondly, the local airtel people are harassing my by asking for installation fee over and over again even though I have made them talk to the airtel support customer care. The rule clearly says that annual plans do not have any installation fee (as it is waived off). But still, they are asking for Rs. 750.

Resolutions I want -
1) As per contract, the airtel cannot charge me installation amount as it expressly says on their website that it will be waived off on annual plans.
2) Landline services should be provided once the lockdown ends. Also, the amount should be offset in the billing since I haven't been able to use the service for over a month.

    I am advocate fasal iqbal rather from kashmir. Actually yesterday night i have recharged the mobile through inditab payu site my account is debit 157.94 rs. Transaction no. ([protected]). But recharge is not done, please refund the money to my account because all world is suffering the very tight to financial condition due to coronovirus situation. So please refund the 157.94rs.in my jk bank account. That is your most kindness. If you are not refund the said amount strict action will be taken to inditab payu.

        Date of inciedent: from 29 - march 2020 to till now.

        I am trying to disconnect my airtel broadband but nobody picking call on customer care number 121 or [protected]. They have done settings on thier ivr. After choosing fix line option the not able to click on any option. So not able to speak to customer care person. Also no option available online to disconnect and all airtel stores are closed during lockdown.

            I am living in kanpur in the middle of the city and using redmi note 7 pro which iss fully optimise of 4g network support and getting a full network in my phone inspite of this i am having slow internet speed... I have complained so many times to airtel customer care and they said to me the would solve my issue soon but the problem remain same even after 5 month i am pissed of airtel getting 50 kbps speed i cant do anything with this speed i have a 249 rs. Plan in every month..in this plan i get a 1.5 gb data per day which is useless to me because of slow internet speed... Airtel shows their on tv that airtel is best for watching online video but they are making fool to customer...

              I have got the message from your airtel office to update the sin into 4g sim.
              During busy scheduled i did not went to airtel office. After a few days when i tried to call the no is blocked then i rush to your near airtel office which is near ghandhi chowk sonipat haryana. When i raised my concern to your officers he/she suggested me your sim no is not updated and also sim is blocked then i ask to her/him what can i do right now. She/he suggest me you have to give rs 60 for updated the sim into 4g. Which has been paid by me. After the updated of the sim i came back to my home and after few days gone i get a call from kerala people he/she is saying this my no. I went once again to airtel office near ghandhi chowk. I told the staff i am getting the calls from the kerala people he/she is saying that to whom you given this no. This no is mine. Your staff suggest me you can explain to him/her this no is yours. I did the same thing but can't resolve today once again i called from the kerala same thing she/he is saying this my no. I am sending the phone no to you [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] this are the no. I am getting the airtel service from last 10 years. Please solve my queries on urgent basis if you can't resolve i will block my airtel sim

                    Airtel broadband took the payment promising service activation within one day. It has been days after making the payment but not getting any updates. Tried calling customer care but no response. There was numerous follow-ups after expressing interest in opening a new connection. Once the payment is made and got our money there is no activity done to activate the connection. Feel cheated.

                          This is to inform you that I've visited Airtel store at Yelahanka, New town Bangalore-64 to inquire about good internet plan.

                          I was told about airtel 749/- plan and along that to buy wifi router (Model No. BMF422, IMEI [protected], S/N BMF[protected] by paying additional INR 2000.

                          I did as I was assured the best service. But within 10 days o[censored]sing the router, I found it gets switched off multiple times even if there is a sufficient charge in the battery.

                          In most often the battery drain very fast. It don't even support internet usage more than 40 mins and I was told it can last for 6 hours. This is mere cheating to costumer.

                          I've tried calling the customer care for the last 15-20 days but its never connects. And in current situation of lock down its difficult to work from home with out hassle free internet.

                          This is the most worst wifi router I've come across so far. I had used other wifi routers by Jio and Vodaphone, those were very good compared to Airtel router which is currently sold. The quality is substandard and I discourage anyone to buy substandard router, its a waste paying INR 2000 for such devices. Airtel should stop selling such substandard products and not to fool consumers by charging INR 2000., its not even worth paying INR 500 considering the performance.

                          Additionally I've tried increase the data limit in my alternate no., that too is been locked and the message appears to contact customer care. Where on earth I can raise this complains, as the airtel stores are closed and customer care is never reachable in any of the nos.

                          The reason I have switched to Airtel from Jio is coz of its coverage but this are some of the real time issues was not aware.

                          At least the technical team should be there to address the issues and it comes in essential.

                            I realized an amount of inr 8, 243 has been debited from my credit card instead of inr 824 while i was doing an online transaction just a while ago (31.03.2020).

                                I have 25₹ in airtel payments bank so i paid remaining 673₹ through googlepay. Money got deducted, but no conformation yet.

                                I have tried calling the airtel executives but seems airtel doesn't have customer service at all due to lockdown. Plz help

                                  Call waiting on my number is not working, I am Struggling with Airtel customer care since 2 Months for Call waiting activation issue, but still problem is same. Always asked me to dial *43#, after dialing I am getting service is enabled, but call waiting not working. I have reset my phone many times but still not working.

                                  Just for information Vodafone Sim call waiting working fine in same Phone.

                                    On 29/03/2020 against a recharge on mobile no.7044*54 of ₹219 out of ₹27 from airtel wallet and rest of ₹192 debited from airtel upi and payment successful (Transaction id[protected], benz vpa - airtelpaymentsbank. [protected]@axisbank, transaction date[protected], transaction time - 20:05:10) but recharge not done. Not only that this transaction not showing on airtel thanks app transaction history but on airtel upi showing that transaction successful. I complaint at airtel and paytm payments bank 24*7 helpline against my issue but they not respond.

                                    Requesting you to please justify my issue and take proper step against my issue.

                                    I hope my debited amount will be refund on my debited bank account. Otherwise i will take a legal action.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I did recharge first time on 31st march and it got deducted from my bank account. But after seeing it, i noticed that no recharge was done. So i did recharge for second time. And then recharge was done. But my bank account was deducted twice. Please help!! My first deduction of 558 is not recharged. Please help me!! Please refund my first 558 rs.!!!
