    Dear Sir,

    Airtel ID: [protected]

    In this ID there is not a single channel is going to be displayed. While I had recharged this id on 19 March 2020. Further I have recharged today to this ID of RS. 360. Still no channel is appearing on the screen.
    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

      Bill payment of rs. 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id:[protected]. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this txn id for future reference.
      This is the message recieved from airtel after the amount of 598 was dedcuted from my bank account after recharge but recharge not recieved yet.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Sir
        I have tried to recharge my mob no [protected] on 4th april 2020 from the website of airtel online recharge.

        During payment of rs 399 via paytm through sbi online banking, amount deducted from my account but mobile not get recharged

        Transaction id is igaikurlv7. Amt 399.
        Bank name state bank of india
        Account no [protected]

        My secondary mob no [protected] for contact

        Kindly make arrangements to refund my deducted amount back in my bank account.

                  Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹2828 on march 26 2020. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet.

                      I do recharge my friend airtel no. Through ny airtel app the money is deducted from the bank account but the airtel app shows your recharge is pending.

                            I opted for Airtel Broadband on 16th March 2020. My money got deducted twice 2828 twice that is 5656. They didn't turn up for installation so i opted for refund. It's been 18 days there is still no response nor have they initiated the refund.

                              I had applied for airtel broadband at shop no b-3, plot no 299, sector-4 opposite gaur ganga - ii, vaishali, uttar pradesh (201010) from a salesman with contact no. [protected] (Surendra) and [protected] (Jitendra) for the plan of 799 with 100 mbps speed. The salesman promised that broadband will be installed in 2 hours. He offered a six-monthly plan which i accepted and paid it through an online link and received this connection id: [protected]. However, the connection could not be installed even after 2 weeks. I tried to call the salesman but he blocked my number, i called both the numbers but my number was blocked. I feel that i am being cheated by airtel. I request airtel to reimburse my payment of rs.5232, which i paid for a six-month broadband plan including the gst.

                              I would also i like to inform that, when i applied from airtel my app, the online customer care executives offered me the active connection within 48 hours. So, i would rather like to get the connection from airtel my app with ease than being cheated by the airtel stores.

                                    I have paid rs.942/- on march 22, 2020 for new broad band connection. After payment, they told me to wait for service engg. And then airtel executive called me that there is not service near my residence and i'll get refund. I still didn't get service or any refund. Now the have blocked my number and no one is picking my calls. Request you to look into this and do the needful. It has already been 10 days.

                                      I recharged my number with unlimited call pack of rs.149 on march 3 then i recharged my number with talktime of rs.100 even though i have recharged with unlimited pack my balance got deducted on ever calls. This happens most of the time. I dont like your service. I could not contact costumer service too. Resolve my complaint as soon as possible i want my money back please refund it. Else i will change my number to jio

                                        I have been using airtel broadband at my home. A few months back there was a high upload of data from my account. I was perplexed how it happened.

                                        My router must have been under attack over wan port. I asked for help from airtel. However they just said they are working on it but provided no information to me that could have enabled me to isolate the issue.

                                        I even wrote to the ceo but there was no response.

                                        This is a classic problem of service providers. They have no customer centricity and are not willing to go that extra mile.
