Suddenly on 25 march, 2020, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. I tried to restart my phone several times, inserted sim in another phone. But to no avail.

There is a lockdown in place due to corona virus, and i need to work from home. There is no way i can leave my home now.

I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, or my sim to be replaced by airtel, delivered at my home address.

This is just too much trouble and i could potentially have problem with my employment.

If any action is not taken, i would also ask for additional compensation for this.

      Hello,

      I've done a recharge of rs. 249 with a voucher of ₹25 through airtel payment bank and at the payment page i'm getting a notification that pay via airtel payment bank and get flat ₹40 cashback. I've successfully placed the recharge. But even after 2-3 hrs the cashback was not added to my account.

      Update-

      The same transection got repeted and an amount of ₹249 got debited from my payment bank account without otp/pin. How this is possible? And why one have recharge with same plan twice. If i've to recharge then i'll recharge with higher amount to get good benefits.

      Request -

      Please cancel the last recharge/txn and refund the same to my account.
      Please let me know the status of my cashback on first txn.

      Also tried to contact on instagram, facebook, twitter but no one responding to my tweets at the same time they are replying to another tweets.

      *i understand the epidemic, i really do. But the same goes for the airtel. My office was closed and my salary will not be come die to current coronavirus outbreak. I've only little savings that was also used by airtel and now no one is replying.
      Hope this will be closed asap.

            I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 49 on 27th march 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 49. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

              Last night on 27.3.20 i recharged for my friend, it sends me double otp but i entered the first one and then money deducted from my account but the recharged failed due to technical error it showed and within 2 hrs they will suppose to refund me but till now they did not refund me even did not send a message of clearification about my refund. It seems lil bit careless because if they are facing some problem then they should also let us know about their problems and reasons of not refunding yet so that we did not call anywhere just stay calm till the situation becomes good one

                My dth connection of six months package, due and disconnected on 26th march without any notice and i suddenly recharge with 375 (Google pay) and again paid through debt cards through their site for 300 rupees. I called several times to reactivate it and i mail to them but no answer. Telling due to corona virus issue. But govt added this service as necessary service. Now around 72 hrs after payment, no one is responding, me and family sitting without knowing any news in the home. Please do the needful for us fast to activate it

                  Dear concerned,

                  On march 16th, 2020, i have made of rs.2828 payment twice as first payment got failed and amount also debited from my account. Hence paid second time. Both time amount got debited from my account. So totally i paid of rs.5656.

                  They told i got my amount refund max in 7 days. So far my amount not got credited to my account. I paid through icici net banking, so i contacted icici customer care, they told both of my transaction was successful. Now the payment with airtel.

                  Kindly take necessary action and help me to get my amount of rs.2828 back soon.
                  I am unable to reach airtel persons and also airtel customer care.

                    Hello,

                    From last sep i have issues with airtel network service where often calls get dropped, no data service and network issue.. I had opened a call with customer service but till now they have not resolved my issue. Recently i opened another service ticket as mentioned below and i told then that i will not pay the bill till they resolve my issue and i had requested then to waive off my bill as i was not able to use their service.. They acknowledge this and said that they would resolve my issue. Today suddenly they have stopped our outgoing calls.

                    I want my network issue to be resolved, waive off my bill and activate my phone

                      I have recharged my airtel digital tv with coustumer id [protected]-001 through upi (Scanning qr code on tv) with rs. 360.
                      The money got debited from my account inatantly but i got no notification from airtel and it is not reflected on the tv.
                      I am unable to view any channel also i can't connect to costumer care executive. All i hear is those computerized voices. Please help.

                        None of the free dd channels are activated and i am not able to activate them through airtel website/app. This problem has persisted for a while and now i am posting this complaint for watching dd new launched programs during lockdown.
                        Also despite changing my plan, i am being charged according to the previous plan which was of higher charge. Previously after complaining multiple times airtel ready for refund in installment and apply term & con. That when i call every month for refund but after 2-3 month airtel says that it is not possible and discontinue refund.

                          I have recharged my airtel plan with 598 but it is not recharged, but the amount from my account is deducted.I recharged it through my debit card on 27 march 2020.But still it is not recharged but my amount is deducted from my account.My pack will end in 3 days.Kindly please take necessary action and help me to solve the problem. Please help me before pack expires.

                            I would like to deactivate my airtel payment bank account and delink my aaadhar number connected to the account. I tried calling the customer care service at 400 but there seems to be no option for deactivating the account. There is no option to do the same via airtel android app.

                                  My data for broadband connection was exhausted yesterday and and i tried calling consumer to update the smartbyte but there was no respond after waiting for 12-14 min, i tried for around 4-5 times but no one responded. I even mailed it but an automatic mail was sent to me regarding the unavailablility. After that i tried purchasing smartbyte with airtel thanks app but it showed error (I am attaching two screenshots of different time in which i tried purchasing it) both the times it showed errors and though i had to upgrade my plan from 699 to 799 (Which you can check). The plan got updated and i got 150 gb but after sometime when i checked my data it was showing 200gb though you updated my smartbyte automatically.
                                  Now why would i need any smartbyte if i am updating my plan.
                                  You are making fool of customers.

                                  I need it reverted as i cannot contact airtel in any way.

                                  I wont be paying anything for the smartbyte because of your faulty system.

                                    I can't recharge my mobile number online for almost two months now. Every time i try to recharge it comes as either recharge unsuccessful or failed. However, i am able to recharge from retail outlet mobile shop. I had approached airtel express shop twice with the issue and lodged a complaint. I even had emailed to to airtel customer care but there wasn't any prompt action. I would like to know where should i approach again with the issue. I running out of patience. I feel like throwing the airtel sim in the gutter. Once again, before i ran out of patience, i request airtel customer care through this forum to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible

                                      I am vikram jha customer of airtel.
                                      I am using airtel no-[protected].
                                      Suddenly on 26th march 2020, my airtel sim card started not working and it shows on phone as not registered on network, after trying several times switching it on and off, it still does not work. Initially i thought it is a phone problem, but i installed a vodafone sim and it was working. Airtel guys pls resolve the issue, as i have faced a lot in this situation.
                                      Now this stage all airtel center are closed due to corona virus.

                                        I find your dth anteena is very sensitive
                                        Most of the time it shows b001 error
                                        Customer care executive only says sorry for inconvenience. They have not fixed my problem. I really regret taking airtel dth. I am old patron of dth having taken dth membership long back
                                        Such sub standard quality is unexpected. Every time azimuth angle of my location gets deflected and results in no signal

                                        Airtel DTH signal quality very poor. Your DTH anteena keeps shifting position. After some many visits by your so called "service engg" has yielded zero results. Customer care executives are busy saying "inconvenience caused is apologized". I don't know where the buck stops!. I am bit baffled by your unprofessional approach to customers

                                        Azimuth angle of dish antenna keeps shifting every now and then resulting in error B001.
                                        I appeal to authority at highest level to fix this issue instead of extending courtesy of" inconvenience for lifetime "
                                        to customers who end up paying for channels without services.
