Airtel internet speeds and airtel call drops issues karnataka. We are facing slow speed internet they have also said 21 days lockdown and should provide proper network and speeds who are working indoors and speeds which we are getting airtel karnataka are 0.89 mbps 4g speeds though we have given complaints and also given complaint through my airtel app no use... Plzz help

Someone activate in poker games through my sim or game messages comes again & again in my Airtel Sim. Therefore, kindly look into matter as early as possible. Thank you.
Airtel speed is very bad in my town. Airtel claiming it best and charging high amount of money for their plans.
Everyone is very frustrated. We feel regret by recharging to airtel.
Very poor service.
I did a recharge of 379/- for 84 days unlimited calls and 6GB data through paytm. I have to do it to the number [protected] but recharged to [protected] on March 21st around 9:04 pm. So please can I get my amount back or can the recharge amount be transferred.

    Sir, since days, the airtel network internet is not working in the apartment of byreddy colony, kurnool town, andhra Pradesh. The speed of internet results 0.1 Mbps. So bad network, i have made lots of complaints via phone, message, mail etc. But there is no response.pls kindly resolve the issue.

      Somebody are work from home in airtel... Kindly help me for recharge or refund of rd.349.

      Dear sir,

      I have recharge of (399 pack-rs.50off) of rs.349 recharge on 25/03/2020 at 7.34pm for airtel apps in mobile no.[protected].

      The amount is deducted of rs.349. And sent to merchant airtel account from phonepe.

      I have attached details of amount deducted of rs.349 for bank a/c and phonepe. But airtel apps invoice is not shown.

      Kindly give me recharge status of my mobile ([protected]) and if not recharge and refund of rs.349.

      I applied for broad band connection when agent visited he told me that ull get around 60mbps he asked me to make payment for connection after payment another agent visited and he told no feasibility this i say this is the worst service provider.Definetly I suggest people to not take airtel connection. No refund intiated

        I bag to say that i complaint lot of time to airtel company vide complaint no.[protected] dated 18/02/2020,[protected] dated 04/03/2020 that my postpaid bill plan 249 give me unlimited call 5 gb 4g net/month 100 sms but approximately nov.2019 to upto date no internet provide me by company. So i decided to complaint on trai. My mobile no. Is [protected]

        We are spending our valuable money on site on airtel recharges and not at all getting proper service., My house is on ground floor and there is no network i. Any corner of my house. Airtel, kindly share timeline to resolve this problem.
        I have done my board band recharge through my UPI on 20/3/2020 and the amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting. I am asking only weather transfer my amount 943rs back to my account or reflect my data.
        i have sent the email also to [protected]@airtelbank.com regarding my issue but havn't got any response back yet.
        I have recharged and amount got deducted but but did not get recharged so kindly solve recharge date[protected]

          I had the special pack recharge in my number of INR 449 till 10 april'2020, but they have expired my pack early on 25th march'2020 and deducted all my main balance account for voice calls.The plans says unlimited local and STD calls with roaming calls as well but started charging for voice calls on 25th march'2020. When I heard the message that I don't have sufficient balance to make call suddenly I checked my balance and found the account balance 0.00. This is a fraud done to customers by Airtel. I am using airtel for more than 6 years but now I need to move on to some other network since at least other network shows clearly the provided minutes in all recharges despite saying unlimited like Airtel.

          It's been 2 days and no response received from Airtel, no calls no msg on deduction and early pack expiry but sending message for other unlimited packs to recharge. And even you will not be connected when you try to reach customer care for clarification. Through IVR you will get amount deducted information but not why deduction took place

            I recharged my airtel 4g hotspot 3 days back and it stopped working next day. I searched for customer care support but there is no customer care number or email id listed on the website for 4g hotspot. I am working from home due to the crucial time but had to take leave for 2 days because of it, maybe this whole week will be wasted. It costs me around 5500 for the whole week not to work. Who'll compensate that? I tried calling them on different numbers but they are not responding, i tried 9 times and waited 8-9 minutes each before the call got cut itself. I am trapped due to their worst scam service. Please help me out, i may lose my job due to them. There is no listing of any customer care number or email on google or their website. Please resolve

              I have paid rs.942/- on march 22, 2020 for new broad band connection. After payment, they told me to wait for service engg. And then airtel executive called me that there is not service near my residence and i'll get refund. I still didn't get service or any refund. Now the have blocked my number and no one is picking my calls. Request you to look into this and do the needful.

                Hi team,
                I have seen a facebook ad regarding airtel broadband connection, then i called the executive santhosh [protected] he said the plan is available in your 3 months plan with tax wi cost around 2828 so i said to proceed further. Then he logged in our details in the system and a message came to fill the details and for payment. I have attached the sheet and payment details also after the payment he said will provide the connection but the guy doesn't attending the phone call as well as blocked the several number. So kindly file a complain and do the needful or process the refund.

                          I am trying hard to reach on airtel from 20th march for termination of my connection due to location change. But nobody is taking up my call from past 5 days. Calling them 4-5 times in a day.
                          Posted on social media, someone replied and said "lemme turn the table around. Bla bla"
                          I don't know what kinda reply it was. He was not answering to my question. And moving the table on his own way.
                          This is ridiculous.

                                    Dear sir/mam,
                                    Would like to highlight the case about airtel postpaid connection for my mbile no.[protected].
                                    I travelled to ireland and activated internatioanl roaming pack whcih was showing rs.0 in airtel app, i activated to get otp from bank messaginh server only.

                                    However is it the way airtel use to loot their customers by giving them a bill of rs.6000. That too without any notification.

                                    I didn't got notified from airtel via messages or some another way. And when i am asking for justification their team even nodal officer is not replying to the mail trail. All i want is airtel will remove all wrong charged they putted in my march's 2020 bill.

                                    I want you to please look into this matter on priority.

                                      I, yangya have bought an airtel sim card last month and i have lost it about a week ago. I would like my number to be blocked as fast as possible because i am extremely worried that it might land in the wrong hand and that may lead to misuse of my number, my no.                                         All villagers are facing too much issue, we changed our network from jio to airtel and it was working very nice in my village area (Pure baghel) shankargard area (Pragraj up). But last two weeks its not working.
