I was recharge 3rd MAY Airtel number throw Airtel thanks aap but still recharge not successful. So many mail sent but Airtel team can't reply, always say your email not register given number. Attache screen shot.

I am upendra vasireddy, in 2015 i taken a new airtel number in rajahmundry, andhra pradesh with number [protected], while i am taking my sim card i given my own address proof and passport photo.
Few days ago i faced an incident that some one done crime, after investigation his mobile number is having my address proof,
In that situation i went to airtel office and explained the situation, then asked me to link my aadhar card to my sim, same i done,
I thought that everrything fine, but now my aadhar is not linked to my airtel number and my number is with some other address proof.
So please take any action because i am facing lot of problems for the mistake by these airtel people.

I am really fed-up with your service for airtel digital tv.

I have been repeatedly trying to remove the hollywood diaries vas service which costs 60/month which i dont need and is been purposely added to my account.

I have tried almost 20 times to remove online but it only shows an error message as given below.

Its really # if you want to purposely harass an customer.

Please do the needful else i would like to opt for some other dth service which are far better than you.

I have done my recharge of 598 rs dated 5 may 2020 via airtel thanks app using 40 rs cashback offer ; however didn't yet receive the cashback - could you please check it:

In my area there are lots of problems of airtel network .due to this bad network i am not continue my study and my work also placed many complaints for this bad network.we live in rural area in jakhdhar .so much network issue in jakhdhar so please solve our problems

I am unable to call for toll free numbers like 1800xxx6563, it says this number can't be reached at this movedment. Where as i can able to dial from other service provider.

Even other who are using airtel can able to reach this number from other region. I tried to customer care number ffor almost half day but no luck.

Even i tried from other airtel number of my family members its not working.

I have paid my postpaid bill but the same keeps coming again as due bill. This is very sad on the part of a company like Airtel. Didn't expect this. Disappointed.

I am not getting an option to change my plan from 499 to 399. Have been trying to contact but because of lockdown unable to contact. I dont have so much data usage which is why i want to switch back to 399 plan. Please help asap.

I have applied for broadband connection on 21st April, till now I did not get even an update. The person who processed my application and area manager used to tell we will close issue today and tomorrow, now they doesn't respond at all to my calls.
