Hi i am dondapati ramesh, recently i have did a recharge transaction through airtel (Airtel app). But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

      This person has been giving ads in olx and in other social media and trapping innocent people and swallow all the funds. He is from karivalamvandanallur which is a small area next to sankarankovil, part of tirunelveli district in tamil nadu. Please save other fellow human beings from trapping into the hands of this fraud.

      My [protected] mobile no.was in idea paostpaid some time before i port my number in airtel . approx 1 month airtel gave me services and after that airtel block my no due to previous company outsatnding now i clear previous company outstanding but airtel does not resume my mobile number. so i want to know how can i resume my number in airtel.

      M facing internet issue every day I called so many times to customer care but no responce three persons are using airtel sim same problm wts the matter resolve it as soon as possible Adress is Andhra pardesh dist nellore ery day same issue
      I have recharged my digital TV on 6th March 2020 with monthly rental of 360 but when I on the tv it shows account suspended. I have called customer care 50 times still no point. They are saying server is down every time I call. Such a fake and useless service. Please help

        I recharge my number of [protected] for 3months pack, and before since 3 years and whene iam uses a internet data, data is not working, but data in my account 1gb and more, im facing this problem so i’m frested of this time and in a night after 12 data runs automatically please help me i want to complain against airtel company in a court.         I am facing issue regarding a notification as 'Error in application'. It is appearing on screen continuously. So I request you to fix it.
        Today I can't use net I used net then can't reach page this line show so pls solw my net problem

          Hi, i live in kandivali, mumbai. Have been using airtel for almost 10 years now. Since last 2 months - i am facing data connectivity issues at my residence. Have raised numerous complaints but to no avail. There are 2 airtel users at my home and we constantly dongle between airplane modes for ensuring data connectivity. Raised many complaints but to no avail. Pls help out

            I am user on airtel network from previous 8 years. From 4-5 days, i am facing a problem of disconnected call almost everytime. Why it so happen?
            The problem has increased to such a level that neither incoming call is possible nor outgoing call is possible.
            Please try to solve these types of problem due to which i am struggling to have a single call with my contacts.

              I have recharged my set top box id [protected] with rupees 300/- on 18.02.2020 for safe custody of one set top box id [protected] - 002 for 6 months and in another set top box i told them to recharge channel no 193 (Miniplex hd) and another channel no 235 (& xplore hd) for a month. Initially both the channel was active but after a week or so both the channel were showing message "this channel is not part of your package". Initially i lodge a complaint with customer care they assure me to get a call back within 24 hours but no call came to my registered mobile. On 09.03.2020 i again lodge the same complaint and they told me that it will be resolved within the next four hour. They didn't even provide any complaint number. Today i also made a complaint but the same thing happened. On previous several occasions they might deduct my account balance without informing me. But this i just have the proper details. As i'm presently having annual subscription till june 2020 so i don't want to switch providers it actually provides me certain loss of my hard earned money. Today i got the docket no after requesting for the same. The docket no is 22442393. I appeal you to penalise the company with minimum rs 1.00 lakh along with my annual subscription charges. They are cheating people and they provide me mental harrasment.

                  Got a new sim from airtel express hassan
                  Customer care executive dint care to ask my email and said number will be active within 15-20 mins
                  As informed i called from new number which asked for otp sent to alternate number which i entered and ivr said phone will be activated in 4 hrs and call got disconnected
                  I inserted that sim into agricultural mobile starter and left that place
                  Now my sim is not active

                    sim card got blocked suddenly

                    I have been using airtel prepaid connection about an year (Approx) which i was taken from a airtel executive who was selling at a roadside by porting from jio. Suddenly my sim card stopped working and started showing no service on 13/03/2020, so i went to an airtel store and reported the issue the was telling that this sim is registered as ‘ goverment ‘ and do not contain any of my information of the proof (Aadhar) which i was submitted...

                    I have been used airtel for more than 10 years now for my mobile. Suddenly today i get a message that out going calls will be barred on this number. I have been paying all my bills on time. I have airtel for my landline at home and my wife also uses airtel.

                    I called their support and they have taken a complaint and i am told it could take up to 8 days to resolve!!!

                    So for the next 8 days i cannot make calls or receive calls.!!

                      My mobile number [protected] got international roaming activated, without my consent. Now i have been charged rs.4498 + tax as one time charges. Further rs.470.20 as usage charges (In next bill).
                      I made complaint about this and asked for waiver of the amount, through e-mail. There is a lengthy activity of mails and replies. But there is no solution for me. They are adamant about getting the amount paid by me.
                      When i visited indian customer complaints forum, i saw so many people made the very same complaint and nobody got any remedy.
                      It seems to be a regular practice by airtel and this is like pick pocketing from the customers.
                      Can you guide me how to make this as a complaint to trai or can i get solution for this through consumer court.

                        I'm not able to receive one time password (Otp) for the verification of my airtel number with any apps for logging in... Like whatsapp, telegram etc. Even the airtel app!!!
                        The request for otp is processed and i receive the same only after a day or so and thus i find it difficult to log in to my social media account.
                        This problem is troubling me a lot... It's sad to say that this has been going on for past two days...
                        Please do make a solution for this problem as soon as possible.

                          My number [protected]. My sim got into no service mode 9 march night. Then i went to the nearest airtel service place which is 50 km away from my place. They swap the number into a new blank sim.

                          Told me to put it into mobile after 24 hours. I did the same.
                          Then after that one message came
                          Dear customer, your new airtel sim is active please restart your handset.

                          Afterward it went no sim service again.

                            Dear sir
                            After lodging complains here on slow 4g speed of airtel in my prepaid [protected], the aforesaid company has deducted 1 day from 4g data pack validity. My previous airtel 4g data pack was valid until 11th april, which is reduced to 10th april 2020. The pop up msg (Not saved msg) came this morning saying "as per government rule 1 day has been deducted from your 4g data pack". I still don't know what offence i made to encounter such grievance.
                            Is it that a punishment for posting complaints here, plse rectify.
                            And if this continue people will lose belief on government law and enforcement.

                              My data balance in the prepaid airtel number which i use in my mobile all of a sudden showed the balance as 0, shockingly as i had unused balance of 1.5 gb and my recharge date was on[17 feb 2020]. How can you deduct the unused balance? I need this issue to be addressed and suitable explanation with the balance to be reversed to my account. This has happened to me the 2nd time in the past 2 days which is why i now come to realize that airtel service provider is none better than the rest which they otherwise claim to be.

                                  Why everytime when my balance goes above 60 you deduct rs 60 from my main balance. It happened 4 times till now. This is a pure scam. When i contact the customer care they say that you called a special number & that too of 13 secs. Everytime they say the exact same duration of call. But in real no call goes from my side. Yesterday (10.03.2020) i recharged with Rs49 & previously had more balance & today when I checked it showed Rs 2. If I don't get any proper reason & don't receive my refund in main balance. Then it's High time to register a case in consumer court.

                                    The signal for airtel is very poor in our area and we are facing a lot of problem while attending important calls. I am unable to hear others properly on call nor do others hear me.
                                    Signal bar shows only one line. Voice breaks while on the call. Facing this issue from almost 2 years. The experience we have with airtel is pathetic and we have many airtel sims at our home.
                                    Need resolution for this...

                                    I am ashish singh chauhan from bilaspur. I was taking a connection of jio fiber. But an executive of airtel, to said wrong commitment has sold me service of airtel. That was my biggest mistake to trust in airtel product. I have paid approx 2474/- rs by google pay to buy this connection. Airtel has told me that they are providing me 24 mbps speed. From[protected] phone and wifi has been stopped. Never solve the problem till date.
