Respected sir i saw a free offer from airtel.in seathiya thoappu place, displayed mnp customer will get one month unlimited calls 42 gb data free. So i ask to retailer free offer change process. But she ask my phone did process. Then i ask again to her. I can do it my self mnp. And finally i ask when will offer addedd to my account mam. She told you have pay recharge. Get 50 rupees for fee. Please take action against malpractice.

    Sir in kathpudiyachhina district bageshwar no network coverage from Airtel .I have recharged my Airtel no with one year subscription but in kathpudiyachhina no network coverage so my number not in use in this area that's why iam in problem for one month, so please sir network provide in this area as much as possible .

        unable to make a call even with a valid unlimited call plan

        My unlimited will expire after 13 days. Still i'm unable to make a call. When icall someone, it says 'u do not have sufficient balance to make a call'. I've tried shifting network type, also i tried to make a call with mobile data off but still not able to make a call. It is very disappointing to bear such problems. Pls fix this issue as soon as possible....

        I am transferred from assam to delhi region, but my number is not transforming from ne region to delhi region, because of that i am unable to use my call service & 4g internet data since last one year (For which i m paying) and paying every month more than inr 700 bill.
        As my plan is 499/ per month.
        I visited airtel office (Nfc – new delhi) more than 20...

        I have recharged the telephone number [protected] on 20th feb 2020 with inr 551 through airtel payment bank. The transaction id is [protected]. The payment was made through airtel payment bank associated with number [protected].
        Despite this recharge, bsnl has barred all outgoing from the number [protected] and have not credited the recharge amount to this number.

        I want to confirm if airtel has paid the amount to bsnl at all? The amount has been taken from my account for which there is a transaction id. But i have no proof from them if this amount was actually paid to bsnl. I tried reaching them on phone but they cc rep was not clear how he can prove this amount was paid to bsnl. I wrote to them at their wecare email id and i have not got any response yet.

        I need airtel to confirm thsi amount was paid to bsnl and provide me the proof of this transaction so that i can quote it to bsnl and get my rightful recharge.

          Dear sir
          It's seemed, it's my regular practice to post slow 4g network of airtel prepaid service active in my [protected]. The slow network has become my harrowing hell and it haunts me throughout the day. Additionally, the company is started forwarded msg in my number stating, my validity of the 4g service tobe shorten than the existing 11th april deadline.
          I can't access the net with slowest ever 4g network of airtel.
          Plse take suitable measures against the company attitude into this matter.

          I ported my jio sim to airtel, the old sim is completely disconnected now, then i inserted the new airtel sim, but no signal.
          Airtel customer care executive said me to contact the retailer...What next ??

            Incoming and outgoing services stopped from past 2 months for postpaid (Sim is converted prepaid to postpaid by company without any intimation) airtel sim but still bill is getting generated.
            My sim was automatically blocked by provider after asking they informed they will change sim and convert sim from 3g to 4g that's they have blocked all 3g sims. Also one day before i did recharge of 250rs. To my prepais sim which is waste. I was informed that sim services will remain same and it will be prepaid only, but later they converted to postpaid and i got bill of 845 and when i was asked they said sorry and said no need to pay bill since it is there mistake and i asked them to stop my services because i was not happy. Now my services are stopping but still bills are getting generated.
            I have called multiple times to stop my sim and raised complaints also but still no action from airtel and keep calling me again and again on my other number, irratating me and wasting my time as well.

            I did a recharge of 219 on my AIRTEL app
            After entering otp the money got deducted and a message occurred saying duplicate record

            I have request for porting of sim to Siegel. At around 10 pm my previous sim stopped working so I inserted Airtel sim and followed procedure and entered 5 digit otp. However now my previous sim isn’t working and neither my new one is and I have an important interview to attend tomorrow.
            In waghbil naka, Thane Airtel network is worst from few days and can't access net from phone or WiFi using Airtel router as well. Can you please help resolve this issue.
            For past few months i disnt recharged my mobile so that sim is deactivated.

              Hi, i live in ghatkopar, mumbai. Have been using airtel for almost a year now. Lately since last month - i am facing almost zero network at my residence. Have raised numerous complaints but to no avail. There are 4 airtel users at my home and we struggle for getting a single bar of signal on our phones. Airtel is least bothered with this - what surprises me is that this was exactly opposite a month back - we were fully enjoying the network reception and never had any complaints.

                          I am using airtel mobile [protected]. Despite adding an unlimited data pack for 599, this company has put spurious charges of more than 2000 rupees as deductions for data usage. This is not post daily data balance deduction for extra usage as my speed was throttled under 64kbps and a message informed of the same.

                          When i make recharges for additional balance, i do not get this service, so it means airtel must be using the newly added packs against this debt?

                          I am unable to get customer service to respond to me.

                          This is insane. I cannot afford this and this is theft.

                            Hi sir/madam,
                            My complaint is for airtel payments bank.
                            In short i add 219 rs.in airtel money and they didn't told me that i can't use it for recharge or anything.
                            But now i'm calling them for 2 days and they are saying that i have to give them address proof my proof which i can provide but also they are asking for pdf of 219 rs. Transaction which i can't provide bcoz my bank doesn't give me i can send the screenshot of that transaction of rs. 219.
                            That's not fair that i can add money again and they will add it without warn me that i can't use it, like they are blocking my money, please help me bcoz this is not a problem of rs. 219 this is fraud and harassment and they are making millions of rupees like this

                              I have changed my airtel sim from child connection to another rs.399 postpaid connection... After deactivation of the old sim, i placed the new sim having mobile number [protected] and waited for 7 hours for network to come. At 7.30 am i called 59059 for televerification and input otp which i got in my alternate number. At 8.00 am again i called and one lady told me that it will take maximum 4 hours to activate. But after even 5 hours no activation and now 59059 is also not working. Just worthless service from airtel.

                                Dear airtel,

                                I’ve given port in request to airtel on 3rd march 2020 from vodafone. The number has been ported-in to airtel on 07th march 2020 11:28 pm. I received an sms stating "once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details"

                                There were no network after 07th march 2020 11:28 pm and inserted new airtel sim but sim not able to catch the signal though there was (Is) full signal of airtel 4g, 3g, 2g.

                                If i dial my number from other number i get ivr msg that the number does not exist, please check the number.

                                Till now i’m getting the same error message.

                                I tried calling airtel customer care (Many times) from other numbers but no use no one responded properly and cut the call.

                                Now i’m thinking why i’ve ported to airtel where there is no value for end users.

                                Why you have disconnected the vodafone network when you are not able give your network?

                                  I have subscribed to 6 months airtel broadband service. I was promised 3 months netflix account subscription at the time of purchase. The netflix account was visible after the purchase in airtelthanks but it is not visible now.
                                  There was no expiry for claiming the benift.

                                  After talking to customer care service i was informed the offer is discontinued after january. Since it was already promised and i purchased the upgraded plan due to that benefit only i wanted my netflix subscription or equivalent refund for the 3 months subscription.

                                  Airtel is deceiving its customer if they are not fulfilling the promised offers.

                                    I have ported my 2 number from vodafone. I had added 2 more numbers in my family to be in 999 scheme. I have given one more sim card for data, but it is never activated. The tele-caller was very kin to get my numbers in airtel, but later, when i am asking for activation of data sim, she is not giving any response. I am very upset with your partner "shrya enerprise" ahmedabad. The offered package on amazon prime & zee5 are also not being talked about. I am not satisfied with the service offered.
