I have recharged my airtel plan of 399 on 24 feb 2020 from a nearby airtel operator but i didn't received any message and my account is not recharged yet please look into this. Once also this was done but after 10 mins the message and recharged was done in my number but this time it is like almost a day and i didn't received any recharge, i don't know why airtel services are getting slower day by day please help me in this.

I am using an airtel sim since 10 years, unfortunately i have lost my phone last week, now i am trying to get my sim re-issued but no any store nor customer care help me for the same.
Now after 15-20 days still i am trying to get my sim back.

The money was detected from my phone pe account but transaction failed in airtel app. I don't know why such things happened. I tried to link airtel app with phone pe there the authentication was expired it seems. Now I'm not even able to link my app with phone pe. Could you please let me know as soon as possible.

      I'm not able to receive any SMS to my airtel number for a while, I noticed this on 13th February 2020 and immediately raised a complaint in airtel customer care.
      In the initial stage I used to get some SMS, but after raising the complaint to customer care I'm completely unable to receive any messages.

      I tried to follow up with the customer care on 23th February as I don't get any follow up calls or emails from Airtel customer care. This issue is still open and I'm a corporate postpaid Airtel customer who is paying bill every month.

      And I work in ITPL, (Whitefield Main Road) where I don't get Internet connectivity as this issue has been raised 1 year before and still we are facing the issue, mobile service provided doesn't seems to be caring about customers issue as we speak about this.

        My no. Is [protected] mumbai region postpaid card. I have already paid 1178 rs on 2nd feb around 3-4 pm. I have paid through icici mobile banking application.
        I am mentioning transaction id following
        1. Amount of rs589 transaction id[protected]
        2. Amount of rs 589 transaction id[protected]

        I have raised complaint through ivr for the same twice. My no. Is[protected].

        This is literally metal harassment from your-side.
        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I have paid my postpaid bill of 9 rupees through netbanking and I got transaction id etc. But the amount is not credited in my account and the amount has already been deducted from my bank account. Kindly look into this matter it happened to me many times.

        Tree's branches are coming in side premises which is high security risk to the premises. Requested to trim the branches so avoid falling on the perimeter wall.

          I team,

          I have been writing this email to you with regards to my postpaid account. Initially i received a notification from airtel stating there are payment dues with previous operator and if not paid services will be disconnected after which i have made the payments and emailed the details to both my previous operator and airtel. However looks like both the service provider doesn't understand the concern the email was sent with. Anyways payment was made on 10th feb 2020 beyond which on 21st feb the service was barred. When called up airtel customer care i was told to visit the store because customer care don't have the bandwidth to make the changes.
          I reached out to store at hegde nagar and the store manager was kind enough to understand the issue and get all the details on some portal and assured the service would be resumed in 4 hours following which my service was resumed.
          But again on 22nd feb i received a notification from airtel on barring my outgoing calls for payment due with previous operator, following which i called up airtel customer care and i was informed that there has been an error and service was disconnected. And supervisor from airtel customer care assured of restoring service asap. It has been almost more than 8 hrs but my service or outgoing is still not resumed.
          Is this a kind of joke? Is airtel trying to make fun out of customers. I have missed important calls because of this and who is taking responsibility for this.
          I'm tired of contacting and visiting airtel store.

          Whensoever I turn on cellular data I receive notification from Android system saying "sign in to network airtel".
          I have tried changing APN and all other suggestions available on different forums but did not work. Kindly resolve this.
          I have old 2G/3G Pre-Paid SIM card. In which I have a problem that I coudn't send SMS. So I thought to upgrade my SIM.               Satyam ([protected]) who was sent by company on 12/2/2020 to reinstall airtel dish, stole dish tv card by fraud. He took my card saying that this is company's policy. When i called him to return my card, he assured me that he would return it next day. But later he switched off his mobile. Now even customer care people r not helping. Plz help me getting my card back.

                internet speed is very poor and network not working properly

                I used airtel since 10 yr but last 2 to 3 months its internet speed becoming very low and even it shows that you have not internet connection
                Because of this we feel frustrated
                Its showing 4g in display but not even work like 2g
                If we will pay high charge of connection then why problems is not resolving...

                  I am facing severe problem from airtel.
                  They are wantedly torturing us.
                  I have ported my number recently to airtel from idea.
                  They was a due amount that need to cleared to idea after porting and airtel has sent me a message to clear the due of rs. 274 before 24th february 2020, the same has been cleared from my side on 13th february 2020 but still airtel disconnected my connection on 21st february 2020.
                  Part 1 : airtel disconnected my mobile without verification in background with idea about the due amount clearance and even though airtel has given the date to 24th february 2020 they discoonected 4 days before the provided even though i have cleared the bill much before that is 13th febraury 2020.
                  I called the customer care and conversation as below,
                  Customer care 1 : it will take 2 to 3 business days to resolve the issue.
                  Customer care supervisor 1: we will take this as priority will be resolved in 4 hours.
                  Customer care supervisor 2 : it will take take 6 to 7 business day to resolve the issue.
                  Along with this as suggested by the customer care i also sent a mail to 121.[protected]@airtel.com attaching the payment receipt.

                  The issue got resolved next day morning and i got a message, mail and call from airtel stating issue got resolved.
                  Part 2 : but again they disconnected on the same day evening stating the same issue to clear the bill. This show the poor communication in the airtel which is leading to a severe threat to the customers.
                  Again i started reaching the customer care and i got similar messages again.
                  Message 3 : alert: outgoing services on your number 818997xxxx have been stopped as you have an outstanding of rs.273.22 towards your previous mobile operator. Please pay the amount before 25-feb-20 else the number will get disconnected. Post disconnection, you will have to submit your documents again for reactivation of your number.
                  Message 4 : hello tirumala venigella, outgoing services have been blocked for your airtel no. 818997xxxx as the bill payment of rs.273.22 is pending towards your previous operator idea, tn. Please pay immediately to resume the services.
                  Customer care supervisor 1 : it will take 8 hours to resolve the issue.
                  Still my connection is not remediated date : 22nd february 2020 08:40 pm. This connection is being used by my wife who is travelling alone with 1 year kid, that is the only way to communicate and due to this we faced severe mental torture.

                    We are complaining to airtel customer care regarding improper network coverage from past 4 months in our location but issue was not being resolved. Customer care response is very bad. When ever we call they are saying server is down. They are just giving complaint reference id but not resolving.
                    We have ported from bsnl idea voda jio to airtel when network is strong. But after porting network was being up and down.in terms of speed and call drops.
                    We complained in local airtel showrooms, airtel office. But no action was being taken.

                        I spent about an hour at the nearest customer care center in lucknow (Indira nagar) but my airtel wallet cash was not converted to airtel payments bank on 18th feb, 2020.

                        Today when i went to customer care center, my aadhaar and pan card details were submitted but my airtel wallet could not be upgraded to airtel payments bank. My issue is that i'm unable to utilise 240 rs. Of airtel wallet.
                        Whenever i try to use it i get an error that payment failed. My aadhaar and pan card details were submitted but my airtel wallet could not be upgraded to airtel payments bank. No one is responding via e-mail. 4 reminders have been sent.

                          I have recharged my airtel number with 19 rs it was mentioned that unlimited calls no information about the sms
                          But while sending sms to port i am unable to send it
                          Later the executive said me to recharge with regular balance of 10 (7.70 talk time) to send sms
                          No after doing it i couldnt send the sms
                          After calling to customer care they said sms facility is not available with the 19 rs recharge
                          Even if you have regular balance also you couldnt send sms
                          To send sms they as me to recharge one month plan and then i have to send port sms

                          Later you can leave the network
                          Really there was very poor network at my home i may even loose my job of not attending calls
                          I just cant use it since then they ask me to pay
                          They havent mentioned any where about no sms facility for 19rs recharge

                              Hi - i forgot mpin for airtel payments bank and id proof details. That was created 4-5 years back when i was using a normal phone - probably i gave some random name. I'm unable to remember the details that i had provided at that time (Like name). When i tried to retrieve the mpin by calling your customer care, they are asking for these details - which i forgot and its impossible to get those details. Could you please help me to retrieve back the mpin. I'm ready to submit the proofs also if needed.

                                I raised multiple complains to about airtel broadband internet services on their customer care no for frequent disconnection and poor speed.

                                And everytime they use to kill my time making long pauses making long processes with no result and finally they will give u complain no and time slot. Amd same were closed without resolution.

                                Their engineers will never come in the specified time slot, because that time they are busy fixing the issue with their network. And later when things are fine they will come to show us everything is ok.

                                As a customer is penalised for late payments why the service provider is not penalised for downtime, poor speed etc.

                                  Airtel 4g service is become slower day by day. I am experiencing no net connection from 6pm to 11am every night, in my Airtel SIM, [protected] inserted in Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 (6gb/64gb).
                                  This seemed to be regular practice by this company to fool me. When I lodged complaints here, Airtel increase the speed for a week. After then they reduce the speed.
                                  PLSE take fast action against this mischief.

                                    Again and again Airtel prepaid 4g service from 6pm to 12 am seems to be like living hell. The 4g speed in my Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 ( 6gb /64gb) with Airtel prepaid SIM bearing no., [protected] is too slow to connect the net from 6 pm to 12am
