I paid money(2828 rs) to airtel broadband on 1st of march. Till now they not installed the broadband and also they are not respond to our calls. I want to cancel this service and want refund money but they are ignoring this.
I sent required documents many times and now i am feel very angry and frustrated right now.
Now you are the only one to solve this problem.
Please do strictly action against them.

    I have been sending mails to appellate and 121 regarding broadband connection down issue, nothing has worked out.
    Fed up of your don't care attitude.
    Everyone across globe fighting to eradicate the corona virus and you guys not fixing the issue forcing us to commute to the office.
    Any issues arising from the coronavirus you will be held responsible.

    Yesterday i got a call from a person saying he is from airtel patna branch and told me that my no. won prize of a motorcycle, led tv and 75000 rupees cash. Is it true?

    I have requested for PORT from Vodafone to Airtel, after 4-5 days my Vodafone got deactivated so I inserted new Airtel SIM but after that it is showing me no network and hence I am not able to activate the sim. Now both sims are not working

      I forgot my mpin and first name and last name and i am unable to receive otp from mpin recover i tried for lots of times but i can't able to find i also got failed my transaction when i am trying to add money in airtel money wallet. I lost rs.150 it's very precious to me when i get money back help me solve my problem when i get back my money from airtel

        Dear sir/ madam,

        This is with regards to my airtel landline bill airtel number: [protected], i have been requesting the telephone bills on my address from the month of november 2019 to known the details of bill amount and other charges. However the same is not been resolved. Further, we have also raised the complaint with respect to non working of internet on our telephone number [protected] and no action is been taken till date.

        As per my current bill plan from the year 2018 till date the amount is rs. 399 per month + gst 18% which comes to rs. 470.82. My bill of 3 months is pending for due payment for which the amounts comes to rs. 1, 412.46.

        However, airtel is charging me a late payment of rs. 100 on each bill amount along with gst. If this is been calculated for the 3 months the amount comes to rs. 1766.46.

        In this regards, the airtel is showing me a total bill payment of rs. 2726.76 where as the airtel executive at the telephonic conversation are unable to explain.

        Therefore, i request you to look into the matters and resolved my issue. Further, due to non working of internet on my telephone number and resolution not provided i need a consideration along with the waver of late payment fee charged on my telephone number.

          Hi, my name is khushbu das and my number is [protected]. This was my airtel number earlier. Due to their poor data services, i ported the same number to jio. But they keep on generating bills even after port and stopped my services from jio stating outstanding bill and some regulations. I have cleared the outstanding payment today at their airtel store and provided the receipt of the payment. Yet, they are asking me to wait for 2 to 4 days, so that their system gets updated. I have a question. My problem is why do i have to wait for days so that their system gets updated. How will i work without any data and mobile facilities when my number remains down. Who will compensate for my work and loss.

            I received a fraud phone call on 13/03/2020 .the person speaking introduced himself as branch manager of central bank and asked for the card details and otp for issuing New atm card. He did one transaction at airtel money mumbai of Rs.19998 on 13/03/2020 at 10:19am. This transaction is not done by me .
            I can provide you transaction messages, complaint to cyber cell and bank statements.
            Please help in recovery of amount .

                  Dear Sir,

                  I have recharged my Airtel Dth Account No. [protected] on 15/03/2020 at 6:51pm for Rs.510 via paytm upi mode and my recharge was sucessfull i got a operator refrence no. :- [protected] and sucessfull upi transaction id :[protected]. And paytm order no. is :- [protected].

                  But amount is not credited into my airtel dth account yet but in my airtel thanks app there is a transaction history tab where it clearly written that recharge done of 510/-Rs. on 15/03/20 at 6:51pm but amount is not credited into my account yet...

                  I quickly raise a dispute and also share the above given id's to airtel dth customer care that recharge done but amount not credited into my dth account and they said ok sir we have taken your complain request and i will get the resolution by 17/03/20 at 3:03pm by the back end team of airtel dth and customer care also said that money will credited into my dth account on 17/03/20 at 3:03pm .

                  But i did not recieve any call from airtel dth back end team on 17/03/20 at 3:03pm then i again called airtel dth customer care on 17/03/20 at 3:04pm and asked why i still not get my refund either in my dth or either in my bank account and then they again asked the whole details and i gave the deatils and they are again saying that give us 72hrs to resolve this after hearing this i got fully harrashed and irriated and i told them to refund my money as soon as possible and they keep saying that give us some time .

                  Why should i give them another 72hrs after seeing that they wasted the whole previous 72hrs without doing angthing.

                  I want my 510/-rs back please help me to get my refund...

                  I also told them give me a resolution or i will raise this matter in Consumer Complaints and they keep saying do whatever you want .

                  How pathetic thess airtel dth services and customer care do.

                  Please do something consumer complain as soon as possible.

                    I have been chasing airtel from last 5 months and every time i got assurance from airtel that network in my area has improved but actually its all false promises & commitments given by airtel.
                    In ground nothing has happened. Even 2 g connection of the poorest country would work better for airtel 4g connection
                    Despite of being paying heavily for this pathetic 4g connection network is just at 0.01
                    I propose that trai should start of giving free days/ internet in case companies like these fails to provide the committed network speed. Only then companies like airtel will learn a lesson

                      I have applied for conversion of my prepaid sim to postpaid via airtel thanks app on 23rd feb 2020.

                      I got sms from airtel within few hours that my postpaid connection has been activated.

                      But whenever i login to myairtel or check my account details on airtel thanks app, it shows my number as prepaid.

                      Even customer care ivr isn't accepting my number as valid postpaid number.
                      I'm able to make calls, sms and use data without any problems.
                      But i'm unable to see my account details and usage info or pay bills online as my number isn't being accepted as a valid postpaid number.

                      I have called customer care and also visited airtel office near my home many times, but there seems to be no clarity on the status of my account details updation.

                      All i get as a response is that my number has already been converted to postpaid.

                      I mailed nodal officer with abovementioned complaints but the issue hasn't been resolved yet. I just get a mail saying that my issue will be resolved soon.

                      I fail to understand what is the cause for so much delay..
                      Either solve my issue, else i'll happily port to other operators with better service.

                        Their staff is not able to provide correct information and the consumer has to pay the amount.

                        I am currently outside india and have been calling the support number +91-[protected] since so many days to inquire about the incorrect unbilled usage amount and the system is always down.

                        Now, they barred my number for receiving messages, when i called them again, they said you have to pay the amount to activate the number and when i asked what are the charges for - they said we dont know till the bill is generated.

                        They dont have information and they want the consumer to pay the bill without giving them information.

                        I am calling from international number and these people have no courtesy to provide the correct information.

                          My name is jay parekh and i had a post paid connection with airtel for which i had already cleared all the dues and today they are sending me a bill saying that i have to pay 1016. 26 rs can anyone explain me the charges and i had already paid the unbilled charges that why airtel gave me a porting code, i want to complaint against them as they are mentally harassing me

                            I have switched my both the connections from vodafone to airtel assuming the good netwrok in airtel. Several complaints have been logged with airtel for poor network service & data connectivity issue at my residence place (Pin code: 500018), as on today there is no solution on the complaint. Every time airtel gives a falls commitment that the network issue will be resolved.. But i don't see any improvement in network/data connectivity. Request technical team to look into it and respond asap. They can reach me on +91 [protected]

                                I have been facing issues with airtel bill payment. They provided an option named airtel home which is a collection of multiple accounts like mobile accounts, landline, broadband etc. They will generate a single bill with a discount of 10% for all those accounts and when we pay it as single amount it should be distubuted and paid accordingly for all the added acccounts. When i was paying them, instead of getting reflected for all the accounts, its getting paid only for few of them and the other accounts are getting additionally paid. If we pay individually for the nonpaid account, it is getting paid sometimes and is not getting paid again. This is not a single time issue. This is the 4th time where i am facing this issue. When we ask them, the way they answer is ridiculous. Also they will ask us to pay again by enabling some other option instead of adjusting between the accounts which are in airtel home (From the accounts which are already additionally paid). When we ask why, they answer saying that adjustment option is not available. They are not even properly checking the history of complaints and resolving them in future to avoid recurrence of the issue. This month the problem got again repeated and its the 4th time. Even the customer care team are not referring the history to understand the problem and resolve it asap.

                                  I am not getting otp from any sites. When i called customer care they are saying everything is fine from our side but in same handset and ther network i am able to receive the otps... Hence it is airtel issue and not handset or third party issue...
                                  I am unable to do my works or verify my account because of this please look into it urgently and resolve it.

                                  Quick response will be a big help

                                      I have recharged my airtel dth account with rs1104 on 12th of march but the recharge amount is not reflecting on that. Customer care are also not supporting properly, they are just saying that it will resolved tomorrow but literally not resolved yet.
                                      They are saying that it is a technical issue but i am not getting it.
                                      Please take strict action against them, it's a request.

                                        I am not receiving sms on my airtel numbers :
                                        Prepaid : [protected]
                                        Postpaid : [protected]

                                        We have reached out to airtel customer case atleast 5 times with no result, they keep on forwarding the complaints to there network team.

                                        All my bank related activites have stopped because of this ignorant behavior and issue. Please help this is very urgent, i couldn't think of any other medium to raise the complaint.
