Dear sir,
I am facing severe problem from airtel.
They are wantedly torturing us.
I have ported my number recently to airtel from idea.
They was a due amount that need to cleared to idea after porting and airtel has sent me a message to clear the due of rs. 274 before 24th february 2020, the same has been cleared from my side on 13th february 2020 but still airtel disconnected my connection on 21st february 2020.
Part 1 : airtel disconnected my mobile without verification in background with idea about the due amount clearance and even though airtel has given the date to 24th february 2020 they discoonected 4 days before the provided even though i have cleared the bill much before that is 13th febraury 2020.
I called the customer care and conversation as below,
Customer care 1 : it will take 2 to 3 business days to resolve the issue.
Customer care supervisor 1: we will take this as priority will be resolved in 4 hours.
Customer care supervisor 2 : it will take take 6 to 7 business day to resolve the issue.
Along with this as suggested by the customer care i also sent a mail to 121.[protected]@airtel.com attaching the payment receipt.

The issue got resolved next day morning and i got a message, mail and call from airtel stating issue got resolved.
Part 2 : but again they disconnected on the same day evening stating the same issue to clear the bill. This show the poor communication in the airtel which is leading to a severe threat to the customers.
Again i started reaching the customer care and i got similar messages again.
Message 3 : alert: outgoing services on your number 818997xxxx have been stopped as you have an outstanding of rs.273.22 towards your previous mobile operator. Please pay the amount before 25-feb-20 else the number will get disconnected. Post disconnection, you will have to submit your documents again for reactivation of your number.
Message 4 : hello tirumala venigella, outgoing services have been blocked for your airtel no. 818997xxxx as the bill payment of rs.273.22 is pending towards your previous operator idea, tn. Please pay immediately to resume the services.
Customer care supervisor 1 : it will take 8 hours to resolve the issue.
Still my connection is not remediated date : 22nd february 2020 08:40 pm. This connection is being used by my wife who is travelling alone with 1 year kid, that is the only way to communicate and due to this we faced severe mental torture.
I request to help me on this to get this resolved and show me some way.
