I ported from idea to airtel thinking that there would be better network inside the house on that network at least for calling on my 2g phone but it seems there's no network at all at my place and even after complaining there is no resolution provided by customer care, they don't even have an email complaint service and accept complaints via call at 50 paise per 3 minutes, which is a blatant fraud on their behalf and even after complaining they only give reassurance that the network here is great.

      On 24th january, airtel offered to merge my 3 phones into one family plan.

      The phone numbers were:

      [protected] (Main number)
      And
      [protected]
      And
      [protected] (Donge/hotspot).

      On their advice, we have paid the current due on [protected] and [protected], on 24th jan 2020 and they were to merge all the 3 phones in 1 plan.

      They have only merged [protected] and they have not merged [protected]. Inspite of payment.

      Now they are asking for another payment to clear the current bill while in the meanwhile they have charged the family plan fees on [protected] and they are continuing to charge the monthly fees on [protected], which are not valid.

      Please ask them to merge [protected] with the [protected] family plan with effect from 24th january 2020.

          Suddenly on 27th feb, 2018, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
          My number that stopped working is [protected]
          All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

          I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, and additionally they need to compensate for loss of peace of mind, and loss of opportunity due to missed communication during the period.

              I recently noted that whereas airtel was charging rs.23 monthly for 28 days validity with no other benefits the same has been increased to rs.45 monthly with no talk time, sms or data. I feel this is unjust for numbers not in much use.
              Also many a times the calls fail are if connected the talks are not very clear and one has to disconnect and call again. Sometimes lord of follow up is required for activation of calls or data

              As laid by the government of india that all failed calls would bear a penalty of Re.1 I do not till date find that any network provider is ever crediting this penalty amount to our billing accounts anytime

                    I moved to my new apartment. I have been facing network issue in my apartment. Airtel network here is terrible and irritating.
                    Ppl trying to call me said to that my phone will be out of reach many a times. I have missed many important calls due to this and it is irritating and put me in risky situations all the time. I have to depend upon whatsapp calls all the time.
                    If i try to call it is hard to connect and if ot connects luckily then we gace lot of voice breaking.

                      I’ve given port in request to airtel on 24th feb 2020 from vodafone chennai. On vodafone has accepted the same and airtel has sent sms stating dear customer your porting request for mobile no. [protected] to airtel has been validated by vodafone. The number will be ported-in to airtel by 27 feb 2020 00:40:00 the second sms states once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details (Received both the sms at 00:40:00 on 27 feb 2020).

                      By 12:30am my mobile displays no network and i’ve inserted airtel sim but sim not able to catch the signal.

                      If i dial my number from other number i get ivr msg that the number does not exist, please check the number.

                      Till now i’m getting the same error message.

                      I tried calling airtel customer care (3 times) but no use no one responded properly and cut the call.

                      Now i’m thinking why i’ve ported to airtel where there is no value for end users.

                      Why you have disconnected the vodafone network when you are not able give your network?

                      I want full explanation on this.

                      What is the time frame for port in process when you fixed the time at 12:40am port in process will start?

                      Is this right process to approach the port in process?

                      Can i get time limit that my number will be activated/grant the permission for network?

                      Due to ignorance of airtel i’ve missed important calls from my client and my manager. I did n’t expected this from airtel.

                      I request airtel to activate with all the services on my number asap

                          I am using 4g hotspot. It is not getting connected with green signal. It shows up wireless network connection and says that the connection is excellent. But the fact is it gives yellow signal and it is getting disconnected.
                          From what i understand green indicates 4g, yellow is 3g. It is also erratic, off and on every few seconds. Is the problem with the instrument or is it the tower nearby

                              I have recharged my airtel plan of 399 on 24 feb 2020 from a nearby airtel operator but i didn't received any message and my account is not recharged yet please look into this.                                   I'm not able to receive any SMS to my airtel number for a while, I noticed this on 13th February 2020 and immediately raised a complaint in airtel customer care.
                                  In the initial stage I used to get some SMS, but after raising the complaint to customer care I'm completely unable to receive any messages.

                                  I tried to follow up with the customer care on 23th February as I don't get any follow up calls or emails from Airtel customer care. This issue is still open and I'm a corporate postpaid Airtel customer who is paying bill every month.

                                  And I work in ITPL, (Whitefield Main Road) where I don't get Internet connectivity as this issue has been raised 1 year before and still we are facing the issue, mobile service provided doesn't seems to be caring about customers issue as we speak about this.

                                    My no. Is [protected] mumbai region postpaid card. I have already paid 1178 rs on 2nd feb around 3-4 pm. I have paid through icici mobile banking application.
                                    I am mentioning transaction id following

                                    I have raised complaint through ivr for the same twice. My no. Is[protected].

                                    This is literally metal harassment from your-side.

                                    I have paid my postpaid bill of 9 rupees through netbanking and I got transaction id etc. But the amount is not credited in my account and the amount has already been deducted from my bank account. Kindly look into this matter it happened to me many times.

                                    Tree's branches are coming in side premises which is high security risk to the premises. Requested to trim the branches so avoid falling on the perimeter wall.

                                    It is to inform you that its too much network issue in our area. Kindly update the network in our area.

                                      I team,

                                      I have been writing this email to you with regards to my postpaid account. Initially i received a notification from airtel stating there are payment dues with previous operator and if not paid services will be disconnected after which i have made the payments and emailed the details to both my previous operator and airtel. However looks like both the service provider doesn't understand the concern the email was sent with. Anyways payment was made on 10th feb 2020 beyond which on 21st feb the service was barred. When called up airtel customer care i was told to visit the store because customer care don't have the bandwidth to make the changes.
                                      I reached out to store at hegde nagar and the store manager was kind enough to understand the issue and get all the details on some portal and assured the service would be resumed in 4 hours following which my service was resumed.
                                      But again on 22nd feb i received a notification from airtel on barring my outgoing calls for payment due with previous operator, following which i called up airtel customer care and i was informed that there has been an error and service was disconnected. And supervisor from airtel customer care assured of restoring service asap. It has been almost more than 8 hrs but my service or outgoing is still not resumed.
                                      Is this a kind of joke? Is airtel trying to make fun out of customers. I have missed important calls because of this and who is taking responsibility for this.
                                      I'm tired of contacting and visiting airtel store.
