I am a resident of Whitefield area at Bangalore and the airtel call and data connectivity is extremely poor in the area. Submitted multiple complaints but I always hear it has been rectified but to no avail. At a home on 3rd floor I cannot talk on call on my mobile phone because there is no connectivity of the network....

While I was working in my shop two persons came as Airtel executive and asked me to install aitel payment application in my mobile phone so I can receive payments from customers and asked me to give OTP so that they can install Airtel payment application in my mobile and they left saying application will be installed.but to my surprise I received a SMS stating shop name ms pharmacy and bank account number which I don't know.

I did a recharge of 1 year plan like 2 months ago
And now since Airtel told that their plans adds up in queue I did a 3 month recharge and after I checked its status it is not even reflecting in my account ...after talking company customer care, they say that recharge is successful, u will get benefits too but it won't be reflected and u can't use them ...my 598rs recharge is in water due to this fraud...kindly see into this matter...

From today morning, I'm facing issue with my airtel sim card. It is showing "no sim". I have tried rebooting, placing the sim properly again and again and resetting it to factory settings still it is not working and checked in other phone by placing my sim card in it, it shows no sim.

Could you please resolve it asap, as I need to get some important calls and unable to get OTPs to the phone.

Initially the Network of the SIM is Tata DoCoMo and after that I have ported to Airtel...

One of Airtel customer care says that some apps use data while connectivity is off and my data is consumed by those apps. Another one says that your sim is in slot 2 where an issue is rising of wrong consumption. My phone data usage is also not showing any data usage but their senior says our computer is showing data usage, how is it possible. Stop Befooling me Airtel....

I have bought fastag on your app, just based on your earlier service.

Its been more than a month you have not delivered the fastag.

1. There is no way to complain about the fastag being not delivered to my address.
2. 400 call center number is not having an option related to fastag
3. Your faqs don't have any on non delivery of fastag which should be quite possible

After 14 working days of fastag bought in airtel thanks was not delivered. It was shipping in the dtdc courier.so please don't buy the fastag from airtel thanks app.and adequate information from the customer service was not provided by them .simply they were told that the inconvenience will be rectified within 1 day or two day so due to poor service of the airtel thanks to delivery of fastag .the services of airtel are inadequate so please...

This complaint is regarding the recharge that i performed on my airtel number on 28th december, 2019 with inr 500 rs. I got a message stating that the recharge was successful soon after payment, but did not receive that amount in my prepaid balance account till this time (1st january, 2020; 7:36 pm).
Airtel, please credit my money as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful and oblige.

Sir, i m from assam dist - golaghat. Naojan. Vill - naojan, pin - 785601. Here airtel network is very poor means i m not able to uses data. The tower is very near to our home not more than 200 metre. The network shows full tower but not connected. I call the customer care service so many time but they all time say that they will provided the complaint to technical stuff but yet it is not re solve. Now we decided if the network provider (Airtel)...

Earlier i used to play Wynk music in a browser but it doesn't work anymore. I have checked in different Mobile browser, Laptop browser but getting the same error.

I am faced problem about airtel sms pack recharge amount
I recharged the sms pack but sms are not sending
When i ask they are talking irrespective and not give proper suggestions also
They told after sending 100 sms u can't send more sms on your sms plan but you can send by account balance as 1 inr per sms
And i asked then my 46 rupees recharge was waste so u return that amount to airtel application wallet...

I have been complaining to the airtel customer care from the past two months about the bad internet quality in Ruhatta, Jaunpur, 222002 but no action has been taken. The internet speed just vanishes after every 2-3 hours for a long period which causes a lot of inconvenience to me. The problem persists indoors as well as outdoors. I received a call from a number with an automated voice telling me "thanks for opening airtel payment bank" which i did not apply. Without my permission, they seem to have activated the airtel payment bank account. When i spoke to a person via airtel complaint number 198. The person told me to contact 400 for details. I had taken airtel broadband connection in november 18 2019. During inquiry i have all prepaid plans( short terms and long term) and asked about the installation charges, i was informed that installationis free, only advance amount 999 to be paid for that months usage being prepaid plan. Airtel claims to be fastest 4g internet service but it is the worst out there i recently purchased an airtel 4g sim it worked fine for few days gave like 1-2mbps download speed but now 4g is barely working can't even play online games due to very high ping network coverage is also very bad. So i request airtel to establish a high speed 4g tower nearby cause many people here uses airtel they had same experience as me....
