It's been 3 weeks since the day i started complaining about the services that i am not being able to use volte on my phone...
Ive already tried a different airtel sim card in my phone volte works just fine.
The customer service isn't really helping me out in this. I have raised a complaint on this and for some reason it's kept on hold.
Please look into the issue and get it rectified soon.

    I have 1 day left for my unlimited pack and i recharged one day before and this service is counting the recharge on the same day i recharged, still my pack is left for 1 day.. They are not even providing there customer service... No customer service available.. They don't even provide network properly... Calls get disconnected while speaking and internet is the worst to use

      Today, at 2.30 p. M, three gb of 48 rupees was made on net mobile no. [protected]. Did not use the net and in a short time three gb net flew. And the net balance is telling 0. Where did it go? And on the unlimited local, atd, and roaming same network of rs 598 and an 84-day package with 1.5 gb daily data 100 messages, the net is flown through the morning without use. Where does he go? Does this airtel company also steal the net? Everyday we fill extra net balance, then taking advantage of the opportunity is stolen. What does the company do? Today, you get the three gb net balance replenished immediately, and the daily running of one and a half gb is also back. Otherwise further proceedings are going on. Our house has 5 airtel sims. If our balance is not returned today, we will stop all our airtel sims. You act immediately on this and reply. Otherwise proceeding continues. -

        I am using Airtel since 2009. Since 2013 I am regularly complaining Airtel to rectify the signal issue in my area hear Ayappa Nagar, K R Puram. Several time customer care executives had taken my complain and given me reference number, but post that no action on these issue. Today I called airtel customer care and complain the same, but funny part still they are telling me the same scripted answer, they are working and they will rectify soon. Its been 7 years they are trying to rectify. I dont know what to say... I never seen the network worse then Airtel .

            I am using airtel service and i am unable to use xstream app now!! I have re-charged my no on 11 feb 2020, but still getting messages to recharge, even after 3 days!! I have called up customer care and spoke to zisha who claims to be floor supervisor! She refused to take complaint and claimed that she has resolved the issue!! I am attaching the screenshot of the error i am getting!! How can issue be fixed, if i m still getting the error? She was so arrogant that she refused to take the complaint, even after multiple times mentioning that issue persists!!. Such crap executives are hired to harass customers!
            How can customer support refuse to take a complaint for a service when the issue still exists? As per trai rules, customer has right to register complaint n seek complaint no, not sure how airtel can follow its own rules? Airtel claims they are best service not sure if they have tested their network and services?

              I have been facing call drop and poor data speed (E instead of 4g). Thus complained in airtel customer care on[protected]. They told to resolve it before[protected], but now they are telling to wait for 2 months.
              I am using airtel postpaid and complaint number is attached herewith. This problem is for the location in mega city ahmedabad.

              So the only thing left out is mnp now, but i have heard many issues while moving from airtel postpaid to jio. Just want airtel to not harass me in my mnp process to jio.

              Airtel wants me to pay without expecting for any service from them and their customer care executive told me that airtel postpaid customers are not allowed to port into jio.

                Hi team,

                I am unable to call on tollfree numbers like
                1100 /[protected], from last 3 months,
                I did recharge of rs.600 unlimited pack still it is not working,
                I tried with other airtel numbers also still facing the same issue.
                I tried from other locations like andhra and karnataka still unable to call the same tollfree numbers.
                I am able to call the same contacts from jio network,

                Airtel is just asking me to wait by giving irrelevant reasons,

                I need quick fix on this, this is not only the issue facing by me, even entire airtel users are facing the same issue.

                  And they message me case resolved but case not resolved yet bcoz i'm open a payments bank account another number with this aadhar number whose number with [protected] airtel money wallet but when i'm going to airtel express to open a new payment account [protected] they said me this aadhar number also exist one account.

                    Hello, this is to inform you that i posted a query regarding airtel fiber net on airtel website and got response from sales executive [mobile number - [protected]] who came to my house in jaipur (302019) on 11th feb 2020 regarding connection and informed me fiber is available in my area and then he completed all the documents formalities and gave me link to pay for my plan and rental fee and after 2-3 hours 2 engineers came to my house for wiring and setup then those engineers told me that "airtel fiber line is not available in your area and that the sales executive should have said so to you" after that i told engineers that sales person said connection is available and i have also paid the money for that and after that i called the sales person and he said he'll explain tomorrow that is on 13feb about what to do and today he's not receiving my calls i have called him more than 15 times but no response but he messaged me that he'll refund my money but then i asked about refund i'd he just ignored me, that means he's lying about refund as i have not received any message regarding refund and i called airtel customer care and they too did not receive any refund request, that sales executive doing fraud so bluntly without care in a world,
                    My request now is to refund my money back and i'll never opt for any airtel service ever again

                      The issue that i have experienced was: my airtel mobile number [protected]. On my airtel app i have play velentine on in the air contast. And receive 3000 point and claim amazon and bookmyshow vocher after fill all details submitted my vocher still not received. T&c said vocher received via sms in 72 hours but today is 5 days go but stil vocher not received. Many time contact coustmer care but not solve my problem.

                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 399 on 12th feb 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference no. Srstx359019 of rs. 399. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                        Even im unable to connect with your customer care executive asking for sufficient balance, how is it possible to connect with customer care if itself there is no recharge in my mobile or with zero balance.
                        Suggest some way to sort out problem.

                              i am using your service since more than 10 yrs and from last two year i am calling your service centre to improve my data and voice quality but i am listening only a news that tower coming to my city. But neither a tower nor my complaint resolved.
                              where airtel launching 5G, insist to use 3G mode manually. shame on you( Add on TV highest video speed), after complaining since 2 yrs, lot of reference complaint no.generated only.
                              is any body is there who can listen my issue.
                              because i know and i can bet that you cant do anything except generating another complaint no.

                                I couldn't recharge airtel number online. [ COMPLAINT/REFERENCE NO. CPONR[protected] ] after i changed my sim to prepaid from postpaid, so i had raised a complain with airtel customer care 3 months back, they assure every time it will resolved 48 hour for last 3 moths.and now I CAN'T EVEN RECHARGE MY NUMBER THROUGH A RETAILER, MY SERVICES OF INCOMING WILL BE BARED BY 13TH FEB 2020. i have been using this number for 15 years. Its very important number for me as all my customers contact is through this number.I request you to do the needful. (P.S THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSONNEL HAD ASSURED MY PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED BY 11TH FEB 2020.

                                    Well, i’m an airtel user, since very long it has been good but from few weeks airtel is looting and manipulating customers, well earlier it 84days for rs 558 (3gb per day) now its 56 days for the same, but the speed is pretty much low and i’m unable to use my tariff as per it. The speed of the internet is too much slow which bothers me at my work. If airtel sees this, please get back to me asap or else i’ll port my number to some other network.

                                    Airtel 4g network and 4g internet is like 2g. It mean 4g internet is equal to 2g internet that much slow in this network. In the advertisement is shows that the best network is Airtel but in the reality is inverse. Charge in the internet plan is heavy but network and internet is not equal to 1% of speed of internet.

                                      unfair charges for voice special service

                                      In the Jan month bill I found an additional charge of Rs 360 against Voice special numbers service availed on 5th Jan at 15:03 for 59.51 minutes.I have checked the logs no such call was made by me .
                                      My mobile no [protected].No explanation is provided about this mysterious service .Its pure case of duping customers .When you try to reach out to customer care by dialing 121 they will waste your time with so many options and you cant login...

                                      I have tried to reach airtel customer for so many times and every time I get a different response from each one of the CSR.
                                      The issue here is that I am not able to generate send SMS to 1900. Each time I am getting ' Error 69 Message not sent'
                                      First time: When I called the CC @ 121 they told me that you have to clear the outstanding amount, I did the I send the SMS, nothing worked.
                                      Second time: they asked me to pay some amount in advance, I did, nothing worked.
                                      Third time: they asked me to. pay entire bill amount for the next month '600 rupees' and again I did, nothing worked out.
                                      4th time: they raised a complaint and said that it will get resolved within 24 hours, I waited, tried again, nothing worked again.
                                      5th time: they said to wait for 24 more hours, I did, and guess what nothing worked out again. It has been more than 48 hours and I didn't get any response neither my issue is resolved.

                                      The issue is not only with the Port. I even can send SMS to a special number. For example 567678
