Respected sir, i would like to inform u that we are having low mobile signal problems. We study in st. Vincent pallotti college of engineering and technology, nagpur and almost 1500 students are hostetlers. We cannot even contact anyone inside the hostel we have to go out and then call someone. We know that u are a reputed company and look into the matter

    Hi team,
    Following guys are making false commitment to sale the new airtel broadband connection in noida sector-50. They are committed to me "purchase new airtel xtream fiber connection on advance payment of 6 month rental you will get following things :

    1- no installation charge
    2- telephone handset
    3- airtel xtream fiber connection up to 100 mbps

    After payment they installed the broadband copper line connection speed up to 40 mbps & provide local wifi router and committed we will provide you handset and xtream router next day.
    After waiting one day i called them they told me"please give me one hour i will be there ", now they are not receiving my phone.

    Request to you please identify these guys in your team and take disciplinary action against them & complete the commitment. If not possible please disconnect my connection and refund my money immediately.

I am staying in mulanthuruthy.in mulanthuruthy airtel have one new upraded 4g tower.735meters distance from my home. I had requested airtel to provide coverage from mulanthuruthy.           Poor quality android set-top box was issued which overheats after an hour o[censored]sage & then starts to lag in response & performance.

          Airtel policy on only upgrade is possible & not downgrade of set-top box?! - when i asked them to downgrade to a older model as upgrade costs another 2grand. The current set-top box is 7 months old (This was pushed out & sold to us for rs.2400 lying that it's a newer model in july 2019 where truth is newer model launched post august called xstream box!

          So i was not happy paying another rs.2200 to a second upgrade with in a year - if airtel buys such bad quality hardware which won't even function for a year why rip off their customers?

          P. S. Heating of current set-top box is an ongoing recurring issue - the local dealer or the agency who responsible for replacing faulty unit keeps sending technician (4 visits made this far - they reset the box each time & tell no stock of that model box is available currently - like do i care? Get the box asap if not possible go with upgrade or downgrade as i am still paying for the downtime!) with no knowledge of the situation - when queried the tech was notified of a no signal issue - literally bad management is how i could describe them as!

          Spoke to various people! Was like so speaking to robots, all go on & on with same standard replies as a last resort writing down here! Will have to wait till monday now to speak with a nodal officer!

            I have done recharge for my mobile number for 598 rs on 07/02/2020 at 9:35 pm and the txn numbers are amazon pay transaction id: p[protected]
            Airtel prepaid karnataka id:[protected].

            The amount got debited from my bank but not reflected in my airtel account. I am really worried. I have also sent a mail to airtel

            Please look in to it and help me.

              Respected sir i as a customer of barti airtel mobile. I am facing poor indoor coverage in my home. Airtel provided me false information about coverage at the time of giving sim. Airtel authorities told me that you will get excellent indoor and outdoor coverage no worry about that. One of the other big cheating by airtel is that airtel told me you are getting coverage from mulanthuruthy. I accept airtel information provided by airtel. But after start using the connection i am really shocked. I can't make a normal call also. Unable to send sms. Unable to know my account balance also. Duebto non availability of 2g 4g indoor coverage.in an emergency i can't make a call to ambulance also. Very dead cheating sir. I had lost my number and my money sir. I don't know what i can do sir. From whom i get help. Airtel not ready to give 2g 4g coverage to our location. Airtel providing coverage from manakunnam udayamperoor.3km away from my home. One new 4g tower is upgraded in mulanthuruthy pallithazam only 735meters from my home. But airtel not ready to provide coverage from their. I had requested airtel about this. But the company not ready to provide from their. No authorities can't question airtel. I request you sir please take necessary action against this cheating. Thank ing you

                Dear sir,

                This is to bring to your notice that i, naval consul have been an airtel customer for the past 13 years now. I am currently holding the prepaid number [protected]. I am a sailor who works abroad most of the days so frequently make use of your international roaming packs. My ships have been recently sailing united states gulf coast region and south america for the past two years now. And i had been frequently making use of your inr 2499 pack which offers 5gb data for 30 days for these past 2 years. My last recharge of inr 2499 was dated 12th january which just got over during current usage in united states on date 6th february 2020. Therefore i made another recharge of 2499 with transid[protected]. Although to my dismay and trying all troubleshooting to resume my data usage, no internet services were available to me. I contacted airtel customer care and they told me this ir pack is not valid for us. Sir, if same was the case then how come i was using it until today? The description in the 2499 pack did not mention united states even earlier but it was working fine for me and all my fellow sailors. Please do me the honours to track my data usage, network providers and past recharges in the past two years. I have been using this pack in us just fine until today via the network carrier at&t 3g. So if there has been some revision to the rates or data availability then the same recharge should not have been available on the my airtel app. I therefore either demand a refund or restarting of my data services as this is an outrage. Earlier airtel was an economical option for me as it provided me access to internet services in all of my voyages such as us, mexico, panama, south america, honduras, guatemala, etc. Now if as per customer service the prices have to be 3997 for united states and adjoining countries then i would prefer to buy a local sim or rather switch to vodafone, for their international packs seem cheaper than yours now.

                Please understand that this is our hard earned money and we have to stay a long time away from our families during our service. Hope you of all people as esteemed network service providers can have some consideration or empathy to how important staying connected to their loved ones is. And with my profession staying several thousand miles away from my folks for several months i atleast deserve uninterrupted connectivity to stay hopeful, cheerful and maintain my sanity. Therefore please do the needful to resolve this issue at the earliest so that i do not have to stay disconnected like this from my family due to internet unavailability.
                Thanking you in anticipation and hoping for a speedy response to my refund else network resolving.

                  I had recharged for 598 rupees on 7 Feb 2020 in the Airtel plan using net banking. I got the message for the same as well.

                  The money got debited but Recharge not done. Customer care says that there is no reference for the same. Totally unacceptable.

                  This is very bad. Please refund my amount back to me.

                      Airtel payment bank no. Is [protected]. I order fastag on 19th december 2019. I mailed him in 'we care' in january and start to trying to know about my fastag. Every time they give 48 hours time. When one months and over spent here no any resolution of my order after that i am saying to him i have complained about it in rbi than they sent my fastag on 30 th january after that here is no option for activate. Then i called and mailed him every time again give 48 hours time. When 48 hours time over i again call and mailed they said to me for, 24 hours wait. I wait but again that time is over then i call today then they again say for 48hours. But here no resolution of my problem. One and half months over here many problems on toll many time it's take double charges. Who is responsible for that charges which i spent without my mistake. Last time my airtel bank case no.                           cannot call 59059 for activating sim with airtel signals

                          I have airtel signals on the new sim. Ported the number from idea but just cannot call 59059 or any other number.
                          Can you please call my alternate number[protected] and help.

                          I have been trying to get this working for a week now with almost no customer service or support from airtel store. The store has already changed my sim multiple times and sent me home saying it will activate in 4 hours but it has not. The signals...

                            Airtel 4g data card from long time.
                            After purchage, 1st six month service was good.
                            Thereafter speed problem started. I sent complain also but not resolved. One gentleman called and said that "signal strength is good". Where signal strength was good i don't know. However i was using dongle and paying huge amount as per market rate with poor service quality.
                            From october 2019 service completely stopped. (Till this time payment was regular.) i have sent mail to disconnect the service. It was not happened. Data base can be checked. From this month on-wards i stopped payment. How to pay without 0 service? Is it justified?
                            Daily someone call in working hour and irritate.
                            Several times i have replied to resolve the dispute and disconnect. One gentleman sail that pay for one month only, immediately next day some one said to pay rs. 1000+. Again some gentleman said that he will come back soon with better plan, so far he did not come.
                            Kindly initiate to resolve this issue with proper justification. Technically airtel supposed to pay me as a penalty for charging more money for worst quality service from months.

                              My name is jay parekh and i have two postpaid connections in my name i am facing network issues on both numbers and i have complained since feb 2019 but still the complaint is not resolved till date hence i wanted to take a upc code for both my numbers, but as per the new trai rules i have to remove add on no i. E is [protected] for which i have requested on 06.02.2020 and the advisor from contact center team of airtel told me that in 8 hrs your [protected] no would be removed from family plan but still its not done and till the time its not removed from the family plan i camnot get a upc code for primary no i. E [protected], i paid 290 rs also towards the unbilled amount but due to the lethargic attitude of airtel staff my no is still not removed from airtel plan and when i called to conolaint about the same, a lady named jyoti from contact centre team is telling that she has taken the complaint for that and it will take 3 working days to get resolved, i have to take so much trouble to remove my no from airtel and they are not even bothered to work on priority about my issue, i will be filing a case in the consumer court as i am not getting the service which was promised by airtel, its a breach of trust i want call from the senior management asap

                                With greater regression i want to say to airtel team that, a high end motorola handset like MOTO Z PLAY till not get the volte features update..
                                It's unbelievable to say that very low budget ordinary handset getting VOLTE update but a premium handset like MOTO Z PLAY is not getting the VOLTE service till 6th Feb, 2020..

                                When can i get update regarding VOLTE update on my device or i will get back to Reliance Jio or Vodafone soon ...
                                If i will not get any feedback on this issue from Airtel, Motorola, or Lenovo, , then i will switch back to Jio or to Vodafone. Atleast they are providing very good volte service to each & every handset..

                                If it's not resolved within a week then for sure, , i will think that my MNP from Jio to Airtel is completely valueless & i will go back to Jio again..

                                  I am suthahar, regular customer of airtel mobile services & utilizing online recharge facility my mob no [[protected]] and [[protected]]. The both airtel number connection name is mine [ suthahar]. I am using airtel sims for last 15 year. And i used regularly done the recharge for airtel app only. The both airtel sim connection is i used for official and personnel purpose.

                                  For my mob no [[protected]] had done from my airtel app for the recharge of rs, 1448 by 24th jan 2020 and we got the same benefit and validity as normal.
                                  For my mob no [[protected]] i was tried today (06th feb 2020) for online recharge of rs. 1448. But, i unable to recharge the amount and got the message for technical error. After few seconds, i got received airtel app pop message with offer and details of recharge on rs, 1448. I was done as same recharge of rs.1448 successfully, but this amount was reflected from my another no [[protected]]. Already this number have balance and validity. Please revert the online recharge amount of rs. 1448 with my official number [[protected]].

                                    We have paid 3600/ through airtel sales guy for broadband connection on 3rd Feb howerver after 5 days, there is no one who can answer responsibly. Someone said it will get done after 48hrs..another said taking up with the manager... And last one which shows how irresponsible. He said I am in nearby society and reaching in one hour..and we don't know the status even now..
                                    No customer care nothing is helping us

                                      I have recently switched my network form idea to airtel due to slow network issue since i have changes my network to airtel problem is more worse i couldn't even get ant signal indoors and very slow network outdoors. I cant understand what kind of network is this and the customer care executives ask me to be patient issue will be resolved they cant understand the severity of my issue its like i am being without a mobile form past 4 days. Im unable to port to any other network now as its been only a week i have switched.
                                      I want this issue to be resolved in a couple of days or else only option left with me is to throw this sim and take a new jio network. Hope someone will respond fast and resolve this.
