Airtel has take my money and they told they will install within 48 hours, after 4 days they are calling me informing that they are not installing broadband at my place, i want to know that if they cannot install why they had not informed me within 48 hours, now they are tell me we will refund my money after 7 days, this bloody fraud company is making fool to customers and eating customers money and they are financing somewhere else of customers...

I am himanshu varshney, have been using airtel postpaid plan for more than 4 years. I have been using unlimited calling plan of rs 499 + gst per month. Under the plan i get free unlimited calling and 75 gb of data per month.
In the month of december i get unexpected bill of rs 1488 for the november month usage. I complained immediately to customer care as on 16.12.2019 and the customer care executive replied that i have been charged...

I have recharged my number [protected] with data pack today. Now its 6 gb of data showing in my airtel app. Some websites are opening as usual. But when i am trying to open hostinger.in and then loging in, it is redirecting me to an airtel page as one. Airtel.in/rcconf which is not rechable.

Not only this, i am aweb developer and many of my websites are hosted at hostinger server. But non of the websites are openeing from airtel...

I have recharged airtel dth (Customer id : [protected]) for 3 months plan and account reflects the entry, but after waiting for entire day, service is not activated and my screen always shows low balance and error code.

I already mailed and called on customer care but they are not replying properly, specially customer care people used to cut the call without listening, even i have asked to repay my amount but they are not listening...

Airtel sim won't working and prompting application error or invalid input while using phone popup in repeatedly and very annoying now, when i complaint against it to customer support, they asking replace sim and charging 25rs for it. Which totally unfair and not my mistake the sim working condition and not damaged by me it is in phone. Please help me and do something for it....

I am using my airtel number [protected] from past 10+ years, it suddenly stopped working since 21st dec 2019, i have tried recharging it with many packs including international roaming pack which covers netherlands country too where i am currently located, recharge amount have been deducted for the plan, in the app its says my number is active for next 87 days still i can not receive any call/sms, when trying to connect to any network automatically...

This is really a bulls hit. I buy thus sim in january and they gave me postpaid connection from past few days i mean facing network connectivity issue. Internet is very slow. I have registered for fasttag with airtel payment back through @ airtel thanks app on 29th nov but i have not received the fast tag yet. There is no proper resolution from their customer care. Even after talking to their managers there is no proper response and they are clueless why the delay is. They just ask you to wait for 2 day s, 3 days 7 days what ever the number comes to their mind. They don't know whom should be approached for this...

I am living in trivandrum, kerala within the corporation limits. For the past few months the network connectivity is too slow. I had contacted airtel several times. Each time they register a compliant and do nothing to resolve it. I had been a airtel user for last 10 years. If i cant have a proper network and a decent internet speed in kerala's capital, where would i expect airtel to provide coverage. Airtel doesn't even pay her to customers...

This is to bring to your notice that i had opted for an airtel xstream set top box connection after repeated calls from your sales team. For which, an installer named ajay pandey visited my place (Bandra west, mumbai - 400050). The engineer tried to mount the airtel dish on the same rod on which tata sky dish was previously mounted. But, unfortunately he couldn't assess the problem with the signal and cancelled...

I have tried every recharge with my airtel app even tried from airtel office they themself dont know whats happening.
I have reported to coustomer care many times
But nothing happen
Now i not able to receive calls and even bank OTP are also not coming because of no recharge
Which was fault of their side
Then why i am suffering my important calls and banking otp...

I went to airtel website to recharge my prepaid number, selected rs 399 plan and submitted the recharge button. The money got deducted from my account but my mobile did not get recharged. After some time i got a message saying that then money went to airtel wallet. I don't know why my money went to wallet when i selected my prepaid mobile recharge? From last 15 days i am sending email to [protected]@in. Airte.com and [protected]@airtelbank.com every day...

I have converted my Airtel SIM from Postpaid to Prepaid today i.e. Dec 27, 2019. When I am trying to recharge, it is getting failed every time I do.

Customer Care has been telling that it is active. I can receive calls but unable to call or recharge my number.

Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 2GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number.
