I have done a recharge of amount 399. On airtel website to my new number [protected]. Using anazon pay method. Recharge become failed and amount of 399 is deducted from my amazon pay. And not refunded yet.

Please help me with this.
I request you to please provide me refund from airtel against this failed recharge.

    At my home, we 3 people using airtel services since long time. But from last 2 month we are facing very serious issues of network connectivity and internet speed is very much decreased. And it is very frustrating that someone call us and my mobile status shows switch off. So they did not connect with us. This happens from last 2 month but now a days the problem is increased so do the needful for.

      I am vasu. S my native is tamilnadu dharmapuri-dist, palacode. Presently working in assam. I am using airtel postpaid sim. I got postpaid sim in dharmapuri airtel office. Today i got little problem in my sim card. Suddenly i contact the dharmapuri airtel office 1300 hrs with my another mobile. Mr. Robert attend my call and he give very irresponsible answer with me. And not clear my sim card retaled issues... Airtel ltd will take necessary action in this person.

        I did my recharge for rs.558 pack through my airtel app. The money got deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not done and not reflecting in my airtel app as well. Do something about it asap. I need to know the reason behind this and want to get in touch with airtel costomer support as well. My airtel app offers no solution to such problems neither it suggests steps to be done in case something like this happens.

          Once i install gmesmania from play store. I uninstall the game with in day but still they deduct my balance on daily basis whenever i recharge i receive messge that your balance is zero and at the mean time games mania send me a link. Through message that now your link us ready now play a game. They just automatically deduct my recharge mount without notifying me. I try to get rid from this game but everytime it is useless. I didnot found even a single link so i can unregister myself from this game.

            I have been facing sever network coverage issue since last month (Dec 2019) and in this regard, i have registered repeated complaint to airtel customer care and airtel store. somehow on 18th jan 2020 your network team engineer have visited my localities and he has also found poor network coverage and problems related to call connectivity & data nonworking (Both indoor & outdoor). Even after completion of airtel network team survey, they have not taken any corrective action to improve the network coverage and still i have been facing same issue.
            I am literally got frustrated with the airtel response on this matter and would hereby escalate this matter to trai for further action. I have pasted below the screen shot message from airtel app i. D.

              My number is [protected] and through mnp from bsnl i came into airtel ncr. Due to business trip i came to jammu. Suddenly i got signal in mumbai and for activation i called 59059 in 4hours back i tried again and again i getting the response "sim activation is inprocess please switch off mobile and switch on after 30 minutes". I have tried ke this 6 time but my sim not activated.
              Please help regard. For contact please call to alternative number [protected]

                Hi i am user of airtel sim card but i am not able to use internet. My airtel pack is waste for me. Kindly please resolve internet issue on our area any another users also getting this issue. More than 1000 airtel users getting this issue. According to calling quality i will give 4 number over 10 and according to internet service i will give 0 over the 10.

                  From last 15 days i am facing the network issue while calling i am getting the "server unreachable" error message. I have raised issue to the customer care 121 multiple times. But till they haven't responded to me. This is very disappointing. From last 11 years i am using this airtel number. And don't have any alternate mobile number, i am trusting airtel but they are not giving importance to their regular customer.

                      I am an army person and presently in lucknow cantt. I have bought airtel dth 40-50 days before. After 10-15 days from the installation video problem was started. I lodged complaint to airtel customer care ur representative come and talk roughly to the family members. Now they are saying that all network cable has to be changed. I have already spent amount for the first installation. It should be changed at your end.

                        I had ported from vodafone to airtel, my last bill of rs, 166 was pending hence my outgoing services were barred. I paid that amount on the 16th of jan 2020, but till date my outgoing services have not been unbarred.
                        I have given the receipt copy too to airtel store to confirm the payment ahs been done from my end.

                        Airtel is saying that vodafone back end team is not responding to their query of confirmation of the receipt of the payment.

                        And there is no resolution to this issue even after multiple calls and visits to airtel as well as vodafone.
                        Both are just blaming each others back end teams incapabilities and after every visit airtel is just tell, wait fro 48hrs and the matter will be resolved. It has been more than 7 days now still it has not been resolved.

                          I've ordered airtel xstream set top box on[protected] and the same has been installed on[protected]. With this, i can play tv channels and run apps like prime video, netflix, etc.

                          At that time of purchase, airtel gave me 7 days hd tv channels and today on day 8, they have suspended my account and demanded rs.153 on monthly basis. However, there were only 2 plans rs.360 &rs. 699 respectively on airtel websites.

                          I complained that i don't want to see the tv channels, i just want to run apps which will be playing with the internet and i am paying separately for wifi.
                          But they denied so i've requested them to return the set top box and refund back my money but they also denied and forcing me to pay rs.153, monthly.

                          It's just 7 days product but they refused to take the return.

                          I have paid rs.2249 and want compensation of rs.2751 now. Total amount rs.5000.

                          If the matter will close here.in case if hearings arrange by the court then the compensated amount will be increased by rs.2249 by each hearing.

                            Too low internet and calling network in this area even have airtel tower also some time the signal will be show but there is no response of interest and calling network. There is a airtel tower with the distance of 450 m from here but we suffering form low internet and calling network in this reson we are requesting to look about the matter as soon as possible

                              Worst service call center,

                              Now we want discontinue the services and our money back

                                Yesterday I did my document verification for Airtel Broadband and paid 500 rupees and today the person told that someone will come and do the Installation but no one came yet to do the installation. I have been waiting since morning. This shows how irresponsible Airtel is making fake customer commitments.

                                    I am g sudarsanam and my airtel mobile no is [protected]. I have resigned from my organisation on 30th oct 2019 and had requested for transferring the above mobile number to my personal name with the mathikere, airtel branch. It is already 4 months now and i am interacting with mathikere airtel office, where they are informing me that there is a software issue on pairing the number.

                                    I request you to please instruct the concerned in your it team to close this long pending issue faster as i have registered the above number in all my important government services. The necessary letters asked for from my organisation m/s. Sterling and wilson was provided during oct 2019 itself.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      I am an existing costumer of airtel dth, airtel post paid mobile service with no. [protected].

                                      I had requested for poor internet in my area through open network, however the same was not addressed.

                                      Again, i had requested for a second dth connection through airtel mobile app, which was also not addressed.

                                      This is matter of concern that, today morning i got a call from airtel dth costumer care no. [protected]; the behavior of the so called executive was far worse than worst, and totally unbearable.

                                      He continued talking with me rudely, and even called me a "deaf"...

                                      This type of behavior is totally unbearable. Is airtel as a company endorsing such behavior for its costumers...?

                                      Whether airtel apprising its employees for harassing the costumer and misbehaving the costumer...?

                                      Request to reply with necessary action from your end...

                                        We applied for broadband connection 2 weeks ago.. A representative agent came next day and we paid him money for advance money for 3 month subscription... Till this date we didnt receive any connection.. We are calling him daily for updates of connection and everyday he repeats same dailogue "today we will fix it.. Today we will fix it...".. It been 2 weeks.. Our office works are on hold for these many day.. You can imagine how much loss it is for us.. If you can make any solution for this, kindly help us.
