I already recharge my mobile on 19/01/2020 with 56 days unlimitted pack. But its 2 days over, i cant make the outgoing call. However data services are ok. When i called the customer care yesterday, they said your recharge is on hold and suggest me to do small recharge for outgoing call.
If i have to different recharge for outgoing calls then why the unlimitted recharge.

    The guy mayuresh jadhav has picked up the call and when i am describing about my problem he is saying like that are you using any other 4g sim when i say yes he is saying cancel that card only use airtel and not ready to listen any thing he is sleeping on call without giving any solution they have just cut the call i'll make sure that my company will cancel the corporate tie-up with you guys and choose vodafone i'll escalate on twitter also just wait.

      They charged me for international roaming 8 min in kenya - i never activated international roaming - after so much call they given 400 wave off promise - which never done.
      I paid all due but torture started of call baring ugly sms / i kept on telling i paid all dues make sure calls not barred - but air tell people so careless keep on barring calls again n again - i faced traumatic days problems never resolved until i ported my number to jio.

        I have received 50 coupons value of 2000 when i pay bill 50 rs automatically deducted from my bill but this month i didn't able to use coupons and i have registered so many times complaint in airtel but they didn't want to solve problem and giving me illogical reasons iam fed up of this it's almost 25 days gone but no response from airlel please do something about this problem

          Not able to open few websites in airtel. When iam trying to open its redirecting to airtel rcconf error. Only the problem occurring with airtel and particularly some websites like face book etc., from today only the problem occurring after the recharge. Please let me how much time it takes. I don't know why this problem occurring after recharge please fix the problem asap.

            I was using wifi broadband and landline for a few months. I had surrendered the connection some three months ago, for personal reasons.

            Since then i have been trying to pay my dues of about rs.800 to rs.850 through various channels including a personal visit to your office in bhoiguda. All in vain.

              I have applied for fastag for hyundai grand i10 having no. Gj05jk2165 from airtel payment bank in 1st week of dec-2019. All my details were auto populated after i have entered my vehicle no. So there is no sense that i have entered wrong vehicle no. But when i have received attached message that my fastag is generated for vehicle no. Gj05jk216. I have received the same fastag barcode as attached but there is no any identification that this fastag relate to which vehicle no. I have also uploaded rc book fronf & back side copy at the time of application of fastag. Then how my fastag is generated for wrong vehicle no. That means there is an issue related to airtel fastag generation system that my last digit from vehicle no. Is truncated and airtel guys haven't verified my rc book copy.

              So i have requested them to update my correct vehicle no. As gj05jk2165 but they replied after 15 days that there is no such type of provision to update vehicle number.
              So i have asked for cancellation procedure of fastag and i have replied according to their requirement by sending damaged screenshot of fastag. I have repeatedly followed this procedure for 3 times but still they are giving nonsense reply that my fastag will not be updated. But i have clearly mentioned in email that i want to cancel/deactivate/stop/close the fastag and proceed for refund. But i think airtel fastag team peoples are illiterate because they are not able to understand the simple think for cancellation.

              Already more than 1 month passed don’t know how much more time needed by airtel to cancel my fastag. I have doubt that they will cancel or not?

                Hi everyone.

                My no. [protected] has been given for port on 16/12/2019. Still the number is not working. Many times i went to your airtel store (Marathahalli, bangalore) even talk to customer executives but my issue did not get resolve yet. As per your airtel executive the port has been completed within 24 hrs. On 9th and 10th my mobile was activated. But again from 11th it was stop.
                When i asked to customer care they told for frc from airtel store. I went to store on 16th (Airtel brookefield) the airtel executive tried a lot but he also not able to do the frc. He help me and raise a ritm2478749 for this issue. Again i went to airtel store on 18 but they are unable to check the status due to server was down.

                Its more than 1 month my number is still not working.
                This port is for airtel jharkhand to airtel karnataka.
                If my issue is not resolve please revert back on my old port.
                I mailed to nodal officer many times but they are asking for sr number which i didn't get from airtel store as well as customer care.
                I want to escalate the issue on airtel store marathahalli, bangalore branch.
                If your company is unable to provide the services, please stop making the people fool.

                    I have done a recharge of ₹598 through airtel thanks app

                    I used phonepe as my payment method for the recharge. The amount is deducted from my bank yet the plan is not activated.
                    I checked in the airtel thanks app for transaction history but there is no transaction as such. But the transaction is available on phonepe app

                      I recharged my airtel.no from My Airtel app for the value pack of RS 219. I could see the Airtel app showing payment pending . Balance has been deducted from my account. I received transaction details but I didn't receive any message regarding recharge.
                      I am very upset with Airtel for doing such stupid things.

                        I had done a recharge of rs 199 on 22nd december 2019 money got debited from my bank account but recharge was unsuccessful
                        The same happened today ie 19th january 2020 i did a recharge from the mobile app once again as the option was featuring on the airtel app but recharge was unsuccessful money got debited from my account

                        I would need a detailed explanation from the airtel company as to why do they provide the recharge amount on the airtel app when the recharge does not exsist

                        Also request to transfer the money back into my account for both the unsuccessful recharges that was debited

                          After my request to port out from airtel to other service provider, I received a call from no [protected] from airtel on 13th Jan 2020 (06:18 PM IST). Person from other side naming himself "Tarun", talked very rudely and threatened to reject my request. In fact I have not received any message till now from airtel regarding my MNP even on 18th Jan 2020.
                          Kindly arrange for my MNP ASAP and please make sure rude and frustrated persons like "Tarun" are never given the task of strengthening the consumer-service provider delicate bonding.

                            I am sarla in my sim has been displaying the error since the last 6 days (Not alowved),
                            So when i visited the airtel store, i was charged with the new sim there, but i did not activate it even if the sim was burned, and if i called the customer, they said that your new sim companion application is not received ani this store charge rs-25.

                              I have a airtel prepaid ([protected]) sim which doesn't have any signal and while i am trying to recharge getting messages as "recharge failed".

                              I am in germany and cannot visit any airtel office. As brother visited the office on behalf of me and said the sim is suspended.

                              Please help me in activating the sim.
                              As my airtel number is not working please me know how you can approach me.

                              Also when i try to raise a complaint from gmail it says gmail is not registered and doesn't take any complaint.

                                      unable to activate the sim as 59059 not working

                                      I am unable to activate my airtel sim as 59059 is not getting connected, though my sim is showing airtel signal. I just ported my number from vodafone to airtel and now my both the sims are not working. This is my primary sim. And also i am out of station that’s making my life more difficult as i am stuck with no network. It’s really urgent, please help me in activating my sim....

                                      I have ordered a fast tag from airtel's payments bank. I had ordered on december 11th and it was dispatched on december 18th and was supposed to be delivered within 7-8 working days from the date of dispatch. It's already been a month now and i have not yet received the fastag. Despite putting so many mails, phone calls and even visiting their office, i haven't still received it till date and they haven't been giving proper info with regard to status of the fastag.in one of the emails they had sent a tracking number but however on tracking there was no info available whatsoever. If they can't deliver it atleast they can give an option to cancel the order so that i can arrange for buying fasttag elsewhere. This is just so annoying. Worst service ever from airtel. Very disappointed.
