though the transactions error amount has been deducted 5 times

On 2 nd dec2019 i recharged airtel numbers, and out of 8 recharge 3 was successful and rest 5 were failure (Transcations failed) but now amount is deducted for all 8 transcations, so pls do look and follow up soon n refund the amount,...

regarding refund of inactivated international recharge pack

Hi my no.[protected]. I have done a international recharge of 1255 rs of 10 days validity for usa country on 23 nov.19. The recharge is not activated. I complaint about it on same day with complain ref. No. Cbnrd[protected]. They still not resolved it. Now i am back in india and today i complain them to refund my money. They didn't register my complain. I want my money back....

stealing data alloted to you

I recharged with full talk time which gave me 1gb data for a period of 42 days...without me using it it's getting deducted every day.i always check the balance when I've switched the data off...the usage shown is always more than what i ve really used.after a few minutes when you are checking the balance again, it's reduced by an another 50 mb(even when the data is off)...you just spend two minutes on YouTube and check the balance..it's getting...

I am having 3g cell phone. Due to the message from airtel to migrate to 4 g sim i changed my sim card from 3g to 4 g from 21.11.19. Whatapps is not working from the date of changing ie from 21.11.19. I request you to arrage to connect the internet in my cell. I have already made a compliant on 23.11.19 from thudiyalur - coimbatore airtel office but till date not resolved...

account not activated

I have opened aitel bank account and deposited rs.1327. When i am trying to withdraw they are saying that my account is not active. When the account is not active then how did they accept deposit?

I went to airtel store. They told to send mail. Then i have sent all documents to them but still they are not activating account.

Please help.

refund required for failed transactions

voice breaking in

The voice is breaking during incoming and outgoing calls since last 20 days. Even after complaints no solution from airtel and they simply sent this message to me...
“hello, with reference to your network complaint for airtel mobile _, it is taking us more time than what was anticipated to resolve the issue. We will keep you posted on the status. Inconvenience is regretted.”

I am facing this issue in my area but...

I have done a recharge of 1699 ruppees on my airtel number [protected] on 2/12/19 before the new tariff got implemented. During that that time i had an existing plan, which was valid up to 18/2/2019. Immediately after the recharge my existing validity got expired and the new plan got activated.
I have done that because i heard that the recharges can be qued up before the tariff hike. Please look into this and provide an immediate solution...

no information on recharge, robbed money from me

I am having unlimited 1year plan which is valid until 6th june, 2020. I recharged another unlimited plan on 2nd december 2019, but on recharge plan started from 2nd december, 2019 only. There was no information on website/airtel thanks app at the time of recharge. This is clearly robbing money from consumers. I want my plan to be extended 1 yr completely or return my money back....

after porting voda to airtel network shows no service

I have requested to porting to voda to airtel but new sim shows no service, my old no has stoped ad new number is showing no service,

customer care told to do tee verification but how can i do call without network, how can i do frc without network,

please give me a proper solution my transaction has been stopped,

after porting into airtel not getting signal and service is not activated

Dear airtel,
We had port our number [protected]
Into airtel. But I thought it was big mistake from us, that we decided to port into airtel.
We insert airtel sim, when our old sim shows no network. After inserting your airtel shows us 2 message.
1 is of welcome message, and another says, we are setting up your service.
And today 3 /12/2019, it is almost 5 th day, still your service is not activated/ started....

refund

My friend was struggling to recharge her airtel mobile number and so I recharged for her number online. Since she wanted the 499 plan I selected it and made the payment through UPI. After making the payment, my friend did not receive any recharge successful message but received a message asking her to recharge with another plan. Kindly refund the amount of 499 to my account. If the 499 plan does not exist then why is it displayed on the web...

deactivated sim due to non usage

Dear airtel,

I am airtel customer from last 7 years. I have moved outside india 2 years ago and airtel sim was working fine when i connect it to network for incoming messages. And i also use it when i visit india, most 2 times in year. But suddenly it gets stopped (De activated) due to non usage.

Now, without informing me (Due to changed policy) sim is disconnected. And to activate it again i have to visit home...

wrongly auto debit done for 3 months rs 293

From my Axis bank credit card wrongly 3 times Rs 293 got debited & charged in my bank account. I dont have any Airtel number & not given any auto debit instruction. Kindly refund my money back in my account.Kindly lodge my complaint without my knowledge & permission Rs 293 got deducted from card. So Reverse my amount ASAP...

recharge for prepaid mobile network

I use airtel mobile network. Airtel had revised its tariffs yesterday (2nd december) where we have to pay rs. 499 for 2gb data per day sms and unlimited calls for 82 days. I tried this pack to recharge for my number through online recharge. But after debiting the amount airtel is sending me sms stating that pack is no longer valid and to recharge for rs 698 instead. This happened thrice and taken my money thrice.

recharge prices hiked again

Airtel has hiked their recharge prices for the every plan. Plan of ₹448 is now turned into the ₹698 which is hiked by ₹250 directly. Airtel shame on you. If you didn’t revise these latest plans back to normal seriously you are about to loose so many customers this time because its over the limits for common man....

new tariff from 03/12/2019

Already mobile tariff rate were increased i. E minimum recharge of rs.35, now they are increasing for rs.49, and rs.129 plan were increased to 148 and other plans are also increasing up to 40% customer only suffer to your new tariff rate, your statement is business loss. Business strategy is on internal side, this is not a reason to increase the tariff, from future onward no one can to use the airtel network on your tariff were changed. Please...
