Hi team,

I recharged an incorrect number through paytm on 4th january and reported the issue to airtel customer service team. They denied helping stating that both numbers are totally different hence we cannot help you regarding this issue.

I provided the details required as per the form providing

Incorrect number

Correct number

Transaction id

Amount deducted

Please help resolve this issue. Thanks in advance.

I have recharge my mobile of Rs149 of airtel from mobile to mobile the notification was given was successful but recharge was unsuccessful I was not able to call from my mobile to anyone I want all details were the hell my recharge went then
I am K.Solman Raju.I have been using Airtel prepaid network services since 2012.Our street P.Kandalapalem of Nagullanka village has zero network connectivity.We made several complaints but still we have no response.Please resolve this problem.

    Dear rbi accouding to ur guideline there is no charge apply on imps under 25000 above the bank takes charge bue in airtel payment bank every transection on imps they yakes 1% charge to there customers and when they call me i m asking about that changes they say we have our policy so u have to pay i have call recording of call i[censored] want then i will forward it also

    One of the worst eve rseen network by airtel in and around peenya . What sort of air tel concerned you are all looting public money and enjoying without giving proper service.
    I've been trying to reach Airtel customer care for Data issues at my place(Mamatha Nagar colony, Nagole, Hyderabad). But no use, i ended up with no response.
    I request Airtel network team to look into this matter and resolve this issue asap.
    Getting your account is suspended within the valid period.please respond.
    Sir, I have recharged my no with a roaming pack but the network is not available in Saudi Arabia. one of my friends is using the airtel on the same location please solve the issue. I stay here from 2 days

      I have ported from vodafone to airtel, call to 59059 getting disconnect. Not able to activate the number. Incoming calls barred. Its more than 3 hrs. Not able to connect to customer service as well. All bills to vodafone already paid. I don't know how to solve this issue. How much time will it take to resolve. How to contact customer number.

      No steps were taken by Airtel to resolve, I did not have incoming n outgoing to more than 6 hrs. It took sweet time to activate the sim.

        I ported from jio to airtel 2 days back. Today the network of jio was gone so i switched to the airtel sim. The network came but i am unable to make or receive call on my number. More over i am unable to call any customer care number and also the tele verification number won't work. I am not getting any customer care number online so that i can call airtel from other operator also please help.

          I am using my airtel prepaid sim for 11 years, and it was in my father's name. When i wished to change to my name belonging to same address, me and my father visited the airtel customer service center in wakad, pune. Airtel denied saying i have to first :
          1) convert to postpaid, with min of 299 plan.
          2) minimal 3 months of postpaid service is must.
          3) after applying, 15days will be deactivate & process take from the date of applying.

          Why do i forcefully have to use a service which i don't want to? If this a way to push postpaid charges to customers? If i don't get a resolution soon i'll switch to another operator as i'm having problems with aadhar verification.

            Actually sir my number has been changed and when i am logging my instagram i'd it's asking for a verification nd they just sending the verification code on my old number which is currently has been used by someone else nd now it's showing that he or she is not available to enjoy the airtel services anymore

              I purchased fastag from airtel on 28 november 2019. I was and i am a gold member of the airtel app. It was showing 100rs cashback in my billplan itself at that time for purchasing fastag from airtel. Hence, i purchased it from airtel.
              Transaction id for fastag payment is ft[protected].

              But i did not receive my cashback. I contacted customer support at [protected]@airtelbank.com. But still the problem was not resolved. Nobody informed properly why the cashback is not credited. It is more than one month now. All i got was case id numbers.

              Even in the month of december and january, 150rs cashback plan is running for gold members on purchasing fastag from airtel.

              Hence, i feel so disappointed that i didnt even get the 100rs cashback which was there in my billplan. Even though cashback plans are still running in airtel. Why am i being excluded from that offer. Airtel app still says, free fastag but it did not turn out to be free for me as i did not receive my cashback.

                Hi team, i have complain regarding my dth connection few channel are not working and when i have called customer service 121 the are asking me to pay 250 rs charge to field excutive visit. I don't understand why i need to pay. If out of 150 channels couple of channels are not working it is something for which airtel need to investigate from there end, why customers have to pay for such issue for which they are already paying for those channels.

                    Got a message on 18th dec that it has been dispatched.
                    Facing lot of problems at the toll gates, other people ordered through paytm or banks got it delivered in 7 days.

                      I have disconnected the airtel fixed line broadband no[protected]_kk) from september 2019. But still i am receiving the bills. While i requested for disconnection i have paid all the bills. I called to the customer care so many times but they are not disconnecting it. Every day i am getting call for bill payment and i told them i already discounted the services.

                        I am facing voice issue over call very frequently at my home location. It's like i may not able to listen to voice of opposite side person for 5-10 seconds or they are not able to listen to me. I have done a complaint about same on 14th dec. They say, they have marked it as priority issue but still no action has been taken and i am facing the same issue still. I have already called them 3-4 times and everytime they say it's in progress. On 25th dec i got a call, and they asked me if problem is resolved, when i said no, they said technical team will be coming to my location within 1-2 days, but still there is no action.

                        I called them today and they said technical team is working on it, and it will take 1-2 months of time. So, this means I have to keep giving them the full amount for the service but they won't provider the proper service. And on saying why should I give them full amount for the service, they are saying they can't help me, and no one can help me in this regard. Didn't expected such kind of response. I have been paying 588rs per month since more than 2-3 years, and this is the response I am getting. They won't provide the proper service and response but want the complete payment on time. Need help in this regard.

                          I have been raising complaints to airtel from past 2-3 years. No action has been taken to resolve the issue for 2+ years. The network is very poor. Call/data not working properly that means if you call someone then low voice quality/ voice breaking. Airtel network team visited my home last year but nothing changed we are still facing the same issue. It is very frustrating.

                          Please fix this problem.

                                Before travelling to usa had activated the 3999/- pack which was auto renewable.in december got a prohibitively high bill amount of rs 16, 560.81. On enquiry was informed that airtel stopped auto renewal of 3999/- pack but instead have activated a daily pack for rs 649/-, without any authorization from my end. Inspite of repeated requests to rectify the same, no resolution till date.

                                Hello, I have the same issue. My employee went to Canada on 25th august 2019 and before that I have activated Smartpack of Rs. 3999/- Zone B through my corporate email ID and they replied that your pack will be activated when you will enter in the roaming country. In mail they also mention that

                                "Important to note to avoid excess charges while in International Roaming:

                                Smartpack would auto renew post expiry date, if there is usage found while you are in international roaming. "

                                The pack was working fine from 26 August to September month than September month to October month and then October month to November month.

                                From 26th November they start charging on daily basis plan 649 without informing me. I didn't receive any mail or SMS to my number or registered email ID as I am the Coordinator of this corporate connection. My employee got sms that you are on 649 pack than next day on 4th Dec my employee received sms that your 3999 pack is again activated.
                                I went to local airtel office and asked them regarding this and they said you were charged daily basis plan of 649 for two days after that your 3999 plan again started. I request them that daily basis charges should not be added in this bill as I am on monthly basis plan. They said wait till the bill generate after that we will put a complaint.

                                When I got the Dec. month Bill of Rs. 27970 than I start contacting airtel office, they said you should send mail to enterprise and appellate to waive off daily basis charges as you are on monthly basis plan.

                                After sending many email to [protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com I got a reply that

                                "This is to inform you that your charges are validated of Rs 649/ from 26 NOV'19 because that charges is counted as roam without fear and you are not eligible for wavier."

                                I informed that without informing me how can you stop my monthly package. But didn't get any satisfactory answer till now.
                                I am planning to go to consumer court now.

                                  I have ported my number [protected] from idea to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                                  I am supposed to call 59059 but i can't because of the network issue
                                  My idea sim show no network at 11:10pm
                                  Then i inserted the new airtel sim but it shows no network coverage
                                  I tried restarting my phone several times too
                                  But still no luck
                                  I need it to get resolved asap

                                      Its more than 1 month i am not able to call on international number... There is so many friend's who live in a broad to connect them i give miss call... I am really suffering from it... So my request to you please fix the problem as soon as possible i really need to call my friend it's really required...                                         I have been using airtel number from last 12 years. From last two years there is no network coverage in my home and after multiple complaints there is no improvement seen. Finally wanted to shift to different service provider through number portability. Went to airtel outlet paid outstanding bill and sent msg to 1900. The reply got is upc cannot be generated as it is less than 90 days since it is activated which is absolutely ridiculous. Complained to 121 and at the outlet, they initially told there is technical problem but no resolution so far.in parallel, getting calls from airtel saying you have been using this number for so long why do you want to change but msgs says it is less than 90days old. After that they came up with logic saying bill plan changed 20 back which is also comes under condition of number portability. When i told i never requested, how airtel can change without informing customer they started saying there was discount earlier which is removed now hence i have to wait for 90 days. This way they are harassing the customer who has been with them for 12 years. Worst ever customer experience.
