Porting to the airtel network ain't that easy. It's been 5 months and my sim is not yet ported from jio network to airtel network and the customer service in vijayawada, andhra pradesh they got good training in making their customer wait and visit them frequently cuz they won't solve your problem in any single visit. ☹️. Still waiting for them to solve my problem.
Hoping for the good.

    Hii

    I ported my number 9*787 jio prepaid to airtel prepaid. The process initiated on[protected] and i got a confirmation from airtel on[protected]:30, telling that my porting is completed and asked me insert my new sim. After inserting my new sim, it's showing 'no service ' and i couldn't even get signal on the display. Please help me and solve my problem

      In the 2g only the outgoing calls are working so please make this problem solve and they are not outgoing calls are working in 4g network type so please take care of this problem... Please.. Please.. Please... Please... You should help for me...& calls are ending while we are calling so you should take care of this problem and these problem is facing many people so you should do this problem solve as soon as possible

        During my abroad trip with my family Bangalore was the hub. That time I lost my mobile some where. Same day 13september 2019 I directly went to Airtel showroom and requested for Deactive my old sim card and apply for new one due to security reasons. They took my photo, I'd proof and all and charged 15 rs for sim. And I told them about my abroad trip. So they activated gulf pack for one week. I purchase a new phone and inserted new SIM. But it was not activated during my travel dates and next tow days when I reached my home town. Again I quired about this to Airtel showroom at Cochin and I realised the old sim was still active which inserted in my lost phone. During this time this sim is active and some one received my personal and official text messages and notifications. Dear authority who is responsible which the security issues happened to me during this time. I don't know how to trust Airtel . So many times I mailed to nodal team and I experienced cold response .

          I ported to airtel, [protected] frc not working, even no messages regarding this from airtel. I am very much worry why i ported to airtel. Airtel put customers into worries, even not doing for free, collecting money for frc. I went to airtel shops for frc becoz online frc not allowed, wasted my time, airtel store person time etc etc. I got payment rejected 2 times and money in wallet idle. I dont know when it get done and i get any information on this from airtel to do frc and start using airtel or not

            I had sent a port request to airtel on 1900 but there was no action taken. After around four to five requests made, the executive calls and then removes all my numbers from the family plan and i get to know they stopped my process without converting to prepaid and i have to pay thrice the bill amount because they themselves chose a bill plan for me and now i get three bills to pay. I have already spent 20 days behind this thing and no idea how many more days do i have to spend over this. No doubt airtel like a company is in debt. Stop posing the blame on jio. Jio provided with good services and gave whatever they promised. Customers are switching from airtel to jio for the very same reason.

              My airtel number [protected] has been suddenly stopped working, it has been dead from today i. E. 19-dec-2017. I am unable to contact airtel customer care also. Please activate my sim again. This number is important to me as it is associated with my all transaction and interactions. I have been using this airtel connection from 5 years. Please take action as soon as possible.

                Hi my self yogesh from bangalore, i had 130gb data on dec 1st & by 11th they say that i have consumed 100gb without any downloads, i use it for browsing & games or any online series. I have also registered a complaint more than 2 years back about network issue, so when my network is properly how can i use 100gb in 10 or 12 days. If i call customers support they say that the system is showing i have used 10 or 20gb data per day.

                  Prepaid of airtel — outgoing & incoming is barred
                  I have a prepaid connection of airtel with the no [protected].in this no when ever i am trying to make out going calls i am getting message that your incoming & out going facility is temporary barred so please call on no [protected] & when i am trying to call on that no, i am getting the same message that "your incoming & out going facility is temporary barred so please call on no [protected]". So that even i could not speak to customer care also.& this type of problem i am facing 2nd time so please let me know what the best you can do so that your customer will not suffer.

                    no incoming calls/messages after porting to airtel

                    I was having a terrible experience with my vodafone postpaid network and so i decided to port to airtel prepaid. I got all the processes done and finally my number got ported to airtel. After porting what i realized is that i am able to use the internet and outgoing services but i am not receiving any calls or messages. I tried calling my number using another phone but it says that the number is invalid. I also tried sending texts to my number...

                    I am using Airtel Broadband. On 3 occasions someone without my knowledge has uploaded over 100 GB of data from my Airtel broadband account. Chances that I was hacked are very remote and no devices were connected to my router for so long that over 100 GB would get uploaded.

                    I escalated the matter but they are not providing any support help or facilitation in investigating.

                    I now believe that someone in Airtel broadband has used my connection. Their security is faulty. There's no way to change or set password. It is given by Airtel so their employees know it. There's no MAC authentication so someone can log in from elsewhere.

                    Please be careful while availing Airtel broadband services

                      Hi, I am Nikhil Tikhe.
                      My mobile no.[protected].
                      From last 3 days I am trying to send port message to 1900.
                      But getting message as "Request could not be processed.Please try after some time".
                      I have also paid my outstanding amount, still cant do port.
                      Customer care is saying from last 2 days to call after 2 hours everytime.
                      They even not taking my complain.
                      Is there any other way to port the service?
                      Or Airtel needs to resolve my query.

                        I in spite of many mails and visiting airtel store am unable to recharge by airtel prepaid from my main account balance airtel has not replied to my last two mail. The process of trying to recharge has been going on for the past twenty days or so, this amounts to cheating and harassment. Of the customer as i have a balance of more than rs.3000/in my main account balance and surprisingly there is no provision in their app to recharge with main balance and the self care number given in the mail say invalid input against the relevant option number.

                          Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 399 and had activated a pack for next 84 days.

                          Next using 'phone pe' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 448 and pack for next 82 days.

                          I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

                          Now they refused to refund. And told me that the your money waste. We can't do anything.

                            My airtel wallet has 592 Rs and is made inactive. I have tried writing emails and called customer care several times, but it has all been fruitless. Moreover I have visited their outlet also but my account was not made active .As a result my balance in account us sitting idle for last 2 years.
                            I want my wallet to be made active and interest on 592 for 2 years be given.

                              Hi my name is Rudresh Mistry, i use airtel network and now i wants to port my number. I already send PORT mobile number on 1900 many time from the yesterday but still not received UPC code for porting. When i called to customer care they told me send msg again for the same you will get UPC code within 5 min. I told then for this i lost too much balance against message so they replied if you dont want then don't send this message again. I have call recording gor the same.
                              Please help and let me know what to do.

                                I was out of station when my sim card which is registered on my sister's name got damaged. When i returned home i got it changed from a gallery near me, but to activate it they are saying they need my sister to be present. But my sister is currently in newzealand, it is practically impossible for her to visit the store. I have been suffering severe loss since my number is off. When visited the gallery they are not providing me any alternate solution. L am even ready to convert it to post paid. I visited the head office also there without even listening to my complaint they sent me to the gallery. And the gallery is sending me to the head office. I am really helpless plz help me reactivate my card. I tried reaching the customer service as well but no solution has been received. Plz tell me whom to contact

                                  We have AIRTEL WI-FI dongle connection number: [protected]. I was trying for almost 4 months to close/suspend the connection. Airtel customer care is not sending any tracking message or e-mail to Registered ID's and follow-up was pathetic. We are paying every month bill without usage and not a problem from our end.

                                  We are raising as consumer complaint as service side issue than request provided.

                                    On 30 nov I was purchased a fast tag from airtel from manesar toll plaza I was gave him original RC and he gave me the wrong tag I have LCV vehicle and he gave me car tag in this what is my fault but iam suffering I was call so many time in airtel customer care but they will not solve my problem who will pay my double toll my complaint no is 4528476, 4505007 these are the complaint no so please help other wise cancelled my tag . Thanks

                                      We have been writing an email to Airtel customer care and also spoke to them when they gave a call to understand the issue. We explained the issue and requested to change the email ID due to wrong email id we are not receiving bills on time. We also informed them that the email id on which Airtel are sending bills does not exist.

                                      Even we have submitted a letter on letter head with all the details required.
                                      but still are not bothered change the email ID and continuously sending the auto generated mail.
                                      Can some one help me in resolving this issue.
