Sir, i m from assam dist - golaghat. Naojan. Vill - naojan, pin - 785601. Here airtel network is very poor means i m not able to uses data. The tower is very near to our home not more than 200 metre. The network shows full tower but not connected. I call the customer care service so many time but they all time say that they will provided the complaint to technical stuff but yet it is not re solve. Now we decided if the network provider (Airtel) company not able to resolve our complaint

    Earlier i used to play Wynk music in a browser but it doesn't work anymore. I have checked in different Mobile browser, Laptop browser but getting the same error.

      I am faced problem about airtel sms pack recharge amount
      I recharged the sms pack but sms are not sending
      When i ask they are talking irrespective and not give proper suggestions also
      They told after sending 100 sms u can't send more sms on your sms plan but you can send by account balance as 1 inr per sms
      And i asked then my 46 rupees recharge was waste so u return that amount to airtel application wallet
      But they talk irresponsible and irrespective
      I have recorded that call

        I have been complaining to the airtel customer care from the past two months about the bad internet quality in Ruhatta, Jaunpur, 222002 but no action has been taken. The internet speed just vanishes after every 2-3 hours for a long period which causes a lot of inconvenience to me. The problem persists indoors as well as outdoors. I have complained around 5-7 times but nothing happened. Each time the customer support tells me different excuses. Most of the work of mine is dependent on internet and the poor internet causes a lot of trouble to me.
        Currently I have two airtel sims in different handsets so I want a monetary compensation for the troubled caused to me and I also want to get the issue fixed.

          I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel and have completed the Airtel tele-verification (calling 59059) on 27-Dec-2019 around 12:10 am but my incoming & outgoing services have not started yet. I have also done a recharge of Rs 197.00. I have visited the Airtel center multiple times and have also contacted the Airtel emergency helpline number. No one is able to provide a satisfactory answer. I have submitted a complaint on 27-Dec and it was to be resolved on 30-Dec-2019. Today I got a call from Airtel stating that it will take another 7 working days to resolve the issue. This is highly unacceptable.

            Sir i was trying to do a recharge of 1 year on my number but by mistake i did a recharge of 1000 rs... They are not reverting my transaction neither i can transfer that amount... I can only recharge selected plans with that number...plz help sir

            .. i contacted the 121 (airtel care) they are talking like it is my fault and they are not related ...i know it is my fault but i am a customer from 2007 and this is my first mistake ...but they are saying they cant help like it is inevitable and impossible. Please help me to get a refund

              I received a call from a number with an automated voice telling me "thanks for opening airtel payment bank" which i did not apply. Without my permission, they seem to have activated the airtel payment bank account. When i spoke to a person via airtel complaint number 198. The person told me to contact 400 for details. When i tried 400, i could only hear the interactive voice response (Ivr) responding. I couldn't find any option to talk to a person. Now, how do i close my airtel payment bank or know about it?

                I had taken airtel broadband connection in november 18 2019. During inquiry i have all prepaid plans( short terms and long term) and asked about the installation charges, i was informed that installationis free, only advance amount 999 to be paid for that months usage being prepaid plan. Post one month when i called customer care to recharge i got to know that plan given is post paid one and not prepaid. 999/- has been charged as installation fee. Since bill of 999 + taxes has been generated for one month usage, i have asked escalation manager to adjust 999 as part of current month bill which he agreed. But same was not done under complaint ref[protected]. As promised during enquiries and installation, no installation charges will levied so please get 999 adjusted in my bill.

                Another promise of giving free book myshow voucher worth 400 was also unfulfilled and complaint is open for more than a month now.

                Now we expect airtel team to show some dignity and resolve the issues as promised.

                  Airtel claims to be fastest 4g internet service but it is the worst out there i recently purchased an airtel 4g sim it worked fine for few days gave like 1-2mbps download speed but now 4g is barely working can't even play online games due to very high ping network coverage is also very bad. So i request airtel to establish a high speed 4g tower nearby cause many people here uses airtel they had same experience as me.

                        Airtel has take my money and they told they will install within 48 hours, after 4 days they are calling me informing that they are not installing broadband at my place, i want to know that if they cannot install why they had not informed me within 48 hours, now they are tell me we will refund my money after 7 days, this bloody fraud company is making fool to customers and eating customers money and they are financing somewhere else of customers money.

                        I really got a very bad customer service from this airtel, if they promised something and they are not doing now.

                          I am himanshu varshney, have been using airtel postpaid plan for more than 4 years. I have been using unlimited calling plan of rs 499 + gst per month. Under the plan i get free unlimited calling and 75 gb of data per month.
                          In the month of december i get unexpected bill of rs 1488 for the november month usage. I complained immediately to customer care as on 16.12.2019 and the customer care executive replied that i have been charged wrong and my wrongly charged amount will be reversed in 5 working days. I have been using autopay system to avoid any delay payment because of that two days back rs 1488 was deducted from my credit card. Post payment of the bill when i again called the customer care to ask why my complaint was mot resolved they replied they had resolved my problem but did not inform me.
                          Now i have few points below to raise my complain to you.
                          1. Why did the airtel not informed me about the video call facility is chargeable ever.
                          2. Even on 29.12.2019 this is nowhere mentioned in my plan that video call will be chargeable.
                          3. When i had complained them regarding overcharging as on 16.12.2019 why did they not tell me that day only that i have been charged for video call, atleast i could have saved money from 16.12.2019 to 29.12.2019 after getting the information.
                          4. How can they close a complain without taking consent from the complaint raiser.
                          5. Why is airtel hiding about video call charges and looting customer when there are plenty of applications are there in the market you can make video call for free.

                          Dear team i am feeling like i have been cheated by aitel by not informing me video call charges and i request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

                            I have recharged my number [protected] with data pack today. Now its 6 gb of data showing in my airtel app. Some websites are opening as usual. But when i am trying to open hostinger.in and then loging in, it is redirecting me to an airtel page as one. Airtel.in/rcconf which is not rechable.

                            Not only this, i am aweb developer and many of my websites are hosted at hostinger server. But non of the websites are openeing from airtel internet, some of them are: smart5solutions.com, navjyotimatrimony.com, hotelrajinn.in, smart5sms.in etc.

                            I have triend clearing cacahe and cookies but yet no result. Pleaes help me.

                              I have recharged airtel dth (Customer id : [protected]) for 3 months plan and account reflects the entry, but after waiting for entire day, service is not activated and my screen always shows low balance and error code.

                              I already mailed and called on customer care but they are not replying properly, specially customer care people used to cut the call without listening, even i have asked to repay my amount but they are not listening anything.
                              Please provide me correct way to resolve this issue.

I have asked paytm for reversal but they are telling once transaction is successful from operatore ends. They are not able to reverse it. Sir/madam i request you to kindly cancel the previous recharge of rs. 598 and reverse money in my paytm account or in my mobile number i will be thankful to you for this.                                   Airtel sim won't working and prompting application error or invalid input while using phone popup in repeatedly and very annoying now, when i complaint against it to customer support, they asking replace sim and charging 25rs for it. Which totally unfair and not my mistake the sim working condition and not damaged by me it is in phone. Please help me and do something for it.

                                    I am using my airtel number [protected] from past 10+ years, it suddenly stopped working since 21st dec 2019, i have tried recharging it with many packs including international roaming pack which covers netherlands country too where i am currently located, recharge amount have been deducted for the plan, in the app its says my number is active for next 87 days still i can not receive any call/sms, when trying to connect to any network automatically or manually both ways i get error “not able to connect to network”, just to be double sure that its not my mobile device i tried changing the sim to my other mobile device nothing worked. Please help me getting this issue resolved asap.

                                      This is really a bulls hit. I buy thus sim in january and they gave me postpaid connection from past few days i mean facing network connectivity issue. Internet is very slow. Now my sim card suddenly stop working and show error no service. While i tried to set network manually it gives error can't connect to this network at this time please try again later. This is my primary number and i don't have any alternate number this is the only number i have and i want it to work asap.

                                      They didn't contact me yet. I contacted them and as per telephonic conversation I have changed my sim and still it shows me same error I have emailed them for the same but they didn't respond to it. ### service. I will not recommend it to anyone. They are fraud.
