I had mailed to 121 and provided requisite details like phone number, recharge amount etc they replied after 2-4 days and I got the stuck money shifted to my another Airtel mobile number, please provide alternate Airtel numbers since I think they can't return unused recharge/wrong recharge money to banks

    I requested for change in broadband plan.My current plan is 799, from tis i lik to change for 999 plan. I paid extra amount rs.2000 for six months on Dec 8. But my plan didnt change. I tried to cal and mail regarding this, but my request is not solved. its been more than 15 days, but still no progress. I have mailed regarding this, and got a reply, that issue will resolve in 72hrs. But nothing happened. Likewise i mailed 4 times.When will my issue b resolved?

      I had ordered my fastag through my airtel app on 1st dec and i have still not recieved fastag. It shows shipping on status since past 20 days. Although the same has been dispatched on 3rd dec as per message recieved on my mobile. The number 400 provided for helpline has no option register complaints and does not provide option to talk to customer care executive. I am unable to register my complaint anywhere hence raising the issue here.
      This is highly frustrating and i am facing difficulty in daily tavels.

        I got message that my sim will be by 23/12/12 by 23:28 but it is not activated and my jio sim is deactivated already

        If i dial my number from other number i get ivr msg that the number does not exist, please check the number.

        Till now i’m getting the same error message.

        I tried calling airtel customer care (3 times) but no use no one responded properly and cut the call.

        Now i’m thinking why i’ve ported to airtel where there is no value for end users.

        Why you have disconnected the idea network when you are not able give your network?

        I want full explanation on this.

          Actually i did a recharge of rs. 149/- from my airtel app via amazon pay (P[protected]. But i didn't received the recharge at that time. After that i called airtel customer care.. They told me that if the recharge is not showing on account then it will be refunded within 10 working days. Also i had contact with amazon customer care (Ref no. [protected]) and they told me that the amount has already paid to airtel so they can't do anything. After that again i did a recharge of rs. 219/- from other wallet because it was very urgent for me at that time. Today i received that 149 recharge but i already placed a complaint against this. Now what i can do with two unlimited plans? I don't need two plans. I need my rs.149/- back. Because i asked them (Airtel) first after that i did another recharge. Airtel has cheated with me. Please take some action against this. Thank you... Hope my issue will be solve soon...!!!

            Hi myselves Deepak Chaudhari today at noon I received a recharge request for his other Airtel mobile number which was wrong number of someone.And by mistake he sent me that another wrong Airtel number on text message and that wrong number was of someone and is continuously switch off from long. So unknowingly I sent recharge on his given wrong number of amount-219/-by paytm wallet

            Wrong Number-[protected] (which belongs to maharashtra and being switch off)
            Correct Number[protected]belongs to Tamil Nadu)
            Recharge done from-Paytm wallet.
            Operator Reference Number:-[protected]

            First of all am being a Airtel customer from long to till.First time I faced such a problem, even i didn't got any co-operation from Airtel customer carers for my issue.

            So respected sir, with big hopes i requests you here kindly, please reverse/transfer a recharge of RS.219/- from wrong Airtel number to correct Airtel number OR even can refund me to my patm wallet.

            Also I was contacted to paytm customer carer to cancel or reverse a recharge payment but they replied me-"Please show your operator reference number to Airtel officials because we can't reverse your recharge because Airtel don't allows us to refund or to transfer payment".

            So from above details please accept my request.Also am attaching recharge payment slip which includes payment details.
            Hope, you will process my request soon.

              Dear all,

              Please be aware that airtel is cheating the customers by making them fool. I have recharged with unlimited pack but i cannot dial to the number starts with 1860... It says that they are chargeable... Where other network providers are not restricting the customers to dial any number in india but airtel does restrictions.

              Please be cautious while recharging unlimited* (In real they are limited). They have so many underlying conditions which makes you surprise. I have been the customer of airtel and saw many such cheating incidents from airtel. Even their customer care also proved and accepted.

              Please be cautious with airtel!!!

              There are lot o[censored]nknown and hidden charges with Airtel. My balance keep deducting without any intervention. I wrote to Airtel customer care but no response. I asked for deductions information but no response...

                Not going outgoing call and messages to this number i. e. [protected] from my number i. e.. [protected]. please take this complaint and do favour work to make outgoing call to that number... am getting incoming call but while dialing that number it's saying as not a valid number.when i am roaming call connects to the said number. please solve the problem, i am already replaced my sim card but the problem is nit solved.

                  Frustrated from airtel network since 1 month. All the time it shows no service. If someone calls the its shows blank or no response/ switch off/ not reachable/ out of coverage area. Horrible network don’t know what to do with airtel.. Already complaint lot of time to customer care but as usual they say that it will be resolved asap but all in vein. Its a request if any of the concern person please look into this matter.. Not only me but all the people near by me is suffering from the same problem.. If anyone can take the initiative then otherwise there are many other networks.

                    I've recently recharged for rs 399 on 23rd december for the 54 day pack with 1.5 gb on the airtel website for my prepaid mobile number. After entering all the details, the amount got debited from my account, but the web page showed an error. Please either resolve the issue and update the recharge or refund the entire money. I have recieved a message from my bank stating that rs 399 has been debited. But no response from airtel.

                      I am using airtel sim card and i am facing an error of call drops from past 2 months which has embarrassed me a lot. The call gets connected and within 2 to 3 secs it gets disconnected showing line busy and mostly it is happening when i am calling on jio numbers. And it happens multiple times even if i call on the same number 3 or maybe 4 times also i start to speak and the call gets disconnected but when they are calling me it does not happen. The most embarrassing incident i called my boss for sharing the report the call kept on disconnecting he called me upfront and told me why are you giving missed calls if you don't have balance then use companys landline it is free. So kindly look into it as we do not pay you such huge amount to get embarrassed.

                          When the pack will activate? The message shown the amount will posted your airtel with 4hours. Please keep the txn i'd for future reference

                            I had recharged my airtel no. [protected] to avoid incoming deactivation with ₹.20. But still the network provider has deactivated my incoming as well as outgoing. I request the service provider to maintain a fair market service and not to deactivate my incoming and outgoing. It is really unfair to deactivate my services even after the recharge.
                            I hope the service provider obeys my sincere request.

                                I had registered a service request with airtel for broadband plan migration from broadband rs.899 plan to rs 799 plan. The service was supposed to be completed by 16 nov, as per the text message:
                                "dear customer, our technical team is working on service request no.[protected] for your airtel fixedline/ broadband id[protected]_dsl. We will call you soon and you can expect your request to be resolved by 16 nov 2019 07:30:00 pm"

                                It has been over a month, but the service request has not been completed, even after multiple reminders over email.

                                Moreover, while i was waiting for the plan change to be carried out, airtel added a rs.100 late payment fee on this month's bill. See image attached.
                                The "late payment fee" is unjustified because i was told by customer care that after plan change i would get a consolidated bill, and i was waiting for that to happen.

                                I urge airtel to reverse the unjustified "late payment fee" and also complete the service request at the earliest.

                                  I had recharge for 598 through hdfc bank app on 16/12/2019 and i got a message saying "bill payment of rs. 598.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile 8530*8*3. Txn id: 191*6*5*. The payment will get posted to your airtel account within maximum 4-hours. Please keep this txn id for future reference.", but till now (22/12/2019) it was not posted to my mobile no.

                                      I have made complaint to airtel on 13 th december customer care said it will resolved in 4 days nothing resolved then i called them back today after 7 days customer carver said i will escalate ur complaint what the hell they says first it will resolved in 4 days then i was waiting and called them today after kept waiting and still they want to escalate it’s totally harassment to customers who paid their bills on time because i have got invoice when and what time i have paid with transaction i’d and airtel reference number and i already contacted paytm and payment was succcesful... After speaking to airtel customer care today i got it they just harassed just kept asking same questions again and again then i asked him to transfer call to supervisor he transferred and the supervisor lady name was manju she also wasted my time and escalate the complaint but still nothing has been resolved...

                                        Innumerable complaints to airtel, still no rectification.
                                        None of the houses in my lane are on fibre technology, which has been forced upon my connection,... Without my request.
                                        My house no is l block kalkaji,
                                        In the same house, another connection, is on copper, all are continuing on copper.
                                        Fibre technology by airtel is very nascent, experimental stage. You have forced it upon my connection of phone no... Shift it back to copper as it was till 06.12.2019, when it was changed without my request.
                                        I want my landline to be independent of electricity or network issues. Please change it to copper, when airtel has done it for all connections in my area.
                                        Yesterday also, there was electricity breakdown for 8 (Eight) hours, and i was forced to be without electricity and water because of this fibre technology because even my landline was dead. This is writ large... Of extreme torture by airtel to forcing this so callous and downgraded technology on my connection without my request.
                                        Please, shift it back, do not use my connection to use as forced feedback and experimental centre for stupid airtel fibre technology.
                                        Extremely inconvenient customer in huge trouble because of callous attitudes of airtel,
                                        Total harassment by airtel by forcing fibre technology on my phone number.
