I have been a customer of airtel since last six years. I have two numbers operated under postpaid. One is 98922xxxxx which is my regular number. Another one is 8971xxxxx for which i had requested a disconnection in the month of july. The disconnection team insisted even after my initial denials, that we can convert the number to prepaid directly from here. So, i said ok. However, there was no update even after two three week. I had channel 256, &flixhd as part of my kerala mega hd package and without informing the customer they removed it and added a few other news channels which i'm least bothered about. This is atrocious and i want to object such decisions taken by the dth providers without informing the customers. Now i will have to pay additional 19/month for a channel which was part of my package when i ordered it....

I purchased multi dth connection of airtel which as their customer care was for 1100.00 something but when engineer actually installed the same charged 3300.00 and also made some damage to walls
When i made the complaint to airtel customer care they said its a third party case and they charge higher. How come i know its third party when the engineer was sent from airtel office to me.
New connection of airtel hd is not for 3300.00...

I recharged my above mentioned number for
Rs 1699/- through airtel app on 11 nov 19 at 0930 hrs by internet banking. Immediately after recharge i received following messages in the sequence mentioned:-
From precharge "thank you for recharging. Your new pack with unlimited call and data benefit will start from[protected]. Till then your current pack benefits will continue."

From erecharge "recharge done on[protected]...

They have registered my name as 'bhaves' which is actually 'bhaven'. Now i am having problem with my sim card, i am unable to call, my incoming call is busy by default & they cannot give me another sim card. Neither can i port it into any other company nor do i get speed on internet. I ported my idea number to airtel for fast internet speed. Please solve the problem as i unable to use the servies....

I wanted a pre-paid connection without my permission the sales person has given me post paid. I was never asked or informed about it. I even asked the guy for confirmation, he said it is pre-paid and then he without my knowledge has given me a post-paid number. No he is telling me i have to pay 499 x 3 bill only then i can convert to pre-paid. I using other networks jio and vodafone where for three months my prepaid charges are only 499....

Dear sir/mam,

I mohammed faiz. Using a sim card of tata docomo number +91 [protected]. As tata docomo is merged with airtel. I couldn't able to contact tata docomo as all the service has been closed. The reason i need this number because i have given this number in my bank, passport and all my accounts. I humbly request you to activate or issue me sim card with the same number as soon as possible.

I buyed asus zenphone max pro m1 i was to get 12 months 10gb extra data exvery month.
Till 8month i received after that i haven't received so i complaint on mail they have provided me extra 10gb data with validity till 2jan 2036.
I received it so because it's validity was till 2036 i was using as less as possible data so that this data can be helpful to me in case of emergency.

I don't know how the new month data start i didn't want to use the date so please deactivate the plan.

I have raise complaint for airtel dth stb is now working @9th nov.

Without resolving the issue i have received message from airtel team stating that issue has been resolved.

Till now this issue has not been resolved.

Could you please validate and do the needful.

I upgraded my sd set top box to hd set top box last only 5 days back. But hd dolby sound not voice and language blue button not working. I am using (Prepaid) airtel 4g but i am like it is 2g or 3g. Seriously tthis is worst experience with airtel. If i open any page it takes 5 to 6 min to open it. Airtel customer care(198) is not receiving my call; the call ends up by saying all the executives are busy, please call again later. Moreover, the internet services are terrible, and no resolution had been taken to my complaints to them, and by having additional 2GB of data in my account other than daily data plan it was not made available to use it....
