We had port our number [protected]
Into airtel. But I thought it was big mistake from us, that we decided to port into airtel.
We insert airtel sim, when our old sim shows no network. After inserting your airtel shows us 2 message.
1 is of welcome message, and another says, we are setting up your service.
And today 3 /12/2019, it is almost 5 th day, still your service is not activated/ started. We are missing our important call. And also getting frustrated.
We tried to call at customer care. But they are providing OTP. But how is it possible to enter OTP without having any network.
We kindly request you to solve our problem.
