Hi team,

I am using airtel no [protected] and i using this sim card from last 7 years but it was lost during travelling but i am not sure that either this number register to my wife id or myself.
Can you please provide theinformation on which id this number got registered so that i can reapply for the fresh sim of the same number..

      Hi, i have recharged online yesterday using hdfc bill pay for my airtel number with 149 rupees. The recharge was not successful but the said amount got deducted from my bank account. My mobile number is [protected]. Sorry, i cant share the bank details here. Please contact me via email or phone for further details. I could not reach both hdfc and airtel customer care representatives and so using this forum for resolution. Thank you.

          Regularly they are cheating in internet. After wake up and on data with in 5 mins it was saying internet 50% consumed like that. We are using more than 10 airtel nos but they are doing like, even customer care also not responding. Really we are all working from home due to corona virus. They are not thinking about situation and simply cheating us sir. For customer care call also charging 2 rs for computer voice record. After computer voice record they disconnecting our calls. Many times we complained about this to airtel

                I want to complaint about network issues in my area 624 prasad bibwe nagar bibwewadi pune 411037 maharashtra which i am facing from last 10 years. I don't understand if states like punjab, haryana, delhi bangalore can get 4g+ why maharashtra airtel team is not providing same services. Today i am not able to do work from home and i am about to loose my job just because i don't have good internet speed.

                  The airtel "network" which the company boast about is very bad. All the complaints i have made the customer service have gone in vain, they say the network is really good, but it's the opposite. The speed of internet which the network provides on a 4g network is around 5kbps to 2 mpbs per second. This is a case of purely cheating and ripping of customer especially where the customers recharge for huge amounts these days and this the kind of service the so called "open network" gives. I request airtel to look into this. I am deeply saddened and disappointed by the services of this network provider. Each time you have to make a call is to get our of the house and get on the road to place calls that is how pathetic the service have been. I am hoping to get serious changes through this compliant.

                    I have recharged my airtel dth through upi app, i didn't get recharged, my money has been deducted but bill was not paid.. I have tried calling to the customer care - no response. The next day i have recharged it again from another number still the bill was not paid & it shows suspended. I attached the receipt for your reference, kindly do the needful..

                      I have recharged my airtel account with 399 but after offer of 50 it reached me at 349 then i started making the payment i have 25 rs bal in my airtel payments bank i deducted them and the remaining 324rs through phonepe there i received a msg that money got deducted and the i can see that the recharge amount hasnt been to the number which i did money got debited to airtel payments bank and the balance there is the same wid 25rs but what about my 324rs money please try to resolve this as soon as possible

                        On march 28, 2020 i tried to recharge my mother's phone which is on airtel
                        I tried to do the recharge of ₹598 through wallet of airtel, unfortunately i added money twice in the wallet, due to a glitch in the app, first time the amount was not showing in the wallet, so i did the transaction twice, then it shows the money

                        Now i am not able to do the reacharge, i have tried all the possible ways to reach out to airtel, i tweeted, i did an e-mail to them @ [protected]@airtelbank.com, i tried calling the customer care number, but nothing seems to solve my problem.
                        After having ₹ 1088 in my wallet, it shows payment failure for the recharge
                        Please solve this issue and help me

                            Suddenly on 25 march, 2020, the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. I tried to restart my phone several times, inserted sim in another phone. But to no avail.

                            There is a lockdown in place due to corona virus, and i need to work from home. There is no way i can leave my home now.

                            I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, or my sim to be replaced by airtel, delivered at my home address.

                            This is just too much trouble and i could potentially have problem with my employment.

                            If any action is not taken, i would also ask for additional compensation for this.

                                Hello,

                                I've done a recharge of rs. 249 with a voucher of ₹25 through airtel payment bank and at the payment page i'm getting a notification that pay via airtel payment bank and get flat ₹40 cashback. I've successfully placed the recharge. But even after 2-3 hrs the cashback was not added to my account.

                                Update-

                                The same transection got repeted and an amount of ₹249 got debited from my payment bank account without otp/pin. How this is possible? And why one have recharge with same plan twice. If i've to recharge then i'll recharge with higher amount to get good benefits.

                                Request -

                                Please cancel the last recharge/txn and refund the same to my account.
                                Please let me know the status of my cashback on first txn.

                                Also tried to contact on instagram, facebook, twitter but no one responding to my tweets at the same time they are replying to another tweets.

                                *i understand the epidemic, i really do. But the same goes for the airtel. My office was closed and my salary will not be come die to current coronavirus outbreak. I've only little savings that was also used by airtel and now no one is replying.
                                Hope this will be closed asap.

                                      I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 49 on 27th march 2020 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of rs. 49. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                                        Last night on 27.3.20 i recharged for my friend, it sends me double otp but i entered the first one and then money deducted from my account but the recharged failed due to technical error it showed and within 2 hrs they will suppose to refund me but till now they did not refund me even did not send a message of clearification about my refund. It seems lil bit careless because if they are facing some problem then they should also let us know about their problems and reasons of not refunding yet so that we did not call anywhere just stay calm till the situation becomes good one
