I have been suffering from slow internet speed but when I complaint to customer care specialist he misbehavioed with me and I have complaint so many times but there is no progress and whenever i tried to connect with customer care the call is not connecting and only wasting my precious time.
I have suffered a lot and now I want resolution

    My mobile number used by another person for dth connection, i do have his phone number and his name. He is using my number over a year which i recently discovered, i didn't received any message regarding this. I don't know how he got my number, please do something. His phone number-[protected]-001. His first recharge for dth connection is 6th jan 2018, 01.57pm. And his name on the account is sathish

      I have registered a request with them on 12th december for shifting my dth. At first, they transferred my request to an engineer who was reluctant to come because according to him it's not his area. Then i waited for some hours & they transferred this call to some other executive who never responds. Then yesterday i. E. 13th december i emailed at there complaint id & they quickly called me & assured me that it will get resolved soon but it's not yet resolved.
      As a consumer why we are paying them fee for every thing if they are providing services like this?

        I am currently residing in bangalore and i took airtel broadband for my home. I raised a request for disconnection on nov 2, 2019. After that one executive called me and confirmed the disconnection request, and asked me to pay the remaining bill. I told the executive please adjust the amount taken for security deposit while connect, and i will pay the remaining bill amount. But they didn't respond to anything and in december they called me and said that even after disconnection, they generated the bill for both november and december month and asked me to pay asap. I called customer care many times but they are saying you will have to pay the entire bill as it is already generated. This is pure harassment. I have the email confirmation for the disconnection and the internet was not even working. Please look into the matter.

          Hi,
          My number is [protected]. I had taken the one time international roaming pack for 1499 for 10 days in october, which came in my bill and was cleared by me. Again in the month of november, this one time pack was auto-renewed on my number without my permission which came in my bill for november to be paid now. When i spoke to your customer service, they said they cannot do anything about this and this gets auto renewed because i was in international location even though i didn't opt for the service!

            Sir
            This is to inform you that i am not able to call anybody from the above said number since 26th nov 2019 after recharging on 15th nov 2019 by rs.399 with 84 days unlimited call facility.
            I have contacted nearby airtel retailer as well as airtel service centre, konnagar, hooghly, wb but in vain. Presently i am not getting any airtel service for outgoing calls. So please do something about it.

              I had a prepaid plan of airtel landline as well as internet connection no.[protected] for which i had paid advance rental. After the plan expired without any verbal consent or asking me airtel upgraded my plan from 399/ rs per month plus taxes to a 799/ rs per plus taxes per month.

              As i recived the reminder to pay the amount for which i never signed a document ever or gave any verbal consent i called up at airtel as any responsible citizen would on 31st october 2019 and had a lengthy disscussion with kirti sachdeva at gurgaon call centre bearing interaction id:[protected]
              And explained the whole matter.

              I was assured that all my dues which were wrongly made in my account will be waived off as i had never agreed to switch plans or agreed to a upgrade and not even for continuing any plans.

              Then i was offered a 599/rs per month plus taxes postpaid plan with a discount of 50rs every month which will be a net total of 648/rs per month all inclusive to which i agreed.

              Now airtel has billed me with 599/rs per month plus taxes and have not given a discount of 50rs.

              Also they have billed me for the the upgraded plan to which i never agreed and now have disconnected my internet connection.

              I want a very strong action to be taken against airtel for harassment and mental tension which they have given.

              Almost 5 times a day they call me upnto deposit the bill which i do not owe them.
              All this is really frustrating and wastes a lot of time.

              No matter wherei am and what time of thw day it is airtel calls up.

              It is really creating a lot of tension in my personal as well as professional life and it is actually the non synchronisation of intra airtel department tjat i need to explain the matter again and again as if i am some kind of a criminal.

              It is high time and i want a legal action to be taken against airtel.

                This is mahesh uppuluri having airtel postpaid connection from last 4 months.. The postpaid number is [protected].
                I facing data issue. I never connected to internet from last 4 months.. I gave complaint to airtel customer service and nodalofficer several times.. But they didn't respond.. I don't have data service and having 4g sim. They charged more than 500 monthly, they are not responding for my issue.. Please try to help me.. Thank you

                  I am experiencing very slow internet connection in my area. Please fix it soon as possible or i will change my network - [protected]. I kindly requesting to solve it fast as you can, i can't play games and movies in my home due to slow connection. It is good before 2 months but now it is the worst part of my life. High lagging that's why i hate this network

                    They say airtel is the world's # fastest network. But i couldn't even send whatsapp messages on time. A message through whatsapp takes two minutes to send by using airtel network. They have been charging 598 rupees for the network and assures 1 and half gb of data for 3 months. But couldn't use even 100 mb of data per day due to slow network. Why the fcuk in this world do i pay for a service that i couldn't use comfortably. Jio network is far far better than this m*t*er # airtel network. They are very cheap rogues who suck blood from consumers for unused service.

                      I can't use airtel 4g internet services at every evening. And the horror is persistent till morning. I am using [protected]. And reported same problem previously. It seemed the company is busy buying time from us in order to fool us by slowly decreasing the speed every evening until i cant use the service.

                        I recharged on my number for an unlimited pack costing 598 ruppees with protected payment gateway and the money has been deducted from my account. It is even showing in transaction history of the app. But still the recharge is not done yet. No refund given. I did recharge with google pay and the payment is showing to be done in both the google pay and airtel app transaction history. I have been robbed by airtel.

                          Kindly resolve my problem that every time when i browse a specific web site it is redirecting to one airtel.in/rcconf.. I tried to solve this by removing cookies and and cache and cleared browsing from setting.. But the problem is still persisting and i couldn't access to the specific web page... Kindly solve this problem from my pc as soon as possible so that i can do my work with out any barriers.

                            After lodging complaints here about the slow 4g speed at every evening till dawn airtel previously increased the speed of internet 4g. But soon after they decreased the speed day by day slowly, until the 4g internet is almost inaccessible at every evening till dawn. My number, [protected] is suffering this problem.
                            Plse penetrate into this matter to wipe out the problem.

                              I got call from number [protected] on 13 DEC 2019 AND he told me that that i won a lottery of 25 lacs.
                              and provided me number 3296 and told me to call NUMBER -[protected]
                              Please alert
                              This is very dangerous.
                              I am worried and want to lodge a complaint.

                                Since last 1 month i was not able to surfing the internet on my mobile number [protected].

                                As per customer representative advice i have updated my sim card to 4g.

                                Currently i have good internet quality but since i have change my sim card to 4g my sms services are not activate.

                                I not able to receive any kind of text on my number.

                                Even my otp, banking messages all are off since last 20 days.

                                (Nowadays in digital platform how can we survive without such facilities)

                                I have complained about this in customer care so many times.

                                Every time they are promising to resolve the complain within 24 to 48 hours. But till now i have not receive a single call in this regard from airtel.

                                I'm really frustrated with such a disgusting behaviour of such reputed company.

                                Even in the last effort i'm thinking to use the port service and change the service provider, but even not able to send text message to 1900 also.

                                I hope this platform will help me for my solution.

                                  I ported my number to airtel on 27th sept 2019. Since from the day one i am not receiving any calls when people from idea and vodafone are calling me. They are getting message that 'this number does not exist'. I am receiving calls from other networks like jio, bsnl and airtel. I have raised almost 3/4 complaints and every time has gone through the painful process of explaining every thing to the new person talking to me. I received calls from multiple people with the same question — if the issue is resolved!! But till the date there is no resolution to my problem. Getting better network is another issue, but i was just asking to resolve my incoming call issue...
                                  Seems airtel team is not having the required technical expertise or they are simply not interested. This is the worst service i have received so far from any service provider and just waiting to get this legal period over so i can port my numbers to some other network.

                                  I've ported my no.([protected]) from Vodafone to Airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and tells the number is invalid.                                     From last 3 days, there is an intermittent boardband connection issues, so far the complaints was raised thrice and still not resolved. The technician closed the tickets, without proper justification and fix.

                                    First they call me 100 times to change the broadband plan, and ever since i told them that not to bother me with new plan as i am not interested, i am facing see the broadband issues.

                                      It's been 10 hours since my old sim stopped working after porting into airtel from jio. However, my new airtel sim shows "no service". It may be noted that as per telecommunication mobile number portability regulations, 2009, an operator, in the mnp process, can only disrupt the services of a customer of a maximum of 2 hours that too at night. It's been 10 hours now and my number is not activated. This is leading to a severe loss to me. The customer care is also not helping me in this regard and no reply has been received from your end after i emailed 121 and nodal officer about this same. Highly frustrated!
