My name is Jay Arvind Parekh and i am a airtel postpaid user, i have two connections of airtel in the Maharashtra circle of airtel, i had complained on 13.02.2019 for the network issue and they told that it would get resolved in 7 working days but till today thats on 05.12.2019 the issue is not resolved, today i called the contact center of airtel and spoke to a advisor named naveen from punjab location he told me that wait for 2 months your problem would be resolved so i asked him that give me refund in that case because the problem is not going to get resolved for the next two months, so he told that he cannot do anything about that so i told him that i want to speak with your manager after 10 min he transferred the call to his floor supervisor name Anu she was so arrogant i told her that why should i pay for the services that im not getting properly and i also explained her that the problem is at all the locations not about specific locations but she wws so dumb she is telling me that we cant do anything about this issue and was very rude on the call and infact raised a voice aswell due to that i told her that i want to speak with her manager so she transferred to her manager name Rohit Anand he told me as i can see there is a problem in ur connection and asked me to wait for further 48 hours so if they could solve this issue in 48 hrs why did they take 10 months to resolve it. I want a refund of all the bills that i have paid in the past 10 months because airtel has breached their commitment of providing proper network if i dont get the refund i will file a suit against airtel in the consumer forum.

    We had huge network coverage problem in our area.. No network is available whole village is distracted from airtel service

    We had given many complaint to bharti airtel customer desk, appellate desk, nodal desk, esclation department, grievance department, airtel gallery, customer care

    But no help we are getting for network coverage improvement
    Higher authorities declared new site in our area but rf team of ahmadnagar district is not coming to our location and giving false to concerned department that everything is ok

    I m requesting to u sir we just want network in our area whole village and other society members are frusted we want airtel service in our area

    We willing to give land for network tower on our land for better network enchance to airtel for better network

    Want resolution from u r end of network coverage issue in ahmadnagar district of maharashtra state

    I m attaching the images of appellate desk and esclation team but not get the resolution from their end.. We want best of best network from airtel for which it is known in world

    Plz send the rf team at our location very frusted from airtel service... Bharti airtel is one of the most department who take care of customer voice

      Send network team to identify the root cause of network coverage and tell them to resolve in urgent basis plz i m begging for the network coverage

      I had esclated this matter to trai chairman dr r. S sharma and appellate department of trai [protected]@trai.gov.in

      Gopal vittal sir, sanjay kapoor sir, sunil bharti mittal and rakesh bharti mittal

      I m requesting to àppellate department resolve this issue on high priority basis of network coverage and give us the complaint number

      I have been charged 999 for Amazon Prime which i have never subscribed for my Mobile number [protected]
      I will register a complaint to TRAI in case you are not reverting back the charges.
      Why the Hell i will use Airtel to subscribe for Amazon prime.
      Don't cheat customers like this. such a shame on you guys.

        I am using airtel postpaid connection since a long time but from the past 1 or 2 months, i am getting my airtel 4g speed very low. It was good before but i am not sure what happened after that. I am having lots of gb data and its keep on adding every month but i can't use it because of lack of internet speed. I am not sure what to do instead of looking for other service providers and switch from airtel to someone else to get better services.

          I ported to your network and it got activated 17th november morning but gprs services did not activate. I'm unable to use any 3g/4g/2g data.

          I called up the help desk and they said gprs services are not enabled. They said "we will forward it to technical team to correct it" but still now they have not done it and closed two tickets without resolving it and third ticket was supposed to be resolved on 28th november but today is 5th of december still now its not resolved nor i got any update from the team.

          Ps. I have contacted airtel team regarding this through all methods (Email, twitter, call center and even airtel store) none of them seems to care. I have never in my life had witnessed such a pathetic customer service.

              Process is too late for tower installation

              Delay for paper work meeting from airtel fianance team and legal team

              Airtel team had visited after checking the feasibility and optimise the network but it won't work

              So rf team had approved new site on my land

              Now we are waiting for next team to come for paper work

              It is too delay i m not going to office for paper work plz do the needful on urgent basis

              Please i m begging for airtel esclation team to do the paper work as early as possible

                In my location their have 100%4g network but have 95-110dbm network speed only so please boost tower signal or please provide higher speed. I contact them yesterday and they said wait for 4hr and after the same issue i faced. And mostly in evening almost 7pm to 10pm network became slower than slower. I need network strength at least below 80dbm or near to it. I need speed network always in airtels add they say they have fastest network but here full range with 4g i have no speed and always facing troubles when i play online games and watching vedios. Please resolve my problem

                  On 2 nd dec2019 i recharged airtel numbers, and out of 8 recharge 3 was successful and rest 5 were failure (Transcations failed) but now amount is deducted for all 8 transcations, so pls do look and follow up soon n refund the amount,

                    Hi my no.[protected]. I have done a international recharge of 1255 rs of 10 days validity for usa country on 23 nov.19. The recharge is not activated. I complaint about it on same day with complain ref. No. Cbnrd[protected]. They still not resolved it. Now i am back in india and today i complain them to refund my money. They didn't register my complain. I want my money back.

                      I recharged with full talk time which gave me 1gb data for a period of 42 days...without me using it it's getting deducted every day.i always check the balance when I've switched the data off...the usage shown is always more than what i ve really used.after a few minutes when you are checking the balance again, it's reduced by an another 50 mb(even when the data is off)...you just spend two minutes on YouTube and check the balance..it's getting deduced by an another 100 mb..they are deliberately doing it so that they can eat on the main balance once the data plan that you ve opted for finishes...so their main aim is to quickly finish the data that is coming with the plan.once it's done they get to your main balance and start feeding on it.despite numerous complaints i ve not met with a satisfactory reply..it's a theft right under your nose and u ignore it thinking the amount is not big..but your inaction only encourages them to repeat this again and on a larger scale..don't know if there's any use of complaining here .but i will lodge it on other forums as well.

                        I am having 3g cell phone. Due to the message from airtel to migrate to 4 g sim i changed my sim card from 3g to 4 g from 21.11.19. Whatapps is not working from the date of changing ie from 21.11.19. I request you to arrage to connect the internet in my cell. I have already made a compliant on 23.11.19 from thudiyalur - coimbatore airtel office but till date not resolved

                          I have opened aitel bank account and deposited rs.1327. When i am trying to withdraw they are saying that my account is not active. When the account is not active then how did they accept deposit?

                          I went to airtel store. They told to send mail. Then i have sent all documents to them but still they are not activating account.

                            Refund required in my bank account from which money got debited for 2 failed airtel prepaid transactions with transaction no[protected] &[protected]. Dated 6 november inr 35/- each it's been 1 month neither i got recharge done nor the refund and it's not matter of what the amount is what matter is the inconvenience and service provided by airtel is always better so why in refund it's pathetic also i am unable to reach human on any of their customer support number.

                              The voice is breaking during incoming and outgoing calls since last 20 days. Even after complaints no solution from airtel and they simply sent this message to me...
                              “hello, with reference to your network complaint for airtel mobile _, it is taking us more time than what was anticipated to resolve the issue. We will keep you posted on the status. Inconvenience is regretted.”

                              I am facing this issue in my area but airtel is not responding. They easily give their best network advertisement on television which is false and misguiding people.

                              This is to inform you that not working properly my sim network. Automatically outgoing call drop or call connect within 15 - 20 sec & incoming calls are not connected since 2-3 days.

                                I have done a recharge of 1699 ruppees on my airtel number [protected] on 2/12/19 before the new tariff got implemented. During that that time i had an existing plan, which was valid up to 18/2/2019. Immediately after the recharge my existing validity got expired and the new plan got activated.
                                I have done that because i heard that the recharges can be qued up before the tariff hike. Please look into this and provide an immediate solution to this issue.

                                  I am having unlimited 1year plan which is valid until 6th june, 2020. I recharged another unlimited plan on 2nd december 2019, but on recharge plan started from 2nd december, 2019 only. There was no information on website/airtel thanks app at the time of recharge. This is clearly robbing money from consumers. I want my plan to be extended 1 yr completely or return my money back.

                                    I bought a new SIM for 4G hotspot and was told to dial 59059 to activate the card but the number goes to a BOT who keeps repeating various things to buy for 5-10 mins. I have tried for several hours but this number is still not working. Please resolve this ASAP.
                                    In my home we are unable to get signal.
