Hi,
I am using airtel network for prepaid phone. I am not getting good network in our area (Padi puthu nagar). We already have other networks which is providing good mobile network/signal. I don't want to switch my number to other network until you force me to do so. Hope you will help to get good customers in our area and solve the network/signal issue.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I recharged my airtel# for RS 399. The amount got deducted, however transaction failed and I didn't receive the message. Will the amount be refunded?

I have ported my Jio number to Airtel. But still I cannot televerify my number. whenever I call 59059 it gets disconnected.
I m unable for call barring oj my airtel mobile number. They need the password that i dont know and if I put password as 1234 they show network Or sim card error. Please tell me how can i come out from this critical situation and also tell me the password as well as the process of call barring in airtel mobile number.

    I have converted my mobile number form postpaid to prepaid in the month of August. I tried to recharge in online but it showing some errors. I tried in Paytm, Freecharge, Airtel app also.

    I have done several recharges (499, 100) through local vendors.

    Still now also i am Unable to recharge in online.

    I have raised several complaints but they did not solve it.

        I'm observing that since last few days some websites like cyberpassion.com, stackoverflow.com and few other websites that I visit the most are not accessible from my airtel number many times during daytime.

        These websites are accessible from Jio and Idea network during the same time. I'm very must sure that Airtel's internal filtering is causing this disruption. IP blocking is not an issue.

        When I called customer care about the issue, the individual simply refused to confess and asked me to contact website owner, but just as the phone was disconnected all those websites suddenly became accessible. All 3 websites I was trying to visit for almost 2 hours suddenly became accessible in a matter of few minutes.

        I m really disappointed with all this. All those sites are clean - no malware or anything else then why this is happening. Ive been using Jio for months before switching to Airtel and I'm really regretting my decision. Such incident never happened to me previously. And with Airtel this has been happening for days now.

        I may be wrong but today's incident (calling customer care and all websites suddenly became accessible) really forced me to post complaint here. Disappointed. Should stop doing this 'Bharosa' ad that's running on TV these days.

          Very poor 4g data rate. Wide divergence between what you advertise and what you deliver. You are bound to perish if you do not take steps to improve your 4g signal strength. Are you people sleeping? How do you plan to compete with jio with this kid of lazy attitude. During peak business hours your 4g data rate falls steeple and applications like money control pro fail to open. This is the state of affairs in the centre of lucknow, right next to an airtel tower. Wake up and save your company before people give up your subscriptions.

            I went to an outlet in kanhangad in kerala and they asked for 300 rs for porting and i told that i dont need frc i will do it they behaved in rude manner and asked for the money to do the service and they told they dont want customer in airtel they behaved like we are beggers who is asking for money. My friend also had similar experience in this outlet and they also behaved rudely to him

It's as "this service is temporarily not available " since 2 days I am unable to text or make a call . Plz activate my sim as soon as possible. How can I make a call or text any one .

              It is regarding the fraudulent activity going in name of airtel digital tv, i got several phone calls from various no. S, who is telling my customer id (Id is [protected]) of airtel digtal tv connection, my valid plan and date of validity and balance amount and offered me a three month package by adding some rs.1081/- for getting 3 months validity. Earlier i ignored the offer, but on 15.11.19 call from mobile no. +91 [protected] on 15.55 hours ask me to deposit rs 903/- for a three month validity, up to 22.02.2019. As my plan period was going to be expired so i agreed, caller wanted me to recharge while he was holding the call which i denied. He disconnected the call by saying that he will ring back me after an hour. I recharged my digital tv connection by rs. 910/- and waited for the call. But it didn’t come and finally i called airtel customer care who in turn told me that such offers will be cleared within 48 hours. I again waited for 48 hours but of no avail. I again called customer care on 25.11.19 in the morning who told me that no such offers were given by airtel and my request will not be entertained.
              In whole of the incident if the calls are not made by airtel then i am surprised that how my privacy like id, plan, balance and validity was leaked to some external agencies. Even today i got a similar call offering me a six month package on airtel digital tv (Mobile no. +91 [protected] at 09.28 hrs on 25.11.2019, another call came from mobile no. +91 [protected] at 14.58 hours on 25.11.2019). The case may be taken up with airtel for such leakages so that such fraudulent activity may be stopped and thousand of customers may be saved from such frauds.

                  I visited airtel store on 25/11/2019 located at bittan market bhopal, where i asked to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid plan
                  The executive asked me to pay due amount of rs 270 to change to prepaid.
                  I deposited the due amount after which the executive told that within an hour my plan will change to prepaid from postpaid.
                  On not updation of plan till today (26/11/2019), i again visited above mentioned store, where he told that my due amount is rs 999.
                  After this i called airtel customer care - 121, mr vishal and airtel executice attended the call, in which he told that i have to wait for 1 month to complete billing cycle, and on completion of biiling cycle i will have to pay the bill after a month.
                  My greviance is that, i had to wait for the end of billing cycle then why the airtel store executive made me pay rs 270 on 25/11/2019. He should have told me to wait untill end of billing cycle.

                      I am ramineni ganesh babu, postpaid user of number [protected] airtel 4g dongle. I would like to deactivate my airtel 4g lte dongle subscription as i am not having airtel 4g signal in marthahalli, bangalore. I have paid all the bills including the recent bill. I tried calling 121 many times but no reponse on my request. I went to airtel store they re-directed me to call 121 again. I am fed up of calling 121 all the time and roaming stores for cancellation. They always redirect me to call 121. This is very bad service from airtel for not deactivating my number [protected] airtel 4g dongle. I am ending up paying monthly bill as i am not using it.

                        I took dth connection wherein after recharging for 1 month 15 days connection dint worked due to some b001 error this happendfor 2 months since then i have been filing complain no engineer is being send to get this sorted these people say they have arranged there is no technician been send you cannot reach out to their customer service it doesnt alows you to speak to human voice.. after sending multiple reminder these people have not given any refund i have asked them to remove the connection and get the refund for dish but there is no solution or revert being customer i want my consumer rights i cannot allow company fool me like this

                          Today morning at around 9:54am i wrongly recharged a number which was similar to mine which is [protected] (Wrong number (And my actual number is [protected] (Correct number) which has been recharged the second time. I urge you to refund me the money for the wrong recharge done to another number [protected] with operator reference number [protected] for an amount of rs. 169. Kindly reverse the amount as soon as possible.

                            I tried to change my broadband plan from myairtel app on 12th october and it requested me to pay 1566.26 extra for the plan change. I tried paying it using my hdfc debit card. The amount got deducted but the app said payment got failed, so i ended up trying again and again the app said payment got failed. I contacted airtel customer care and reported the same. They said both the payments went through and its just some app issue. They said they adjusted 1566.26 that i paid initially for the plan change and would refund the additional amount that i paid by retrying. So far they haven't refunded the amount. They closed my ticket two weeks ago saying the payment is been processed but haven't received anything. Now when i contacted them again they say its gonna take another 10 days. I am fed up with the customer support of airtel. They clearly lack knowlege and courtesy. They way they answer make your blood boil. No matter how many times you question why is it taking so long. They just say its gonna take another few days and ita accounts issue and they can't do anything about it. I'm tired of this wild goose chase for my refund. Wish some one could do something about it. My latest request number is:[protected]. I am from hyderabad.

                            No Response at all from Airtel. They said amount would be refunded by 16th December, but haven't received anything. Now they are going to make me wait till next year May be. Way to go Airtel.

                                I i'm switched my mobile network to airtel on 22nd nov 2019. My sim was activated but unable to use the internet. I have filed the complain on same day within one hour from sim activation. I have received the sms from airtel side, said that "the complain will be closed within 17 hrs" but still they are not closed my issues. I have called customer care more than 10 time they are not responding properly and saying it will take 4 days.

                                    I stay at kalyan (7th floor) having a airtel tower above, despite that i face low connectivity and network issues. Guest also face a lot of issues.

                                    Due to air conditioning we have to keep windows closed, however having tower as near as next floor should not have so much of network and connectivity issues.

                                    Data card connectivity and normal calls both are having issues.

                                      Respected sir i and all the other airtel customers staying this location are severely facing poor coverage issue. I went to airtel store for registering of network complaint. At that time officer told me that your home location is not getting coverage and not possible for boosting. If you want to use please select another network. The boosting option is not possible there. We never provide better coverage right now. I am really cheated by airtel. Very cruel experience.

                                        I have ported my mobile number to airtel from vodafone. My vodafone subscription has been de-activated and i am unable to do activate my airtel subscription as 59059 is getting disconnected automatically. Airtel agent who was very active till my number was being ported to airtel and thereafter, she is incommunicado and blocked my alternate number.

                                        Before my number was ported, i was told that my vodsfone number will be active...
