Dear airtel,
We had port our number [protected]
Into airtel. But I thought it was big mistake from us, that we decided to port into airtel.
We insert airtel sim, when our old sim shows no network. After inserting your airtel shows us 2 message.
1 is of welcome message, and another says, we are setting up your service.
And today 3 /12/2019, it is almost 5 th day, still your service is not activated/ started. We are missing our important call. And also getting frustrated.
We tried to call at customer care. But they are providing OTP. But how is it possible to enter OTP without having any network.
We kindly request you to solve our problem.

    My friend was struggling to recharge her airtel mobile number and so I recharged for her number online. Since she wanted the 499 plan I selected it and made the payment through UPI. After making the payment, my friend did not receive any recharge successful message but received a message asking her to recharge with another plan. Kindly refund the amount of 499 to my account. If the 499 plan does not exist then why is it displayed on the web page? Do not deceive your customers and cause inconvenience to them.

    I still haven't received any mail or call from Airtel neither has my money of 499 Rs been refunded. Why is it taking so long for airtel to refund for a failed recharge?

    Airtel doesn't care about their customers. I wonder why it would take so long to refund money. Airtel doesn't even have a proper customer care channel where grievances like this can be sorted. Being a loyal customer for years I am indeed disappointed with Airtel's reckless attitude.

    It's been over a month since I posted this complaint and I still haven't received a refund of 499 rupees from Airtel. Forget about refund not a single executive from Airtel has tried to contact me regarding this issue. Airtel sucks to the core when it comes to helping out customers.

    I've complained to airtel already unless you call a landline more than 5 -6 times, it doesn't connect. Calls from landlines also don't get connected.
    I still haven't received any mail or call from Airtel neither has my money of 499 Rs been refunded. Why is it taking so long for airtel to refund for a failed recharge? Please look into it and resolve the issue.

      Dear airtel,

      I am airtel customer from last 7 years. I have moved outside india 2 years ago and airtel sim was working fine when i connect it to network for incoming messages. And i also use it when i visit india, most 2 times in year. But suddenly it gets stopped (De activated) due to non usage.

      Now, without informing me (Due to changed policy) sim is disconnected. And to activate it again i have to visit home circle branch, which is mumbai in my case. This i believe unfair.

      I paid money to buy this sim. If you wanted to de activated this sim, you should have informed me via mail. Moreover, you should allow me to activate online if i am ready to recharge it or pay money. This is unfair and unjust.

        From my Axis bank credit card wrongly 3 times Rs 293 got debited & charged in my bank account. I dont have any Airtel number & not given any auto debit instruction. Kindly refund my money back in my account.Kindly lodge my complaint without my knowledge & permission Rs 293 got deducted from card. So Reverse my amount ASAP

        Axis credit card se mera paisa 293.80 deduct ho raha hai. Card no 0408. Name trupti mahesh sawant. Airtel ka mera koi contact no nahi hai. Na to koi maine auto debit kiya hai. Credit card me se ye kaunsa paisa deduct ho raha hai o please check karake batao. Airtel me maine kaunsa bhi transaction nahi kiya hai. Please check karake dijiye. Refund karake do.

          I use airtel mobile network. Airtel had revised its tariffs yesterday (2nd december) where we have to pay rs. 499 for 2gb data per day sms and unlimited calls for 82 days. I tried this pack to recharge for my number through online recharge. But after debiting the amount airtel is sending me sms stating that pack is no longer valid and to recharge for rs 698 instead. This happened thrice and taken my money thrice.
          If airtel cannot update its website or its app why should an online recharge or recharge via app should be enabled.
          Why should such pack given in the app if it is no longer valid?.

            Airtel has hiked their recharge prices for the every plan. Plan of ₹448 is now turned into the ₹698 which is hiked by ₹250 directly. Airtel shame on you. If you didn’t revise these latest plans back to normal seriously you are about to loose so many customers this time because its over the limits for common man.

              I have recharged through airtel app for rupees 499 (50 rupees discount). After processing and amount deduction they informed me via sms that this pack is not valid. How stupid this is? They haven't updated their app. For that reason, why we customers should suffer horribly. I have contacted outlet near madurai bypass road kalavasal, they are very cool in saying that the amount will be credited within 10 days. I need my money with interest or else please file a complaint. I'm ready for anything. I have artifacts readily. Thanks

                Already mobile tariff rate were increased i. E minimum recharge of rs.35, now they are increasing for rs.49, and rs.129 plan were increased to 148 and other plans are also increasing up to 40% customer only suffer to your new tariff rate, your statement is business loss. Business strategy is on internal side, this is not a reason to increase the tariff, from future onward no one can to use the airtel network on your tariff were changed. Please kindly acknowledge the message and reduce the tariff rate at on customer needs & affordable price

                  I am writing this mail to inform you that i am know seriously distressed by the service of airtel and the way your team is treating customer like me. I have installed this connection in the month of november by your sale marketing team (Bhopal) by the person name shoaib uddin which was referred to me by one of your technician name ratan lal verma (Bhopal). I contacted the sales person he told me all the plans and all the formality was done by ratan lal verma my plan includes

                  16 mbps of speed and 50 gb of data per month and a bonus of 750 gb for every 4 months which will renew automatically this all were promised by sale marketing team (Bhopal) shoaib uddin know he is neither picking up my calls and when i have contacting customer care they r saying this is only one time offer means i will only get 750 gb one time but at the time of taking connection the he has said me that in every 4 months this bundled data will get renew automatically but it is not.

                  This was the matter and airtel has provided me 1000gb of data and promised me the day it will end we will add more to this and the interaction id was[protected] you can check on this interaction id today when i called your customer care they says we cant do any thing we cant add any of the data to this account after telling the interaction id also i want a permanent solution on this thing i don’t want to again and again call airtel i beg for my right which was promised i want a full proper plan or i am going to take this matter a next level because the way you customer care talk to us its seriously pathetic.

                  I want a speed enquiry on this and want higher authorities to look into this matter and provide me a solution.

                  Hoping for a response which will help me.
                  I want to have a telephonic conversation with any of your head i don’t want to talk to any of your customer care person i want to talk to a higher official.

                    Airtel offered me to recharge with long term plan and assured me that they will continue that plan after expiry of 399 plan which was valid till 22.01.2019 but as soon i recharged with 1699 plan for 365 days validity. They started that plan from that day. Even i got message from airtel that your plan will be started from 22.01.2019. Now as i am talking with costumer care they just saying that extension in validity is applicable only on upto 6 months plan. What should i do now.

                        Dear team,

                        I would like to inform you that we have an issue with the airtel connections.

                        We had given 16 airtel sim for cancellation on 31-jan-2019. Airtel enterprise team have cancelled our 01 numbers in the same time another 15 numbers one month later, and they have charged for that particular period and the difference amount for that one month rs-7023/-. We have asked for the waiver for that particular month and they accepted for the waiver and we have the email conversation regarding this issue.

                        They have promised to give waiver but that balance is reflecting in our bill.
                        I have attached old conversation mails for references, kindly go through this mail and take this concern to the next level.

                        Help us with the waiver amount since this is not an small amount.

                        I am sending this mail second time but no will response properly.

                            Before making recharge of rs 558, i called to airtel executive to confirm about the terms and conditions, benefits of the particular plan. Airtel executive told me that new plan will start after existing plan will expire. Due to this assurance, i recharged the rs 558 plan in 77 days advance. After successful recharge of rs 558, i also got a confirmation message from airtel that, my new recharge is activated this is what airtel executive assured me as well.

                            But now, airtel unexpectedly ended my old plan of 558 before 77days of expire and activated my new plan (I. E. Rs. 558 plan). I called the airtel customer care executive regarding this and they are not responding me in proper manner. They are saying something differently what the executive promised me before the recharge. They also disconnecting my calls. Please help me on this as this is fraud/cheat with customers. I want all the benefits promised by airtel executive.

                            I have also attached the confirmation sms received from airtel and screenshot of current running plan details. You may also check the call records of your executive before my recharge regarding this.

                            I want total validity of total 168 days =76 days of old pack +82 days of new pack

                              Had an airtel sim bearing number [protected]. I recharged it today (2nd Dec) for Rs. 399 (84 days plan). Came to know later that the sim is deactivated and the number has been allotted to someone else.
                              Have spoken to customer care for reversal and below is the reference number of that conversation.

                              Have asked airtel store also but no solution yet.
                              Now I wanted to escalate this as this is not a small amount.
                              kindly reverse the amount to my mode of payment.

                                  Again fed up with airtel service.

                                  I have been recharged my number with 1699 yearly plan prior to the completion of my same existing plan 1699. After I did the validity shows only as 365 days without taking my previous balance validity days into the account.

                                  Am already aware and done similar recharge for monthly unlimited plans before it ends and it usually sums up the number of days for the validity.

                                  As I called customer care, they inform that yearly unlimited pack will deactivate existing plan and start from fresh.

                                  Actually I couldn’t not find any related information in my Airtel app stating that monthly packs will add up and yearly pack won’t.

                                  Even thou if it is so, they have to give some solution to the existing customer. Simply saying it won’t work and ur money is lost is not the solution or advisable solution. Either u must refund or extend.

                                  Guys be aware of this scam.

                                    This email is in regards to my airtel connection[protected]. I was in a advance rental plan rs 2499 for six months.in october my plan was ended and without any notification airtel upgraded me to monthly plan of rs 799. This is not acceptable.
                                    I called airtel many times, however i was not provided with any resolution. I have been asked to stick at high cost plan which is not affordable for me at all.

                                    I have requested for a disconnection on 28/11/2019. Can you please take strict action against airtel.

                                    Can you please support me in getting a resolution on same.

                                        I recharged today 1699, i got validity for one year but due to this i had lost 40 days validity of previous pack.

                                        Please credit remains 40 days back to my account.
