Rs 352 was deducted from my hdfc credit card on 9/12/19 at 10.07am under this category without otp pin even though i made no such purchase. My only option would be to block the card which would cause great inconvenience — how can airtel make any such deduction without purchaser confirmation. Going online it seems like many people have had similar problems so clearly there are process issues or data breach.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have recharge 100 rupees talk time in my airtel mobile number [protected] dated[protected] but still recharge is Pending. So sir plzz resolve my problem
From last few hours I couldn't able to dailed call from my sim last few hours its urgent please give me some great step

    balance deduction summary

    I've purchased a new airtel sim and ever since it has been showing deduction summary without proper mention of details. It's unusual to show such heavy deduction in unlimited pack recharges. It already sent an sms of free 5gb data and then it began charging for this free data too.in worst case i decided to take this action. Truly disappointed by unreasonable deduction of airtel. Kindly take a look......

    I had recharged my Airtel mobile no with 248 INR,
    And my brother also done recharge with 148 INR next day. Now customer care said both plan active on same time frame. He denied to return money or carry forward the second recharge. He said both plans are different
    I want to my just second recharge carry forward to next month or refund my money.

    He is denied to return money. He told that there is any policy for double recharge on same number.

      I ported my number [protected] from jio to airtel. The process initiated on 3rd of the december and i got a confirmation from airtel on 7th december, telling that my porting is completed and asked me insert my new sim. After inserting my new sim, it's showing 'no service' and i couldn't even get signal on the display. Neither my old network have network nor airtel have. Now i have no active sim. It's been already 30 hours i'm without network. I'm totally frustrated with your horrible service. Plz help me sir my all bank account are connected to this number. After 90 days. I'm so done with airtel. Airtel have made my business to stop for a day. I went to airtel store, they replace my sim card with new one, but after that i am facing same issue

        I have not received fastag from airtel since 20 days and i have registered a complaint at customer care on the same. But after 20 days the remarks is that they have closed the ticket updating that the issue is resolved. However i have not received the tag yet. They have charged rs 500 for the same. I have been reaching airtel team on phone and every time they tell some reason and disconnect the call. I have been dialing for more than times and every time i have been made to wait for 15-20 minutes and has been provided additional timelines and disconnected. I am really frustrated by the response of airtel and i was to log a complaint on the same. Du to poor support from airtel i have been paying heavy fines at toll gates for not having fastag. I need a resolution for this asap. I have raised another ticket on 6th december with ticket number 4446758 and the the same was closed with the resolution that the product has been delivered, however i have still not got the fastag yet. I have been reaching the customer care number for the sixth time and there is no acceptable justification from the team. I would like to get help from the consumer court on the same.

          Yet I am getting the message that "your outgoing services are stopped because of lack of balance".
          I will soon complain to the higher authority if my services are not resumed
          immediately.

            Dear sir, on 24/11/2019, rs. 50, 000.00 (Fifty thousands) were stolen and transferred from my paytm account by the culprit & transfered rs. 34, 965.00 (Thirty four thousands nine hundred sixty five) to airtel payment bank. This information is given by paytm cyber cell. Money was transferred in three transaction (14595 + 19950+420) as details given below.

              I can't use internet after 1.5 gb. Even after there is a 400 mb remaining in my account. I complained to the airtel but they couldn't solve my problem. I
              Calling everyday to customer care but they always says your complain is under request and be patient

                Voice cal is not supported for me.. I talk with my friend at night. He don't recognize my voice.. There is other sound.. The sound irritate the voice.. Pls cooperate with us.. We use airtel sim since 5 years... Other no issue is there in my no.. Olesa co operate with us.. We don't talk too much in night. Mdue to voice break.. Pls help in karkada saligrama network

                  We are not receiving sms on our mobile phone. The sms sent by banks and other companies like otp etc are either not received or get very late say about an hour. Requested so many times on 121 of airtel but problem is not resolved. Due to this we are not able to make transactions and other work because of late sms. Despite repeated request airtel is not resolving our complain.

                    My phone line has been dead from 4-5 days now. Everyday i call the customer care and every time they say that they will send a technician the next day morning. But no one turns up. And i again complaint in vain. And they have refused to register a new complaint.in previous week also my landline phone had got dead for which i raised a complaint. They repaired my phone line after 2 days. And then again the landline and broadband internet went dead as described above. They are registering the complaint on the same old complaint number and have refused to even register a new complaint/new complaint number. I am fed up of them. They are not at all cooperating anyway, but will charge me for full month which is highly unfair.

                    Earlier complaint was filed on 24th November Afternoon. All the people in my building had their landlines restored back to normalcy within the next day. But only my Landline was restored on Thursday ie after 4 days. Step Motherly Treatment maybe (even then, and even now)

                      Today i recharge my mobile number
                      Airtel giving only calling facility but they are not giving data facility. I called customer care they are told you will use internet after 3 days. So why i will wait 3 days. For this also they avoid to add extra pack day in my account. They cheet me. For this what u will do? I called so many time they also avoid this matter. I pay money it should i use internet today
                      Why i will wait 3 days. If i wait they are also not add extra day validity in my account. Please help me. Airtel chatted me.

                        My home broadband plan is 100mbps with a monthly rentals of inr 999:00+gst

                        But airtel provides is less than 10mbps most of the time, when a complaint is registered they rectify and i get upto 40mbps max. Have complained many times on mail and written to nodal officer/s - who calls up and empathize my case but finally they maintain a status quo.

                        They are not providing the speed for what i am paying nor they are changing the charges for the speed that they are providing

                            I am greatly dissatisfied with the service of airtel.
                            There are certain reasons behind that:
                            Unstability of 4g network
                            4g icon vanishes again and again.
                            It takes forever to recover. It's very time consuming for i am not free as you to wait for recovery.

                            Very poor network speed
                            At a time network speed was fine but now it is just zero

                            These were my problems which are to be solved
                            Please help

                              I recharged my digital tv[protected] today with 520/-. Airtel digital tv have stopped the services and have asked me for service visit with additional payment. My connection was absolutely fine before recharge and was functioning well. Airtel digital call centre representative were after my life to recharge for my connection but have stopped the services and asking additional charges to make the connection functional.

                              Today someone called from Airtel digital service team... N mentioned they can visit home today to resolve the issue..once I requested to visit on Saturday. They didn't co-operated. [protected] representative number

                                My name is Jay Arvind Parekh and i am a airtel postpaid user, i have two connections of airtel in the Maharashtra circle of airtel, i had complained on 13.02.2019 for the network issue and they told that it would get resolved in 7 working days but till today thats on 05.12.2019 the issue is not resolved, today i called the contact center of airtel and spoke to a advisor named naveen from punjab location he told me that wait for 2 months your problem would be resolved so i asked him that give me refund in that case because the problem is not going to get resolved for the next two months, so he told that he cannot do anything about that so i told him that i want to speak with your manager after 10 min he transferred the call to his floor supervisor name Anu she was so arrogant i told her that why should i pay for the services that im not getting properly and i also explained her that the problem is at all the locations not about specific locations but she wws so dumb she is telling me that we cant do anything about this issue and was very rude on the call and infact raised a voice aswell due to that i told her that i want to speak with her manager so she transferred to her manager name Rohit Anand he told me as i can see there is a problem in ur connection and asked me to wait for further 48 hours so if they could solve this issue in 48 hrs why did they take 10 months to resolve it. I want a refund of all the bills that i have paid in the past 10 months because airtel has breached their commitment of providing proper network if i dont get the refund i will file a suit against airtel in the consumer forum.

                                  We had huge network coverage problem in our area.. No network is available whole village is distracted from airtel service

                                  We had given many complaint to bharti airtel customer desk, appellate desk, nodal desk, esclation department, grievance department, airtel gallery, customer care

                                  But no help we are getting for network coverage improvement
                                  Higher authorities declared new site in our area but rf team of ahmadnagar district is not coming to our location and giving false to concerned department that everything is ok

                                  I m requesting to u sir we just want network in our area whole village and other society members are frusted we want airtel service in our area

                                  We willing to give land for network tower on our land for better network enchance to airtel for better network

                                  Want resolution from u r end of network coverage issue in ahmadnagar district of maharashtra state

                                      I am using airtel postpaid connection since a long time but from the past 1 or 2 months, i am getting my airtel 4g speed very low. It was good before but i am not sure what happened after that. I am having lots of gb data and its keep on adding every month but i can't use it because of lack of internet speed. I am not sure what to do instead of looking for other service providers and switch from airtel to someone else to get better services.
