I have been using an airtel prepaid connection since last 10 years. Since last five days my sim card has stopped receiving signal.

Assuming the new changes made by the telecom companies, i thought there would be changes in the recharge vaidity and i did a recharge of rs299.

Upon query, the customer care office informed that the sim may have defcts and directed me to take a duplicate sim. Contacting the airtel...

I am receiving number of calls from collections agency for payments on a phone which had been disconnected in march 2019. The phone number is [protected].

I am complaining about weak network connection in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Airtel network not available from morning on 2G and 3G mobile. and 4G mobile showing networks. is network providers trying to force customer to buy 4G mobiles by shaking hands with mobile phone companies. when customer not have budget or no mood to buy new phones, this companies by such way finding methods trying to force customers or make him alone. this is just trying to increase sales of mobile companies and 4G network business....

Staff are very bad to respond the customer. They are always busy with their personal mobile to whatching youtube and other TV programs.

Fix reason for anything - server not responding properly i can't solve your query. Can you please come again after some days...

I bought a new sim and i insert it in my phone after inserting, i received a message that (Your sim is active please restart your handset) yes i restart my phone but after that i didn’t get network only it is showing no service, it is a new sim which i have taken on the same old number please (Airtel department) help me please as soon as possible...

I had ported my number from vodafone to airtel 13 oct 2019.
After 4 days i recieved an sms that my number is ported and instructed me for televerification.
When i inserted the airtel new sim, i found out that the sim is not working. Only emergency call. The vodafone sim has stopped working and my airtel sim is also not working. This is my working sim.

I have been using airtel boradband for 4 years, my usage never exceeded 200gb data. I am not able to contact my near ones.

I forget my mpin kindly help me to change my mpin my phone no. Is [protected].
I port my number 1 week ago and then try to register airtel payment bank but the mpin is not taken by me and then i try to change my mpin by using forget mpin feature but there was another problem they doesn't approve my details and said your detail is wrong.
