I was already lodge a complaint to consumer court so this is my last request to your give me my number and activated i am unable to pay this amount because i am farmer so this is big amount for me i can't afford this amount i wll pay only 1000/rs.
I am really disappointed with airtel for this as they did not bother to intimate me even through mail. Just to get new customers they cannot just ignore existing customers. I have all my banks connected to me through my airtel number. Even my bank statements go to that number. And also i have some professional connection connected only through that number. As the number is not yet allotted to any person i am sure airtel should be able to give my number back to me. Please help me to get my number back.

My name moti lal gupta. I have been using my airtel number ([protected]) past more than 10 years but due to unavoidable circumstances i was not using my number from last few months. I had used my number last was in the first week of jan. The in october 2019 i decided to use number regularly and i realized that there was no service on my phone. I immediately called airtel customer care and told them about the issue. They told me that its a you can go for airtel store and i should submit my documents to activate it. I conveyed to them that i have that number past more than 10 years so its not a new number. They did not have answer to it but they told me to just resubmit documents to the nearest airtel store and number would be activated. I went to airtel store and told the issue to the executive. But he told me that the number has been not allotted to any other person but it not in my hald to active this number. I was disappointed and asked then how could they do so.. I then tried calling that number to check who has been allotted with my number. Luckily the number was still out of service, so i called customer care again and told them that it looks like number is still not been allotted so i would wanted my number back and i am ready to submit all documents. So they told then i can go to the airtel store and submit all documents and request for a duplicate sim. But when i went to the airtel store the executive told me that number is in idle state so he cant help it.

    I recharged for ₹399 on[protected] and for ₹1699 on[protected], so i should have validity of around

    399 plan 84 days which was valid till[protected]
    1699 plan 365 days
    Total it should be 449 days validity but it is showing 365 days,

    Please credit remaining 84 days or refund my ₹399

    If your system is accepting both payments i should get both validity, otherwise refund my amount immediately,

    Even your message specifically mentioned the extension of validity. I am attaching screenshot.

    Please refund my payment back.

      I have applied for static ip after broadband installation but its been a month their no response from airtel. If i book a complaint and unless its fixed the otp shouldnt be provided. Here the technician ask for the otp to close the request right away. Please need action regarding this issue.

        I was a user of tata docomo when it transferred to airtel i have subscribed to airtel once i recharge in last months for unlimited plans but i didn't get internet connection for the half of the months. The day before yesterday i paid recharge plan of 199 first with unlimited plan which offered fasttag but they didn't neither recharged on my number not paid my money back. Then, i recharge for another plan of 129. Now it is running smoothly. Now i need my 199 rupees back.

          I recharged last week 399 and today 1699, i has to get validity on

          Present 17 days
          399 plan 84 days
          1699 plan 365 days
          Total it should be 466 days validity but it given 365 days,

          Please credit remains 101 days

          If you are system accepting both payments i should get both validity, otherwise refund my amount 1699 immediately,

          Please refund 1699 payment back. Because it is showing 399 will active another 16days.

              Recharge transaction was failed for mobile [protected] on 18th november, 2019. Rs 399 was deducted from my bank account. But the recharge transaction was failed. We have registered complaint with airtel customer care on the same day (Complaint number conrc[protected]). But the amount is not yet refunded even after two weeks. There was no proper response from the airtel customer care.

              We tried to reach the airtel customer care several times. But there is very bad response from customer care. I don't know why you need two weeks time to refund amount for a failed transaction. This is really frustrating. It happened to us several times.

                I applied for a post paid connection,
                After 1 hour sim was activated,
                After 3 hours verification guy came to my home, he asked my information i gave to him, he asked to show electricity bill i shown that,
                After 6 hours, i got an email and text message saying that your "outgoing calls has been barred and sim verification failed"

                  Hi team,

                  Today i have recharged with 247 rs. Again my customized plan (246.08 rs) has changed to gujarat value lite sd pack (293.57).

                  This happened multiple time. Last month too i sent email for the same issue. It is really frustrating. Why i have to contact cc after recharge? Do you think i have free time to run behind cc every month?

                  Could you please resolve this issue asap. This is the last time.

                  I warn you if this issue appears again i will switch to other operator.

                      Before making recharge of rs 1699, i called to airtel executive to confirm about the terms and conditions, benefits of the particular plan. Airtel executive told me that new plan will start after existing plan will expire. Due to this assurance, i recharged the rs 1699 plan in 21 days advance. After successful recharge of rs 1699, i also got a confirmation message from airtel that, my new recharge will be activated afrer 16th december 2019. This is what airtel executive assured me as well.

                      But now, airtel unexpectedly ended my old plan before 21 days of expire and activated my new plan (I. E. Rs. 1699 plan). I called the airtel customer care executive regarding this and they are not responding me in proper manner. They are saying something differently what the executive promised me before the recharge. They also disconnecting my calls. Please help me on this as this is fraud/cheat with customers. I want all the benefits promised by airtel executive and mentioned in confirmation sms.

                      I have also attached the confirmation sms received from airtel and screenshot of current running plan details. You may also check the call records of your executive before my recharge regarding this.

What I understand is, for any problem just do not trust over Airtel telecollers. They just do not listen your problem but keep telling about rules and regulations so that you just gave up to them. What I understand if, for any problem just do not trust over Airtel telecollers. They just do not listen your problem but keep telling about rules and regulations so that you just gave up to them.

                        My outgoing service is barred since yesterday though i have enough balance and validity. I bought this sim/number ([protected]) on 2005 and never switched to postpaid or any other networks.

                        When i enquired with airtel, they said my outgoing service is barred due to document verification (Seems fine since 2005) and they have not informed this in prior notice. Its been very difficult for me that i'm in remote place and it's frustrating a lot.

                        Also they are not ready to extend my validity period during these barred days and i had very very worst customer experience with arif from airtel. Even he is not providing his last name for my reference call.

                          I have done a wrong payment to another number, so please cancel the prepaid pack and refund my amount as soon as possible, i have done a prepaid pack of amount rs 399 to a number in my airtel app from phone pay, so for this mistake i want to refund for this issue and cancel my preponed pack of rs 399 as soon as possible.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have recharged for 1699 on ([protected]) on 30/11/19 and there was ongoing plan of 509 which has validity of 22 days left and after recharge i received message from company that my 1699 plan will get activated on 23/12 of which i have a proof
                            But it activated today itself and company has discontinued my 509 plan also which is a breach of trust and fraud they took money from me for services and discontinued my plan in middle please take action against them

                              My airtel dth customer i'd is [protected], paid 3999 via internet banking and due to some reason cancelled the order and it's been more than 20 days now yet to get the refund. Today i called airtel customer care and they are telling refund is already made and without completing the conversation he disconnected the call.

                              Please help me to get my refund and request to raise a complaint against airtel dth service.

                                I had takenairtel broadband service with landline connection last aug2018 and paid the subscriptions for one year in advance. My a/c no-[protected]andtelephone no-[protected]. And this year on may 16th 2019 i went to usa and returned only on 25th oct 2019 only. Before going to usa i called your cutomer careno-[protected] and told them to disconnect my broadband and phone connections and they promised to comply with my request. After coming back mybroadband &phone were not working. When i contacted airtel, they asked me pay for the month of sept due also and i told them that without using the phone and broadband how can i pay for sept since i was in usa. The lady who talked me and asked me to pay for nov 2019 and i paid that amount of 1099/-on 30/10/2019. And your airtel people daily contacting me to pay the balance amount and did not restore my phone and broadband connection. This month also they have send a bill for dec aith sept bill amount. This is very unfair and so i have got all the records of your airtel misdeeds and i am going to the consumer court to solve the issue.in the meanwhile you can permanently disconnect my broadband &telephone connections.                                   I would like to draw ur attention regarding network issue facing since last 3-4 month in our area, as you are well aware that north eastern electric power corporation (Neepco ltd.) one of cpsu of govt. Of india is executing kameng hydro electric project-600mw in state of arunachal pradesh in west kameng district. The main structure of this project i. E. Dam is located in bichom village about 15 km downstream side of nafra town, west kameng, a. P.-790001. About 1000 to 2000 personnel (Engineers/officers, workmen etc, people of village) from various states of india have been posted here and are enggaged in construction work of the project, one of the airtel tower installed at top of the hill near bichom r & r village is in very bad condition as its network had been disappear since the main telecommunication service was your network by which people use to connect with their families. But it has been noticed that from last 3 to 4 month your network has been in worst condition, we have lodged complained so many times to restore your service but no any major action has been taken up yet due to which everybody is suffering a lot. As such consideration the difficulty of the people stationed in this remote location, your kind intervention for early restoration of the same is highly solicited.

                                    Airtel isn't allowing to recharge unlimited plans declining advanced recharges.
                                    What the # you're.
                                    Also isn't refunding our declined balance. Cheaters. Many times activated unwanted vass. Unwanted charges from nothing. It's 1.4gb=987.87766555 mb data. They show fake usage. I have calculated with many apps, even in android and ios inbuilt data usage, many times.in case of jio it gives 1.5gb=1.35466666gb data vodafone & idea gives 1gb =892.4355555 mb data. Guess how they are cheating. Here biggest cheater is airtel.
                                    All are cheaters. But airtel is biggest cheater. Bsnl gives true usage of data 1gb=1gb. But it's services are not ok at all the location. All the cheaters are common, day by day all their services are being degrded. No one is giving priority to the solutions. But they are prioriting in money. Check that as the data is getting consumed your speed will getting slow followed by validity of plan. If you call them they all will humour like internet settings, using two sim card. Place our's sim card in slot 1. Clear cache, cookies, turn on data roaming for all network, upgrade software, change or replace your sim's cards, replace or upgrade your handset, upgrading networks in your location. Do you know why they're doing so? Because
                                    1. You will lost thinking and discussing for
                                    The problem yourself.
                                    2. You will be busy in thinking
                                    3. You will think it is ourselves only
                                    Problem.
                                    4. Give statement that everything is ok
                                    From our side may be your handset or
                                    Sim problem it is.
                                    5. Due to much more users is accessing
                                    Internet content in your area.
                                    6. Company want to keep us stay with
                                    Them only.
                                    7. Same time at same location you will
                                    Find postpaid are getting much more
                                    Faster speeds based on their plans.
                                    8. Never trust with their customer care
                                    Executive as they always want convince
                                    And humour you.
                                    All the above given of formalities doesn't depend upon you but all are companies itself created obstacles. And do you know all these are against net neutrality rule set by trai (Telcom regulatory authority of india).
                                    No one is following them. If you want to complain then use HTTPs://WWW.consumerhelpine.gov.in the right portal for quick complaint solutions.

                                        I am looking to transfer my Airtel prepaid sim ownership to my son. I visited the Airtel customer care center in Kalidasa road, Mysore, Karnataka for the purpose. I was told that I need to convert it to postpaid to do so.

                                        This is a very strange requirement and definitely not customer friendly. I guess I will have to move to some other operator.
