I had disconnected the airtel landline and broadband connection 3 months ago, with customer care confirmation on disconnection. Then came to abroad, today i just checked airtel bill, it was showing rs. 4, 748.08
It was shocking and total surpise, as i was paying regularly, in the past. Thought may be last month bill is pending but, my monthly bill was rs.1650.
Then i logged into the account and checked, it is showing connection is active!!!.
While disconnecting airtel customer people called me continuously asking reasons for disconnection and asking if i can give this connection to anyone else!! I explained them every time, i dont need it. I got firm confirmation of deactivation.
Now the situation is totally different!.
Airtel is stealing our hard earned money for no reason!
I want to fight against this exploitation! Kindly suggest, how can file case in the court against this corporate mugging by airtel
