Hello,
Im feeling very disappointed from your bad behavior of your sales employes in new delhi. I was really interested to install broadband connection with landline phone of airtel. Regarding this i got a call from one of your sales executive naming praveen yadav having mobile no : [protected]. He noted my address along with my mobile no. He said my executive will reach you to see your address and will tell you that its possible to install wireless handset or not. Later on i said first send him here to see the place then tell me plans so he just abuse me and disconnect the call. I have tried to call him back but he didnt picked it. Kindly take strict action against him if you will not do so i will lodge a complain against airtel company. Hope i will get a quick response from your side. I want his and airtel apology as soon as possible.

    Sir, my mobile no [protected] deactivated by airtel on 6th nov 2019 for upgradation of sim card. Airtel ratail store ganesh chandra avenue at kolkata issued me a new sim card and told me it will start working after 6 hour but same was rejected due to father name recorded kumar kha inplace of niranjan kumar kha. This mistake done by airtel staff only because during porting from bsnl to airtel they entered wrong data. Aadhar card submitted which recorded correct information. Please do needful.
    Latter airtel conver my pre paid connection to post paid which is more costlier than previous. Due to this conversion i lost one year unlimited talk time which was recharged just two months before. This process was done by airtel with out any consent from me to resolve this issue. They told me with out this conversion from prepaid to post paid, correction of father name is not possible. It is totally unethical business culture of airtel. Please rectify the same at the earliest to avoid monetary loss.

      Dear team,

      I would like to inform you that we have an issue with the airtel connections.

      We had given 16 airtel sim for cancellation on 31-jan-2019. Airtel enterprise team have cancelled our 01 numbers in the same time another 15 numbers one month later, and they have charged for that particular period and the difference amount for that one month rs-7023/-. We have asked for the waiver for that particular month and they accepted for the waiver and we have the email conversation regarding this issue.

      They have promised to give waiver but that balance is reflecting in our bill.
      I have attached old conversation mails for references, kindly go through this mail and take this concern to the next level.

      Help us with the waiver amount since this is not an small amount.

        Dear forum,

        I have been using airtel postpaid mobile connection for quite long time now and have requested airtel to provide 4g internet connectivity. They have initiated it and started charging ever since. But i am not able to browse internet on my phone. To fix this, airtel has changed the sim and said that the connectivity will be restored. I have raised the first complaint on 28th of october and it is 19 business days since the complaint is raised and no fix to the issue was provided till date. Each time i approach them over the call center, they just keep passing the call from executive to supervisor and floor manager and just give false promises but no resolution to the issue. I am being charged for 4g connectivity for more than a year but i was not able to use the airtel's 4g connectivity not even once. It is very distressing and depressing feeling that such a telecom gaint is taking days and days to resolve and none of the superiors is taking the issue seriously. I need the connectivity to be set at the earliest.

        Dear Forum,

        It has been 27 days now, and Airtel did nothing to resolve the issue. Over to that they have closed the ticket with a random status and did not even care to confirm with me.

          I had disconnected the airtel landline and broadband connection 3 months ago, with customer care confirmation on disconnection. Then came to abroad, today i just checked airtel bill, it was showing rs. 4, 748.08

          It was shocking and total surpise, as i was paying regularly, in the past. Thought may be last month bill is pending but, my monthly bill was rs.1650.

          Then i logged into the account and checked, it is showing connection is active!!!.

          While disconnecting airtel customer people called me continuously asking reasons for disconnection and asking if i can give this connection to anyone else!! I explained them every time, i dont need it. I got firm confirmation of deactivation.

          Now the situation is totally different!.
          Airtel is stealing our hard earned money for no reason!
          I want to fight against this exploitation! Kindly suggest, how can file case in the court against this corporate mugging by airtel

            irritating airtel

            On november 18 i called twice for updateing my mail id with mobile number and selected for english language option but they are speaking only in hindhi and they transferred my cal without informing me 2 times even they dont know english
            And
            I called agian to them at 7:18 pm regarding this and i asked him very clearly bug he is confusing me i repeated my question so said wait for 1 minute and put me on hold and suddenly released...

            Hi, I am using airtel prepaid number [protected]. I did port conversion recently from Idea to Airtel network. Post which i am unable to do recharge from any of the below modes, my airtel app, paytm, online recharge websites.Please address this issue.
            I have also contacted your customer care and each time they hear my issue and then disconnect the call.
            I have also tweeted this issue and they tell me that have initiated a refund but I want a resolution on the same.

              I have repeatedly call from No. +91 [protected] since last two days, almost 35-40 calls. If i receive the call there is no response from that side. I sent a message stating that I will report to police about this number, even he calls every 10 min.

              kindly take action against that number and help me

                We have been duly making payments for airtel postpaid through neft. But they still claim that we haven't made any payments and thereforehave snapped our connection. This kind of harrassment has been done for a number of times. We mailed them and attached a proof of payment. But still we don't find any action from their end.
                They are imposing to make payments through airtel payments bank app.

                    They offer extra data and bonus data, which appears in airtel app but cant be used, its just fake. They are fraudsters, fake schemes and fake promises. They shows advertisement of extra 32 gb data which appears in app but u cant use it.in post paid connection they offer you extra 20 gb or more for some months which they deduct even when you dont even use.

                      Hello,

                      My mobiles net & call services has been blocked by Airtel. I was trying to register the complaint via Airtel customer care and they were refusing the request.

                      The problem was started from the early morning of the day. When I was trying to call on one of the number I saw that there is no call services available on my no. And I got the notification like phone services blocked, voice services blocked.
                      For this problem I contacted to customer representative and Digvijaya sing senior supervisor but they refused my complaint against such issue and they did not registered the complaint. They only suggested to replace sim card but the card is without scratch. It look like new.

                      Kindly help on this.

                      Me be the reason blocking voice services is too many complaints against Airtel about there services. I was facing problem s like data lost, net slowness, voice /call recording on my number etc. That's why they blocked my service.

                        From past 4 months I am complaining on internet speed issue for my Airtel 4g sim card on Airtel customer care, despite of that no action has taken place. They use to say it'll be solved keep patience, am i giving money to keep patience for this type of internet speed. They call it fastest network in India, i don't know on what basis. Many complaints are also lodged from my side, but no action has taken place. I'm using my 4g sim card and getting the speed of 2g. This situation is ridiculous. Kindly help it out.

                              I've ported my no.[protected] from vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                                When my prepaid account going expire which is intact with my service activation charges as per new trai rule, i am receiving communication alert in my reginal language is pronounced in high severity/ in a improper /unfriendly way.

                                It is pronouncing as a warning. The message details in english is:
                                Warning! Your airtel mobile's outgoing services will be stopped on …. To continue the services recharge with your faviourate unlimited pack.

                                In english not sure how severe the word "warning" is but in telugu it somewhat terrying the customer and making him force to react or obey to the ask. The word "gentle remindder" or another high priority word is much better to understand the importance of the event and minimise the harshness and make the customer to take necessary action by making him understand the situation in a good manner. With follow-ups. The word "warning" in telugu is generlly issued by govenment body as per acts

                                  Hi team,
                                  I am writing to you to share my experience on raising a tv remote request i have raised with service reference no 97253699.

                                  I have raised this request yesterday i. E 15th nov 2019. I was told by the technician after he visited our house that he doesnt have the necessary remote and he would have to procure it nevertheless had closed the ticket and requested me to please wait till tomorrow i. E 16th nov 2019. I waited and after not receiving any calls i again was forced to call airtel customer care number. This time i was promised to resolve the issue within 7.30 pm ist. At the time of writing this mail it is 9.15 pm and my request for a new remote remains open.

                                  I am appalled by the service provided by airtel since this is the second time i am being forced to write to you about the quality of the service.

                                    Hi,
                                    (Here's the detailed description of mental trauma i went through because of airtel)
                                    I changed my network to airtel through mnp 2 weeks ago. After 4 days since mnp request, network was gone from my previous service provider so i changed my sim but network didn't show in airtel sim. I complained to retailer he said wait for 24 hours, after 24 hours he said the same thing again. So after 48 hours when he couldn't resolve the issue he told me to swap the sim. I didn't trust him for further service so i moved to airtel store to swap the sim for which they charged 30 rs. Even after customer care said it was free of cost. After 6 hours network showed on my phone. I was happy (Didn't know that problem was gonna start from here). I downloaded airtel app, i verified my details, but sim status was showing inactive in the app. So i called customer care (Used 5 rs. Which i already got in my sim). He said that don't worry your sim is active recharge your sim to get service. I went to the shop asked him to recharge frc495. But he couldn't as it was showing "bad voucher" error while doing recharge. So he called customer care they said that customer used some balance that's why its showing this error. Also i tried some other recharge online but it was showing same error. So i went to airtel store, they wrote my number and told me to wait for 48 hours it will be resolved. Guess what it didn't. So i went there again but the store was permanently closed for some reason (Probably because of their lousy service). So i moved to other nearest airtel store they tried to recharge but it was showing same error. I asked them to call the company to see what's the problem, they told me that we can not resolve this from here you have to go to the main office in the city (Lucknow). It was 10 km away but i went there. It was close for some reason although it was working day and time. So i returned home called customer care filed a complain, they told me it'll be resolved in 3 days but it didn't. I called them again they told me that my complain has been resolved. I asked them how is it resolved if i am still not able to recharge. They told me that they forwarded my complain wait for 3 more days (I didn't). I called them next day they said that the problem is not from here go to the main store in you city.
                                    I am frustrated now i can't go back to my previous network cause it requires 90 days to make another mnp request. I was so wrong to think that airtel has changed. I forget that they used to charge 250rs. For 1 gb 2g data.

                                    Now its been 2 weeks, my number is out of service for 2 weeks. That's my main number attached with my every bank account so i can't make any transactions cause it requires verification and otp and stuff.

                                    After 90 days i will move to another network obviously. Then i will port every airtel number in my family to another network cause i don't want my family to go through this mental trauma.

                                    I am saying this is the worst service from airtel, and i am the guy who uses bsnl also.

                                      Hi, i took a sim card with the number my brother in law holds. It got disconnected as he lives in us currently, so took a new pospaid sim with the same number. Submitted all the documents too. Airtel store person said it will get activated in 3 days but it's been one month, everytime i call them they said the approval is taking time it may take 2 more days for activation, visited the store too again but they responded in the same way. It's been more than a month and the sim is not activated yet.
