    I have been using the airtel fibernet from oct 2019 and i have come across the disconnection of internet 3 or 4 times. I have requested fro the landline which was supposed to be provided with the connectoin and even that was not provided yet. This was taken for some office works like work from home and airtel fibernet is not a reliable source of internet., and now the connection was frequently disconnected on nov 9th morning and by evening the connection was completely lost. I have been repeatedly calling customer care and no actions where taken on the same. I have never expected the airtel customer care will be so irresponsible. If this cannot be corrected please disconnect the service and i need the complete repayment. I have mentioned the customer call details and my account details below. Please let me know the expected eta for the same and what actions where taken for this till now. I want the two days bill to be reduced during this bill cycle. Expecting and fast response at least for the mail

      I had made a payment of rs 2505 from my airtel wallet [protected] on 13-10-19 to book a flight ticket on flipkart travel but ticket was not booked because of failed transaction but my money was not refunded back to my wallet when i contacted to flipkart they said to wait for 7 days and then they replied that payment is not done by my bank and when i contacted to bank they said you transaction is successful.

      I want my money refund and penalty too for wasting my time

        I had placed request to airtel customer care on 27th oct for disconnecting my landline, on 29th again i complained, they gave me for number[protected], and confirmed that within 2 days it will get disconnected, after 3 days they told me it will take 15 days after a week they told me it will take 45 days. Meanwhile they sent me bill which included 6 days post my complain date.

          On 17th oct, 2019, i recharged using airtel app of rs 349.. But the payment got failed.. And also the amount was deducted frm my icici account...
          I had a talk with my bank manager and she said that the amount of rs. 349 was successfully credited to the beneficiary account.

          I still didn't get the refund from airtel..
          Kindly help with the same asap.. It's high time now..

            I have done a recharge in airtel (Madhya pradesh) network. But, still the receive didnt get any recharge. What is this?
            Do you provide services this way? Seriously!!
            My transaction was successful and 169 amount had been deducted from my account. Did i make any mistake of choosing airtel over idea?
            This has happened before too, that time i lost 399 rs.
            I don't have tree of money, don't use others money this way.
            I want either recharge done or my money back.
            Its 9nov 2019, i dont know when you're gonna reply for this.

              In my area, airtel internet is too slow. We have complaint many times but they did not response anything. 4g, 3g both internet are working like 2g. We are getting 3-4kbps downloading speed and unable to stream any videos even if i set 144p. We are just frustrated. We want govt. To take a strict step against him. We will be very happy if bharati airtel becomes defunct.

                    I am very to sorry ro state this, the lady agent sitting in mysore siddartha nagar branch is so rude and behaves so ugly.

                    She didn't give respect to any customers who were present at the time of my visit.

                    Didn't respected my mother who is older than her.

                    Why do we want such a representatives to represent and server as customer support or as customer relationship person?

                    Kindly take an action or observation or else company will be loosing valuable customers.

                      Respected sir i as a customer of airtel mobile. I am unable to use this connection i am facing poor indoor coverage. No 2g 4g indoor coverage i am getting sir. Before taking this connection airtel assured me excellent 2g 4g coverage both indoor and outdoor. But after taking this connection i realized that i am really cheated by airtel. I am unable to make a call and unable to send an sms also due to non availability of 2g 4g signals. I had mentioned several times to airtel kerala. But the company not ready to solve the issue. Airtel again again cheating me by telling we have excalated the issue., but the issue still continuing. I had lost my money and my number. I kindly request you sir please take necessary action sir.

I went to the airtel office solapur also they said that this no. Is deleted and we have to recreate that no.... Now i want that no. For my scholarship purpose...                             I upgraded my sim to airtel 4g sim following which i was told that sms services will be blocked for 24hrs but it was almost 48hrs n the sms services were not resumed, it was so difficult to do any kind of transactions as i was unable to receive any otp. I wanted to raise a complaint against this and i was trying to contact and speak to customer care personnel, which is a very tedious, lengthy process. On contacting 121/198, they make us forcefully listen to reordered voice for hrs and don't provide any option to talk to customer care agent. Somehow with great difficulty i managed to get my call connected to the agent n i told my issue in elaborate n requested it to be solved at the earliest but they told that it ll be addressed only after 4days and they can't do anything about it. I mean how crazy is that. It is practically impossible to do any banking transactions or otherwise, without sms services as we will not be able to receive any otp, it is almost being handicapped economically, it is such an emergency and they dont want to resolve it asap, but instead tell the customers to suffer as we don have any other option. The way they treat their customers is so bad, they don't prioritize the needs of their customers and don want to address their issues as they know that we customers have no other option than simply wait for them. Not just customer care agent, even staff at airtel stores are so rude, that they don't want to solve the issues of the customers, instead behave rude n arrogantly with them. Airtel is the worst network when it comes to customer service, i was never an airtel user, i was using a docomo sim n since docomo was merged into airtel, i was forcefully made an airtel customer and in the very beginning am fed up with such a network. They are not ready to listen to customers now because they know that they are the leading network now in the country and people by default would prefer to use airtel over other networks, but that doesn't mean they can take their customers for granted and compromise in the service they provide. I would soon port my number into other network. N i am sure many would have suffered like me with airtel, i request everyone who has suffered with airtel to boycott it n shift to other networks available, because ultimately the company cannot survive without its customers. It's high time that they realise the value of their customers n serve according to their needs.

                              I am a airtel user my number is [protected] my all services were working till 9 pm yesterday night after that i don't know how but its showing emergency calls only all my contacts has been stopped. This has affected on my sim only all other airtel subscribers didn't have such issue & when i called customer care they are saying to buy new sim from airtel store. Why i should buy new one while my older sim was working properly till yesterday..

                                With reference to trailing mails done by varun deewan had call us for providing vvip number in a reasonable cost.
                                We had followed all the procedure and also done the payment of rs. 20000/- for 2 vvip numbers +[protected] / +[protected]

                                You can see we have attached invoice copy which he had provided to us.. Which we have by our personal account on same date.. Now he did not attend our calls and nor provide us sim..

                                It is very unexpectable from airtel team that they tolerate all this fraud by using their company details and infact bank details is also of bharti airtel company name.. If from your side any response will be not provided from then i will further take legal action regarding this... This is the matter of trust.. This person had done fraud with 10 to 15 people an still not caught..
                                Constantly he use his own number for conversation and fraud and also use corporate id for mail conversation still nobody take action against him..

                                  Hi,
                                  I recharged my airtel dth customer id -[protected] with rupees 450 but still my dth is showing error code 6 and still i am unable to watch the channels. Even the customer care is not picking up the call and is totally of no use. Customer care services is really bad here. Although usually when i recharge the it has no problem and starts working in 5 to 10 mins but this time its is not working. Pls kindly look into this and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    As of 4 th of november the airtel sim, i have been using shows no network.

                                    And even after sim replacement is done twice i still have no network.

                                    I can't stop using airtel services nor can i port the number for dissatisfactory services.

                                    I receive no otp nor do i receive any other service sms to port the number.

                                    How do i port my number if i do not get network?

                                      I came to a new village for education. My idea sim was roaming and i bought a airtel sim and i was having good speed and connection. After about 2 months i went to my home during dipawali vacation and after when i returned to college i have no speed and but i have 4g shown on the phone. Please fix this. Ph no -[protected]

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am Col BP Panda having three postpaid Airtel mobile number( [protected], [protected], [protected]) and every month I am paying Rs 800-1000 towards my rental however the service provided by you and your customer care spl is very very unfortunate, the information provided by them are incomplete, false and having lack of adequate knowledge. Followings are the details of incidences happened in the last few days.
                                        a, In the postpaid bill for the period of 17 Sept 19 - 16 Oct 19, the bill amount was Rs 1063/-. Rs 104/- was being charged for USAGE. I wanted to know the details about that amount from your call center on 05 Nov 19 during evening hrs. I was told by your customer executive, the amount is being charged for an international call from my number. I requested him to disable the facility of the international call from my number and other two numbers of mine. however, he refuses to do that and misguided that "this facility cannot be disabled and disconnected the phone. Again I called your customer care and get disabled the above-mentioned facility.
                                        b, I am facing difficulty to call my home landline number[protected] from my Airtel postpaid number but it always shows invalid number, however, I can call the same landline number from my BSNL mobile no and from my landline number of Allahabad (UP). In this regard I lodged a complaint on 20 Oct 19 however 17 days has already over and no action has been taken and even today I am facing the same problem. today I wanted to call PNB C customer care however it was showing as invalid no but I able to spoke to PNB Customer care from my BSNL Mobile. In this regard, I called your service centre today evening at around 7 pm but the 1st customer care spl disconnect my call without listening to my detail problem. it is very very insulting and harassing too.
                                        c, I bring this serious matter for your necessary action pl.
