I took dth connection wherein after recharging for 1 month 15 days connection dint worked due to some b001 error this happendfor 2 months since then i have been filing complain no engineer is being send to get this sorted these people say they have arranged there is no technician been send you cannot reach out to their customer service it doesnt alows you to speak to human voice.. after sending multiple reminder these people have not given any refund i have asked them to remove the connection and get the refund for dish but there is no solution or revert being customer i want my consumer rights i cannot allow company fool me like this

    Hi,

    Today morning at around 9:54am i wrongly recharged a number which was similar to mine which is [protected] (Wrong number (And my actual number is [protected] (Correct number) which has been recharged the second time. I urge you to refund me the money for the wrong recharge done to another number [protected] with operator reference number [protected] for an amount of rs. 169. Kindly reverse the amount as soon as possible.

    I lost this number last week therefore i want to request the airtel team to kindly block the sim card and to issue a duplicate sim card at the earliest.

    One of my worst experience I'm going through by using your service no internet speed daily... No proper customer care support no internet better stop showing ads in media and etc. Jio is far better better than yours..

      I tried to change my broadband plan from myairtel app on 12th october and it requested me to pay 1566.26 extra for the plan change. I tried paying it using my hdfc debit card. The amount got deducted but the app said payment got failed, so i ended up trying again and again the app said payment got failed. I contacted airtel customer care and reported the same. They said both the payments went through and its just some app issue. They said they adjusted 1566.26 that i paid initially for the plan change and would refund the additional amount that i paid by retrying. So far they haven't refunded the amount. They closed my ticket two weeks ago saying the payment is been processed but haven't received anything. Now when i contacted them again they say its gonna take another 10 days. I am fed up with the customer support of airtel. They clearly lack knowlege and courtesy. They way they answer make your blood boil. No matter how many times you question why is it taking so long. They just say its gonna take another few days and ita accounts issue and they can't do anything about it. I'm tired of this wild goose chase for my refund. Wish some one could do something about it. My latest request number is:[protected]. I am from hyderabad.

      No Response at all from Airtel. They said amount would be refunded by 16th December, but haven't received anything. Now they are going to make me wait till next year May be. Way to go Airtel.

      They closed the ticket again saying issue resolved. But haven't received any response. Contacted them again today. Seems like the issue is back to square 1. They said they'd resolve it by December 11th. Seriously??.

        I have a plan off 199 unlimited plan and a extra 3 gb data which is valid till 29 of november after my daily data my other data of 3 gb which is 1gb left is not working please resolve my problem or other wise i will file a complain please do keep me posted and help me with my problemproblem and there is a lot of problem with this within this past week

          I i'm switched my mobile network to airtel on 22nd nov 2019. My sim was activated but unable to use the internet. I have filed the complain on same day within one hour from sim activation. I have received the sms from airtel side, said that "the complain will be closed within 17 hrs" but still they are not closed my issues. I have called customer care more than 10 time they are not responding properly and saying it will take 4 days.

            Sir mai sharad shedge aapki airtel company ka customer hu mera mobile number ([protected]) hai, maine 7 november ko aapko mail kiya tha ki mai jaha rehta hu waha internet ki speed bahot he kum ho jati hai sath he jo network ki 5 lines hoti hai wo automatically 1 ya 2 ho jati hai aur 4g se 3g ya 2g bhi ho jata hai, aapke yaha se muje call aayi thi ki jald he problem solve ho jayega par abhi tak aisa kuch nahi hua hai pls meri aapse prathna hai ki es problem ko jald se jald solve kare jis karan mai mera mobile data acche se use kar saku.

              I stay at kalyan (7th floor) having a airtel tower above, despite that i face low connectivity and network issues. Guest also face a lot of issues.

              Due to air conditioning we have to keep windows closed, however having tower as near as next floor should not have so much of network and connectivity issues.

              Data card connectivity and normal calls both are having issues.

              Please check and do the needful

                Respected sir i and all the other airtel customers staying this location are severely facing poor coverage issue. I went to airtel store for registering of network complaint. At that time officer told me that your home location is not getting coverage and not possible for boosting. If you want to use please select another network. The boosting option is not possible there. We never provide better coverage right now. I am really cheated by airtel. Very cruel experience.

                  unable to call 59059 for tele-verification

                  I have ported my mobile number to airtel from vodafone. My vodafone subscription has been de-activated and i am unable to do activate my airtel subscription as 59059 is getting disconnected automatically. Airtel agent who was very active till my number was being ported to airtel and thereafter, she is incommunicado and blocked my alternate number.

                  Before my number was ported, i was told that my vodsfone number will be active...

                  Res, sir/madam the tower of airtel is in talking behind my house which is 10 to8 feet from my house, the area in which this tower is highly populated residential area & in this area makhan lal chaturvedi kanya mahavidhyalaya is also situated, in which about 2000 students are there, the tower which is intalling by airtel is to close to my house which may damage my building & it's radiation may cause harmful ful deiseas to residential people so i request you to please remove tower from our padawa area

                      I have ported out from my vodafone number to airtel. My vodafone sim has been deactivated. When i tried to put the new airtel sim and dial 59059 for televerification... Its asks for language preference, tells that televerification is mandatory as per goi regulations and then automatically disconnects without asking for televerification pin.
                      Please help. I am numberless.

                        I have recently port my network idea to airtel
                        Because of network but airtel network is so (ghatiya) bad than the idea
                        Cellular companies are just making money
                        They are giving wrong information about network through advertising
                        I have never experienced such a bad network of airtel

                            As per indian cellular website 9http://www.india-cellular.com/Lets-Learn/IMEI-Number.html) the network providers should be able to add an imei number of a stolen mobile to there eir (Equipment identity register) refer (http://www.india-cellular.com/Lets-Learn/IMEI-Number.html), so that it will prevent the stolen mobile to be used again. This is a very basic service which every network provider should be providing. I called the airtel customer care and they asked me to visit the sote. The store floor manager said that they are not authorized to block the phone but rather cbi would have to do it and refused that they will not add the imei number to the black list.

                            I do not understand on what basis they refused my request and i haven't received a satisfying answer from them. Please look into the issue and do the needful.

                              We are having 5 prepaid airtel connections in our family which we got ported from aiirtel delhi since we got permanently shifted to pune. However we are having no network coverage specifically in our residence area at row house of raheja gardens wanowrie which we are regularly taking up with aidel customer care center store of wanowrie pune near to our residence which is less than a km away. We have also taken up with customer care on mobile various number of times and only reply we get aap nischint rahiye aapki complain pririty pe hai. This we are listening since 8 months. Based on which we also wrote to appelate authority of airtel with complain number cogcl[protected] following up since 9 nov however till date there is no tower signal at our residence despite having airtel store less than a km. Please resolve our issue for 5 connections of airtel in our family

                                  I had a six months airtel broadband plan. On 17th oct 2019, i had prepaid for the six months (Rs 8997). But on november, i got a bill of rs 1508. And when i mailed about it they told that the plan got changed to monthly plan without even asking me. Then they told they will adjust the amount and will change my plan to a six months plan. But the plans they sent to me they were of lower prices than the amount i have paid. They told me that they will adjust it with the next bill. But again on 9th november, i got a bill of rs 1392 and now even after mailing repeatedly for 3 times there was no reply from their side. I want to know why this amount has been charged? And every time why this type of thing is happening? Its like a harassment. Instead of doing my work i have to spent a lot of time in writing mails and calling customer service and also not getting any response from that side.

                                    Beware from airtel scam
                                    We have applied for airtel fiber connection at our pitampura premises,
                                    One of airtel employee mr. Daksh, sale id - db2c41001, mobile no., [protected], came into our office on 10th oct 2019, for airtel fibre connection and book our connection, and told us that our connection will be installed without payment as got waiver and commit that connection will be activated within 2 days.

                                    We are adding caf screenshot for your reference. The caf number is 11378383.

                                    He collected all the necessary documents from our office, but after completion of 40 days, still, the connection is not installed on our premises. We also have the sms as improved where the otp was generated against the cef which makes us believe that connection has been gone through and everything will be done by tomorrow.

                                    Daksh has told us to disconnect your previous internet connection (Spectranet) and install airtel fibre connection within 1-2 days. Who will pay for this loss?

                                    We need to get a connection installed at our premises as soon as possible, without making any payment as we have been told by daksh this commitment and waste of our 40 days time on this.

                                    What action should be taken against daksh to get delayed on our connection installation?
                                    How much time needed to get our connection installed on our premises.

                                    The also have the conversation and the footage of video as the cameras installed in the room in which the papers were signed and all the meeting was happening regarding the connection.
                                    Is airtel is a fraud company?
                                    Do they have do not follow their commitment?
                                    We have no response yet from airtel people? People help us?

                                      I change my bsnl number to airtel with same number. But i cant recharge the airtel sim every time it is unsuccessful. Please give me the solution. I can't do my work. I can't even call customer care also. Can't do any work because of this problem. I can't get any support from airtel customer care. For 3 days i tried to contact the airtel customer support, please help me to rectify this problem.
