Bill amount of 1132 is done on 10.10 2019 for [protected] on 10.10.2019 through ICIC net banking the amount has been debited from ICICI account the same is not been reflected in the bill and it is showing as due amount. The bill amount is debited through payu wallet the icici team has conformed this and the payment is successful from there end.

    Still, mobile services are not resumed, i am still not able to call as my outgoing call are restricted. Mobile services are barred, even after bill payment.

They said within 4 working days they will sove. But the company is not ready to solve the customer's query. Now a days Airtel is worst.

        Recently i applied for porting my idea sim to airtel sim through online official airtel site. I received a message that i have been assigned a personal who will deliver the sim to my foot step and will do all the documentation. The boys arrived and took all the documents and took 350 rs from me. 100 for delivery and 249 for recharge. Now my sim has been activated but he has not recharged my number. Now when i m calling him he is not answering my call. I called customer care they said sir i cannot solve your problem you talk to dealer. But when airtel have assigned me the airtel dealer for all the thing then it's compony's responsibility if he does the fraud with me. My number is [protected] asha tripathi. Please look into the matter.

          I purchased airtel postpaid number few months ago as their local center provider suggests me about the connectivity of airtel. Actually he fooled me about connectivity in my area. I have paid about 2000 rs bill and i could not make a single call from this number. Now i requested to discontinue my number but everytime i called their customer care they never complete my request and they hold my phone n finally hung the call...
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I asked for disconnection since 3 months by calling the customer care but they kept on billing me. There has been no usage since 3 months. But they are adamant that I pay for the service I have not used.

          My connection was from a landline[protected]
          The issue that I have experienced was: I have raised an on 25/10/2019 service request no.[protected] .as of now I didn't get any resolution from your side. even I didn't get any call or update from your side. You people sending msg to appointing someone to visit my premises but sending another guy if the call to that they don't even know my issue

            My airtel dth id no - [protected] and registered mobile no [protected]i recharge above mentioned my dish tv 20 nov 2019 at rs 360/-. But do not active my airtel dth tv. After one hours i will call airtel customer car complaint registered. Ref no 97508568. After 6 hours i will call second time in customer care assistant name is anil promise me after 30 min your dth tv will activated. But after 1 hour do not active my tv. Last time i will call customer care assistant name sajan will behave with me very bad.

              network issue and ping problem

              Sir in my area or in my home the network connection is very. Whenever i play pubg mobile or any other social media sites the network connection is very bad. The ping of Airtel is always high. And i complined many times in Airtel customer service but my problem is not solved. So i am requesting to you sir please solve my problems....

              I have a problem that my internet of my airtel is not worrking properly from two months... I complained several times on customer care services but they are only just give a same statement that we are resolving your problem... But the problem is not fixed... And within 1 week fix my problem otherwise i will not use my airtel sim...

                I recharged for [protected], 558 (3gb per day, 82 days) from the airtel app (50 rs coupon applied) so 508 was deducted from the account, but recharge failed. The transaction happened via citrus pay gateway.

                Kindly look into it.

                  I ported my sim from airtel delhi to airtel bangalore circle last week in bangalore. I am travelling. The old sim stopped receiving signal yesterday while i was in hyderabad. So i inserted the new sim, which is now receiving signals. However i am unable to get any calls, sms, important otps. I am travelling from hyd to new delhi. I even recharged for ₹100 but in vain.

                  I converted my airtel prepaid to postpaid account . Security deposite was asked by the reprensenfarive of Airtel and accordingly paid by me . When i asked to refund the say thereis no any security deposite in your account, however they agreed to refund the excess bill amount .

                  Hi I am living in Chennai, kundrathur, ..here the network is alternatively changing to 3g and 4g so I can't play pubg...in 3g no internet is available ...while 4g gives 3g speed internet so please do something
                  I have called many times to Airtel on 121 for disconnect my Airtel connection but their have no reply n disconnect my call further reason all costumer assistant manager are busy and disconnect call.

                    I had recharged 499 airtel pack two days before only. Internet was very slow and today its not working only if i try to browse, links are not at opening and unable to download n upload. Why very often i face this issue and i guess this is the third compaint m raising for the same issue. For few days net speed will be very good and then it ll stop working only. Hope issue will be resolved soon.

                      Hi,
                      i received a 50% usage data sms and after 5 min. later a sms pop up of 90% usage bt i only download a pic and use whatsapp.
                      After that when i call to customer care about this, he did not listen my problem instead giving me his false advises and excuses like see everything in low quality, download in low quality and when i tell him that i know this and again tell him my exact problem, he gave me excuses and didn't try to listen my problem.

                      I am unable to see my customer ID at the bottom of the channel view. Is there any way that someone can please share customer ID for the VC number[protected]
                      Recently shifted to Neeladri road, Electronic city phase 1, Bengaluru, and I am not able to make calls or use data indoor and the tower signal is completely zero. Raised multiple queries and complaints and there is no update on any of the complaints.
                      My Airtel mobile recharge money data not use proper my internet speed slow very slow last 3 month. please solve it in improve your 4G services.

                        Airtel's internet is very bad the customer care says it will take more than one month to work
                        I said I use two numbers and pay an approximate amount of 700rs per month for internet which I'm not willing to pay anymore and I said that I want to Port my num and the representative said that to Port you num you'll have separate you number because it is in a family plan and you'll have to take a new plan of 499 but you can discontinue it after one day and you'll be charged 20 RS for one day.+you outstanding amount of 750 approx.

                        They are saying that I'll take 15 days time to deactivate one of my numbers and then only after address verification and presentation of id proof photo and adhaar card all of which I have already done to get a postpaid number with Airtel will they let me port my number, at the time of getting the postpaid connection they never mentioned all these conditions they said just come in and put in a request and it'll be done but only after three months

                          Im feeling very disappointed from your bad behavior of your sales employes in new delhi. I was really interested to install broadband connection with landline phone of airtel. Regarding this i got a call from one of your sales executive naming praveen yadav having mobile no : [protected]. He noted my address along with my mobile no. He said my executive will reach you to see your address and will tell you that its possible to install wireless handset or not. Later on i said first send him here to see the place then tell me plans so he just abuse me and disconnect the call. I have tried to call him back but he didnt picked it. Kindly take strict action against him if you will not do so i will lodge a complain against airtel company. Hope i will get a quick response from your side. I want his and airtel apology as soon as possible.

                            Sir, my mobile no [protected] deactivated by airtel on 6th nov 2019 for upgradation of sim card. Airtel ratail store ganesh chandra avenue at kolkata issued me a new sim card and told me it will start working after 6 hour but same was rejected due to father name recorded kumar kha inplace of niranjan kumar kha. This mistake done by airtel staff only because during porting from bsnl to airtel they entered wrong data. Aadhar card submitted which recorded correct information. Please do needful.
                            Latter airtel conver my pre paid connection to post paid which is more costlier than previous. Due to this conversion i lost one year unlimited talk time which was recharged just two months before. This process was done by airtel with out any consent from me to resolve this issue. They told me with out this conversion from prepaid to post paid, correction of father name is not possible. It is totally unethical business culture of airtel. Please rectify the same at the earliest to avoid monetary loss.

                              Dear team,

                              I would like to inform you that we have an issue with the airtel connections.

                              We had given 16 airtel sim for cancellation on 31-jan-2019. Airtel enterprise team have cancelled our 01 numbers in the same time another 15 numbers one month later, and they have charged for that particular period and the difference amount for that one month rs-7023/-. We have asked for the waiver for that particular month and they accepted for the waiver and we have the email conversation regarding this issue.

                              They have promised to give waiver but that balance is reflecting in our bill.
                              I have attached old conversation mails for references, kindly go through this mail and take this concern to the next level.

                              Help us with the waiver amount since this is not an small amount.

                                Dear forum,

                                I have been using airtel postpaid mobile connection for quite long time now and have requested airtel to provide 4g internet connectivity. They have initiated it and started charging ever since. But i am not able to browse internet on my phone. To fix this, airtel has changed the sim and said that the connectivity will be restored. I have raised the first complaint on 28th of october and it is 19 business days since the complaint is raised and no fix to the issue was provided till date. Each time i approach them over the call center, they just keep passing the call from executive to supervisor and floor manager and just give false promises but no resolution to the issue. I am being charged for 4g connectivity for more than a year but i was not able to use the airtel's 4g connectivity not even once. It is very distressing and depressing feeling that such a telecom gaint is taking days and days to resolve and none of the superiors is taking the issue seriously. I need the connectivity to be set at the earliest.

                                Dear Forum,

                                It has been 27 days now, and Airtel did nothing to resolve the issue. Over to that they have closed the ticket with a random status and did not even care to confirm with me.

                                  I had disconnected the airtel landline and broadband connection 3 months ago, with customer care confirmation on disconnection. Then came to abroad, today i just checked airtel bill, it was showing rs. 4, 748.08

                                  It was shocking and total surpise, as i was paying regularly, in the past. Thought may be last month bill is pending but, my monthly bill was rs.1650.

                                  Then i logged into the account and checked, it is showing connection is active!!!.

                                  While disconnecting airtel customer people called me continuously asking reasons for disconnection and asking if i can give this connection to anyone else!! I explained them every time, i dont need it. I got firm confirmation of deactivation.

                                  Now the situation is totally different!.
                                  Airtel is stealing our hard earned money for no reason!
                                  I want to fight against this exploitation! Kindly suggest, how can file case in the court against this corporate mugging by airtel

                                    On november 18 i called twice for updateing my mail id with mobile number and selected for english language option but they are speaking only in hindhi and they transferred my cal without informing me 2 times even they dont know english
                                    And
                                    I called agian to them at 7:18 pm regarding this and i asked him very clearly bug he is confusing me i repeated my question so said wait for 1 minute and put me on hold and suddenly released...

                                    Hi, I am using airtel prepaid number [protected]. I did port conversion recently from Idea to Airtel network. Post which i am unable to do recharge from any of the below modes, my airtel app, paytm, online recharge websites.Please address this issue.
                                    I have also contacted your customer care and each time they hear my issue and then disconnect the call.
                                    I have also tweeted this issue and they tell me that have initiated a refund but I want a resolution on the same.
