      I've been a mobile customer of airtel for the last 8 months. 2 months back i changed the plan to a higher value package. Everything went fine till u got a whopping bill, 2 times the value of the package.

      When i called customer care, they are not bothered to look into the problem other than saying that it is correct and to pay for the entire bill. When details are asked they just say that the bill is right and to pay asap.

      This is literally arm twisting the customer into payment. Highly unethical and disappointing!

        I am facing issue my mobile number during recharge. This number was ported from vodafone to airtel. I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

        1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet. Message that i get is "unable to reccharge". It is working fine with other airtel number.

        2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number, it is working fine with other airtel number.

        3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

        Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number [protected].

          Strength, as soon as possible. We faces same issue from last one year and do many complaints against this concern to your customer care executives but no one resolved our issue. Due to you weak strength network issue hundreds of consumers effected by this and migrate their connections in other. Please send your team as soon as possible.

            I have inserted new sim and called to 59059. The call was unable to connect. Verification by airtel was done and told us the aim activates with in an hour but we waited for two days. No response from the airtel. Very poor in consumer relationship.
            #airtel #poormanagement #delayin services. If airtel do not resolve this. I will shift from airtel to jio. Jio offers better service than airtel. I will recommend all my friends to go for jio instead of airtel

Photo copy taken by your airtell office, alwarpet also. Still daily i am getting calls from your office side for dues not paid. This has become a torture for an aged person (Age 71) like me.                     I had a really bad experience with one of executive at bharti airtel customer care. Recently i've been facing a lot of problems with services of aritel. Call drops, inablility to connect calls at single go, internet problems. Then i called an executive to resolve my problem. Instead of listening to what i wanted to say, she started to convince me that it was ok, that its normal because of large number o[censored]sers and they are installing new towers, so its going to get better. So instead of giving a real, tidy resolution, she tried to sell me her excuse. I wanted to connect that damn call so badly, i told her ok that resolved my problem. No thankyou, no nothing from her and then i said thankyou and she said ok.. Disconnected that call real fast.

                      Hello sir/madam,
                      This is nitin shelke, a customer of airtel from more than 3 years of both mobile and dth service. From 5th of october 2019 i am complaining about the unavailability of network to customer care executive and to nodal officer. No action has been taken from service provider till the date neither they have tried to resolve the issue.
                      When i customer care executive they only apologize gives false promises to resolve the issue.

                      I being consumer needs to call after every 72 hours to get the follow up of the complaint. This is really getting me exhausted and frustrated.
                      Because all i was asking for 2g network simply to call and send a text message.
                      I request you to please do the needful.

                        I am writing on behalf of my mother suman mawandia her sim got damaged
                        And we visit our nearest airtel store at joramandir, kolkata. We
                        Asked for reissue of sim and the executive after completing the
                        Formality reissued the sim.
                        After two days when its not started we can visit the store and she
                        Informed me the reason husband father name mismatch so its got
                        Rejected. She informed me the document which have father husband name
                        K mawandia is required because earlier it was as per the record k
                        Mawandia is available.
                        I have insist her that its is m. K mawandia her husband name while
                        Issuing earlier the executive who has issued the sim has instead of
                        M
                        . K mawandia has taken k mawandia.

                        I am continuing following up with them regular visit to store not
                        Possible for my mother we are trying to call the store more than 60
                        Time in a day from our mobile to know the status but we find
                        Difficult. Since no body taking calls its not a complaint against any
                        Body. My issue is to resolve my query and resume the services of my
                        Mother mobile no [protected]..

                        I appreciate your early action in this regards. Kindly resolve the
                        Issue there is not a single mistake from my side being a valued
                        Customer its like punishment for me.

                              I have activated international package of rs 3999 for 10 days to south africa. But there was no network and i couldn’t use this service after two days. I had called customer care and even lodged a complaint against it and tried my best to use the service but unfortunately no network
                              Since i couldn’t used your service kindly waive off my amount of rs 3999 before you charge interest which is due today
                              I had even called customer care they take 15 mins to transfer the call and later on the call gets disconnected
                              I don’t understand why do you don’t want to get the solution or discuss bout it

                                I am using airtel broadband from 2014. Currently using 6+2 months plan which should end in january 2020. But airtel send me a new bill in the month of november itself for rs.5699.81. When called to customer care, it is clearly told me that profile says it is 6+2, there may a mistake in bill generation and forwarded request to billing department. Billing department closed the request without solving and not even contacting me. One executive called me and raised disconnection request. It is totally frustrating and mental stress for me because of this.

                                  I have been trying to call[protected] which is a number to my medical insurance company. It never ever gets connected - courtesy airtel. There is an ivr that keeps saying its a chargeable number. Please visit www.airtel.in for the charges. When i visit the page, i don't see anything. When i call the airtel customer care, they give very lame response - "it may be a network problem. Restart your phone. The issue will be resolved in 4 days". Here is the complaint number i received - is[protected].

                                  Does airtel think we customers are fools that we buy into such weird responses? What's the problem with airtel? Why do they have to disconnect the call to this number? I have heard the ivr saying that it's chargeable which is acceptable to me coz i need to make an urgent call but then airtel decides who i should talk to - right?

                                  Can airtel please work in improving services rather creating a horrible experience for a loyal customer?

                                    I have brought the new airtel broadband connection with platinum plan.

                                    As per the terms i was suppose to get amazon prime for 1 year and zee5 premiums for 1 year as well.

                                    But after claiming within a month i got mail saying prime account is cancelled, when contacted customer care they are saying account is deactivated, which i didnt do.

                                    When further escalated to supervisor he is saying that we need to register amazon prime with new phone number and new emailid. Not sure if we buy new broadband we new buy new sim to activate the offer? Cant be used with existing phone and email id?

                                    Similar issue with zee5 got only for 1 month. Can this be resolved.

                                      We, about 150 people who have been the permanent users of airtel for the last 7 years and residing in the sarai kale khan area of delhi. We have been associated with airtel dth for the last 6-7 years and we are taking airtel 4g plan for almost 2 years.

                                      In this regard, we have to inform you that the services of airtel in our area are constantly deteriorating whether it is ‘airtel dth’ or ‘airtel 4g’.

                                      Since, neither your services are good nor any help is made by your customer care number, which takes about 7-10 minutes to talk to your customer care executives, many o[censored]s have switched to other dth service provider viz. Tata sky, etc.

                                      So, we hereby inform you that if you would not improve your 4g services in our area within 48 hours, then we will have to port our mobile numbers, well before the next date of recharge, to other service providers whose services are better in our area, like reliance jio, through ‘mobile number portability’.

                                        incoming calls not working

                                        Since last 2 weeks incoming call is not working. Raised several requests.Escalated to nodal officer.Went to customer care 3 times but to no avail.Please help me with this situation. Outgoing and mobile data working fine after they had given new 4g sim but no incoming and no one is able to help me.Also they are taking extra money and recharging but no avail....
