We, about 150 people who have been the permanent users of airtel for the last 7 years and residing in the sarai kale khan area of delhi. We have been associated with airtel dth for the last 6-7 years and we are taking airtel 4g plan for almost 2 years.
In this regard, we have to inform you that the services of airtel in our area are constantly deteriorating whether it is ‘airtel dth’ or ‘airtel 4g’.
Since, neither your services are good nor any help is made by your customer care number, which takes about 7-10 minutes to talk to your customer care executives, many o[censored]s have switched to other dth service provider viz. Tata sky, etc.
So, we hereby inform you that if you would not improve your 4g services in our area within 48 hours, then we will have to port our mobile numbers, well before the next date of recharge, to other service providers whose services are better in our area, like reliance jio, through ‘mobile number portability’.
