    I am a Bharti Airtel Consumer and In My Locality no internet coverage infact in my Family have 3 Sims of Airtel in starting about 2017 going very well but in Nowadays no network coverage and poor Internet he claiming India's fastest 4G network but reality is Very poor network 2G network not run as well, It's Very Upsetting me Airtel Name is enough for service we aspect He give us services very Good Quality but Sir if another we talk about digitalisation it's Very poor in my Village.

    If network not available so how can do this Bharti Airtel worst service provider in India.

      There is a mismatch between dob in my number and proof. I contacted airtel service center to resolve this issue and they are saying it costs rs. 500 to change. The mistake is on the part of airtel and they are asking me to pay for this. Before some days i linked my mobile number with aadhar. And during that time they didn't find out thar that there was mismatch and now they are charging me for this.. Worst customer service by airtel.

      I have applied for port my sim from Idea in to Airtel on 16th October. My old connection was goes out. But I didn't get the signal of Airtel connection yet. I tried to call to 59059 many times. Unfortunately I couldn't. Is there any alternatives ? Shall I recharge ?

        Please be informed that i have been complaining (Thru emails) regularly to airtel for the past 15 days and yet my broadband/ wifi internet signal remains disrupted most of the time.
        My airtel broadband/wifi id is [protected]_dsl.
        My contact mobile numbers are [protected], [protected]

        Airtel office had recently advisedme thru sms that they would convert the above connection to fibre for trouble free service and also that their engineer would be visiting my address to check the status, but no one has visited till now.

        Please note that in case the issue is not completely taken care of within 4 days from today (30/10/2019) then i will no other option but to discontinue with airtel services without further reference, and i shall also not be liable for any disputes in payment of their future bill/s.

        During the call, The call is not able to hear and in 10 to 20 sec automatically connects and some time not. I have verified even with the same thing with My friends they are also telling the same issue.
        Resolve for best service asap
        When I try call nos starting with 1860 it says incorrect no please check the no and try again.
        I tried calling airtel customer service via 121 and 198 but they just said that there is no problem with them.

          Sir,
          I have 399rs in my airtel payments bank.
          I want to pay with that money but every time i try to pay with airtel money or airtel onlins debit card transaction is declined and appears getaway error at wallet.

          In other words my money has stuck on my airtel payments bank. It is attached to my mobile no. [[protected]]

          I request you to give me my money back..

            The broadband connection got disconnected 4 times in the last 30 days. The restoration period was 1 to 5 days.
            My broad band connection[protected]_mh (Dsl) getting disconnected frequently, almost alternate day and restoration takes long time.
            It seems that the problem is beyond control of airtel tech team.
            Due to unreliable service, i want to discontinue the airtel broadband connection.
            I have paid 6 month charges in advance.

            I have been facing dismal network quality in my Airtel SIM. The network is highly inconsistent and doesn't even give internet speed close enough to 4g. I have recharged a month back and it's been the same till now and the network fails all of a sudden. Disappointed with the service provided and there is no improvement.

              I am using the number [protected] since past 8 years and now since i had to be abroad for some time and i had no good reception there, i did not use it for 4 months and now when i tried to reactivate it, the customer care said that my number has been reassigned to someone else. It's unfair to treat a customer this way regardless of what the rules say. I want my number back since i have linked all my banking accounts to it. Strangely enough, there was not a single call from the customer care or any warnings via texts. Please help

                Since last 4days i stay in delhi mandi village nand apartment on 3rd floor. There very week single some times in room and maximum time no signals. Every time to talk someone i have to go to balcony. There are same problem in all around building. All are suffering with same problem. Kindly look into matter and resolve network related issues immediately for public convenience.

                  Suddenly my sim card got corrupted and hence, i need to get a new sim card. They told it may take 4 to 6 hours to get activated. Even after 6 hours, it was not activated. Again i went to shop and they told that from their side they have done all progressing and asked me wait for 2 more hours. But it was not activated till next day and till now.

                  My job is completely dependent on my mobile number. I am helpless and clue less now. I have expressed this to the airtel showroom person. No proper response.

                  Now they are asking me to wait for 2 more working days to say whats happening. It is too bad and as an enduser, I am the sufferer after paying them from my hand. Who is going to answer my issue? No one knows. Pathetic situation.

                    Respected sir i as a customer of barti airtel mobile. I am staying 500mtrs away from nearest airtel tower
                    But i and all the other airtel customers not getting even a 2g coverage also. I had enquired the reason sir. And the company admitted that your getting coverage from manakunnam triipunitura.5km away from my home. My nearest tower is mulanthuruthy (500mtrs) but airtel giving coverage from 5km distance. I had mentioned several times to airtel authorities. But they nothing done for solving the problem. I had recharged 199rs pack. My money eated by airtel. Kindly help me sir. I beg you sir

                      I am using 4 airtel numbers, [protected] is primary number and[protected], [protected] and [protected]
                      There is no Signal at my apartment Flat No A1, Rama Radha Residency, Eenadu colony, Vivekananda Nagar, Kukatpally 500072.

                      Problems: 1] No Signal Many complaints from my office that my number is not reachable.
                      2] All the family members are facing issue, we have to go out and make calls. Even then calls are disconnected in between.
                      3] 4G or Internet is not working at all inside apartment.
                      4] Unable to call family members at home when I am outside.

                      Complaints not resolved after 9 months - Many calls made to 121, but it seems no one is ready to resolve, or give any update

                      It's been more than 9 months no resolution, infact signal is degraded recently and situation is pathetic.Connection is extremely bad,
                      No one came to my house and saying optimization done is absurd. as informed to network team also in call it is very bad compared to February.
                      If you cant fix the issue I want you revert back all the bills back from February till the issue is resolved.Last but not least let me know if I have to change to some other vendor?

                        Hi I am a Airtel customer my prepaid connection is very slow with internet and when I dialed for call after connect and receive the call by receiver call automatically cut and I very to again and again and same process always.Even I take 3 months free calls plan .All are disgusting and internet is also poor.When I call the Airtel customer care number no one executive for receive my call and resolve it.Even I go to nearby retailers of Airtel all disappointed me.I want to connect my adhar with mobile but that number disconnect again n again

                            I am a resident of 8823/3 multani dhanda pahar ganj new delhi 110055, which comes under mcd sadar pahar ganj zone, sir a telecom companybharti airtel installed an illegal tower in my building by signing a contract with a local shop dealer without my knowledge nathu ram and sons r/o 8824/3 multani dhanda pahar ganj new delhi 110055. As this tower is a serious health hazard emitting radiation and radioactive waves. My mother who is a senior citizen was facing the medical conditions like swollen brain, headaches, dizziness, and paralytic condition caused by the radiation.. Including some family members who are facing the same problem.. As we requested the shop owner as well as airtel to remove the tower.. But they refused our request. This is causing a lot of physical and mental harrasement to my family.. So i request you to kindly take some strict actions and help us by doing the needful asap...

                              My air tel relationship number [protected], broadband disconnection was advised to 121 in the last week of august 2019 and a conformation call was also received from their supervisior. And advised to disconnect the connction. But till date they are sending teh bills. We have already vacated the place and not using their facility. Need to to disconnected immediately and waived off the full amount. I have a doubt that mighty be any other person is allowed to use tis facility without my knowledge.

                                I am facing issue my Mobile Number [[protected]] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from Thane-Bhiwandi-Kasheli (Maharashtra circle). I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier I was able to recharge my number.

                                1. Unable to recharge from Airtel Wallet. Message that I get is ‘Invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

                                2. Unable to recharge for Internet, PayTM and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile Number ([protected]), It is working fine with other airtel number.

                                3.I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

                                Finally I unable to recharge my mobile number [protected].

                                I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                                  In my bill dated 27.10.2019, airtel has charged Rs.5.00 for a SMS sent to[protected] at 18.27.14 Hours on 20.10.2019 in my bill dt.27.10.2019.

                                  I don't know this no. and have not sent this SMS.

                                  Airtel may verify and reverse this amount. This complain is on principles. Why the consumer is overcharged by the company.

                                  By overcharging such small amounts, which many consumers may not even notice, the company may be making huge income.

                                      I received a call for my bank account atm card hack from this number +91-[protected]. He asked me that your atm card is closed now do you want to restart it. I got to know that this is not genuine call and so exposed him saying not to play any prank then he abused me and disconnected. Kindly, take a legal action against these people tracking mobile number

                                        I want to inform you that i have submitted online request to port my no. [protected] for 330 day plan costing rs. 998/- on 22.10.2019, and on 23.10.19 a person named devender approached my residence and collected the required documents alongwith rs. 998/-. My above mobile number was successful port into airtel today i. E. 27.10.2019 but amount i had paid for the 330 days have not been credited. You are requested to get the amount credited to my above mobile number at the earliest.
