    I have been the airtel broadband customer for last 3-4 years and the monthly rental which i am paying is around rs 350 and now suddenly they are taking it out with all the rebates which have been given to me.

    Its not only about the hike in monthly rental but their most of the nos. Given on their website are not working due to which i am unable to talk to higher executives or the ombudsman to get some kind of solution.

    With all my intuitive sense it gives me an impression, something is fishy in their management happening and its making customers not having a good feeling about the company.

    These type of business policies by such a telecom giant of india, this has never been expected from the airtel management.

    Now i just want a disconnection of the services permanently or if possible then come up with some viable solution to retain your customers.

    They have agreed for it and then they came up with some lucartive offers to retain me as their customer. But again no action has been taken after committing this to me. Now I just need a disconnection without any further delay. No further talks until they act on it.

      Dear sir / madam i am using airtel bearing no. [protected] since 2012 since then i facing indoor coverage and no optimum speed provided by airtel. I have written several mails on the issue with applet and nodal officer and several voice complaints but so far no services been given. I requested airtel to install booster at my location with providing electricity charges for the boosters. But last seven years they are denying the job and not providing the support. I am paying my bills before the due date.

        Last 4 days, in my area all other airtel sim is working, except mine.
        I have been constantly calling them about my issue but they doesn't seems to responsible for that. The airtel customer care is fraud. And when i tried to convert my 4g sim to jio they denied and forced me to use their airtel network. These indeed shows that the company is doing fraud to customer becuase they took the recharge amount for 90 days and not allowing to use internet for 4-5 days, i feel like that's an harassment to the customer in case i have been calling since last 4 days.

          We are facing huge network coverage in our area we had called customer care many times but no action taken we had complaint issue to nearest gallery of bharti airtel but no action taken

          Bharti airtel is always known for best service and resolution... But we can't get any help from bharti airtel o[censored]ttar pradesh department...

            Dear airtel,

            I'm using airtel from last 5years. Voice bandwidth was really good. But now i'm facing alot of internet issue in my area. It was better previously now a days it's really horrible. 6 members in my home using airtel. Have complainted many times regarding data issues but no use. Airtel open network bandwidth also shows poor network
            Please fix the issue soon.
            Otherwise i should think of alternatives.

              I bought airtel 4g sim card at new delhi airport on 25th october. Until now the card doesn't work, it is not activated. I paid 900rp for it, on bill it says shiv shakti corporate services pvt. Ltd. They took my photo and copy of my passport and promised the card be active within 24 hours. Until now doesn't work. I called the airtel hotline, they asked the registered mail id, wjjcb i don't know, because i did not provided any at contract, just my passport number. The representative at airport gave me phone number [protected] to call when there is problem, but nobody is picking it up.

              I bought today new SIM card direct at Airtel shop in Darjeeling and it worked instantly. Nobody should trust and buy from the thieves at New Delhi Airport!

                I m suffering from internet connection problem for the past two days. Whenever i m switching on mobile network it is showing emergency. I have tried to a no. Of ways to resolve like deactivate and then activate sim, switch off phone, checked whether the sim is placed properly or not - but nothing helped. This problem arised for the third time.. Please solve this problem asap or else i m leaving this connection and will never refer anyone about airtel...

                  My airtel network is not working for 3 days. Suddenly network signal just went off and i tried to switched off and on still not working. I even took the sim out and re inserted but to no avail. Iam from delhi and have been using airtel for the last 5 years. I dnt understand why network signal is not available. I use jio sim too as secondary no on the same phone. Please help.

                    I had been using an airtel sim (Denoting the number by a-01) form 2015 to 2018 in an old phone while using another sim (B) in a new phone. At the same time, i used whatsapp on the new phone using a-01. However, my phone got damaged in 2018 after which i failed to recieve any message on that number. I kept using a-01 for whatsapp until recently i got alerted that someone else was using the number.
                    On heeding advice from local operators, i deleted the whatsapp account on a-01 and opened another on b. But, the fact that i have to open a new number and message everyone else is quite inconvenient and my professors all have the old number. So, i may miss important information regarding our courses.
                    I want to reactivate my old number. So, please do whatever is needed and give me a chance to reactivate my old number.

                      I have made a big mistake & i am regretting to register in air tel payments bank. I credited rs. 321 / — (121 + 200) transaction ids -[protected] and [protected], on 26 oct and i wasted 4 hours to pay my bills online from air tel bank. But their site has put me in circles by saying that my money pin is wrong & asking me to go to "forgot my pin" & then go to change my money pin where i am stuck as the site is not going ahead & just a red half circle is going round & round for 4 hours.
                      This is a big nuisance for payment through air tel. So long i was paying through normal credit cards and used to be free in 10 minutes.
                      I want to close my acct with air tel. I want my money back in my bank/ credit card credits asap.

                        Hello, i forgot my airtel money mpin and registered details, i did couple of years back. Currently i am abroad and not able to call customer care or 400.                           I made a recharge via paytm 399 but airtel automatically done a recharge of 48 and my outgoing is closed since 4 days. And airtel customer care is not even know how to deal with it.in starting they said paytm reverse the payment, when paytm claimed of successful recharge. They said proper recharge not done. Then how come this 48rs recharge? Instead of 399rs rch. Then always airtel idiots give a request number and this thing never works. Not worth network and service is in negative. Going for another option soon and transfer my all three numbers from airtel.

                              I have been using an airtel prepaid connection since last 10 years. Since last five days my sim card has stopped receiving signal.

                              Assuming the new changes made by the telecom companies, i thought there would be changes in the recharge vaidity and i did a recharge of rs299.

                              Upon query, the customer care office informed that the sim may have defcts and directed me to take a duplicate sim. Contacting the airtel office at kunnamkulam-kerala and took a duplicate sim at the cost of 70rs. Alos it was informed that the sim was disconnected due to a missing in the identity documents. It was conveyed that my date of birth was not entered by the airtel authorities in their system and the same seems absent in the server.

                              The action from airtel has indeed shocked me. The connection was provided after handing over proper id proofs and the same had been provided during sim duplication also.
                              It is quite unfair that a customer has to suffer for the mistake from the service providers. Airtel has followed no ethics in this issue.

                              I have been using this number for my personal as well as official communications and i have been suffering to have my daily communications. I feel being tortured by the company.

                              I went to two of the airtel offices in kerala_ airtel office at kunnamkulam & airtel ho at shornur road, thrissur, kerala. At both of these offices i went in person with all my identity proofs but was shocked to see that the issue can’t be solved from there. I was informed that the sim will get activated within four days once they validate the datas. It has been around 6 days now but my sim remains dead.

                              After my marriage in august 2016, i took a sim for my wife from idea cellular. Later it was also ported to airtel as there was no network for idea in her area. From yesterday onwards, that sim also is dead_ no internet, no outgoing calls!! I dont know whether this action is also related to the issue.

                              I am totally dissatisfied with their treatment.in fact, there is no time with me to beg the airtel offices to get my sim activated because of a fault that doesn’t attribute to me.

                              I sent mails to airtel ([protected]@airtel.in) attaching my id proofs along with the mail and requested to do the needful for reactivate the sim, or else, to do the needful for me to get ported to some other network. The response was unfair_ the email id i have communicated is not registered with them. Inf act, the email id also was filled up by me in the application form when i took the sim. Further, they sent me a link to validate the account which leads to a one time password entry space which i would receive in my 'disconnected sim' (Without signal, i cant receive an otp to that connection). I sent further mails, but no response.

                              I request for an action in this regard.

                              More than 9 days, there is no action till date. The sim remains dead. Not even a single call from Airtel and i keeps on calling daily, the so called 'customer care' with all the frustration.

                                I can't surf internet, i have recharged my airtel internet with unlimited internet and callings but still can't use internet, it shows ' check your internet connection' it's so frustrating... I'm able to call but can't use internet, i'm loosing 1gb per day and doing nothing but just calling... Whenever i try to resolve the problem with 121 they say change sim slot.. It's still not working... I'm using someone else's internet connection, with the recharge of 169 the consumer should get unlimited calling and 1gb/d data but i'm only getting free calling services the internet is not working, it's the first time it is happening with me...
                                Please provide me assistance..

                                  In my airtel number not make outgoing calls please help me to solve this problem. Incoming calls came on same number only problem with outgoing calls.                                     I am receiving number of calls from collections agency for payments on a phone which had been disconnected in march 2019. The phone number is [protected].
                                    I paid rs 2000 on march 9th 2019 and the airtel executive who collected the money called the technical staff to disconnect my phone.
                                    After 7 months i am getting calls to pay rs 4000.00 for the same. I spoke with customer service superviser mr randeep singh and he expressed his inability to set right the matter. I have not received any bills to my home address as i have not used the phone since march 2019. I request to resolve this issue and stop harassing me as i am suffering from renal failure.

                                      I am complaining about weak network connection in my village very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills, trees to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our home that only 2g signal. Even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbour city its very critical to get his status.
