Mai Sharad, Airtel company ka customer hu mera mobile number [protected] hai, jis din se Maine Airtel ka sim liya hai usi din se mai internet sahi tarike se use nahi kar raha hu, kyu mai jaha rehta hu waha Ghar me aate he Airtel ke Signal kum ho jate hai, sath he kabhi 2G, 3G ya 4G aisa signal aa jata hai.
Maine customer care me bhi complent ki thi waha bataya gaya ki kuch he dino me aap ka problem solve ho jayega par abhi tak mera ye problem solved nahi hua hai, mai Fourth Floor par rehta hu, pls Es bare kuch karke aap meri Problem solve karenge aisi muje ummeed hai.

Sir mai Sharad Shedge aapka Customer hu mera mobile number ([protected]) hai, maine 7 November ko aapko Mail kiya tha ki mai jaha rehta hu waha Internet ki speed bahot he kum ho jati hai sath he Jo network ki 5 lines hoti hai wo automatically 1 ya 2 ho jati hai aur 4G se 3G ya 2G bhi ho jata hai, aapke yaha se muje call aayi thi ki jald he problem solve ho jayega par abhi tak aisa kuch nahi hua hai pls meri aapse prathna hai ki es problem ko jald se jald solve kare jis karan mai mera Mobile data acche se use kar saku.

    I just bought an airtel sim as to get more range & speed of internet as the company claims in its advertisement but after using this sim for over a month i just want to burn this sim to hell as it does not give internet speed beyond 5kb/sec. I am unable to load a simple google search & the quality of video/normal calls is worse. Please help us we are being robbed

      Dear sir / madam, i'm from illavampatti, salem district, tamil nadu. I have been using airtel 4g support sim card for years. Since last year i have been facing network coverage issue in the said locality. I have been struggling to make and receive calls. At most of the times there is no coverage and even if i could make a call, the voice is not clear or unable to hear voices and my voice is not audible on the other side. On the other hand, i couldn't even able to utilize my data. The network is too poor. I'm not utilizing the network for the paid cost. I did complained about this issue to airtel customer care several times and till now there is no resolution. The customer care representative did noted down my complaint and assured me for the resolution. But, still the problem persist. They didn't gave any acknowledgement or tracking number for the follow up. I did insisted customer care for complaint number and timeline for the resolution but, there was no use at all. Airtel open network shows voice and data quality in my area is "good" but, it's not at all true. If it is good, then i have to make and receive calls easily without any hindrance. But, it is not happening. I'm roaming in and around my house by raising hands with mobile to receive signal. I'm raising this compaint in frustated situation. Airtel promised me for the resoultion but, they failed.

        Airtel does not provide any option to deactivate a broadband connection. They have provided 10 options for getting a new connection, but they make people struggle like beggars for deactivation of account.
        I wonder how such unprofessional business practices are alllowed. It's like, if you dare take a airtel broadband connection, we will make you suffer forever, even if you want to deactivate your account after clearing all your dues.

          My internet has been been cut due non-payment of rs. 2500/- of september bill, but i had done the payment throught online on 30th oct. 2019 but to a wrong number - my telephone no is 48530415 but is have made to 49530413 by oversight. The mode of payment is through my debit card on sbi and transcation reference no.[protected]. Please restore my internet for me to work all my work are pending from 1 week. I came to know the mistake done by us onlly yesterday through your engineer.

              We were allotted the attached 64 prepaid simcard for our internal staff members from airtel sales channel representative mr salman mob nos [protected] residing at flat nos 404 4th floor dosti complex a wing, vartak nagar, thane west where rs 30150/- was transferred to his bank account by our company however till date we are not able to trace the mr salman who refuses to attend our call. Last week mr salman came to our office & took away all the sim cards registered in our name in view of refunding the amount the very next day but again he went missing & refuses to answer our calls.

                I have submitted so many complaints regarding the slowness / internet not working complaints but I have not yet received any proper update on ticket even not resolved slowness issue.

                Each and every time the symbol of internet shows E and G symbol. Whenever it's come to 4G it's show with ! Marks.
                Whatever symbol shows in mobile but internet doesn't work.
                Is there any solution for it ? I did changed the sim slots alternatively but issue still persists.

                I usually recharge with more than 500 rupees for 81 to 84 day net use but I loss without using net due to slowness around 2 gb per day. Could you please help to resolve such issue without closing ticket with proper update.

                    My mother was using a airtel sim[kolkata circle] since past couple of years. 6 months back i have taken new sim card 4 g supported from airtel store. All of a sudden the sim stopped working. Now airtel customer care asking to visit their store again to replace the sim. Since i stay at bangalore, now my mother has to visit store which is not possible since she is not well. I want sim replacement service at home. Because every 6 month it is not possible to go to their store which is far from my home.

                      I had traveled to hong kong on 16, 17, 18 oct 2019. During my travel i had not activated any international roaming pack. But airtel activated the pack without my permission from back end and charged me for the same. When contacted customer care they said pack has already been activated from back end so i have to pay the charges. Kindly look into the issue.

                        I ported my sim from jio to airtel, post the tele-verification i am not able to make or receive any calls on my number.

                        I am not able to use my number from past 5 days, on the airtel app it is showing that my services are currently suspended. I have done the first recharge of ₹249/- but still my phone is not showing any networks.

                        The airtel service centres are also not able to help me. They have raised a complaint number but i have visited the store for 6th time today and still they are saying that it is under process and don’t know when it would get resolved. I am very very disappointed and frustrated with the service. This is how airtel provides help to their customers, seriously very disgusting.

                                I've recharged rs.597 to my airtel postpaid no on 23rd october. However it is not yet reflected in my account and also i've raised the case in airtel. But this case has been closed without my confirmation and amount is not yet refunded as well. Whenever i've asked my refund through customer care, there is no proper response from airtel customer care. Herewith i've attached rc receipt and case status for your reference.

                                  Suddenly after using Airtel for almost 3 years I got a shocking Unbilled amount of Rs3000 without any extra usage without ISD or IR usage. Even Data is also available and no VAS activated. Had my Credit Limit of 500Rs and still today I see my Unbilled Amount as Rs3000. Customer care has no response other than "pls wait for bill to generate".

                                  Why? Why would I wait for bill generation? If Airtel can't explain Unbilled Amount before bill generation then why they are showing to customers?

                                  If Credit Limit can't stop usage going above it then why Credit Limit is made in Airtel?

                                  If there is someone from Airtel who can resolve this issue then please reach me. It's not at all comfortable to see such huge amount o[censored]nbilled if you have not used anything extra other than plan benefits.

                                    Recharged a airtel three months pack of 2GB data/day, actually I am getting 1.5GB. Even customers care people doesn't solved my problem and in return each CCare person telling different stories. Even they don't know issue and solution for this. This is airtel customer care maintaining standards. I'm using my airtel sim from years, but I checked same way in other mobiles and found missing some data benefits. But now these great illiterate customer care staff certified that my mobile has some issue and some back ground apps consuming data that is invisible and some people said u r consuming full data but showing less in balance.
                                    I'm not understanding what are these different answers for same issue. Where these people got trained. This is the way airtel maintain services to customers. No proper response and no valid resolution. Some times they put in hold for hours..

                                      My Customer id [protected]. I have recharged for 200 Rupees on 20 oct 19 and I got mah from airtel dth your TV recharge is valid up to Nov 03, even my lots of amount has been deducted by airtel dth since many time as late renewal fees on my previous recharge. which is not fair. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped you cannot charge as late payment. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel. The customer care is worse, need to be on the phone for minimum 10-15 minute every time we call. Suitable reply not given as requirement of the customer.

                                        Customer care not solve issue of my airtel digital tv

                                        I have recharge 355 but paid channel not seen on tv

                                        I have call to customer care but senior person after call transfer no any response and I ask him for give me mail id but not given

                                        Airtel d2h service is third class and customer care also third class

                                        I have try continue 4 days to contact call center for my issue .after 4 days I connect call to customer care
