Airtel customer care(198) is not receiving my call; the call ends up by saying all the executives are busy, please call again later. Moreover, the internet services are terrible, and no resolution had been taken to my complaints to them, and by having additional 2GB of data in my account other than daily data plan it was not made available to use it.

    Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 10 gb data on a 4g sim+ 4g handset by calling on their promotional number. As soon as i called, i received 10 gb free data and here where the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like (Facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and apn numbers. Also i cannot open any game downloaded from play store. What kind of joke is this airtel playing? Why even bother to give free data when you can't use it freely as you are redirected to their irritating webpage. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

    I contacted airtel customer care and told about the problem. After 1 day it was solved automatically.

    I have not received network in my home 550 SHIV CITY SILVER NIHALPUR MUNDI INDORE 452012.

    This regard i have try to call 12118 but not contact call on your customer care lines .
    Please check network problem and do the need full.

    Amount was deducted from my SBI bank account when I recharged on 4th November 2019, but I did not receive a recharge SMS. I only received an SMS from my bank stating that the amount of 399 for my recharge has been deducted and sent to Bharti Airtel.

      I have recharge 399 on which my airtel app shows that i get 1.4 gb per day plus extra 400 mb per day. But after recharge only 1. 4 gb data per day is given by company. That's is cheating with me. Also when talk with customer care he talk to me rudely and say app is false and fake.

      Kindly look into it.

      Also add a screen shot showing that i get 400 mb extra data per day.

        Most slow network in my city, takes too much time to open a page, downloading is like waiting too long.. Why this airtel engineers dont work on their network issues, as they dont notice this thing or they are ignoring this, telling that... Chal jayega, customer kya ker lega and all.. Itna slow network hai ki dont want to use airtel anymore.. If its not gonna fix soon, i will port my number to some other operator.

          Factory requested for airtel broadband services at my residence and it has been taken ages for them to respond and get the installation done every time every single day have to call multiple times to customer care which is not giving any decisive for supportive replies aur course of action the entire user experience is very disappointing the only thing i need to do it again and again call the customer care and tell them my issues and they don't have any solution didn't said anybody lic staff is very in experience and in sensitive i totally do not like the airtel services and i would like to get some understanding you taken on get the installation done for my airtel broadband in please reimburse the amount that i have paid in advance for 3 months this is ridiculous customer behaviour

            I have applied for a airtel dth connections and while the connection was requested the amount was 1580 and an additional charge of 440 was applied by the person who has come for the connection of dth. As per him the company will provide only 2 connectors free and the rest of the connectors will be charged rs 40 per connector. He has totally connected aroud 11 additional connectors and it is still and mystery that why he has connected these many connectors. The incident needs an investigation. When i have asked for the bill for the connectors, he just told me that there is no bill for the same.

            When i have raised the previous complaint the company has told me that they are refunding the amount and the amount was not yet credited. The complaints was just closing simply without a solution.

                I have been using the airtel fibernet from oct 2019 and i have come across the disconnection of internet 3 or 4 times. I have requested fro the landline which was supposed to be provided with the connectoin and even that was not provided yet. This was taken for some office works like work from home and airtel fibernet is not a reliable source of internet., and now the connection was frequently disconnected on nov 9th morning and by evening the connection was completely lost. I have been repeatedly calling customer care and no actions where taken on the same. I have never expected the airtel customer care will be so irresponsible. If this cannot be corrected please disconnect the service and i need the complete repayment. I have mentioned the customer call details and my account details below. Please let me know the expected eta for the same and what actions where taken for this till now. I want the two days bill to be reduced during this bill cycle. Expecting and fast response at least for the mail Â

                  I had made a payment of rs 2505 from my airtel wallet [protected] on 13-10-19 to book a flight ticket on flipkart travel but ticket was not booked because of failed transaction but my money was not refunded back to my wallet when i contacted to flipkart they said to wait for 7 days and then they replied that payment is not done by my bank and when i contacted to bank they said you transaction is successful.

                  I want my money refund and penalty too for wasting my time

                    I had placed request to airtel customer care on 27th oct for disconnecting my landline, on 29th again i complained, they gave me for number[protected], and confirmed that within 2 days it will get disconnected, after 3 days they told me it will take 15 days after a week they told me it will take 45 days. Meanwhile they sent me bill which included 6 days post my complain date.

                      On 17th oct, 2019, i recharged using airtel app of rs 349.. But the payment got failed.. And also the amount was deducted frm my icici account...
                      I had a talk with my bank manager and she said that the amount of rs. 349 was successfully credited to the beneficiary account.

                      I still didn't get the refund from airtel..
                      Kindly help with the same asap.. It's high time now..

                        I have done a recharge in airtel (Madhya pradesh) network. But, still the receive didnt get any recharge. What is this?
                        Do you provide services this way? Seriously!!
                        My transaction was successful and 169 amount had been deducted from my account. Did i make any mistake of choosing airtel over idea?
                        This has happened before too, that time i lost 399 rs.
                        I don't have tree of money, don't use others money this way.
                        I want either recharge done or my money back.
                        Its 9nov 2019, i dont know when you're gonna reply for this.

                          In my area, airtel internet is too slow. We have complaint many times but they did not response anything. 4g, 3g both internet are working like 2g. We are getting 3-4kbps downloading speed and unable to stream any videos even if i set 144p. We are just frustrated. We want govt. To take a strict step against him. We will be very happy if bharati airtel becomes defunct.

                                I am very to sorry ro state this, the lady agent sitting in mysore siddartha nagar branch is so rude and behaves so ugly.

                                She didn't give respect to any customers who were present at the time of my visit.

                                Didn't respected my mother who is older than her.

                                Why do we want such a representatives to represent and server as customer support or as customer relationship person?

                                Kindly take an action or observation or else company will be loosing valuable customers.

                                  Respected sir i as a customer of airtel mobile. I am unable to use this connection i am facing poor indoor coverage. No 2g 4g indoor coverage i am getting sir. Before taking this connection airtel assured me excellent 2g 4g coverage both indoor and outdoor. But after taking this connection i realized that i am really cheated by airtel. I am unable to make a call and unable to send an sms also due to non availability of 2g 4g signals. I had mentioned several times to airtel kerala. But the company not ready to solve the issue. Airtel again again cheating me by telling we have excalated the issue., but the issue still continuing. I had lost my money and my number. I kindly request you sir please take necessary action sir.

                                      I had tata docomo sim card which was lost 4 months ago and now i get to know... So now that tata docomo sim is converted into airtel... Now i am not getting my no... I went to the airtel office solapur also they said that this no. Is deleted and we have to recreate that no.... Now i want that no. For my scholarship purpose...                                         I upgraded my sim to airtel 4g sim following which i was told that sms services will be blocked for 24hrs but it was almost 48hrs n the sms services were not resumed, it was so difficult to do any kind of transactions as i was unable to receive any otp. I wanted to raise a complaint against this and i was trying to contact and speak to customer care personnel, which is a very tedious, lengthy process. On contacting 121/198, they make us forcefully listen to reordered voice for hrs and don't provide any option to talk to customer care agent. Somehow with great difficulty i managed to get my call connected to the agent n i told my issue in elaborate n requested it to be solved at the earliest but they told that it ll be addressed only after 4days and they can't do anything about it. I mean how crazy is that. It is practically impossible to do any banking transactions or otherwise, without sms services as we will not be able to receive any otp, it is almost being handicapped economically, it is such an emergency and they dont want to resolve it asap, but instead tell the customers to suffer as we don have any other option. The way they treat their customers is so bad, they don't prioritize the needs of their customers and don want to address their issues as they know that we customers have no other option than simply wait for them. Not just customer care agent, even staff at airtel stores are so rude, that they don't want to solve the issues of the customers, instead behave rude n arrogantly with them. Airtel is the worst network when it comes to customer service, i was never an airtel user, i was using a docomo sim n since docomo was merged into airtel, i was forcefully made an airtel customer and in the very beginning am fed up with such a network. They are not ready to listen to customers now because they know that they are the leading network now in the country and people by default would prefer to use airtel over other networks, but that doesn't mean they can take their customers for granted and compromise in the service they provide. I would soon port my number into other network. N i am sure many would have suffered like me with airtel, i request everyone who has suffered with airtel to boycott it n shift to other networks available, because ultimately the company cannot survive without its customers. It's high time that they realise the value of their customers n serve according to their needs.
