Dear sir/mam,

I am a airtel user my number is [protected] my all services were working till 9 pm yesterday night after that i don't know how but its showing emergency calls only all my contacts has been stopped. This has affected on my sim only all other airtel subscribers didn't have such issue & when i called customer care they are saying to buy new sim from airtel store. Why i should buy new one while my older sim was working properly till yesterday..

    With reference to trailing mails done by varun deewan had call us for providing vvip number in a reasonable cost.
    We had followed all the procedure and also done the payment of rs. 20000/- for 2 vvip numbers +[protected] / +[protected]

    You can see we have attached invoice copy which he had provided to us.. Which we have by our personal account on same date.. Now he did not attend our calls and nor provide us sim..

    It is very unexpectable from airtel team that they tolerate all this fraud by using their company details and infact bank details is also of bharti airtel company name.. If from your side any response will be not provided from then i will further take legal action regarding this... This is the matter of trust.. This person had done fraud with 10 to 15 people an still not caught..
    Constantly he use his own number for conversation and fraud and also use corporate id for mail conversation still nobody take action against him..

      Hi,
      I recharged my airtel dth customer id -[protected] with rupees 450 but still my dth is showing error code 6 and still i am unable to watch the channels. Even the customer care is not picking up the call and is totally of no use. Customer care services is really bad here. Although usually when i recharge the it has no problem and starts working in 5 to 10 mins but this time its is not working. Pls kindly look into this and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

        As of 4 th of november the airtel sim, i have been using shows no network.

        And even after sim replacement is done twice i still have no network.

        I can't stop using airtel services nor can i port the number for dissatisfactory services.

        I receive no otp nor do i receive any other service sms to port the number.

        How do i port my number if i do not get network?

        Please resolve this issue, its make me very irritating.

          I came to a new village for education. My idea sim was roaming and i bought a airtel sim and i was having good speed and connection. After about 2 months i went to my home during dipawali vacation and after when i returned to college i have no speed and but i have 4g shown on the phone. Please fix this. Ph no -[protected]

            Dear Sir,
            I am Col BP Panda having three postpaid Airtel mobile number( [protected], [protected], [protected]) and every month I am paying Rs 800-1000 towards my rental however the service provided by you and your customer care spl is very very unfortunate, the information provided by them are incomplete, false and having lack of adequate knowledge. Followings are the details of incidences happened in the last few days.
            a, In the postpaid bill for the period of 17 Sept 19 - 16 Oct 19, the bill amount was Rs 1063/-. Rs 104/- was being charged for USAGE. I wanted to know the details about that amount from your call center on 05 Nov 19 during evening hrs. I was told by your customer executive, the amount is being charged for an international call from my number. I requested him to disable the facility of the international call from my number and other two numbers of mine. however, he refuses to do that and misguided that "this facility cannot be disabled and disconnected the phone. Again I called your customer care and get disabled the above-mentioned facility.
            b, I am facing difficulty to call my home landline number[protected] from my Airtel postpaid number but it always shows invalid number, however, I can call the same landline number from my BSNL mobile no and from my landline number of Allahabad (UP). In this regard I lodged a complaint on 20 Oct 19 however 17 days has already over and no action has been taken and even today I am facing the same problem. today I wanted to call PNB C customer care however it was showing as invalid no but I able to spoke to PNB Customer care from my BSNL Mobile. In this regard, I called your service centre today evening at around 7 pm but the 1st customer care spl disconnect my call without listening to my detail problem. it is very very insulting and harassing too.
            c, I bring this serious matter for your necessary action pl.

              Dear sir, iam an airtel customer.. I can't get range in my area.. My airtel circle area is kerala kottayam puliyanoor.. I need to port my mobile number to bsnl with same number. So i tried to send message to 1900 to get a unique port code.. But unable to send.. They replied back that sending message is incorrect... So do the needful as early as possible..

                Hello,

                I have raised so many times ticket about call recording/voice not clear/line switch on my number [protected]. But it has been not properly answered and even not resolved.
                Earlier it has been only once answered that problem was line switch when i raised ticket for some one tracing/recording my number on airtel network. So could you please confirm is this the landline number or what? Why such problem is always happening with my number?

                Whenever i try to call any number they are not able to listen/get my voice properly.
                Even i am also not able to hear so many times callers voice.

                My device/phone is tested. There is no any kind of problem (Mic tested ok and speakers tested ok).
                So in such case could you please help where is the problem which causing voice issue.

                  I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel recently. Yesterday after my vodafone service stopped, i inserted my new airtel sim for activation but just after few seconds of insertion, the network in airtel sim stopped coming. So basically i am doomed in short. I have all my banking and business associated with this number and since no network is getting displayed i can't to anything.
                  Please ask your support people to contact me, as i have tried reaching you guys from my end multiple times.

                  If this doesn't get sorted soon, i have no choice but to take some legal actions against you guys. Please don't make me regret my decision of porting to airtel.

                  AIRTEL Customer Care Pressurizing to Pay 150.00 instead of 25.00 for Secondary Sim. Since Airtel Office is not available in my locality so I have to pay 150.00 instead of 25.00 actual Price for Secondary SIM.

                  Is this justified??

                    I had requested for my number [protected] porting to airtel via online... An agent called me regarding the same, asked me to send a message for port out to my service provider n den send another agent at home for document verification on the 04/10/2019... After the agent checked my documents he clicked my photo on his mobile n gave me a sim card, asked me to pay 499/- towards it and 99/- towards convenience charges said once my current service provider disconnects my sim i can start using my new airtel sim... However nothing happens for 20 days n when i tried calling the agents back they coudnt provide me with any resolution so then i went to an airtel gallery where the gallery people called these so called 3rd party agents (I came to know of this later) and told them to sort the matter... I asked for my refund n said im not interested in porting now... Its 05th november and im getting all sorts of vague answers but not my refund hence i had to complain to consumer department.

                        My airtel number [protected] [protected] was ported from airtel to reliance jio illegally without my concent by the temporary user if the number with an intention to change ownership. This porting was totally wrong and illegal way and did not permission to me by current service provider.
                        I had raised the issue with airtel on 14 september but they have not taken any action regards my complaints.
                        I want the port out request to be rejected and retain the ownership in my name asap.

                          My airtel number is [protected]. I sent no sms on 5th nov at 11.20pm, yet ₹1.50 was deducted from my main balance quoting sms sent to a random number [protected] at that time. Airtel is cheating me by deducting money although i did not send any sms to any number. Customer care went unanswered and my money was not refunded to my account. I want a refund for an sms that i did not send else i would shift to another operator.

                            Mai Sharad, Airtel company ka customer hu mera mobile number [protected] hai, jis din se Maine Airtel ka sim liya hai usi din se mai internet sahi tarike se use nahi kar raha hu, kyu mai jaha rehta hu waha Ghar me aate he Airtel ke Signal kum ho jate hai, sath he kabhi 2G, 3G ya 4G aisa signal aa jata hai.
                            Maine customer care me bhi complent ki thi waha bataya gaya ki kuch he dino me aap ka problem solve ho jayega par abhi tak mera ye problem solved nahi hua hai, mai Fourth Floor par rehta hu, pls Es bare kuch karke aap meri Problem solve karenge aisi muje ummeed hai.

                            Sir mai Sharad Shedge aapka Customer hu mera mobile number ([protected]) hai, maine 7 November ko aapko Mail kiya tha ki mai jaha rehta hu waha Internet ki speed bahot he kum ho jati hai sath he Jo network ki 5 lines hoti hai wo automatically 1 ya 2 ho jati hai aur 4G se 3G ya 2G bhi ho jata hai, aapke yaha se muje call aayi thi ki jald he problem solve ho jayega par abhi tak aisa kuch nahi hua hai pls meri aapse prathna hai ki es problem ko jald se jald solve kare jis karan mai mera Mobile data acche se use kar saku.

                              I just bought an airtel sim as to get more range & speed of internet as the company claims in its advertisement but after using this sim for over a month i just want to burn this sim to hell as it does not give internet speed beyond 5kb/sec. I am unable to load a simple google search & the quality of video/normal calls is worse. Please help us we are being robbed

                                Dear sir / madam, i'm from illavampatti, salem district, tamil nadu. I have been using airtel 4g support sim card for years. Since last year i have been facing network coverage issue in the said locality. I have been struggling to make and receive calls. At most of the times there is no coverage and even if i could make a call, the voice is not clear or unable to hear voices and my voice is not audible on the other side. On the other hand, i couldn't even able to utilize my data. The network is too poor. I'm not utilizing the network for the paid cost. I did complained about this issue to airtel customer care several times and till now there is no resolution. The customer care representative did noted down my complaint and assured me for the resolution. But, still the problem persist. They didn't gave any acknowledgement or tracking number for the follow up. I did insisted customer care for complaint number and timeline for the resolution but, there was no use at all. Airtel open network shows voice and data quality in my area is "good" but, it's not at all true. If it is good, then i have to make and receive calls easily without any hindrance. But, it is not happening. I'm roaming in and around my house by raising hands with mobile to receive signal. I'm raising this compaint in frustated situation. Airtel promised me for the resoultion but, they failed.

                                  Airtel does not provide any option to deactivate a broadband connection. They have provided 10 options for getting a new connection, but they make people struggle like beggars for deactivation of account.
                                  I wonder how such unprofessional business practices are alllowed. It's like, if you dare take a airtel broadband connection, we will make you suffer forever, even if you want to deactivate your account after clearing all your dues.

                                    My internet has been been cut due non-payment of rs. 2500/- of september bill, but i had done the payment throught online on 30th oct. 2019 but to a wrong number - my telephone no is 48530415 but is have made to 49530413 by oversight. The mode of payment is through my debit card on sbi and transcation reference no.[protected]. Please restore my internet for me to work all my work are pending from 1 week. I came to know the mistake done by us onlly yesterday through your engineer.

                                        We were allotted the attached 64 prepaid simcard for our internal staff members from airtel sales channel representative mr salman mob nos [protected] residing at flat nos 404 4th floor dosti complex a wing, vartak nagar, thane west where rs 30150/- was transferred to his bank account by our company however till date we are not able to trace the mr salman who refuses to attend our call. Last week mr salman came to our office & took away all the sim cards registered in our name in view of refunding the amount the very next day but again he went missing & refuses to answer our calls.
