Every alternative days, either internet or voice communication break out. When i call customer service executive, they ask me to switch off and switch on and some time pass trick, which eventually don't work.
For last 2 month, i am facing this error. When asked to find solution they just register complain and convince me that they are forwarding request to upper level.
Till date, i have registered 6 complaint and everything they ask me to lodge new one. None of them yet solved.
I want my 2 month unlimited pack money refund.
If not, i am going to file a legal complaint in judiciary soon.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please let me know the solution earliest... Please resolve this issue on priority basis ... It is very critical outgoing service is going good.
