Radiation from the mobile tower getting causing diseases... I would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residing and self in the area near the address mentioned above against the installation and functioning of mobile phone towers installed on the said address and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.. Because of heavy radiation... We are getting diseases from it.. There are two patient in the neighbour too.. I got skin disease from its radiation vibes coming from tower. As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect.. We are getting effected badly..
We are, therefore, request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above said address in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area. Thanking you. Yours faithfully

    I've bought new airtel sim from retailers its get activated and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

        not allowing to call 1860 numbers even though customer has balance

        Airtel restricts/controls customers ability to make phone call. Airtel is not allowing to make "1860" number calling to any customer care of any consumer products. For example airtel doesnt allow to call acquaguard service centre water purfier ([protected]).

        Regarding this context we have called the airtel customer care multiple times but it was never resolved.

        To whomsoever it may concern

        On 30/10/2019 i went to airtel office, patel chownk, pathankot, punjab and submitted my request for porting my number from vodafone to airtel. All the documents were submitted and the attendant said my request has been submitted. On 2/11/2019 i received a text message saying that my previous sim services would be discontinued at 11:30 pm and airtel sim will become active.

        To my utter dismay, when i inserted the sim it showed "no network" and hence i am left with two non working sim cards.

        Furthermore, they asked me authenticate the email address i sent a complaint through by send the otp on the number which is non functional (Thanks to them).

        This is not only disappointing but catastrophically frustrating. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

        No active steps taken. I transferred the Sim to a basic phone and it eventually got network.

          Airtel poor signal in chennai saidapet area pincode-600015, lot of people facing the same issue in this area. Due to this some of them already port to another networks. Most of them given complaint to airtel customercare and still no improvement. Signal showing -113dbm, most of the time showing no service and emergency calls only. Airtel team not giving any proper schedule time to resolve this issue going on in our area past 5months.

              I got a call from [protected] talking about my sim recharge details which was recently complained to airtel customer care and he asked some details and i told everything after that he frwd a link for the confirmation process i entered every details after that he hacked my account and took amount 10, 300 through sbi upi

              How can hacker know that i was complained to airtel customer care because of airtel service they hacked

                For past 3 months if someone calls me it says as out of coverage. 90%of the people who calls me told this no matter wherever I am. I have full tower as well. Also I have recharged 399 pack and there is no internet connectivity at all. 4G is like 2G speed only and not losing at all. Waste of money and only I use 100MB per day due to this. Poor customer service and have decided to port out and switch to another network

                    We had huge network coverage problem in our area.. No network is available whole village is distracted from airtel service

                    We had given many complaint to bharti airtel customer desk, appellate desk, nodal desk, esclation department, grievance department, airtel gallery, customer care

                    But no help we are getting for network coverage improvement
                    Higher authorities declared new site in our area but rf team of ahmadnagar district is not coming to our location and giving false to concerned department that everything is ok

                    I m requesting to u sir we just want network in our area whole village and other society members are frusted we want airtel service in our area

                    We willing to give land for network tower on our land for better network enchance to airtel for better network

                    Want resolution from u r end of network coverage issue in ahmadnagar district of maharashtra state

                      Airtel dth service has become cheat and fraudulent. They have charged me fraudulently to replace dth set-top box, charge for change of card, non refund of dth daily charges for non working of dth services for over 5 days with cumulative loss of more than 400/-. Call center executives are blatant and just adamant as of they are living in monopolistic services.
                      Pls be very careful when subscribing for airtel services.

                            I am using airtel digital tv from last 3 years, and they are not providing good service. I have samsung built in cam card of airtel digital tv. Currently i have problem with that cam card it is getting loose, so i want to buy new set top box for that. When i called there customer service they will told the price is 850 rs. But when there engineer is coming he has told me that it is for 1200 rs. So again i called customer care representative he was told me that it is for 1800 rs.

                              I had purchased a new connection of airtel dth on 30 oct 2019. My connection was intasalled by their technician on the same date. Technician told me that i'll get all the services in 2 hours and it's been more then 72 hours till now, i haven't received any service on my dth, i had raised more than 5 complaints but there's no reply from airtel. When i have talked to technician, he told me that it's companies fault and whenever i do same to the company they told me that it's my dealers fault.

                                2 days ago i added money on airtel thanks or airtel app through my bank account to recharge my airtel sim so added 448 in airtel wallet then i saw everytime i use to do a recharge it always says a error message and declined the request so i thought airtel cant do this thing so let me bring back my money to my bank account but failed again then tried to tranfer to someone's else account but again failed... Although its not that much money but i cant recharge and i cant use that money anywhere else what should i do... Airtel sucks the most in network and now in customer care too... How can they be so careless... Waiting till i get the money and i will choose any other operator... Really wanna throw out some bad words from my heart😠😠

                                  I travelled to europe between sep 26th and oct 13th and i had subscribed to the rs. 3999 ir pack before i left that covers the regions i visited (France, italy, and netherlands.) my bill shows that i exceeded the data usage of 5gb as per the terms of the ir pack to which i had subscribed.                                   I have recharged my mobile number[prepaid] for rs.35 and rs.65 on two different instances from my bank account[netbanking] via google pay app. The amount got deducted, but the recharge wasn't successful twice. The transaction was complete and the deducted amount is visible in the transaction history as well. Something like this never happened when i recharged my account in a recharge center via cash.

                                    But Airtel giving coverage us from Manakunnam pin 682307.Due to this reason I am not getting 2g 4g indoor coverage.i can't make or receive calls and unable to send an SMS also.I can't use data services also sir.Airtel told me that you are getting coverage from Mulanthuruthy..But Airtel cleverly hide the exact truth sir.I never think that Airtel cheat me .But the company very cruelly cheated me sir.IManakunnam is 5km away from my home.and it is in Udayamperoor Tripunitura.Airtl cheatied not only me but also all the Airtel customers staying this area.Very cruel and dead cheating sir.I beg you sir please take Emergency action for this sir.I can't call an Ambulance in an emergency situation due to poor connectivity.
