I want to draw your attention toward loot of telecommunication companies. They provide 28 days validity and 100 mb data on compulsory recharge of rs. 35.00. But they are not providing data and most interesting is they send reminder massages before 5-6 days of validity expiration. When we recharge before expiration of validity they start fresh counting of validity of 28 days from date of recharge and if we dont recharges before expiration they deduct amount from balance automatically in midnight.in this practice we never get validity of 28 days.

Pls...u can clear the problem immediately...

    Every alternative days, either internet or voice communication break out. When i call customer service executive, they ask me to switch off and switch on and some time pass trick, which eventually don't work.

    For last 2 month, i am facing this error. When asked to find solution they just register complain and convince me that they are forwarding request to upper level.

    Till date, i have registered 6 complaint and everything they ask me to lodge new one. None of them yet solved.

    I want my 2 month unlimited pack money refund.
    If not, i am going to file a legal complaint in judiciary soon.

      I have recharged my phone number twice by mistake

      I have recharged my airtel number [protected] twice by mistake. And it's actually a waste to use two packs at the same time for they both will be over after 28 whether i use it or not.

      Service request via ref no.[protected] for your airtel 4g voice and data service issue raised on 13 oct 19 is not being resolved by the customer care. Despite multiple (Atleast 4 to 5) complaints to airtel they are giving false assurance that service is being improved. No visit by airtel engineer for check as promised by cust care. Please help.

        I am getting an error 536 when try to dial *121#. I recently ported my prepaid docomo sim to airtel postpaid (Forcefully done by airtel store executive) and after 1 month change it to airtel prepaid. This is extremely frustrating for me. It seems like they are very careless with the customers who change postpaid to prepaid. The airtel store executives are not at all help full. They are always there to make you feel uncomfortable with post paid bills. I have a horrible experience with airtel.

            I m tired from speed of jio so i bought a connect of airtel it works fine for a month but now its internet sucks
            No accountability for customer also customer service is retarded i m trying to explain my issue to them and what they said in every answer set your network at lte
            And your problem will be solve

              My airtel corporate no. [protected] was having a plan of 499/- per month., now this plan was not suitable for us as most of the data was not used by us and get wasted at the end of month. We requested to reduce plan to 199/- but they ask me to send mail from registered id. I did the same i send mail from my registered id and i receive monthly bills also on my registered id. But they might not have updated record or they are reluctant to reduce plan i dont know the reason but they refuse to reduce my plan.
              I am answerable person to my company as i do the payment and later send bill for reimbursement.
              I have no option and i am not getting any help from airtel as well.
              It is requested to interrupt in the issue so that it can be resolved.

                I have recharged a wrong number ([protected]) instead of my number ([protected]) for an amount of 499/-. I have the operator reference number and when i tried to complain about this they just told me to contact amazon which is just an intermediary. I just wanted them to cancel such recharge and transfer that recharge to my movie number. And they won't even listen to the customer

                  Being a loyal airtel costumer for over 8 years i never had much problem, recently after jio, the internet speed have been worsen. From downloading a 1gig file in almost no time, now it takes more than a day for half gig. The seed promised are to be 4g but the speed i'm getting are 2g rebranded into 4g. It's been over a month now and no response from airtel. Thinking to port over jio now. Totally annoyed by the service provided

                    Dear airtel,

                    I’ve given port in request to airtel on 15 oct 2019 from jio. On 19 oct 2019 jio has accepted the same and jio has sent sms stating dear customer your porting request for mobile no. [protected] to airtel has been validated by jio. The number will be ported-in to airtel by 19 oct 2019 11:50 pm. The second sms states once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details

                    By 00:00 my mobile displays no network and i’ve inserted airtel sim but sim not able to catch the signal.

                    If i dial my number from other number i get ivr msg that the number does not exist, please check the number.

                    Till now i’m getting the same error message.

                    I tried calling airtel customer care (3 times) but no use no one responded properly and cut the call.

                    Now i’m thinking why i’ve ported to airtel where there is no value for end users.

                    Why you have disconnected the idea network when you are not able give your network?

                    I want full explanation on this.

                    What is the time frame for port in process when you fixed the time at 10:48 pm port in process will start?

                    Is this right process to approach the port in process?

                    Can i get time limit that my number will be activated/grant the permission for network?

                    Due to ignorance of airtel i’ve missed important calls from my client and my manager. I did n’t expected this from airtel.

                    I request airtel to activate with all the services on my number asap

                      I am user of airtel for more than 8 years. My whole family is a user of airtel. I am very disappointed with the fact that airtel could provide this scale of bad service to its customer. I have been not able to use my internet for more than 7 months on which i did complains repeatedly to get a resolution. But instead i am receiving pathetic customer service and pathetic internet service where the service executive won’t listen and disconnects the call by being fully aware that the customer is still not satisfied. I have wasted my so much money on you and haven’t still any resolution.

                      Big disappointment airtel.

                        I observed my airtel 4g speed at night is become slower than before after lodging complain here
                        My number [protected] still suffers slower 4g speed especially at every night.
                        The condition is worsened. I wonder how i am getting nice speed at day time, while night experience is getting worsen.
                        It seemed airtel team is ignoring ur guidelines and directions
                        It's my kind request to u sir, again to take actions against the company stated above.

                          Dear sir,
                          Still my matter is not solved by airtel regarding my 4g slow speed encounter every night. My no., [protected] didn't get faster 4g net, instead the company only provides 2 or 3 days fast speed when complained here.
                          It seemed it's their practise.
                          Even worse, i am moving from airtel patna server to airtel kolkata server with the same slower speed.
                          Some local informed me that they are providing service by making coverage their tower direction towards us for 2 to 3 days then moved the location of their tower to other direction, resulting in my same situation
                          Sir plse intervene into this situation and resolve it

                            Although i posted complaints against airtel 4g speed at night, it seemed they ignored ur request to resolve the matter in my [protected].
                            The speed at day time is ok, while the speed from evening to midnight is even worsen. They are continuously neglecting our plea to increase the speed of airtel 4g net speed.
                            It's usually what they are doing all the time - they increase the 4g speed for 2 to 3days after i lodged complain here. And again they turned down the speed.
                            It's just became their practise
                            Plse, sir, i urge u to kindly interfere into this matter with resolve in hands

                              Delay in installation (Nyati tech park, pune):

                              1. The people on the ground collected a cheque for payment before feasibility check.

                              2. Extremely irresponsible behaviour and slow to respond

                              3. Installation work keeps getting postponed for myriad of reasons.

                              4. The people on the ground and level 1 management are driving business away from the company with this disappointing behaviour.

                                We had taken 2 new connections and the billing cycle has started on 17th, whereas one connection started after rigorous follow-up with technicians concerned, but the second connection is not yet given but billing cycle continues now the technicians do not take calls either. Spoke to team leader of mr. Rahul yadav (M-[protected]) who got the documentation done. He put us on to his team leader, who heard the complaint and informed he will call back after 10 mts, but no call received till the writing of this. Is this the service being meted out by airtel, especially new connections, but billing cycle starts from day one, irrespective of connection given or not?

                                  I have purchased a airtel hd dth connection on 10th october 2019 but from day one i was facing issues with this connection. Sometimes channels works sometimes not even i have raised five complaints but no resolution till now. I am frustrated now. Now i want to shut down this connection because i cant waste my time to continue talk with airtel customer care. They are just making me fool without giving any solution. I just want my refund.

                                    Facing a lot of network issue with airtel at my home in porbandar. The call doesn't get connected unless tried a dozen times. Also my cellphone is found to be nor reachable by people trying to call me even though the phone is in perfectly on condition. Airtel boasts of excellent connectivity in remote areas but is not able to provide decent network coverage in a town

                                      On 8th oct 2019, some one hit my scooter and my phone display got broken. I tried to raise the claim on 9th and 10 oct but due to technical challenges it was not done. There was a message on portal that you have to wait for 48 hours before contacting customer care so i called them 12th oct and raised the claim. Then i got to mail from one assist to submit the documents. Post submission of documents i received the call from them that you claim is rejected since you have submitted the claim after 48 hours. I tried to explain the challenges and reason for delay but they were very blunt and not ready to listen further. I called airtel customer care again and they are also not helping. I am paying the premium from last one year and when i need this they are not accepting. Looking forward to get the help on same.
