Dear sir,
After lodging complain here regarding 4g speed, airtel employee abhishek sharma contacted me with his +[protected] number from tirupathy andhra pradesh asking for my bank account details to refund me. When asked why he needed so, he can give the balance to my mobile number he denied. And when charged he is hacker, he started abusing me. Plse hear the audio.
Plus airtel phoned me when we are sleeping, around 6 am.

    Dear sir,
    After lodging my last complain here i still get no response from airtel regarding my inability to use 4g at every night in my [protected]. The 4g data service is active in my asus zenfone max pro m1 with rs 499, i e, 2gb /day for 84 days. Even the signal is not stable.
    Sir plse take actions against the company
    I am located stationary at bagnan, west bengal, howrah... Moreover the day time speed also decreased by the company

      Dear sir,
      My airtel number, [protected] is enjoying @499 plan, i. E, 2gb/day 4g plan for 84 days. And i noticed airtel is not providing services at every night starting from 6pm onwards. When contacted, airtel as usual started their concocted stories of proper settings.
      I am using lenovo k8 plus note, with 3gb/32 gb variant.
      Sir plse look into this matter urgently

        I am using airtel internet for long time. Recently i found airtel fraudulent service as i am enjoying airtel 4g. I. E, 2gb/ day for 84 days in my asus zenfone max pro m1 6gb/64gb in my airtel no., [protected].
        And ever since the 4g service activated i found airtel is not providing any internet service every evening till dawn.
        Plse take this matter seriously.

          I've several concern regarding my airtel number. Firstly, internet doesn't work on my airtel number from last several months and i am not even using services still my postpaid bill has reached to 4300 inr even my credit limit is 3600.
          I've registered several complaints about the internet issue, unnecessary charges issue etc. But no one has provided me any resolution.
          It's been a 7 months i haven't paid my bill as because the internet wasn't working and i asked them to clear my bill (Cause i wasn't able to use internet) so that i can port out to another network but no one provided me any resolution then i though my services will be barred after 1-2 months of due bill but they didn't barred my number and they continue putting charges every month even i wasn't using it. Now, i want to port out to any other network and i am asking them to clear the unnecessary charges so that i can pay the valid amount and port out but they're saying i've to pay the whole amount why? I haven't using their services then why would i pay the whole amount? Even if the credit limit is 3600 then how they can bill my number to 4300?
          I've even contacted with the nodel officer but they're saying the same thing that i've to pay the whole amount.
          Now i am asking to, disconnect my services until they clear my unnecessary charges on my bill. Once they clear my unnecessary charges and tell me the final amount i can pay and continue or else.
          As i've raise complaint several time on airtel support but no one provided me any resolution so am not sure where to register my complaint further.

            Hello,

            I am requesting you, to take suitable action against airtel digital tv,. As they have charged me 5999 on dec 7th 2018 for providing 1 year service as per infinity plan and later on 18th aug 2019 as per trai regulations dth plans have got changed and suddenly without customer acceptance they have settled 1692.76 amount in my account and suddenly today suspended my connection reason due to low balance.

            My dth id no.[[protected]-001].
            My yearly subscription
            Rs.5999/- only.
            Settled amount is 1692.76 on august 18th
            For december to august plan was find and fron august to oct 13 they have charged 1692.76

            As per my plan 5999/365 = 16.43 per day
            From aug 18 to oct 13 = 1692.76/87 = 19.45 per day..

            Due to this end of the day ultimate looser is customer..

            What ever the plans are what is the use if they were done with recharge today and not available tomorrow how come a customer be fooled by these service providers.

            The customer care people tell the irrelevant answers and if we ask proper questions they will say we don't have authority to do that..

            I am expecting your reply..

                Unable to make contact for[protected] number using airtel number.
                Already unlimited pack activated on number but airtel asking to balance. Again i recharged my number through airtel mobile app but still i'm unable make a call... Airtel still asking for recharge balance...

                When i contact customer care they told me your main balance is not available.. You did dedicated balance recharge..

                I asked them where you mentioned that your recharge balance will get stoared in dedicated balance not in main balance.. They didn't speak anything...

                Airtel is making customers fool... Why they not mentioned the balance will not reflect in main balance for 35... 20... Etc recharge amounts...

                I don't know whether i ll get resolution for this complaint

                  I visited this particular sd road airtel store in secunderabad almost more than 5 times for now to get my postpaid number converted to prepaid. This store employees are just doing nothing there. They dont care about the customers coming in nor solve their quries on time.

                  So now coming to my issue, i went there on thursday to get my postpaid converted to prepaid. After a long wait they did it. And then my signal was gone. I waited for a day but still nothing. Finally i had to go back to the store again and now they tell me the number went into some error and it will take time.

                  Customer care is also not responsive and they are just telling me to visit the store.

                  Now i m stuck and my number is not functioning. Its been 3 days. I dont know if complaining here will also help.

It is not working from past few days i went to airtel office to get a new sim on the same number they said it is registered on someone else's number. How it is possible i have that number from past 10 years it is linked to my each and every bank accounts, other accounts as well. I want my number to work as it is critical for me.                         Salesperson visited on 3rd october assuring of installation on 4th and demanded online payment to be done immediately which was complied with.
                        But till date 12.10.2019 7.27pm no installation had been done.
                        Only false promises made today, 24 hrs, 48hrs, 3 days installation will be completed.
                        The worst telecom major i had come across.

                            Dear airtel team & superiors,

                            This is to inform you that as per your call center supervisor with whom i spoke on 11th october 2019 evening if a customer does not recharge then there will be a deduction from the main balance of inr 23 to increase the validity. Where else i think i am educated enough to check the recharge plan tariffs as per my requirements. I did a recharge of inr 100/- where the validity was mention as n/a. The call center supervisor he was unable to solve my queries nor provided me resolution for my complaint. He kept on saying like a parrot "we apologies for the inconvenience" but apology doesn't solve my issue.
                            I have taken screen shots from phone pay on which i have done the recharge and from other website including airtel website too as evidence. To the surprise in aitel website link is mentioned too (https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge/?icid=prepaid_row_1_column_1) where it shows recharge of inr 100/- where the validity was mention as n/a.

                            Can anyone explain how the hell these people are deducting our hard earned money don't you people (Airtel) have any shame looting people of their hard earned money; to the surprise eg: guess if suppose 1000 customers who had recharged with inr 100/- fulltalktime can you people guess how much money airtel is looting from their subscribers that means (1000x23= 23, 000/-) this is just a small figure to make the calculation easy to understand.

                            For airtel people am attaching the evidence screen shot/snap shots.

                            Stop looting people like this airtel has become thugs of hindustan telecom. What a shame.

                            How ridiculous these Airtel team is as per one Mr. Akshay Bagde (Customer Experience Bharti Airtel)
                            he tried to reach me at [protected] on 13th October at 01:10 PM from [protected]. However, they were unable to connect with you due to not contactable on my number asked to provide them a suitable time to contact me.

                            To my astonishment I tried calling them back on he same number ([protected]) from which they have called since yesterday afternoon 13th October and even today 14th October 2019. From yesterday till today the phone number ([protected]) says SWITCHED OFF.

                            This shows how Unprofessional Bharti Airtel Company's Employees are. Airtel claim that they are the No.1 Telecommunication Company in India is simply Bull*****. They are worst I never used Airtel but tried for the first time this is very Bad Experience am getting and I will neither Ask/Refer/Recommend my Family/Friends/Enemies and all Not to Use or Opt for any kind of Airtel Services at Home or Office purpose.

                            Last but not the least so called Mr.Akshay Bagde you said my number was not contactable let me tell you that I get calls from round the globe on my number as I work for a MNC Company how's that possible that they are able to call me but you guys were not able to contact me, that's very fishy this shows that you people did not bother to give a try after sometime to see if the call gets connected.

                              I have a airtel hotspot postpaid connection [protected], i don't longer need the connection, i have gone to service centre, they don't close my connection and in place start advertising other product. I stopped using the connection in august, but bill continued to come every month. The customer care team keep calling me to pay me the outstanding bill of rs1532 which i did'nt used it. Finally they called me and told me to give a waiver of 432. So i payed rs1100. But again they have sent me a bill 636 for the month of october. I have'nt used airtel for the last 2 month. They are forcing me to pay the bill and are not closing it

                                  Airtel broadband service not feasible in my area: i mean how is that possible. I live in one of the most prime area of pune. I have been trying to get airtel broadband for over 6 months now. If they don't want to install the broadband in houses why are thay keeping the option. I was really looking forward to having an airtel broadband but it doesn't look like airtel wants to provide it's service. Really disappointed 😔. If possible airtel please look to it. I really want your broadband.

                                    I'am customer of airtel dth since december, 2018. We have two connections for which we are paying 1032 rupees since four months. Connection001 has mega hd pack and 002 has base sd pack. Both are monthly packs
                                    Around april or may sorry i don't remember the exact month, i got a call from airtel dth forcing me to buy their offer. But i rejected and told them that iam happy with my current plan and i don't wan't to change it. She tried her best to change my mind to buy the new plan but i didn't accepted it by saying that if i found that i need to change my plan i will do it please don't force me to accept your offer. Again around september i got call from airtel dth just like i have mentioned before, forcing me to accept their offer, but again rejected by giving them the same reply that iam satisfied with my current plan.
                                    I recharged my account at 3/oct/2019 with 1032 rupees at due date but at 5/oct/2019 i got message from airtel that 'your account is updated, airtel pack added dabang sd 3m pack 'and deducted 691 rs from my account balance. Now my account showing that the due date for my recharge is 15/oct/2019 which suppose to be 2/nov/2019 because the recharge which i doing since 4 months gives me 1month validity, but this time my validity is reduced to 12 days. Now my question to airtel is that when i didn't changed or included any plan on my account then why you deducted my 691 rs from my account without my consent. I needed my refund back of 691 rs which you deducted fraudulently from my account by charging for the plan which didn't started.

                                      I am about to put a complaint against the customer care service provided by you. I can't understand nowadays that the customer care service is just for the namesake. I don't know about your experiences with the other customers. I have an issue regarding your dth connection.

                                      My reference no. Is 95657455 that i lodged yesterday at around 1 o'clock (Afternoon).in reference to that, there was a message saying that my problem has been assigned to your so-called master service engineer shivnath ruidas (Contact number [protected]). I waited for him but he did not come. So, i called up at 4:00 p. M. Where he told me that he can't come. Thereafter, i told him that it's fine; i will talk to the customer care and informed about your feedback that you will not come. After that, he requested me that he will talk and manage with someone and for that information i have to call him after 30 minutes. Okay, fine. I called him back at 4:32 p. M. But, he did not pick up my call. His kind courtesy is that he did not call me back also. Is this your customer care service? I again call to customer care service regarding the complaint. There, they informed me that it is said that it will be sorted out 24 hours after lodging a complaint. I want to see the document where it mentions about 24 hour service. i want to know that being in a durgapur city, you don't have any provider; then stop giving advertisement about the network. Some workers don't understand the working culture or job profile of the services. Please groom them first and instruct them hospitality is must in this field. i want an apologize feedback or some punishment (Not harsh) of the culprit.
