Hi everyone
Airtel is doing fraud in the name of false retention!! Please help me so that i can disconnect the airtel fixed line connection and they are using all my money which i have paid extra instead of refund!!
Please read the full mail chain below and suggest what else i can do to disconnect the broadband connection. I have raised complaint 2 times and both the time they have closed the tickets saying that you have been revoked to airtel which is totally false retention in the service!

This is reference to the below mail chain.
1. I do not have the email id "[protected]@gmail.com" so how i am supposed to reply from that email, please check and confirm on this as you have mentioned that i have to reply from above mail id!!!
2. I have two tickets which are closed and there is a false retention mentioned by me in the mail chain please find and reply. Both the times there was no such discussion so i was not supposed to retain on this connection! This is totally unacceptable and there is a term called fraud when you retain customers without consent and charging them with there extra balance instead of refund!
I need my full refund from september 22 when i first logged a ticket[protected] regarding disconnection and it is rupees 1050. You guys editing the tickets at your own and writing that customer is retained! But this is total fraud. Please reply at the earliest and get this connection terminated now!

Open the service request number again and disconnect this fixed line asap, i will not pay any of the bills after 22 september and return my balance money from 22 september 2019.
