Hi All,

I would like to register a complaint against Airtel regarding my waiver not processed yet. On 24/09/2019 I registered a complaint, the complaint no is[protected]registered by Vijay), I have been informed that this will be adjusted against the upcoming bill amount, but no such adjustment made. So I registered another complaint on 12/10/2019, the complaint no is[protected]registered by Vijay). I called to customer care also, where I had a talk with Saina, she told me that this will be processed in 24hrs, but then also no such adjustment, so i called on 13/10/2019, where Bisma a CSE said that in next 24hrs for sure this will be processed, but then also no such process done. Then I caled after 24hrs Mr Khan answered my call, but that time also no help provided properly. Yesterday when I called, the CSE Hemlata took a another waiver complaint of RS.200, the complaint no is[protected], she said this time it will be processed 100% within 24hrs, but again the result is same ZERO. This Airtel people are very unprofessional in serving their customer. They simply make fake promise to customer. Airtel let me inform you that if I didn't got my waiver in 24hrs, I will logged the complaint to TRAI, as well. With all the proff I have like call recording, complaint number.

    Hello sir my complaint is last month 84 days validity and 1400mb 3G/4G data & unlimited calls in Rupee's 399
    But last 2 days my mobile 3G services disconnect then my package thought 3 G net access is not possible when I had call
    To customer care then they response to me change your handset because 3G services are stop in your region
    But sir I am not abale financially to upgrade to my handset
    Then either my balance on paid money back nor my 3g services is start regularly
    Please...

    Sir, last month i purches the 399 pack according to pack airtel company is give me to benefits 3g devices but last night suddenly 3g service is stop then net data also stop then regulate my 3g service other vice refund my 399 rupees

      I have raised issue regarding calling and data issue against 91023250 &
      91022499 on oct 9 2019 and resolution for these were oct 13 2019. But i didn't receive any update from airtel and whenever i called them. They say that we are escalating this issue. And till now, i don't get any update on these issues.

      Request you to please help on this as i am unable to talk with anyone as well surf internet.

        I changed my tata docomo sim which was using last more than 8 years (Which automatically converted to airtel) to 4g sim on 11th october friday 2019. Till today 16th october 2019 its not registered. From that time i went to the showroom to know the reason. First they told validity is over and i recharged 400rs from there only. After that they told its technical issue and given 2nd sim, same issue after that sim also. Everyday they were telling it will get closed on eod. Yesterday that means 15th october i met another guy, he is telling its some verification issue. So they have pushed my number for verification and get closed on 15th eod. Today 16th no more development. More than 6 days to find or resolve some issue. How can a working man like me can manage these 6 days without a contact number. Its a big fault from company like airtel. Atleast they have to find the issue.

          Dear sir,
          My rental amount is RS 299/-, but the bill dated 27=09=2019 has been generated and charged with monthly rental of Rs 366.74 . I tried to get the clarification over phone from the customer care centre, but no positive response was received. I was waiting for receiving the corrected copy of bill for payment. but not received. today I have paid the bill totalling to RS 495/-. One day is overdue. as such I have to bear penalty of Rs 100/- in the next bill. Thus, a mistake and irresponsibility have caused disturbance and monetary loss to me.

            Few of my channel will stop working suddenly and error says "unable to receive signal", while rest of the channels will work fine. And when asked to resolve this issue, the customer care guys says i have to pay rs150 for the engineer visit. Once or twice i paid that but now i feel its a fraud. This is a way to take money from us. Very disappointing

            While on call with Customer Care guys, they say we have remotely send a troubleshooting command, so can you check if the channels are working now. Well the result is ofcourse, it wont work. But on the hind side, if they can resolve remotely, what guarantees that the issue is not created by them remotely at the first place itself.
            Then they are asking Rs150 to resolve the issue. This is such a big scam i think and really disappointing that Big Fish like Airtel are into it. I fail to understand, if the dish is unable to receive any signals, then how is that only few channels are not coming, while others are working. Please stop making fool of people, this are our hard earned money.
            My prepaid number is not working and it is showing as invalid and i am unable to reach airtel customer care through phone and they do not have any other source (online chat, email etc). please let me know the problem and resolve it as soon as possible

              This is nitin shelke, a customer of airtel for more 5 year for both mobile and dth service.
              I have been calling customer care executive of airtel for more 12 days regarding message and network related problems, i did whatever they said and took all the necessary step from my side to use the service properly. On the other hand nothing has happen till the date not even the efforts taken to solve the issue.
              Now, i am totally frustrated with service and poor quality of service from airtel and customer care executive.

              Although i was was asking for the 2g service that will be enough, at least for calling and sending messages in world of 4g, your network shows false network strength in the area.
              Here i sending you the screenshot of false network strength which which is showing good quality network.

              Recharge not completed fr my airtel nmber [protected] for rs23 i did it 2 days back by amazon rechrge bt bnk blnce deducted.please help me this hppnd twice last tim my amt 150 that was deducted. Please get my amount refunded at the earliest .
              There is network problem for Airtel at Magarpatta Pune. Internet not working and unable to receive calls due to network issue. Please revert with proper reason.

                Sep. end 2019 files a complaint for setup box not working. Service person change the setup box with new one takes 350 rs and provide the receipt but now its not working and its only been 1 mnth and 10 days.What is the warranty period of that setupbox or do we need to rebuy the box?

                    I have ported my number [protected] from idea to airtel on 12th october 2019. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am losing my calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
                    This is such a bad service for prepaid users like us. We totally depend on our phone.
                    I cant even reach your customer care and i expect a quick solution to this problem.

                      international roaming data fraud

                      Im highly upset and want to file a complaint in consumer forum against airtel.
                      Even after getting activated on international roaming for thailand, which i usually do in all my international business trips but this incidence is pathetic, i hv been send a bill of 25k for consuming 6gb extra data usage. Which must be a technical glitch.
                      I wrote so many emails stating if i had intentions of advance data usage why would i buy a data...

                          I am a Airtel Broadband customer, have been paying my bill of RS. 531/- every month but Airtel was raising a late payment charges of RS 150 every month which was not communicated anytime while taking connection. If they feel customer is not paying in time, they can disconnect services and resume as and when paid but they can't charge amount without intimating them. This is a way of looting money from customers. How can customers pay such huge late payment charges?
                          Airtel broadband services are frauds and just there to loot innocent customers and earn money.

                            Who ever is reading this plz never port your sim to airtel only bcoz there centers are nearby, real unprofessional foolish peoples and processes are there.

                            I got a message that by 15th oct my sim will be ported, submitted on 11th.
                            Now when i called customer service today was told since sat/sun was off plz wait for 7 days to complete excusing weekends.
                            Also they told me port request is completed from vodafone still they want full 7 days.

                            I am recharging my alternate number of jio for 3 months after that port this back to vodafone.

                            Please avoid this.

                              Hi, , i am from thamabaram, Chennai. Airtel network speed was very very low. I called customer care, they said there is no problem from there side. But i checked other area by using my mobile the same problem i had.. I recharged 199 rupee pack. I think this is waste money. Suck airtel network speed. Don't use airtel internet. Just use the voice calls, some time voice calls also connect slowly, this is annoying. Worst 4g network i ever used before.

                                I had requested for disconnection of my add on number [protected] on august 26th. It was not done. Sr number: 90872212
                                Later once you took request for cancellation and called me 2 times to confirm over the phone. I did spoke and confirmed the cancellation request. You assured me that it will be disconnected by 19/09/2019.
                                Sr number: 90931912. Below email is the proof.

                                I called the customer care 121 on 15/10/2019 still number is active.
                                Spoke to sapna (Interaction id:[protected] and confirmed that there was an system upgrade issue and it was not closed.

                                I am frustrated dealing with you guys. How many times i have to put the request for disconnection. Is this the way your disconnection process works. You keep frustrating the customer to even get rid of you. Just pathetic.
                                Can you just disconnect the number and confirm me on this email. Seriously it is really frustrating to follow up with you on each and every time. Please work responsibly and provide a resolution.

                                  I have been using airtel for fast many years. Airtel says it is the best network and from for past few years i can say "airtel is best at downgrading the standards". I have been raising complaints once or twice for every month from past 2 years. No action has been taken to resolve the issue for 2+ years. By this you can understand how this service provider treats their customers.
                                  Airtel competes to troll jio on 6p/m but it doesn't even care how jio is able to provide better network coverage (Indoor and outdoor) better and data speed also. I feel airtel is forcing us to change into jio.
                                  As it used to claim "india's best network", i wold suggest airtel to start advertise itself as "india's worst network ever". Or else we have to start this campaign #boycottairtel.

                                    I had taken rs.3998/- pack for 30days for dubai (Uae) on 14th october 2019, i got no network in my airtel and no data then i called several times airtel customer care number and as per their guidance i tried all possible ways for data services but to no avail, unfortunately still i am not getting any mobile network as well inspite of all efforts which is so frustrating experience & poor service with airtel, kindly sort out my problem at the earliest.
