Too much poor signal and internet i already complain many times for my network problem but no solution i got. Its a worst network i have ever got.
For my work i need internet but for worst network i am not able to do work on time.

How many times i havr to give complain.
Recently i got new airtel sim for network but my money got useless in sim

    I had bought an airtel dongle with data card number as [protected].
    I have been requesting for 4g speed near my house so that i can do my work but airtel couldn't, on speaking to network team they said there is no tower near my house and it will take time.
    Before this issue have been going since may at last in july i told them when you cannot give me a proper service i would not pay for it and continued to ask them fix as they were promising to fix at last i gave up and got the connection disconnected.
    Now airtel is asking me to pay for 2 moths. Which i have been refusing to pay as they have not given me the basic service requested...
    Pls help to resolve.

      I have noticed that my airtel internet frequently disconnects. This has been happening for a long time now. Internet disconnects every 15-20 minutes. And this has made the internet unreliable for transactions and i have lost money as transactions were disrupted as the internet disconnected. I do get all 4 bars but through all this. I also use vodafone and it works just fine. So i swapped sims, and found the issue persisting irrespective of the slot the airtel sim is in.

      My current data plan has a validity of 82 days and it expires in next 4 days. However, i have noticed that, since the last 2-3 days, the airtel internet is working without any interruptions. I find this very shady as the internet just started working right towards the end of the validity.

      So, if you are fooling your own customer, know that there are other network providers that i can port my number to.

      My next recharge will be the last with airtel if i find my issue to be recurring.

      It appears to me that the issue can be resolved of you tweak some settings at your end.

        I activated international roaming whilst in bangalore and deactivated within 2 hours as the airtel customer care executive confirmed that the charges start only when i land abroad. I have confirmation message receivedthat the international roaming was deactivated whilst in bangalore. I have now been charged for 2 different packs of international roaming and airtel executive gurdeep singh from chandigarh says he cannot do anything and i need to pay. He did not connect meto his senior as well. I will not pay this as i have the proof from airtel that service was deactivated.

          Dear sir i am living at hindupur in anantapur dist. I am residing at middle of hindupur town but we are not able to get 4g service. I completed my graduation and i don't want to need your prekg airtel service i my mobile network it will show e, g, h+, 4g all service with in a minute. Open challenge to airtel service provider if you have guts i am ready to prove your net service is worst.

            I have converted my Airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid today. When I try to recharge error msg appears 'Please enter a valid Airtel number'.

            I checked with the customer care as well, they said that the number is active and functional. I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls because of insufficient balance. I poke with CC prepaid but they said they dint have details here so they tranferd mh call to postpaid they said the same thing its goes on for 25 min they prepaid CC cut my call with no resolve very poor service

              Hi! Sir, i recharged 3gb data for 28 days for RSSiya. 48/- on today morning, however I cannot open certain websites on google chrome whole day as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and APN numbers. Also i cannot open any game downloaded from play store. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                i was shocked to find rs 13, 000/-during july- aug2019.when we are not in station.
                again recent bill indicates rs 4000/-plus.
                we have never had such a bad experience so far.
                we dont feel good about your mathematics.
                hence we decided to break this family plan.& be with airtel on rs 499/- pack.
                Incidently we are all senior citizens.
                Retired.
                We do not want to throw money on the roadsfor somebody to swipe it.

                  I have Airtel DTH connection with customer Id No. [protected] and after new TRAI rules I made a self pack of Rs. 219/- and last two months taking service after that I was again recharged my pack (Rs. 219) on 21 sept. 2019 but the Airtel DTH add Kerla HD Pack of Rs. 561/-at their own level & my balance exhausted and service off without permission.

                    Hi, i have recently port converted to airtel network. Currently my airtel prepaid number is inactive due to expired plan. I tried to recharge using airtel operator but it is failing. Please look in to it?
                    I tried to recharge with special plans available for my number but still it is failing for unknown reasons. Airtel app also not helping with recharge.
                    Along with that i'm facing network problem in my area.
                    Kindly please address these problems asap.

                        I have been contacted by one airtel employee this morning at 6 am, named, mr abhishek sharma bearing phone number +[protected], regarding my complain on 4g connectivity at every night problem that i already lodged here.
                        It seemed airtel is fooling us, because they always contact us when it's late night or early morning to make us feel we "missed the call".
                        This type of additional harrassment is a flavour to their bad internet service
                        Therefore, sir, i pray to u so that u take suitable measures against this ruffian

                        After I changed my sim from postpaid to prepaid it is nor showing 4g data and keeps showing 3g only. I called on Airtel toll-free they said to switch on and off your phone I told them I have already done it but they continue to ask me to do the same. But the problem is not resolved

                          At around 7 am today, airtel employee abhishek sharma bearing no.+[protected] contacted me after i lodged complain on 4g speed at every night here, forcing me to request him. And i did not know what grounds i have to request him. This guy disturbed my sleep and he spoked in hindi in almost inaudible voice. His language is also not recognised. He ended like stuttering.
                          In the end my 4g speed problem remains same.
                          Plse provide further guide into this matter

                            After lodging complain here regarding 4g speed, airtel employee abhishek sharma contacted me with his +[protected] number from tirupathy andhra pradesh asking for my bank account details to refund me. When asked why he needed so, he can give the balance to my mobile number he denied. And when charged he is hacker, he started abusing me. Plse hear the audio.
                            Plus airtel phoned me when we are sleeping, around 6 am.

                                My airtel number, [protected] is enjoying @499 plan, i. E, 2gb/day 4g plan for 84 days. And i noticed airtel is not providing services at every night starting from 6pm onwards. When contacted, airtel as usual started their concocted stories of proper settings.
                                I am using lenovo k8 plus note, with 3gb/32 gb variant.

                                    I've several concern regarding my airtel number. Firstly, internet doesn't work on my airtel number from last several months and i am not even using services still my postpaid bill has reached to 4300 inr even my credit limit is 3600.
                                    I've registered several complaints about the internet issue, unnecessary charges issue etc. But no one has provided me any resolution.
                                    It's been a 7 months i haven't paid my bill as because the internet wasn't working and i asked them to clear my bill (Cause i wasn't able to use internet) so that i can port out to another network but no one provided me any resolution then i though my services will be barred after 1-2 months of due bill but they didn't barred my number and they continue putting charges every month even i wasn't using it. Now, i want to port out to any other network and i am asking them to clear the unnecessary charges so that i can pay the valid amount and port out but they're saying i've to pay the whole amount why? I haven't using their services then why would i pay the whole amount? Even if the credit limit is 3600 then how they can bill my number to 4300?
                                    I've even contacted with the nodel officer but they're saying the same thing that i've to pay the whole amount.
                                    Now i am asking to, disconnect my services until they clear my unnecessary charges on my bill. Once they clear my unnecessary charges and tell me the final amount i can pay and continue or else.
                                    As i've raise complaint several time on airtel support but no one provided me any resolution so am not sure where to register my complaint further.

                                      I am requesting you, to take suitable action against airtel digital tv,. As they have charged me 5999 on dec 7th 2018 for providing 1 year service as per infinity plan and later on 18th aug 2019 as per trai regulations dth plans have got changed and suddenly without customer acceptance they have settled 1692.76 amount in my account and suddenly today suspended my connection reason due to low balance.

                                      My dth id no.[[protected]-001].
                                      My yearly subscription
                                      Rs.5999/- only.
                                      Settled amount is 1692.76 on august 18th
                                      For december to august plan was find and fron august to oct 13 they have charged 1692.76

                                      As per my plan 5999/365 = 16.43 per day
                                      From aug 18 to oct 13 = 1692.76/87 = 19.45 per day..

                                      Due to this end of the day ultimate looser is customer..

                                      What ever the plans are what is the use if they were done with recharge today and not available tomorrow how come a customer be fooled by these service providers.

                                      The customer care people tell the irrelevant answers and if we ask proper questions they will say we don't have authority to do that..
