I have applied for a airtel dth connections and while the connection was requested the amount was 1580 and an additional charge of 440 was applied by the person who has come for the connection of dth. As per him the company will provide only 2 connectors free and the rest of the connectors will be charged rs 40 per connector. He has totally connected aroud 11 additional connectors and it is still and mystery that why he has connected these many connectors. The incident needs an investigation. When i have asked for the bill for the connectors, he just told me that there is no bill for the same.

    Hi,
    Airtel tele - communications network providers shared me the text message that the tata docomo network were merged in airtel, so all the tata docomo users can collect free airtel 4g sim cards form near by store. But at store they are not giving any free sim cards even they converting the prepaid users to postpaid with some plans. And charging some amount for activation again as airtel user.

    Till now I have not yet received any communication from their side even a calls & mails And complaints. Is that the consumercomplaints is supporting this type of business and Airtel Network or they supporting the people to resolve the issues.

      I am an airtel network user trying to load an airtel card this morning on an attempt to scratch the card to use i scratched off some of the digits and this have pose to be a barrier for me to load my phone for use. Please i need help to get the digits back so as to enable me load my card for use. If a serial number of the card is need, i would be available to provide it. Any infirmation needed am available. Awaiting a fruitful solution

        I have facing lots of issues, I purchased a new apple watch series 5 gps + cellular, and trying a lot to airtel want help from them, but they made false commitment everytime,
        Their seniors officer also made wrong commitment, actually he advertised that they have apple watch connectivity, but they don’t, i jst want to ask why they making fool o[censored]s, and i want case a file against airtel,

          Hello i am anjum, from karnataka. I had mistakenly recharged twice plans to my airtel number [protected] 509/- plan for 90 days & 199/- plan for 28 days. Both plans are recharged on the same day 7th october 2019, so it seems to me waste of money. I don't want to be refunded, i am requesting you to activate my one of the plan immediate after one plan expire pls reply thank you...

              My wife has subscribed for Airtel Secure Damage Protection Plan paying Rs. 79 every month with an insurance limit of Rs. 18000 for 2 years from the date of mobile purchase.
              On 3rd Oct, 2019 my wife was resting in bed putting her mobile on charge aside. She got a call in between and post her conversation she tried checking the mobile notifications when she has realized that the touch is not working properly. She wake up immediately and put on the room light and have seen three fine scratched at the top right corner of the screen.
              We have raised for Airtel Secure Claim vide Service Request # 4775670 for Device Poco F1 which was rejected stating reason as “IC REJECTION - LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE DEVICE UNDER MYSTERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES DISAPPEARANCE OR UNEXPLAINED REASONS”.
              We were not convinced of the rejection reason as it has not happened due to our misuse or mishandling and because of this unknown reasons we want to insure our handset. So I wrote a note to the Airtel CEO post which one executive named as Priyanshu Soni was assigned to the case who gave me the same reason for the rejection.
              I have explained her the whole thing and requested her advice if she was in our place what she would have done or what might be the story need to be created for getting the claim. She understood the fact but couldn’t say anything as she couldn’t speak anything in our favour which might conflict Airtel but I would like to quote a line she have written to me post our conversation “If I would have been in your place, I would have felt the same way as you are experiencing it now.”
              Since they have rejected the claim I have asked them the amount they have realized from us for the service, they have denied to pay back the amount as well.
              Airtel would charge money for a service, won’t be giving the service at the time of requirement and won’t pay back the amount even if they couldn’t give the service. They have considered it as their monopoly without giving value to the customer’s hard earned money.

                My number was in use for nearly 10-15 years, and i had a new 3g micro sim issued, about 3 years back. The phone number was recharged on 6th aug 2019 and used for calls, and then again recharged on 27th sept 2019. Even after recharge, i was not able to receive messages, and i escalated the same to [protected]@in. Airtel.com, and subsequently to [protected]@airtel.com. During this time the number was still visible on myaritelapp and after recharge it showed a validity of 27days.
                To my surprise, the airtel staff replied asking me to validate my number using an otp, when the complaint was stating that i am not receiving any calls/sms. I use this number only for receiving calls, and generally do not have balance to make calls. I replied asking them if they are assuming that i am a fool or if it is that they do not want to provide support
                After few days, i notices a reply in my inbox asking for recharge details etc, while the screen shots of all that had already been send earlier.
                Now i see that the number is disappeared from the airtel app also.
                Then i receive a reply stating sim fault, and i can get the sim reissued by submitting documents.
                When i asked to clarify, why a sim fault would result in the number disappearing from the app, or an attempt to recharge from the website shows number is invalid, they stated that the number is been disconnected due to non-compliance.
                When i asked about the details of non-compliance on a number that is been in use for nearly 15years, and if there is any trai/dot requirement to revalidate any existing number, they replied to be stating that the number will be recycled.
                I have replied back to them stating that they can be ready to go to consumer court if they do that, as even if there is any non-compliance, they should give a time frame for compliance, and it should be based on directions from a statutory body, as the numb er is been in use for long and even reissued earlier in the previous few years, and any documents that would have been required should have been collected during the period.
                If they have not done the same, all these years, its not the consumers fault, but that of the company, and they do not have any right to disconnect a number stating that they tried to call me on 18th sept 2019, but could not reach me.
                I have denied to provide any documents, unless there is a direction from any statutory authorities that require document resubmission.

                  But from 15/10/19 all the stb came black. When i ring customer care they inform me that i am in minus balance and if i recharge with rs.150 then i can again contented with airtel dth with base pack.
                  After that i recharge rs.150+770 on dated 15th oct19 but yet i show suspended service from my airtel mobile apps. My question is when i recharge wb superstar pack 6th month pack on 17th june 19 how it is finished in 15th oct.19 after that yet they are not answer me and where is my lot of recharge money gone. Pl. Do some thing.
                  Now 17/10/19 time 12.29 pm ist yet all the stb has show been suspended.

                    Monthly i'm recharging my airtel no. ([protected]), rs.35/-, but i didn't notice talktime amount not coming to my main balance, it's gose speical talktime balance, when i didn't use it it's gone every month. Just know i noticed.in airtel apps it's not mention any type of special talktime. Just rs. 26.66/- talktime what it's means. Why airtel company providing false statement.

                    Whenever i use a top up voucher it showing the voucher is invalid..how can i solve it. I tried many times but its not working. I used it in another airtel number too

                      I am Prakash kumar, i had a airtel pre paid number and i converted into post paid, paying 750 rupees every month. But still it's very very poor internet even i cannot able to search anything on google and i am still complaining from 1 years and the customer executives saying that we have registerd your complain and we are working on it. This is very shamefull word for the AIRTEL BHARTI, such a stupid engineers and persons in airtel company.

                        My Airtel DTH Set Top Box stopped working from 28th September onwards. Even after multiple complaints to Customer Care and Nodal Office Team, my set top box has not been replaced. Multiple dishonest and hollow assurances were given but without any concrete results.                         I need my Set Top Box replaced as soon as possible.

                          I am in indian army posted in daranga assam pin-781360.
                          I stay near indo-bhutan border on the indian side.
                          I use a bsnl number and airtel number, but for no reason the airtel sim is catching bhutan network and all calls are going as international calls on the indian side of the border. But it is not with bsnl and my bsnl postpaid usage is more than airtel and still bill is 442, how come airtel has given me a bill of 11200. My average airtel bill is around 500 monthly. There is no reason someone staying on near the border should be charged international charges. Moreover my army camp is on the indian side of the border.
                          Kindly look into the matter at the earliest
                          Else i have to go to consumer court

                            Hi All,

                            I would like to register a complaint against Airtel regarding my waiver not processed yet. On 24/09/2019 I registered a complaint, the complaint no is[protected]registered by Vijay), I have been informed that this will be adjusted against the upcoming bill amount, but no such adjustment made. So I registered another complaint on 12/10/2019, the complaint no is[protected]registered by Vijay). I called to customer care also, where I had a talk with Saina, she told me that this will be processed in 24hrs, but then also no such adjustment, so i called on 13/10/2019, where Bisma a CSE said that in next 24hrs for sure this will be processed, but then also no such process done. Then I caled after 24hrs Mr Khan answered my call, but that time also no help provided properly. Yesterday when I called, the CSE Hemlata took a another waiver complaint of RS.200, the complaint no is[protected], she said this time it will be processed 100% within 24hrs, but again the result is same ZERO. This Airtel people are very unprofessional in serving their customer. They simply make fake promise to customer. Airtel let me inform you that if I didn't got my waiver in 24hrs, I will logged the complaint to TRAI, as well. With all the proff I have like call recording, complaint number.

                              Hello sir my complaint is last month 84 days validity and 1400mb 3G/4G data & unlimited calls in Rupee's 399
                              But last 2 days my mobile 3G services disconnect then my package thought 3 G net access is not possible when I had call
                              To customer care then they response to me change your handset because 3G services are stop in your region
                              But sir I am not abale financially to upgrade to my handset
                              Then either my balance on paid money back nor my 3g services is start regularly

                                I have raised issue regarding calling and data issue against 91023250 &
                                91022499 on oct 9 2019 and resolution for these were oct 13 2019. But i didn't receive any update from airtel and whenever i called them. They say that we are escalating this issue. And till now, i don't get any update on these issues.

                                Request you to please help on this as i am unable to talk with anyone as well surf internet.

                                  I changed my tata docomo sim which was using last more than 8 years (Which automatically converted to airtel) to 4g sim on 11th october friday 2019. Till today 16th october 2019 its not registered. From that time i went to the showroom to know the reason. First they told validity is over and i recharged 400rs from there only. After that they told its technical issue and given 2nd sim, same issue after that sim also. Everyday they were telling it will get closed on eod. Yesterday that means 15th october i met another guy, he is telling its some verification issue. So they have pushed my number for verification and get closed on 15th eod. Today 16th no more development. More than 6 days to find or resolve some issue. How can a working man like me can manage these 6 days without a contact number. Its a big fault from company like airtel. Atleast they have to find the issue.

                                    My rental amount is RS 299/-, but the bill dated 27=09=2019 has been generated and charged with monthly rental of Rs 366.74 . I tried to get the clarification over phone from the customer care centre, but no positive response was received. I was waiting for receiving the corrected copy of bill for payment. but not received. today I have paid the bill totalling to RS 495/-. One day is overdue. as such I have to bear penalty of Rs 100/- in the next bill. Thus, a mistake and irresponsibility have caused disturbance and monetary loss to me.

                                      Few of my channel will stop working suddenly and error says "unable to receive signal", while rest of the channels will work fine. And when asked to resolve this issue, the customer care guys says i have to pay rs150 for the engineer visit. Once or twice i paid that but now i feel its a fraud. This is a way to take money from us. Very disappointing

                                      While on call with Customer Care guys, they say we have remotely send a troubleshooting command, so can you check if the channels are working now. Well the result is ofcourse, it wont work. But on the hind side, if they can resolve remotely, what guarantees that the issue is not created by them remotely at the first place itself.
                                      Then they are asking Rs150 to resolve the issue. This is such a big scam i think and really disappointing that Big Fish like Airtel are into it. I fail to understand, if the dish is unable to receive any signals, then how is that only few channels are not coming, while others are working. Please stop making fool of people, this are our hard earned money.
                                      My prepaid number is not working and it is showing as invalid and i am unable to reach airtel customer care through phone and they do not have any other source (online chat, email etc). please let me know the problem and resolve it as soon as possible

                                        This is nitin shelke, a customer of airtel for more 5 year for both mobile and dth service.
                                        I have been calling customer care executive of airtel for more 12 days regarding message and network related problems, i did whatever they said and took all the necessary step from my side to use the service properly. On the other hand nothing has happen till the date not even the efforts taken to solve the issue.
                                        Now, i am totally frustrated with service and poor quality of service from airtel and customer care executive.

                                        Although i was was asking for the 2g service that will be enough, at least for calling and sending messages in world of 4g, your network shows false network strength in the area.
                                        Here i sending you the screenshot of false network strength which which is showing good quality network.
