Sir i have registered my complaint with customer care on 8th september, 2019. The complaint was regarding call drop and voice clarity. Sometimes it becomes almost impossible to communicate due to poor network service. Till date i have not received any call and message from airtel. I called them around 3 days back to which i was given an explanation that the work is going on site. For how long should i wait for the call of airtel executive...

The complaint has also done before but i didnt get any results. Its upto 15 days from now. The complaint has been resgisterd. If i am not satisfies i wont pay the bill as dated, as per my bill plan.. Because i am not able to get data speed.
Airtel says we provide best servises and best network. I dont think soo... I request you to please look into it. I have complint 3rd time about network issues....

Sir im student of mtech and belongs to very poor family. My maximum study is depends on mobile internet, like you tube and google.
But from last 4 days, the airtel internet and mobile network of my area is going too much bad, i complaint customer care about this problem but still no solution i found.
Please sir try to resolve this problem as soon as so that i can do my pending works easily......

I am residing at indira vikas colony, delhi-110009 & my working place is at model town delhi 110009. At both places i am unable to use my phone. It is always in “ no service” mode. Always!!!

I have settled my mobile dues online app of airtel by credit card on 1 sep 2019 for rs1063 and my bank has confirmed that airtels authorised collection dept cc avenue mumbai has received the same. I bought a airtel dth connection few months back with customer id [protected]. They are charging me rs/- 15 every time i recharge my account calling it to be maintenance cost without any sort of maintenance.

On being asked as to what this maintenance charge is for they don't explain.

Pls do let me know if they are entitled to deduct any such charges from my account.

I recharged this number before i left the country amount 998 with the validity of 1 year because this is the number registered in my every indian govt ids banks etc. The number was recharged on 4th july 2019. I ported my no. [protected] from idea to airtel. The msg said i have to call 59059 to activate airtel sim. But its not working. I hv called the number several times. The call is not connecting. I tried calling the customer care number byt they said i have to go bk to the store that i purchased my sim from. I purchased it in ranchi n now i m in kolkata. I had enabled international roaming for uae with the amount of rs. 3998 for two times. Airtel offered 500 min incoming /500 min outgoing call and 2 gb data. But in uae i am unable to utilize the outgoing calls as the call get dropped within 20 sec.

Also they not provided the balance minutes check option either by ussd or through internet. So unable to find how many incoming minutes i utilized during my trip. So unable to utilize...

I am very upset to tell about poor support from airtel service center and customer executive. I have tata docomo sim with mob.
