My number has been assigned to someone else without even giving a notice regarding the de activation. My address details, aadhar number, biometric was collected and linked with my number. The number has been shared with bank and other important business and personal purposes. Suddenly deactivating and re-assigning the same number within 6 months to someone else is creating a privacy breach and also sharing a lot of important personal information to someone else. Airtel is liable for any kind of nuisance and misuse that can be caused because of this as they have not even provided a notice in spite of having all the address information and assigning the same number to someone else within 6 months is not acceptable.

    The 4g internet speed in my residential area (Shiv sai lane, pimple saudagar, 411027) and office area (Infosys ltd, hinjewadi phase 2, 411057) is very poor.
    Although i can see full mobile network and 4g sign in my phone, the internet is barely working.
    I have followed all the steps provided in airtel site to ensure that there is no issue from my side.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Dear team,

      I'm one of airtel subscriber, i have been using airtel services from long 3 years back onwards, but recently one of my benefits expiring, so that's why i have chosen next plan, because they have providing more benefits including existing.

      So then i have upgraded that plan, now while claim offer benefits it was showing u already claimed.
      The same thing i just discussed with customer care but they are saying that u already used. But while upgrading the plan it was not mentioned anywhere even in terms and conditions.

      But the service provider guys are not responding properly.
      I just want to raise complaint against airtel services consumer court.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        I was using airtel almost 5 years onwards, but recently shifted to solapur and airtel is very poor service, calls not came under house and any time phone hanging to window or any call came to speaking out of house, other network company working very good as bsnl, jio, vodaphone but airtel is very bad, please solve problem on urgent basis or i will shifted other company,

          I visited airtel shop in palamaner to exchange a lost sim which i knew cost 25. He wanted 150 and if i wanted for 25 he told me to go to tirupati but i had no choice but to buy for 150. My phone number is [protected]. I hope you get rid of this rude corruption in your offices and reply about it to me if possible. Please verify it and i would be glad if i get my money back. I did not receive a receipt.

            Dear team,

            My caution brother has gifted me a i phone 6s on 26oct 2018 after that i secure my phone from airtel secure that time.

            Now some issue in my phone and i want to repair that part or changed that part. I applied for airtel secure but airtel secure team is saying, we cant process your claim because billing is on another name. My claim no. Is - 4775206

            Who has informed me when i was taking airtel secure??
            No body has informed me regarding this???

            I think, its cheat with customers

            Now i don't want claim.

            Now i requested to you, please return my money that you extra charge from me for airtel secure. And also process for port request for below postpaid no. W

              Buy new airtel d2h connection in offer rs 1800 n hindi dabang pack with mi tv offer. I called airtel d2h and told that with this offer i have to get this dth connection with hindi dabang pack but when d2h connection installed at my home n activet airtel d2h connection i saw airtel give me different south indian channal pack. I am shocked. I complaint many tym airtel d2h all number. Bt after 3 day airtel d2h not slove my prblm. And airtel automatically cancel my complaint with out any reason.

              Airtel updated my pack today but Dear sr according to mi offer special pack again airtel active different pack The pack I received in the offer was rs.355with hd, airtel have acitve rs.290 which is wrong I send u channel offer screenshot and all channel list Which i should have got .plz slove my prblm.

                I did a recharge of rs 65 in my airtel number because i found the offer that i will get 130. But after recharging they said it will disappear after 28 days. They are changing plans without notifying customers or mentioning in their app. But they mentioned that the talktime validity is 28 days specially in rs 35 recharge. But talktime validity not mentioned in 65 recharge. I need my balance in main account

                  Some international smss were shown against my mobile no. Which were not sent by me.in this regard, i informed my service provider, airtel, through e-mail and the contents of last e-mail was-"you have sent me a bill of rs.5242.74 against my mobile no. — for the period from 8th. Sept-2019 to 7th. October 2019. On going through the bill, i found that the bill has been raised for an extra 789 international smss @rs.5.00 per sms, which were not done by me and those were coming briskly on my mobile.in this regard, i informed you through e-mail previously and requested you to not charge me any amount for which i was not related in any way, also requested to send me the bill after deducting charges for all those international smss which were not done by me..
                  At the same time, i requested you to please investigate the matter and book the culprit and provide me the contact e-mail address of trai where i can represent these facts. I also requested you to cancel my present plan and change my mobile no. — from postpaid to prepaid one.
                  But, you did not accede to any of my requests and simply raised the bill for the usage i did not use.
                  I now request you again to accede to all my requests as mentioned above and help me to pay the legitimate bill amount within the due date."

                  I expect trai as a responsible organization of govt. Of india, will definitely look into the matter and help a senior citizen (Myself) to be relieved of mental agony and save money from being taxed unnecessarily.

                    Airtel is doing fraud in the name of false retention!! Please help me so that i can disconnect the airtel fixed line connection and they are using all my money which i have paid extra instead of refund!!

                    Please read the full mail chain below and suggest what else i can do to disconnect the broadband connection. I have raised complaint 2 times and both the time they have closed the tickets saying that you have been revoked to airtel which is totally false retention in the service!

                    2. I have two tickets which are closed and there is a false retention mentioned by me in the mail chain please find and reply. Both the times there was no such discussion so i was not supposed to retain on this connection! This is totally unacceptable and there is a term called fraud when you retain customers without consent and charging them with there extra balance instead of refund!

                    I need my full refund from september 22 when i first logged a ticket[protected] regarding disconnection and it is rupees 1050. You guys editing the tickets at your own and writing that customer is retained! But this is total fraud. Please reply at the earliest and get this connection terminated now!

                        I am not able to video call from my airtel number to a friend of mine in jammu (Also airtel user). We were able to video call till 5 october and after that it suddenly stopped. We both have data packs and validity. And still we cant video call. It would be very helpful if you can resolve this issue as soon as possible. It would be more appreciated if the issue is resolved within two three days.

                          I have been using airtel dth (prepaid customer). I used rs158 pack, i asked their customer care, he said u ll not go to the lower pach value like rs 93 and so on. It is only for new connections. U r also pay the amount o[censored]r pack with penalty amount, asking why, he said its for suspended amount, ur not recharge in particular date(he told one date). I am not got any intimation about this, like msg, notification. Their customer care also not given valuable reason. Simply told all dth service will be penalized like it

                            I have recharged with 399. Which benifit was unlimited for 84 days. But after using some day the network speed is bellow 2g. I tried to their helpline but did not response satisfactily. I prayed that their network is not working as 4g do. But they have gave tips to desable 1 sim. I as a technical person know that this does not matter while usin any kind of network. Please help us for such kind of chitting.

                              There is no network coverage at Pallikaranai and Perungudi. I'm getting only 2G with low speed. Then why do I have to recharge for 4G unlimited plans.                                 Recently after my father recharge connection they send message asking for more money..

                                Airtel just wants to make money. Pathetic experience.

                                  I am using airtel no. Since 2005 and converted to postpaid in 2010. Recently airtel has stopped my sim on 30sep.

                                  Then on 1st oct., i visited to airtel store and they had given new sim at a cost of rs. 25/- without any receipt. Again it did not work. Then after 2 days they given another new sim. Still not working.

                                  I have visited airtel store daily since 1st oct to till date of 7th oct, and also sent the emails to customer care and nodal officers and appelate officers of the circle. But did not receive any response from anybody.

                                  Again filled up form for registration, still it would not worked.

                                  I am daily asking for portability but i can't do it myself as my sim is inactive since 7-8 days.

                                  Even i have requested to port my no. And requested to get upc code by manual application form procedure for portability, but airtel is refusing the same.

                                  Is there any alternative option to get upc by filling an application in paper mode, incase when sim in inactive and service provider is not having interest to activate the sim?

                                  Please do help on urgent basis as i had lost my business and many opportunities.. Also i have been harassed as i need to go to airtel on daily basis and i am not able to do my work which involves otp actions.

                                    The internet speed is too slow it's like almost none any apps or website is not loading. Even the speed test by ookla app detects the speed as 0 kb. Please look after the problem immediately. I won't be in a known area how am i supposed to do the work as the internet is not at all working. This complaint registration cost me real money please look at it immediately

                                      I recharge my number with Rs 35 and no balance is credited to my number moreover outgoing/incoming calls are not working.. I contacted Airtel many times but they replied with absurd and not solved the issue.. This is the second time I face this issue.. My number [protected]
                                      Recharge dates:6th October rs 35 and 29 sep Rs 65..and when I recharge second time The same Sim worked under same handset

                                        I use airtel postpaid connection. Whenever the bill comes it automatically gets rounded off to the upper number. For example, if the bill is 300.05, it gets rounded off to 301. The amount never gets rounded off to the lower number (300 in this case)

                                        The amount may look small for one customer, but when it is aggregated for millions of customers, it is a huge amount and airtel has been looting the customers regularly.

                                        How to resolve this?

                                        Airtel charged me twice for a non-rendered service which i raised request for them to cancel many times, but they didn't. They just says "we processed your request to cancel".Now also they charged me for that service. For a plan of ₹499 i paid ₹1200 2 times.
                                        From 28 sep 2019 there are no calling network available . I am not able to use internet . I called customer care and complain about it but still no improvement . There are no network available, I am not able to call someone .
                                        I am not able to use internet for downgrading the post paid plan, this is the scam Airtel is operating with. Past three days i have been registering requests and they are getting resolved within 3 hours still it says internet not active
