I have paid my airtel postpaid bill but after payment customer care executive saying to pay bill through airtel app otherwise wait for 2 working days.
All my outgoing calls and incoming calls and data services are stopped.I could not able to get otp for my online transactions.

Date of incident - 30-Sep-2019.

    I have been raising complaints due to network issue at my residence. But so far none of the team addressed my issues. Whenever i tried to contact customer care they are updating me "we are working on issue". Even though i have mention in twitter but no use from airtel team.
    I thought i will get a good response by complaining in this forum.
    Kindly update us and take an necessary action on airtel team. There response is very bad towards customers.

    I think AIrtel doesn't need customers. They have earned enough money from customers.

      On 28 sep2019 i was spoken on customer care with one of airtel executive to check what happen to my request to port my number from post paid to pre paid. He told my we have not done and he can see my request is pending from last on month. So here another one month big bill generated by you guys and you expected me to pay that also. Even though discussed with him and made immediately payment of amount 419 to solve the issue. Than he told i have converted your no.in prepaid now i can recharge online and my services will be restored.
      I was done recharge on 28sep itself by recharge is failed, than next day on 29th sep again spoken to your customer care executive for same they told i have to go for retail store for first recharge. Than 29th sep i was went to multiple retail stores for recharge but its failed there also even after many tries. One more thing retail guy told me initially i have to recharge for min 500 amount that was also not conveyed by your cc executive.
      Today again called 30sep to cc executive they told my no. Verification is pending for that no. I have to call on 590590 they can't do anything. When called on 590590 call not connected as no outgoing on my number.

      So from 28th sep my outgoing and data connection is blocked, i can't recharge also offline or online. What a pathetic service provider you are. I am airtel customer from that 15 years paying heavy amount every month while i can avail same services in one third amount on another service provider. Even though i thought to just given last try with airtel prepaid in that also you guys making mess. This is highly unprofessional. Top of that now i can't port my number to other service provider also as can't sent any msg. Today again spoken they said no problem from our end you just have to wait till 2nd oct as they have raised complaint. Superb feels like everyone is right those advised me to switch from airtel.

      I want to activate CUG 299 Plan, I have email from airtel but not activating same plan. I have request on enterprises but they are providing me costly plan.

      If there's cheapest plan available, why the are charging more.

        Dear sir,

        Please note i had submitted a request for disconnection of airtel broad band services on 23 aug 2019. The customer care team and the next team thereon did not take my request and somehow tried to divert my attention by offering me some lucrative deals, but i refused. Finally a complaint was lodged for disconnection. The complaint no. Being[protected]. I told them clearly that i would not pay any further bills after aug 2019. I was promised that my connection would be disconnected but till today 30 sept the connection is not disconnected.
        I raised a complaint again today (Complaint no.[protected].
        Kindly disconnect my broadband services from immediate effect. If the services are not terminated by tomorrow, then i would go to consumer court.

          Please refer to my earlier complaint dt 23/09. The advise recd from al airtell has offeref waival of inr200
          I doubt that my prayer of a revised bill based on my plan
          Your bill shows it is repared on a new plan ie. Family plan. This was according to transaction history on 15 aug. I emphatically state that i have not rrquested for such a plan. Nor have yoi advised me on this change. Therefore for my final rrquest is that my bill may be revised and regularised.

            Hello sir/madam
            My name is kawaldeep singh and mobile no:[protected]. Today i have just open youtube start watching the first video and i receive the message that you have used 50% of that which mean 1gb for 10 min video, which is totally senseless. It happens so many times to me and many others. Your company always betrayed customers by giving less data than actual. You always have one answer that there is automate going on your phone which is not true all the time. If you cannot provide data you offered then i will go for another network in the future. This is one of the worst company.

              Airtel wallet no. - [protected] airtel have blocked my wallet just after loading money into the wallet. I have shared all the proofs, proof of identity, and statements of credit card from which it is added. And told them to close the account and refund amount to the source account to which it is added. But it has been more than 20 days but no resolution has been made. No reply from airtel bank. I am suffering from medical condition and require funds but these people don't even reply. Please help.

                I am using airtel for more than 2 years all my family and friends are also using airtel. I couldnt log in into gpay because for the flash message. On this account i called you customer care the response was very poor. I selected my language preference as english it goes to hindi.in tamil they doesn't know what to do. Iam so irritated by this and it was total waste of time. If don't resolve this issue sorry iam going to port my number to jio. Very bad and iam disappointed

                  Everyday @9am am getting message from airtel saying i have consumed my 90% data even though my usage is less than 25% (Even usage confirmed by airtel constome care) so am not able to use the internet. I have raised several complaints but no1 has responded. Each time they are saying they can't do anything i feedup with this.

                  Airtel is just looting costumers, their network is so bad in bangalore.

                    I am a customer of airtel broadband and landline. A few days back i received a call on my landline supposedly from airtel broadband office. The representative had information about me and my current broadband plan.

                    He recommended me some new plans which seemed better value for money. However since i was nearing my end of billing cycle, i suggested the representative to wait for cycle to get over and then call me back a day before the cycle ends so that i can confirm my decision and give him approval to change plan.

                    However the person never called back thereafter.

                    Later after i called airtel customer care, they informed me that they do not have those plans as suggested by the caller. They were also not in a position to recognize any such calls being made.

                    I am now not too sure if the call was genuine or fake.

                    Airtel should clarify if they have any agents who are authorized to offer plans not listed officially on airtel website.

                      I vipin v. S, made a request to port my bsnl no. ([protected]) to you network on 23/9/2019. I provided with a new 4g sim after verification of aadhaar, photo and payment rs.290. On 27/9/2019, my old sim got deactivated and i inserted the new one. But still now its not got activated. Whenever i contact your support team (Via 59059), they reply that the details is not updated. I made several visits to your office at pappanamcode, trivandrum, kerala to solve the same and asked to wait for 4 hrs, but nothing happened. Hence i am using the same no for net-banking, mobile banking etc, the matter must be treated as most urgent one for me. I made the decision to port from bsnl after 12 years, because of my faith in your service. But if it is in such a pathetic condition, i will count 90 days to get ported back. Kindly help me asap

                        After recharging my number i am facing very uncommon problem in internet access. I am trying to download any file, it is redirect to http://one.airtel.in/rcconf automatically everytime. I checked apn and other setting as suggested on various forums available on google. Unfortunately problem remain same.

                        Please check the problem and resolve it immediately.

                            I have an Air Tel Broadband Internet since last 1 year.

                            Recently I have changed my residence from address Noida to New Delhi.

                            Before shifting to my new address, I had already asked to Air Tel Customer care to shift my connection to my new address and your personnel had assured me to provide the same services to my new address.

                            Now I got the call as they are unable to process my request as there is no Airtel connectivity in that area.

                            Why did you not informed it earlier ?
                            If most of the area is unwired of your network how can you say that your connection shifting process will work.

                              I am chaitanya staying in allapur, vivekananda nagar, borabanda hyderabad from past 4.5 years. We are not getting network signals and internet in this area. For every incoming and outgoing calls we need to come out from home to the main road as it is very panic for us. What is the purpose of doing recharges with this network of rs 399 every 2 and half months. Coming to the 4g it always shows us "e" in the mobile. Please come enquire and stay atleast for a day in this area and you will definitely came to know how much we are suffering with this worst network signals. Even we are not getting incoming calls properly. Please let me know when this issue will get resolved. Else this is the colony of population more than 8k to 10k we will discuss altogether and will port to the better network from your worst network "airtel".

                              Request you to resolve the signal issue as soon as possible.

                                I taken a device plan from airtel in that network issue in my working area i foreclosure my device emi also and in airtel app the plan is changed from 2499 plan to 499 plan. So i plan to switch over from airtel to another network portability. After i submit the documents and all to the another network, airtel said still your plan didn’t change. They try to stop my network change and illegally they keep me in that airtel.

                                  Hi this is girivarma currently lives in electronic city, bangalore. For last few weeks i can't able to use my mobile data. I'm getting very low speed internet all over my home & my working place. So that i contacted airtel helpline & spoke them about my network problems. But still i'm getting same issue on my network.in their ads they are saying that india's fastest network airtel. I think they are fooling each & every people in here. As an indian citizen i like to tell that india's worst network is now airtel.

                                    A week before, i went to convert my 3g sim to 4g sim. I was told to do the port mechanism and wait for a week for the old sim to deactivate and nee sim to get activated. Yesterday i got msg that the porting is successful and the old sim will get deactivated. It did, but the new sim is not yet activated, and it shows no network available. The no. Was [protected]

                                      This is to raise a complaint that recharge amount of rs.129 for [protected] was done on 28th sep 2019. But the recharge status is shown as pending and amount is debited from the account. Please check and get back the transaction as soon as possible.
