Hi to all the associated authorities,

I am a resident of shastri nagar, a-block area, pin code - 110052, and i am continuously facing the network issue. Despite several complaints and assuarnce from the customer care, there has been no improvement with the network range. The phone networks are always 0, despite continuously shifting the network preference.
If possible, please help with this pertaining issue as we are unable to make or receive any calls. Most of the times, we missed important calls and land up in a complete mess!

Immediate action would be highly appreciated.

    On 3rd december i got a call from [protected] and the person claimed to be talking from airtel digital tv. After confirming my customer id and other details, he told me an offer to subscribe for astroindusoot channel for a period of 1 month for a rental of rs 45. After patiently listening to his offer, i politely denied and asked him not to subscribe this channel. After once again confirming my decision, he disconnected the call.
    On same day at 10:20pm i got an sms from airtel dth stating "astroindusoot 1m has been activated on your airtel digitaltv id *. You would be charged rs. 45.0"
    Now, even after i clearly denied to accept this offer, if you still go ahead and charge me for it, this is a robbery. I know there will be people who wouldn't bother reading their smss and who would never be able to find out your such dirty tricks and these are exactly the kind of people that you are targeting. But i won't stand any of this. All of this only and only proves your dishonesty towards your customers and how you only want to extract money out of them. I would not hesitate even once to get my airtel dth connection disconnected now.

        Hi

        Regarding my mobile number [protected].

        Rs.446 recharge has been successful on oct 4th and transid is[protected], according to the plan i should get a free 75 mins outgoing calls to india from usa, but when every i call to india amount is deducting from balance not from free call. Please can you help me on this. I spoke with customer an there is no help from them

          I would like to inform you that Airtel Digital TV has stopped Channel Food Food from last few months. But other service providers like Dish Tv, Tata Sky etc are telecasting the same. I have logged complained in their customer care. They always reply that we will solve the issue as earliest. But till date issue has not been resolved.

          So please arrange to do the needful as earliest.

            I'm being charged rs. 942.82 every month since july 2019, when i stopped the smartpay to deduct my airtel bill payment.

            The smartpay also shows that the payment instruction has been 'deleted' still the amount gets deducted on 28th or 29th every month.

            I need this payment to be stopped and refund the amount that has been deducted from july 2019 till date.

              As we understand that we are living in 21st century fast track age. So shall to bring to your notice that few of the customer's facing the cellular network issues since the 1st week of october 2019. And the complaints have been raised almost everyday. And no any authorized person took any innitiative to take responsibility of solving the issue's; when the customer's had repeatedly complaint about the cellular network poor connectivity to the customer care. As a matter of fact such customers are not able to connect through their mobile no's to any bank, it sector, due to which there is lot of communication gap between them. And due to the reason if any kind of such misuse occur to the consumers, then only airtel shall be liable for such happenings & to face such legal disputes.

              So it is my humble request to look into the matter & solve the issues asap.

                aitv001 error coming now and then

                Its the worst experience with airtel india, duping customers with false marketing, and incompetent staff for resolution of issues.

                Got an airtel digital tv connection installed at my place on july 2019 after getting a call from the sales team of airtel.

                On the day of the installation, the connection stopped working and started throwing an error with the code aitv001 & error code 4 for which i lodged a complaint.br...

                Dear sir or madam:

                I am writing to share my complaint regarding airtel’s roaming service. Please note i have my roaming activated throughout the year as i live in bangkok for work only to access my indian bank account and any government service, which requires my number for identification. I use a thai number for local use and wifi at other times.

                Since i travel in asia, i often use the 10 days package as and when i travel in the region. I recently activated a 10 days package when i travelled from 29th july to 5th aug to colombo. However, i received my bill whereby two packs have been activated after the 10 days period when i never requested for extended the 10 days or received any message. Please see the screenshot of the image.

                When i called the customer service – they noted that i was in bangkok after the 10 days it automatically activated itself. This is a through attempt of cheating the consumer. When i activate a package i expect the package to expire after 10 days and not automatically activate itself. If i need a package for bangkok i would personally activate one. The phone company can track my phone usage and note that i have not been in station from jan 2019 – sept 2019.

                I thoroughly find this disguised ways of making money out of customers and cheating them. I would expect the company to seek my consent after the expiry of my 10-day package before activating automatically. If i move to a different country i would definitely like to consider the change myself and not request an automated service.

                I am writing this letter to reverse the charges that have been made to my account for the additional 10-day packages that have been activated automatically. I am happy to provide you details of all my travels in the last year and my stay in thailand for work. I had recently called your service center (27.09.2019) and expressed my displeasure however there was no satisfactory response. If you don't pay heed to such complaints then what is the purpose of customer service. I understand they are recorded for the same purpose.

                I have waited enough time and now i have received another bill which includes a 10 day packages again from 7th september. I will not pay for any charges that i have not agreed upon. I will first like to receive the settlement and then only pay any charges.

                I am considering to look at other mobile companies to move my mobile number. Kindly consider this matter urgent as i am scheduled to travel in a week’s time.

                  Sir, i have lodged a complaint in the airtel office but have not received any satisfactory reply yet. I have asked many times about my complaint at the customer service center but i have not received any satisfactory reply from them. I have also emailed them several times. Am finished but my problem is as it is, there is no improvement in it, just a reply comes from them and work is going on but i don't feel anything like that land hu has now worried too much

                    Sir my name is amit tenguria and i m live in village + post - jarkhi tehshil tundla district firozabad. Sir here lot of network problem and we can't able to conversation due weakness of network. As a older customer of your network service, we never wants to change or port the mobile number from other service and please do not compile me. This problem not for indvl comma for all villagers.
                    For your kind information the near village garinirbhay man which you kept for care taker of tower not trained comma he can't able to care the tower like bettary charging and he almost switch off the tower that's why network weak. Please improve the network otherwise lot of personal change the network service.

                        To whomsoever concerned,

                        I hold 3 connections with airtel - [protected], [protected], fixed line[protected], i had linked this three accounts under home billing every time i make payments through home bill application the payments are not updated but the amount is debited from my account, though i had made the payments you people have bared my both mobile numbers.

                        This is the worst app i could have ever used, inspite of making payments if you people bared my outgoing services than i have take an another step towards consumer court.

                        My home billing app showed me an outstanding of 1683.96 on 29th august 2019 to which i made a payment thru my credit card 29th august 2019.11.45pm. But still its showing me outstanding of the same amount, coz of which i visited your begumpet branch and met an executive mr. Anuj who confirmed me the receipt of 1683.96 amount. He said its a home billing issue its out internal issue, if its your internal issue why you people have to bared my numbers. Mr anuj have stopped answering my calls.

                        Yesterday i made a payment of rs. 1000 to [protected] and rs 682. To [protected] which are not reflecting

                        Please find the statement attached.

                            I m complaining about the network issue in our area

                            My number has been assigned to someone else without even giving a notice regarding the de activation. My address details, aadhar number, biometric was collected and linked with my number. The number has been shared with bank and other important business and personal purposes. Suddenly deactivating and re-assigning the same number within 6 months to someone else is creating a privacy breach and also sharing a lot of important personal information to someone else. Airtel is liable for any kind of nuisance and misuse that can be caused because of this as they have not even provided a notice in spite of having all the address information and assigning the same number to someone else within 6 months is not acceptable.

                              The 4g internet speed in my residential area (Shiv sai lane, pimple saudagar, 411027) and office area (Infosys ltd, hinjewadi phase 2, 411057) is very poor.

                                Dear team,

                                I'm one of airtel subscriber, i have been using airtel services from long 3 years back onwards, but recently one of my benefits expiring, so that's why i have chosen next plan, because they have providing more benefits including existing.

                                So then i have upgraded that plan, now while claim offer benefits it was showing u already claimed.
                                The same thing i just discussed with customer care but they are saying that u already used. But while upgrading the plan it was not mentioned anywhere even in terms and conditions.

                                But the service provider guys are not responding properly.
                                I just want to raise complaint against airtel services consumer court.
