In this morning my account was suspended due to low balance, at that time i recharge rs 200/- but services didn't resume i try to contact customer care but very unfortunately they do not pickup or response my call. After all that i recharge again rs 200/- in evening but till date services didn't resume. This is iritatung and irresponsibility of airtel customer care services..

    Kindly this is to inform you that system of airtel dth is totally fraudulent,
    I could not choose my airtel cable connection plan because they have misguided me every time whenever i have called the customer care service. From the past two days i have called the customer care service several times for the above but every time the person receiving my call passed the call to someone else & then again the same cycle continues & my problem is not solved. I being a senior citizen & a customer of airtel has been harassed like this.
    Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

      Hi team,

      As per subject my prepaid no. [protected] sim not working, so i visit nearest airtel point situated in connaught place, aurangabad

      He say my sim card block due to kyc, so i give may govt regt. Document aadhhar and pan card.
      But he say we cannot start your no. Please convert its first in postpaid then its will start my number.
      Why we pay extra money for simple issue due to kyc document.
      This issue will resolve when document verified but he want to buy postpaid connect. Why?

        sim not activated after porting showing emergency calls only

        Yesterday i received message for confirmation of port to airtel as per that information my old sim lost network and new sim is not activated after 13 hrs it's my only one number which i use help me please it's really urgent to get my number active. Im getting emergency calls only for my new ported sim. I tried contacting costumer care but they saying me to wait and not giving any details on time required for my sim card to be activated....

        I have tried to top up recharge my airtel mobile with rs. 399 on 25 sep 2019 through sbi internet banking (Transaction reference no. Ihl2660470). However rs. 399 was debited from my account, but recharge not done. Thereafter, again i tried to recharge with same amount which was successful. The amount of rs.399 may be credited into my account at the earliest.

          Me and my all team mates bought airtel 4g hotspot and its working fine before 14th september. Suddenly all o[censored]s airtel 4g hotspot connection is stop working. I called to airtel customer care but they said may be it is device issue or sim issue or may be network issue in my area. But fact is we all staying in different place in pune and we all having a same issue. It means its not a device issue or area issue. We can see our sim is in active status but we are not getting internet. Our sim is post paid one and we all paid it on timely manner.

          Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

              Mera no. [protected] hai. Last month maine check kiya 15/= mere airtel prepaid se less ho gaye hain. Jab ki maine koi service activate nahi karai. Maine 121 per complaint ki. Customercare executive bola yeh hum ek saal se kar rahe hain vas pack ke liye. Uske baad mere pass message aaya ki yeh service deactivate kar di gayi hai. Kal phir se 15/=deduct kar liyevas pack ke liye. Aisa kai baar ho gaya. Airtel wale kabhi chat ke liyeaur kabhi kisi service ka bahaana bana kar rs/= less kar rahe hain.

                I gave a porting request to port my sim from bsnl to airtel and i got the sms on 26th sept 2019 time - 8:42pm that my sim porting request is validated and that my sim will get activated after 12:24am on 27thsept 2019 once my old sim losses network
                My bsnl sim lost connection at 1:30 i put the new simcard in my phone there was network for 30 seconds another message came that my service is set and when i tried to call for activation and give my 5 digit otp the call was not made and the sim lost network and didnt got signal hence forth
                Please tell me what can i do coz this is my main number

                  Dear sir, I tried to recharge my Airtel number through my Airtel app by rupees 129 on 08 September 2019 at 8.25 am that was unsuccessful. Then try again with same amount on same day at 8.50 am that was successful. So, please first unsuccessful recharge amount refund my bank account. I already talk to senior customer care executive but till date money could not refunded.

                    Sir, I requested to you that today I recharged airtel mobile number [protected] with amount Rs. 399 by airtel money app account number [protected] with use of Amazon app. Amazon app show recharge payment successful and also call with Amazon customer care.whose also informed recharge successful it's airtel company problem so please solve problem.

                      I have an airtel post paid mobile connection since 2005, plan 149 (Rs. 149/mth) till july 2019. Suddenly without my consent they have changed my plan to plan299 (Rs. 299/mth) and i got to know this after seeing the latest bill for aug2019. I called up the customer care 198 and they said the plan149 is closed and hence they have changed my plan to plan299. How can airtel cancel a plan without notifying the customers? Why should i pay extra for a plan which i have not agreed/opted? Airtel should send me a revised bill with 149 as base price and i would like to discontinue their service after paying the outstanding amount from my side. Even after having a cut-throat competition in market, airtel is providing faulty bills to its customers. All airtel post paid users be aware!!

                        I have ported my number [protected] from bsnl to airtel last week. Unfortunately, the sim has been lost before tele-verification call. Therefore i approached info park, kochi, apple store on 25/09/19. They provided new sim and ask me to mail to cochin. [protected]@airtel.com for tele verification request. The store manager has ensured that i will get a tele verification call within 4 hrs and sim will be activated with another 4 hrs, so total 8 hrs its would take to resolve my bsnl to airtel porting process. But i didn't get any call, i have sent remainder mail and called multiple time, there is no help from airtel customer service. It is very pathetic service from airtel and now i am thinking that why should i go for airtel.

                          Dear sir,
                          I tried to recharge my airtel number through myairtel app on 26th september 2019, 9.20 am for rs 399 but the recharge was unsuccessful but the amount was debited. Immediately i called customer care, they said to wait for another 1 hour but till the recharge is unsuccessful only and the amount was not returned to my account.
                          I trusted myairtel app and i used it but it caused me this problem. The amount rs 399 is so emergency for me, please return the money back to my bank account. How long should i wait for the refund of the amount if the waiting time is more than 24 hours then suggest me other genuine recharging process other than myairtel so that i will not get into trouble in future.

                            I have requested for port of my airtel prepaid to change the circle from karnataka to kerala from an airtel store and received new sim and televerification pin for that. After some days i came to kuwait and yesterday i got msg that my number will be ported in to airtel by 25/09/2019,
                            Now i am in kuwait and my old sim has no signal and the new sim also has no signal.
                            How can i activate my services from here. It is very important for me as banks are linked with this number and cant conduct any transaction. Somebody pls help

                                  I had requested airtel to disconnect the number in the month of july and it got suspended to and without knowing they have reactivated the account and now airtel team is creating bill and asking me to pay the bill. When eve call customer care they only say it’s suspended but still bill is generating, am not sure how this case will resolve and they provide different different information every day.

                                    I have been an airtel customer since the beginning of my mobile activity. Offlate airtel internet has become terrible. It was working well, now even images don't load. Most of the times, pages don't get loaded. This is highly irritating.in this age of competition i do not understand how airtel has slipped in service. I am in the cap of 1.4gb /day, 4g, but speed is in bytes. I expect airtel to improve their service urgently.

                                      I had changed my mobile no [protected] postpaid to prepaid on 14/09/2019, from that day to till date i am not able to make any calls or get any calls. I had called daily to customer care to resolve the issue asap but they simply say they had raised a complaint and will be resolved in 48 hours. I got fed up with this. I had recharged with rs.495/- on 14th and even customer care persons are saying they had got everything right but not able to know the problem. I can even make the mnp to other network as we have to use this no. For 90 days now. My mobile no. Is registered in all the banks, relatives & even my office pan india customers. I humbly request you to look into and help me out to get this problem resolved asap.
