I send 5k to the receiver but didn't receive to the receiver help me out its worth for me. I tried their customers care many times bt the call just put on the waiting i dnt think they will resolve this issue any way worst bank airtel, they just don't care about anything and just making useless app help me out consumercomaplaint i will be vry thankfull

    Had recently ported my number from bsnl to airtel and had registered online. The delivery executive had taken the money for the first recharge, even the airtel executive told the same.
    But now he didn't recharge and is not picking up our call. And now the customer care executive say it's not their responsibility. Please resolve this as we are scammed rs. 495.

      I have paid 3000rs to airtel team for 3 broadband connections in my area and they are unabled to provide that so i have marked an email many times and they told that this will be refund in 10-12 days and now its been approx 20days they are not responding, i am attaching the screenshot for reference.

        Hi, this is disha chavan from pune having airtel prepaid connection no. I lost my mobile, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

        Also please let m know the procedure to a new airtel sim with the same number so i can start using it again. What all documents will be required please provide the list as well

        I requested to port my number fron airtel delhi circle to airtel up circle but insted of porting they blocked my previous sim and new sim both and blocked my number
        Very bad network airte services i have completed 1 year ago. But no improvement.
        I'm using Airtel postpaid SimCard from 3 Years from the last 2 days
        I am not getting the signal inside my home and I am unable to call and use the data. please help on this, because of this my business also impacted please help on this.

            I changed my residence recently. Airtel company approached me through miss. Preeti telephone no. [protected] (Trinity enterprises) and requested me that airtel will provide me broadband connection and requested me not to approach any other service provider. The first call was received on 17.08.2019 and after that they have been approaching me time and again. Finally i called them to my place 21.09.2019 and their representative took my kyc documents (Copy of andhra, copy of pan, one photograph and a duly signed form). He also took a cheque for rs.500.00 as installation charges from me. This cheque has been paid to bharti airtel through clearing on 27.09.2019. But till date they did not install the broadband and when i am calling on the said phone no body picks up the call.

            My num [protected] was facing only 20 arrived calls & sms per day plz solve this immidiatly
            Not getting any network after porting to Airtel from Vodafone. Pathetic service

              Good afternoon, this mail is regarding excessive unfortold and unreasonable charges put in my airtel account of phone number
              1- 9695*4 (Primary voice+data)
              2- 704*44 (Data only)
              3- 858*25 (Voice+data)
              The bill dated for the month of august 2019 was of rupees 1795/-
              My normal plan that i chose is of rupees 755
              But i was billed for extra 903.67 rupees as per "one time charges" which i was not previously informed of.
              Upon repeated request and complaints to the airtel office located in howrah to mr. Sureh tiwari his contact number being +91 9804*2 he has kept evading calls and has been forcing to pay the charges without any explanation of any sort. I would please ask you to look into the matter or i will have to take required legal action regarding the same against the company as well as mr. Suresh tiwari managing the howrah ac market airtel office. I am attaching the billplan and the complaint message for your reference. Thankyou.

                My airtel phone number never get successfully recharged through online media, I raised too many complaints to customer care and even visited airtel gallery multiple times; Every time I approached them they convinced me this time your problem get resolved but even after so many years my problem is unresolved. trying hard, keeping continuous follow ups for at least 15 months I gave up & now it is 2 years since I approached for the same problem. I realised that they do not care anybody hence stopped approaching them. I recently come across this website therefore I shared & raised an issue.
                Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                The service provider is not resolving the issue from 15days. We are not able to use the dth service. We have requested to cancel the service and refund the balance. Which they are not doing. Please help me. My number is [protected]

                  I have visited airtel store on saturday 28/99/2019 and till date i visited 3 to 4 times to activate my sim. But not goted results yet. My old sim is off since last four days. Today also i visited airtel store they told me my application is rejected and reason behind that is they click my photo in not white background but i remember correctly they take in white background. Now today they gave me new sim but still not working. Let's see when my sim got activated or i have visit again. Very poor service from airtel.

                    I was on international roaming in france for 20 days. Have recharged for inr 3599 to facilitate international roaming. I can receive very few incoming calls but was never able able to make any outgoing call throughout.
                    I did that recharge of 5 times throughout my 2 trips. It never worked.

                    No customer care to resolve it and neither i get a call from airtel on whether it works fine or not. My colleagues are using other indian networks in international roaming in france which works very good.
                    I was very upset with the services provided by airtel.

                      Sir, i had an idea number first, later i ported to airtel. Dt.[protected].

                      Then later idea number[protected]. Closed at at 11:50 pm.

                      Then i inserted airtel's sim in mobile, then airtel's network was show.

                      Then i called airtel customer care for verification, customer care says we don't have your document showing yet will be done in 24 hours,
                      It has been 4 days, airtel's sim has not been activated yet. My phone has been locked for 4 days, i am very much lost.

                      I have to give 4 days of loss to airtel company.
                      My mobile didn't turn on today until 30 september 23:30.

                      Dear sir, please give me positive feedback please.

                        Sir, we live in ratlam madhya pradesh. I have 8 airtel numbers at my home itself and we have very poor network at our home, we are unable to make calls until we go to the balcony and talk. Please do something regarding adding a new tower near kasera bazaar street ratlam or else we will have no other option than to port all our numbers to some other network.

                                On 28 sep2019 i was spoken on customer care with one of airtel executive to check what happen to my request to port my number from post paid to pre paid. He told my we have not done and he can see my request is pending from last on month. So here another one month big bill generated by you guys and you expected me to pay that also. Even though discussed with him and made immediately payment of amount 419 to solve the issue. Than he told i have converted your no.in prepaid now i can recharge online and my services will be restored.
                                I was done recharge on 28sep itself by recharge is failed, than next day on 29th sep again spoken to your customer care executive for same they told i have to go for retail store for first recharge. Than 29th sep i was went to multiple retail stores for recharge but its failed there also even after many tries. One more thing retail guy told me initially i have to recharge for min 500 amount that was also not conveyed by your cc executive.
                                Today again called 30sep to cc executive they told my no. Verification is pending for that no. I have to call on 590590 they can't do anything. When called on 590590 call not connected as no outgoing on my number.

                                So from 28th sep my outgoing and data connection is blocked, i can't recharge also offline or online. What a pathetic service provider you are. I am airtel customer from that 15 years paying heavy amount every month while i can avail same services in one third amount on another service provider. Even though i thought to just given last try with airtel prepaid in that also you guys making mess. This is highly unprofessional. Top of that now i can't port my number to other service provider also as can't sent any msg. Today again spoken they said no problem from our end you just have to wait till 2nd oct as they have raised complaint. Superb feels like everyone is right those advised me to switch from airtel.

                                  Please note i had submitted a request for disconnection of airtel broad band services on 23 aug 2019. The customer care team and the next team thereon did not take my request and somehow tried to divert my attention by offering me some lucrative deals, but i refused. Finally a complaint was lodged for disconnection. The complaint no. Being[protected]. I told them clearly that i would not pay any further bills after aug 2019. I was promised that my connection would be disconnected but till today 30 sept the connection is not disconnected.
                                  I raised a complaint again today (Complaint no.[protected].
                                  Kindly disconnect my broadband services from immediate effect. If the services are not terminated by tomorrow, then i would go to consumer court.

                                    Please refer to my earlier complaint dt 23/09. The advise recd from al airtell has offeref waival of inr200
                                    I doubt that my prayer of a revised bill based on my plan
                                    Your bill shows it is repared on a new plan ie. Family plan. This was according to transaction history on 15 aug. I emphatically state that i have not rrquested for such a plan. Nor have yoi advised me on this change. Therefore for my final rrquest is that my bill may be revised and regularised.

Today i have just open youtube start watching the first video and i receive the message that you have used 50% of that which mean 1gb for 10 min video, which is totally senseless. It happens so many times to me and many others. Your company always betrayed customers by giving less data than actual. You always have one answer that there is automate going on your phone which is not true all the time. If you cannot provide data you offered then i will go for another network in the future. This is one of the worst company.

                                        Airtel wallet no. - [protected] airtel have blocked my wallet just after loading money into the wallet. I have shared all the proofs, proof of identity, and statements of credit card from which it is added. And told them to close the account and refund amount to the source account to which it is added. But it has been more than 20 days but no resolution has been made. No reply from airtel bank. I am suffering from medical condition and require funds but these people don't even reply. Please help.
