I am living in kalka, distt. Panchkula haryana. During the ending days of august 3g network of airtel started causing problems in my area. I complained to the service centre about it and they say it will be solved in 2-3 days. But it didn't happen so i called them again. Than they said there is an exam going in haryana so therefore they have shut down the airtel internet services. And the funny thing here is 2g and 4g internet srvices are working fine and they only shut 3g services. They asked me to wait a week. I waited but no solution. After a week i called them, they first said me the same thing that will be solved in 2-3 days and after few minutes again that exam thing. It's almost 75-80 days and airtel is not able to solve the problem here related to 3g networks. Moreover their customer care always say one or another thing and it is making be believe that whatever they say is a lie.

The thing is when our recharge is getting over they will call us again and again and when it's done they don't even cure our problems.

They didn't take any steps. Everytime I made a phone to their customer care, yet they didn't resolve my problem. Today also I made a phone call to them and after hearing the same reply I decided to write here.

    On 21st sep2019, full amount of rs.5233 for airtel broadband installation s paid.
    On 22nd sep 2019, technician came home, checked for connection and informed that broadband s not available in our locality.
    Since 22nd sep 2019, behind those agents for refund. Till now it’s not refunded.
    Attached is the agent s id card and payment confirmation that was sent by airtel.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hi,
      I have an unlimited data plan and i was charged by airtel. On calling the customer care, i was told that special numbers are chargeable. What is interesting is that on calling special numbers the call rate is thrice that of a normal call. My issue was left unresolved. Lately, it has become a trend with airtel to charge customers unnecessarily.

        My no is [protected]. Internet is not working in area h. No.106, sector 21a chandigarh outdoor aswell. I faced similar problem in june 2019, and was resolved. Now again same issue. Airtel (121 as well. As appellate) are not even registering the complaint saying my complaint was resolved in june. I am constantly writting mails since 22.09.19 but stereotype response is being sent.. Matter being attended on top priority, but neither complaint no is communucated, nor time line
        For resolution provided. No one has visited to check for redolution.. I may clarify, signal strenght is good and calling in volte is ok.

            airtel network issues

            I'm facing this problem for more than a month from airtel. Customer care support also no good. I'm getting very low data with low speed that also sometimes disconnected randomly. Very very rare to get data in 4g @ some places. My home & my working place also i'cm facing this problems. I need a permanent solution. Airtel is worst network provider in india currently from my side. Waste of my data plan amount. Very very irritating by airtel...

            I am using airtel from a very long time and i really like the service but i started facing a problem from few months. I use unlimited packs so i recharge once in 3 months. By the time the pack's validity is getting expired i'm getting texts saying (Recharge before the end date or else 23rs will be deducted). I dint not like this.. Why will you deduct if i dont recharge. For more clarification i contacted customer care.. They gave me a code.. To stop auto deduction but that is not working.

              I am an Airtel customer since 2012 and I switched from prepaid to postpaid in 2016, before moving abroad. From 2016 till 2019/July the international roaming bill and the basic plan bill remained same, however, since Aug/2019 the bill amount has been suddenly increased approximately three times the original amount. I have analyzed the bill and it says the charges are for internet usage, while i have not switched the mobile data services from July/2019. Furthermore, I have been trying to contact Airtel customer care for NRI's and there is no response from the company.

                I have recently ported to airtel from idea.
                Idea subscribers are not able to call me, they get a response saying the number you have called is incorrect. I have complained about this issue with airtel customer care no resolve still. Kindly resolve this issue.
                This is not happening with a particular idea number. All idea numbers are blocked from calling my number.

                  Hello sir,

                  I m a postpaid user of airtel since day 1 i have network issues at my residential address at my billing address. I cannot use data services at my billing address (My residential address), i cannot call nor text anyone, i cannot receive any call nor text messages. I get to see no service at my billing address. I m paying 800₹-1200₹ bill without using it. Even after complaining nothing is changing. I’m fed up with the services. I can directly see no service as soon as i enter my home. Even outside the network is problematic but my main issue is at my bill address. I’m not able to use any of the services at my billing address due to no network plz help me with it. I hope speedy revert. More thn 3 months back i launched complaint nothing happened so i mailed you plz help.

                      I have complained many times to customer to resolve network and internet issue in singapura layout, vidyaranyapura, bangalore 560097.                         I am nitik kumar. My mobile and airtel sim also 4g. But it doesn't work from 5 days. I don't know what's the matter but it creates big problem for me. I am from darbhanga bihar. I used 4g out of my home but not in my home i complained about that in your customer care but i can't use 4g network.

                          I have properly recharged the airtel dish t v connection but it is not showing many a channel and showing only airtel commercial channel from nearly 15days. It is showing wrong view card. It is second time when l faced such a inhuman technical problem some months before l have faced same problem and l wasted some money for it. This problem emerge from the service provider and can be solved by repeated "refreshing". Please get solved it as soon as possible. I could not see my tv shows since 15 days when i have full charged connection so in this way l have wasted a lot of money for it. Please get it solved sooner.

                            The airtel store tried to activate my sim card and due to backend errors they could not activate my sim card for 2 days. And the issue is not yet resloved. I lost my business for 2 days and i definitely wanna sue airtel for this.
                            I tried activating esim and that failed in the first case from airtel technical side and then the physical sim card is not activating

                              Sir this is praveen kumar i have an query about airtel telecommunication company. Due to my grandfather dead the police officer had try to call my airtel number but the incoming calls had blocked due to this inconvenient i didnot suppose to get that information from the authority person. Ifelt very disappointment from this. Mostly all of the customers using jio due to their purposes or convenience.in jio i had done a 3months recharge plan, so i cannot able to recharge my airtel number.in this modern world dual sims smartphone has used by all but blocking of incoming calls is the only problem. So kindly please donot block incoming calls for the purpose.in case of emergency how the peoples get the information. So kindly take step about this query sir.

                                I send 5k to the receiver but didn't receive to the receiver help me out its worth for me. I tried their customers care many times bt the call just put on the waiting i dnt think they will resolve this issue any way worst bank airtel, they just don't care about anything and just making useless app help me out consumercomaplaint i will be vry thankfull

                                  Had recently ported my number from bsnl to airtel and had registered online. The delivery executive had taken the money for the first recharge, even the airtel executive told the same.
                                  But now he didn't recharge and is not picking up our call. And now the customer care executive say it's not their responsibility. Please resolve this as we are scammed rs. 495.

                                      Hi, this is disha chavan from pune having airtel prepaid connection no. I lost my mobile, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

                                      I requested to port my number fron airtel delhi circle to airtel up circle but insted of porting they blocked my previous sim and new sim both and blocked my number
                                      Very bad network airte services i have completed 1 year ago. But no improvement.
