Airtel Executive who cheated me : Arshad Ahmed, Mobile - [protected]
I requested for a new multi-tv connection from airtel around 1 year ago. Airtel sent an executive to install those connections at my home. Since the rental for the parent connection is more than the child connections, i paid extra money for one connection (parent) and lesser money for the other 2 (Child) connections for a period of 1 year full in advance to the same airtel executive who had come to install my connections.
After 8 months, due to some issues, i asked him to revise my plan, in which i requested to remove 1 connection (leaving only 2 active connections) and gave him an advance payment for another 6 months after adjusting the previous balance which is till 15/10/2019.
But, since 2 months, Arshad is not picking up my phone, when i pressurize him, only the he recharges my connection, and from last 2 weeks he not responding at all. He does not answer my calls, not does he recharge my account even after complete advance payment.
EVEN AFTER SEVERAL COMPLAINTS IN AIRTEL'S CUSTOMER CARE, NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN YET. THEY MAKE FAKE PROMISES BUT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sonaljain2168 If still no action will be taken, i will post a complete review on twitter. The world should know how airtel makes fool out of their customers.
