Here, the internet speed in our region is terrible... My friend had already complained to the customer care. They claimed to solve the issue by a week ago... But the issue hasn't been solved. You are claiming that you are providing the india's fastest network. Please make that true in our region also..

    I didnt get my experience letter from bhartiya airtel private limited...i had worked as promoter in airtel from last year 2018 to this year 2019...kindly provide my experience letter as soon as possible by mail...because it effected my career growth...just because of this i cant apply on others company...just because of this i used to apply as a fresher...sir please provide my experience letter by mail

      My prepaid number got deactivated because i didn't use it as i was studying in the us. I would like to get it activated as i've given this number everywhere - bank, aadhar card, pan card; it's been linked to all my accounts and the company says i have no choice but to activate it to postpaid. And pay 500 rupees for 4 months, even if i won't be using it.
      Please let me know if there is any other way around this.

      I also know that this number has not been given to anybody else. I still use this number in my Whatsapp account and it works fine.

        Airtel is carefully trying to milk customers by enabling international roaming on customer's mobile as soon as one lands in a foreign country and these packs cannot be disabled by it's app as they have cleverly turned this off so that consumer is now helpless and will get a bill corresponding to his entire stay in the foreign country. There is no way for customers to wiggle out of this as they hide behind fine print which is embedded deep beneath in their documentation which weak courts and consumer law in this country cannot help with.

          I was doing this 35 recharge for so many times in past and i used to get talk time balance in my main balance. Now when i recharged that amount went to package balance which will expire after 28 days.

          Airtel always tells us to check *121# for recharge. I did same.in that i selected this 35 recharge option. It didnt say that 26 rs of talk time will go to package balance.
          Its a fake information. If you update any plan then you should inform customers. There is no such info in *121#. Now i am fooled.

            This is in continuance with my talk over 198 on 19/9 (Al airtel ref of[protected]and [protected] and mails to [protected]@airtel on 21/9and22/09 which had no respone. Therefore you are requested to examine and advise the revised bill

            I a longstating airtel customer changed to post paid services when approched airtel office at thrissur i was asked toclear the bill amont 890. As thi not tallied the bill amount of my plan. Clear my doubt they told that i have changed my plan. I have never wanted a change nor i have been advised of the change either by mail/ sms/notification etc. It is illegal to change the plan without my request/consent

              Hello,
              I got a pre-paid airtell dongle in december when i was visiting my parents in india, kolkata.
              The number is: [protected]

              I was told that it was a one-time 6 month pre-paid dongle. I paid the amount, and was under the impression that in june, once the 6 month ends, the account would automatically cancel.

              But, i have received 2 bills for july and august, which went to my spam. My mother is being threatened by airtell billing department.

              I am trying to cancel it online, but your website is so sub-standard, nothing can be done.

              I have tried to pay the bill, and it would not accept my credit cards. The error says : "no suitable gateway can be found for the requested transactions."

              I need the following :
              1. Please cancel this account asap.
              2. Please email me a confirmation that you have cancelled the account
              3. Please let me know why i am being charged for july and august, when the person who sold me the dongle at the airtell office said it was for 6 months. Please ensure your sales representatives do not mislead customers.

                Amount not refunded for incorrect bill to bank-

                Airtel accepted they had generated an incorrect bill of more than rs 4000 /-. They said they will adjust the amount in future bills. As i want to disconnect using airtel connection, i have called them almost 10 times in the last few days to as for refund in my bank account - no response. Everytime its downtime for connection or they promise to call back and never call.

                I am trying to get the refund for incorrect bill since 20 august bill generation. They have already charged for september bill when i didnt even want to use airtel anymore and was using another card whole time.
                Really frustrated with the service - airtel is not disconnecting my connection and keeping on paying the bills by the refunded amount.

                    I opted for a unlimited call and daily data pack for 365 days. Now whenever i make a call to a service number my balance gets deducted. Why do you say it's unlimited then?? It's not mentioned anywhere explicitly. I even called the customer care and he says it's mentioned in terms and conditions that some numbers are excluded!!! What terms and conditions and where? While recharging there are no terms and conditions mentioned anywhere, just details of the pack having daily data and unlimited calls.
                    This is cheating customers upfront.. You make them pay a hefty price and then again deduct money again. I have attached the screen shot where the offer details are mentioned and when clicking payment it directly takes to payment gateway. Where is the terms and conditions mentioning 'some service numbers are excluded? ' and what's the definition of some???

                      Hi team,

                      It’s been more than five years using airtel dth and the service is too bad. On sep 1st week i have raised complaint as i was not getting any channels. Technician came after two three days and changed the receiver. Even though all channels were not coming. Later he told to change the wire and i said if that works then you can change the wire. He told he will come next day. But till today i have been calling and he didnt turn up. When i raised this issue to customer care they are just taking daily new request and not resolving the issue.
                      I sincerely request to take action on this.

                        I have just ported in my number to airtel from vodafone. I was told to enter the sim card and dial 59059
                        But after entering sim card i am not getting any network and neither i am able to call any customer care
                        Please help
                        I am being really struggling to get any network and all my banking work also has got stopped
                        Please let me know on what exactly needs to be done

                          This channel providing us bundle pack rs.233 and when we added only two channels colors and Sony sab, our monthly rental is being rs 466 but channel selection category shown for these two channels monthly rental have only 19 rupees each but they have started all channels which I have not selected. Which is too much costly for me. Please solve this

                            I had paid my bill amounting ₹1300/- on 9th august, 2019 against mobile no. [protected] in name of adv. Vishal patade via internet banking. I have emailed at customer complain but no solution from there end. I have acquired a letter from airtel bank in which they agree that the transaction was successful which has also been shared by airtel but stil they are not connecting my no.

                              Hi team,

                              This is for my tata docomo number ([protected]) which i carried along with me to usa as this was given for banking purposes. However, i never get any network on this number. Whereas my airtel number works fine in the same location. When i try to search network manually i see t-mobile but as forbidden network and i can not connect to it after multiple attempts. I tried changing phones and switching to 2g and 3g modes, but no success.

                              I need to resolve this at the earliest as i am not able to complete any banking transactions due to this.

                                I have some money in my airtel payments bank.
                                I want to pay airtel postpaid bill with that money but every time i try to pay with airtel payments bank, the transaction is declined and message appear as 'debit facility to this account is not allowed'.
                                I can only recharge (Which i don't want) with this money and no other use.
                                For this reason i called the customer care and they told me to attach my kyc details (Aadhaar and pan card scan copy) along with the 3 months bank and credit card statements. I have done all this but still my account is not activated. After that i asked them to deactivate my account and send the money back to my source account, which is not also done.
                                In other words my money has stuck on my airtel payments bank. It is attached to my mobile no.[protected]
                                I want resolution no other than transfer of whole airtel money balance (Rs. 589) to my source bank account.
                                Give me my money back... I want nothing else!!! Not at all!!

                                  Sir, i am not able to receive messages on my airtel number [protected]. Customer care is not able to solve my problem. They are saying that my call is diverted and to call *402, then i called *402 and call gets ended in 2 seconds and i checked my phone's settings, call divert is not active on my phone. I am able to make calls and receive calls but unable to receive messages from other numbers except airtel. Please solve this problem.

                                    Had made a complaint of a spam call from a certain number to airtel. Had received through an sms the complaint registration number and a commitment that airtel would revert on status within a week. Nothing came. When contacted, the customer service person said it was not their policy to revert on the action despite what was stated in the sms.
                                    Despite prompting - the person kept stating that the number against which the complaint had been made had been blocked but did not answer why advice to this effect had not been sent through sms to me as stated in the sms giving the registration number.

                                      59059 not working for activation of sim

                                      I had ported my number from bsnl to airtel. Today I got a confirmation message saying my number is ready for activation. Dial 59059 and activate. But call gets disconnected immediately after dialing 59059. Poor network. It shows network and says not registered on network.....

                                      I had 6400+ balance in my mobile account and today i recharged my mobile number with 998 on airtel app, but unfortunately due to some error 6000+ got deducted from my account. Then i contacted customer care and they said it got recharged 6 times due to some error. Please look in to the error and add my balance back to my account.. I am also attaching the recharge history from my airtel app for your reference.
