I got a pre-paid airtell dongle in december when i was visiting my parents in india, kolkata.

I was told that it was a one-time 6 month pre-paid dongle. I paid the amount, and was under the impression that in june, once the 6 month ends, the account would automatically cancel.
But, i have received 2 bills for july and august, which went to my spam. My mother is being threatened by airtell billing department.
I am trying to cancel it online, but your website is so sub-standard, nothing can be done.
I have tried to pay the bill, and it would not accept my credit cards. The error says : "no suitable gateway can be found for the requested transactions."
I need the following :
1. Please cancel this account asap.
2. Please email me a confirmation that you have cancelled the account
3. Please let me know why i am being charged for july and august, when the person who sold me the dongle at the airtell office said it was for 6 months. Please ensure your sales representatives do not mislead customers.
