      Hi!
      I have been in airtel network for past more than 8 yrs. Of late i have observed that they deduct my data from my account without any usage, this inspite of barely using the services! At first i switched off access of all my apps access to the internet. Still data was being deducted. Then i downloaded an app to cross my data usage pattern. To my surprise, while the app shows 100mb data usage, airtel deducted 10 gb from my data plan!

      Is there any way to bring these cheats to book?! At this rate, i am thinking of porting out of their services to another service provider. I have already once spoken to their call center exec. This is frustrating and not what i was expecting of a company of airtels stature.

Would be happy i[censored] see through the problem of low network coverage in our areas since recent days. And it has become a big issues for each and every person using Airtel sim in our areas. I hope our issues will be resolved soon.

        I was not getting any network. Called the customer care at 121, they advised me to change sim. I got the new sim and inserted it in the phone slot. I reveied a msg stating "your services have been set. Please restart handset". After restarting i got the network for 2-3 min and again getting a "no service" message. What is the issue. Why do i have to keep running around repeatedly.

          I have complained about the error code b001 that is having issue of not showing any of the channel and alway when i call to customers care they tell that engineer will call but action is taken by them. There service is worst and they cheat the people. When i ask them to disconnect the dth service as there service not proper they alway give some nonsense excuses.

            Dear Sir,
            I had recharged Rs 710 for Airtel Dish Tv on 25th August 2019 but recharge is not creditied into my account. I had raised complaint on 25th itself but they had closed my compliant without intimating me as Transaction declined.
            I had sent 10-15 mails to customer care and Nodal officer but till date they are not confirming status on mail.

            Company till date not doing anything. Continuously I am the person following to companies team. Even though they are till not replied mail also. Also I request to you if possibly you peoples are able to sort out the matter and if Airtel service providers are take serious to you peoples then and then you can resolve the complaint or suggest me accordingly.

            Also note that old complaint has already closed for same issue they are raising new complaint and closed on next day as resolution “ we are proceed with recharge and it will credited into account on next day .

            When I asked about recharge account they are again open complaint which has already resolved as we are unable to proceed your recharge .

            I am requesting from last 7-8 days only for written mail as per complaint raised by me but they are not able to give me mail for Recharge is unsuccessful.
            Then and then I will be able to take up matter with particular bank.

            But all are fake people’s are sitting over there and not replied to my mail .

            I think this link utilised for consumer complaints is fake. No any call received from concern complaint raised company and complaint status shows resolved. I think Airtel is not taking serious this web site . Ok I don’t have any problem but now we will definitely meet consumer care jurisdictions court at Sangli.

              I have been using airtel for the last 15 years and was very satisfied with the service but from the last three months we are getting some problems in our modem like sudden disconnection, low speed, short-range of the WIFI and some other problems, I had filed some complaints in last 3 months where some executive came without any id cards abusing us. I lodged a complaint against issues of the modem on 30th august 2019 with a complaint no.[protected] assuming that this matter will be closed but neither the executive visited us nor the problems got solve but got increased instead and from the last 15 days my WIFI isn't working at all causing delay in my work and when I asked them today about my complaint the customer care center said the case is automatically closed, I would like you to send an airtel employee this time not some service center team without id proof if you can't send a trustworthy employee i will go to legal
              Also, some technician working at some center said we won't be fixing your modem and their names were Rohit and Lokesh
              I lodged a new complaint today hoping you will help us solve this matter
              the complaint no.[protected]
              I also asked them when my problem will be resolved but, still, I haven't got any revert from the customer care
              they havent physically checked the modem and when I asked them about this matter they said that no issue found from our side

                And I have got a bill of 1612.
                Customer care says I can provide a waiver of 200.
                I have been paying more than 1000 rupees for the last 6 months.
                And the customer care thinks I am beggar asking for waiver.

                AIRTEL IS NOT STICKING TO THE CREDIT LIMIT AND HAS NOT STOPPED MY SERVICES.
                Please help me to file a case against Airtel

                  not receiving otp in my newly ported sim

                  I am not receiving any otp in my newly ported sim. Other messages are coming. I contacted airtel customer services and they suggested it could be network problem.
                  But others friends are using the airtel and they are getting otp without any problem.
                  I am not getting otp for any of the services. Be it a banking or any other.

I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like (Facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and apn numbers but of no avail. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                    Sir i have registered my complaint with customer care on 8th september, 2019. The complaint was regarding call drop and voice clarity. Sometimes it becomes almost impossible to communicate due to poor network service. Till date i have not received any call and message from airtel. I called them around 3 days back to which i was given an explanation that the work is going on site. For how long should i wait for the call of airtel executive or i should switch over to some other cellular service provider.

                    My Airtel Network keeps refreshing and showing error 403.i have tried restarting the phone in vain.this happens almost all the time and is very frustrating.kindly fix it.i have attached a screenshot to that effect

                      The complaint has also done before but i didnt get any results. Its upto 15 days from now. The complaint has been resgisterd. If i am not satisfies i wont pay the bill as dated, as per my bill plan.. Because i am not able to get data speed.
                      Airtel says we provide best servises and best network. I dont think soo... I request you to please look into it. I have complint 3rd time about network issues.

                            Airtel is worst service provider.
                            Today i am not able to use internet since morning.
                            And when i called customer in evening they said 'wait for some time, our new site is under installation. Your problem is escalated'

                            Then i asked - till when this problem will be solved.

                            They replied - 'no commitment for the time, regarding problem solution'

                            Spoke to swapnil chauhan (Maharashtra & goa circle)
                            Time - 7.17pm to 7.26pm

                            And even this network is such #, it will be perfect outside of house
                            And zero network when i'm in home.

                            And they shows/says that they are the fastest network... Bla bla bla..

                            I'm sure gona port sim (Using airtel since 2001)

                              I have settled my mobile dues online app of airtel by credit card on 1 sep 2019 for rs1063 and my bank has confirmed that airtels authorised collection dept cc avenue mumbai has received the same. I have furnished copies of bank debit and transaction id to airtel on the 6 sep itself when they have registered my complaint but till date they have not resolved the same and continue to send remiunders for payment and stop service.
                              I have very poor image of airtels working as per past experience and would like to port out no sooner the problem is resolved but they say that minimum period of 90 days to wait. I dont know if this condition applies to when airtel has taken over the customers of tata docomo in july.
                              1. Please let them connect to payment made by me
                              2. Please let them waive the minimum period of 90 days for porting as i am their subsciber due to their take over of tatadocomo and which would never be my choice from past experiences

                                  I bought a airtel dth connection few months back with customer id [protected]. They are charging me rs/- 15 every time i recharge my account calling it to be maintenance cost without any sort of maintenance.

                                  On being asked as to what this maintenance charge is for they don't explain.

                                  Pls do let me know if they are entitled to deduct any such charges from my account.

                                  I've paid for installation and all other charges at the time of installation and now recharge my account as per my wish.

                                  I need all the money deducted from my account refund

                                      I am new user of airtel dth, i want recharge my dish in that time i will contact to customer care to help i ask them to recharge my dth with pack of (Ap regional lite sd) the cost is 140/-
                                      They said total 293/-rs i asking why 293. They said 140/- is your pack and extra 153/-rs is airtel special pack. I tell i don't want that only want regional pack. But they said this is must and should pack recharge if you don't want this the dth...
