I have been using airtel for the last 15 years and was very satisfied with the service but from the last three months we are getting some problems in our modem like sudden disconnection, low speed, short-range of the WIFI and some other problems, I had filed some complaints in last 3 months where some executive came without any id cards abusing us. I lodged a complaint against issues of the modem on 30th august 2019 with a complaint no.[protected] assuming that this matter will be closed but neither the executive visited us nor the problems got solve but got increased instead and from the last 15 days my WIFI isn't working at all causing delay in my work and when I asked them today about my complaint the customer care center said the case is automatically closed, I would like you to send an airtel employee this time not some service center team without id proof if you can't send a trustworthy employee i will go to legal
Also, some technician working at some center said we won't be fixing your modem and their names were Rohit and Lokesh
I lodged a new complaint today hoping you will help us solve this matter

I also asked them when my problem will be resolved but, still, I haven't got any revert from the customer care
they havent physically checked the modem and when I asked them about this matter they said that no issue found from our side
