I bought a airtel apple phone no emi interest cost offer for 24 month (2000/ p/m) in thanjavur. Am working in college there airtel network problem arise so i request 3-4 times about that problem i face. So i plan to change the network after 1 year i make a call to customer support regarding close of emi for apple phone. They give a account number from hdfc bank but in name of clix capital and ifsc code as hdfc bank. Am getting doubt so i make call to airtel customer support and ask can i pay my emi rs 2000/- to emi account clix capital like that. They said ok. So i paid my one emi directly to clix capital account which they give on 27th may 2019. But yet not that amount reflect in my bill. I ask a clix capital customer support team also and get the statement from them.in that also that amount is credited on the date i mention. But airtel persons didn’t hear about my concerns also. They simply hesitate my problem. Because of that my credit score decreased even though i paid i struggled to get back.

    Hi airtel
    Good morning
    I am using an airtel number +91-[protected]. Right now i am out of country. I recharged this number before i left the country amount 998 with the validity of 1 year because this is the number registered in my every indian govt ids banks etc. The number was recharged on 4th july 2019. It worked sometime here but now it has become deactivated. Even the sim is displaying no service.
    Could you please check and rectify this soon.

      I bought a airtel sim a month ago.
      I am getting calls from different unknown numbers all the times. I can see that the unknown numbers are genuine callers. Therefore i have come to conclusion that i have received an recycled number of a girl.
      I called the airtel customer care after only few days only and they told me to give the numbers from which i have been getting calls to police.
      So according to this theory i have to go to police station regularly as i get atleast 2-3 calls from different numbers from maharashtra gujarat etc which i think are genuine.
      Once i ta led a caller they say they were looking for a girl named tina and i have also heard same name from different callers

        Sala bakwas ho gya hai airtel 4g.. Ek dam network he nahi rahata hai.. Or salo airtel customer care.. Ek no ka chutiya hai. Sare kutton ko ek bat yaad hai.. Sir apna sim one me hai ki nahi apka network automatics hai ki or to or.. Sir apka sim me agar do 4g sim laga hai to ek ka 4g band kr dijiye.. Sale madharchod log. Salo tumhe jo mai problem batata hu woto tum salo sunte nahi ho apna rata hua bat bas suna ke phone kat dete ho.

        Banchod ho gyi airtel ki company.

        or sabse bakwas Service ho gya hai airtel.
        sala aise mango to ek rupiya koi nahi deta hai. or Aise he hm apna paisa barbad nahi hone denge ..sir.

          Dear sir/madam,
          I (Lalit kumar prasad) holding ph no [protected] with postpaid connection for last 01 yr and 06 month approximately, with add on no [protected] for 02 month. When i visit to airtel office they refuse to change postpaid sim which is add on no not change into prepaid view sim not completeld 120 days
          Where as bill came more as told by airtel office since sim taken.

          Therefore request you to kindly review my issue as soon as possible from unnecessary bill amount.

            I ported my no. [protected] from idea to airtel. The msg said i have to call 59059 to activate airtel sim. But its not working. I hv called the number several times. The call is not connecting. I tried calling the customer care number byt they said i have to go bk to the store that i purchased my sim from. I purchased it in ranchi n now i m in kolkata. Does this mean i cant use my sim anymore till i go bk to ranchi? Pls contact me on [protected].

              I had enabled international roaming for uae with the amount of rs. 3998 for two times. Airtel offered 500 min incoming /500 min outgoing call and 2 gb data. But in uae i am unable to utilize the outgoing calls as the call get dropped within 20 sec.

              Also they not provided the balance minutes check option either by ussd or through internet. So unable to find how many incoming minutes i utilized during my trip. So unable to utilize the full incoming calls also.

              I raised the complaint for the above but there is no resolution till my end of trip.

              I am totally dissatisfied with the service provided by airtel during international roaming.

                I am very upset to tell about poor support from airtel service center and customer executive. I have tata docomo sim with mob. Number [protected] and it has been migrated to airtel, and after few days the sim got deactivated, then i visited nearest airtel store and told my concern then they provided me one new airtel sim which supposed to have same mobile number which i was using in docomo. They told me it will be activated with in a week but now it's more than two weeks over, still my sim not activated every day i am contacting with airtel store and customer care but not getting any positive response. Even the customer support executive not speaking politely. I did not get that much poor support from any telecom company throughout my life.

                If possible please take necessary action.

                  After trai new rules of selecting the channels, i tried and trying for the 6 months to select my own channels but airtel sends just message that my request could not be processed. I am paying rs. 890 a month for the past 6 months, instead of my selection of rs. 250. I had very poor experience in airtel mobile service also and finally migrated to other service. Now also i plan to switch over to other service. Before that if you can do any thing do please. My airtel dth no. [protected]

                    I have an airtel dth connection installed in my home and i want another connection. I have spoken with your customer support and they said it will install by the technician on around 24 hours. It's been around 4 days without any support by your team. I've tried reaching out with your customer care executive and your distributor but found no help.
                    They provide me the details of the technician but he is also giving me false commitment. This is a case of extremely poor service by your team. There is no follow up and no responsibility for commitments.
                    Please take the needful action and please let me know about the connection status, if you cannot provide service then just answer no without wasting our time so that we go to another service provider. There are plenty of service providers who are committed to there work and reliable for there customers. Such a stupid and nonworking team you have airtel.
                    I am sharing this incident on facebook and instagram so that no one gets fooled by your bakwas service.

                      On 4th septemeber at 12:08 am i was trying to recharge my airtel mobile with ₹359/- recharge amount through airtel app, but unfortunately the recharge was unsucessful but amount was debited. I have done a transaction with my canara bank atm card through amazon pay payment mode. Since then i was asked to wait till 11th september but still my refund has not been credited to my bank account and i have also contacted canara bank customer care team and they are saying that there's no such reference number and its invalid.
                      The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 954017 which was sent to me the amazon team via email. Kindly refund my amount asap.

                            I recharged my sim few weeks ago with 499 unlimited pack (Airtel) these people claim to be the fastest network and are such a cheat. I literally regret buying this sim and and also its not tht my area doesnt hve airtel network it used to work previously thts why i rechrged it again and instead of spending so much money on this fake ads you should improve your services

                            What should i do now? Speed worse than 2g

                              I want to convert my airtle sim form postpaid to prepaid as the per month bill keeps on increasing every month. Whereas the bill for per month in airtle is coming around 450/- as if you compare Jio is providing services for 399/-rs for 3 months. Seems like airtle is charging triple the amount with no extra features.

                                I recharge with 448rs via airtel app. By which i got 1.5 gb/ day + 400mb data xtra which i got in offer but after usage of 1.5gb after that when i try to use that 400mb it give me on 10-20 kbps speed. After i concerned about that issue i called customer care. And you all know what customer do. They said that "sir we re working on it, our technical support team will work on it and help u out asap" and that's it, i still have that issue.

                                  Hi sir,

                                  I tried to recharge the dth account[protected] with amount 330 but it failed, but money was deducted from account. I used google pay to recharge the dth.
                                  I logged complaint with google pay and they told me that airtel was unable to process the transaction (Upi transaction id:[protected]. So they manually forwarded the transaction to airtel but airtel hasn't processed yet.
                                  I tried reaching out to airtel support team, but they are not responding me properly.
                                  I want you to take a note and take a action on this.

                                    I have corporate connection with airtel and i also porting my other number from idea to airtel. So that i have total 14 number in corporate under airtel.
                                    I paid my bill on dt.[protected] through my cheque. But my cheque is debited on dt.[protected] why airtel local office paid by bill to late. Why airtel hold my cheque. Now my all numbers is deactivated due to no bill paid and no credit limit.
                                    I have face many problem. Now i am very upset from airtel office and airtel service. I dont want to use airtel after 3 months.

                                      To begin with, i was travelling abroad in the month of april 2019 because of which i took an airtel international roaming pack on my postpaid number for 1499/- in the month of march 2019. It got activated once i landed in the said country abroad. When i had taken the pack, i was told that it will be deactivated on the 10th day irrespective of where i am.
                                      I returned to india within the first week of april, which was hardly 5 days. I called the airtel customer service, where i was told that it was a one time charge and i do not need to deactivate it separately as the validity is for 10 days only.
                                      In the month of august, during the last week i had to travel abroad and had a layover for about 2 hours in the same country. But i did not need a pack so i had not activated it. I had taken the day pack where i was charged 649/-. Later in the bill, i noticed that i was also charged an amount of 1499/- on the same day on the same number. Without my consent or knowledge it was activated and charged. I did not receive any text message nor email for the activation of the ir pack worth 1499/-.

                                      I only got to know the charge was implemented when the bill came in on the 12th of september 2019. The bills are not available on the app "my airtel" either. I had to log in online thru my laptop and only then i could see the bill details. I called up the customer service where i spoke to ms. Saanya. She said that she has requested a call back to my number. Later another executive called me and said that i have to give the exact date and time for the call made for deactivation. I tried to reason with her saying that it is completely absurd for one to remember the details. I relayed my problem again and she says that i should have deactivated it she told me that they do not have a record for the call. If airtel does not have a record for a call made about 5 months ago, how do they expect me to provide such details!!

                                      Being a "gold"member is an absolute hoax as this is the scenario of their customer care. Once i asked to speak to the manager, she goes on to inform me that i will have to call 121 and request thru the automated call. And that she cannot help me.
                                      It is not about the amount of money but the fact that consent was not taken nor any information was given!!
                                      I hope to see this resolved sooner.

                                        We have been raising complaints and concerns over degraded services levels of airtel mobile but there has been no response from airtel at all.

                                        We have frequent call failures while talking n the mobile loosing the entire grip of the conversation/ discussions. Most of the time, there are no signals and no service n our handsets. We have been loyal customers of airtel for almost 20 years and have been paying up for the services that are not rendered to us and neither they are concerned about our complaints.

                                        Please help us to get a permanent solution to this problem or airtel should allow us to port our numbers on to a different provider, as whenever, we raise the mnp request, they start verbally assuring us of service improvements etc.

                                        Airtel, please stop duping us any further, due to your pathetic services, we have taken enough monetary losses,,,
