Last month i have approached an airtel store in tarnaka hyderabad to have both my postpaid numbers kept in safe custody for 6 months as i was travelling abroad. Very worst false info, cheating service | airtel postpaid [protected] for 20/50/75 kbps @ airtel 4g net speed till now.

Last 1.5 years before i complain about airtel voice and data very low signal also very low but till date very very worst services from airtel postpaid in t nagar 600017 in chennai tamilnadu. I wasted my cost last 1.5 years of spent for airtel postpaid bill per month 649+gst 18% = 765.82 x 15 months are rs. 11, 487.30/ —

Every time of complaint about this airtel network data issues in customer care, simply said that already given rs.100 discount for billing (Monthly bill amount: 649+18% gst = 765.82 ) but every often asking expected only full service not waiver or discount, but without data services for us every day to day very worst data usage in metro city of chennai tamilnadu.

But i need only full voice and data 4g services but till date not provides so last more than 1-year cheating and promising false information, we will rectify airtel network issues in my location and 2 times network team visited not rectify simply only shadow signal not data or voice signal strength. So till date cheating customer bill amount monthly by monthly without services from airtel no.1 open network of cheating services.

So need 50% amount refund for last 1 year due to very worst airtel voice & data of 1-year cheating and promising false information and till now not possible rectify voice and data issues for me. Lose business due to the very worst airtel services from last 16 months...

    2 months ago i buy a airtel sim card, i had no problem in any one facility. But from last 2 week i got a problem with sms, internet, incoming and outgoing calls i mean all the facility. I tried to call customer num. I talk with them, they told me that in your area site is being under construction. There are three towers in our area.-vyara dist tapi. These is all indoor problem. Even one signal isn't come. If there are theree towers atleast incoming and outgoing calls should work.

      I have port out my Idea number [protected] to Airtel on 02/09/2019. I left india on 06/09/2019 to US. After i reached US i got a text on my alternate number on 07/09/2019 to change the sim and perform televerification. Now i am in international roaming and cannot perform televerification. As there is no network on my phone to call 59059. Every time i try to call it says no mobile network. As of now my number is not working. Seeking help for any alternate way to perform televerification or do it post first recharge.

        I am not able to recharge my phone offline or online from the last 1 week. Money is getting debited but the recharge is failing every single time. Please help immediately. Unable to make calls.

        I went to the customer care in karnataka but they said my circle is andhra pradesh, and i should go there and check. How can i travel to ap to get my phone checked. Why can't the customer service be of any help.

          Because of airtel's fault bill was not updated correctly in june month. Since 3rd july, 2019 my outgoing and internet services got blocked because of billing which was airtel's fault as they were not able to update it correctly.
          Now they keep sending each month bill along with previous month. They have disconnected my number and asking for payment of bill.

          I have sent around 20 emails and called multiple times but all time i get one response that they are working on priority to fix issue.

            My wife getting abusive calls from a airtel number[protected]. Kindly consider the matter seriously and take appropriate action against that nonsense using this number or otherwise i will lodge an fir at police station and take shelter at the court of law against that person and service provider.

              I didn't get amazon prime membership aftrr recharging with 299 after clicking on link i go to airtel thanks app then i opened it and then i went to claim amazon prime membership after that i click on that claim award i got to recharge again and showing looking for more rewards screen what the hell is that i already done that recharge

                Airtel charged wrongly for a call for 5 minutes it charged more than 16 rupees for a call saying that i made video call but i called to keypad phone which does not have video call option in that mobile if airtel is faces losses this is not the way to get money, airtel is money minded company they are looting money, my balance deducted number is [protected] and the balance deducted date is 7 september 2019 time is 6pm ist

                  I purchased grocery from big basket app of rupees 1696. & make payment through airtel bank. The money is deducted from my airtel wallet, but payment was not successfull. I got the message from airtel that
                  "you have made a payment to pu-bigbas of rs.1, 696.00 from wallet avl bal rs.1.00. Tnx id [protected]". I called the bb people but they said not received any payment from my side & the airtel people said payment is done form our side. What to do now i lost my money plz do the needful.

                    On 7 sept 2019 and on 4 sept 2019 I booked a train ticket via my airtel app using my SBI debit card but the payment failed and money was dedected from my airtel wallet and the tickets were not booked yet my airtel phone no is ([protected])from which I have h wallet account.

                      I have lost my mobile phone with airtel simcard. There's no email registered and i call using my other airtel number - the airtel executives are not able to fetch any details about the mobile number although i have been paying bills every month including the one for last month.

                      I have sent emails to [protected]@airtel.com but i only get an auto reply saying that the mobile number is not registered.

                          Vijayanagar 2nd stage, Mysore is busy area where most IT guys stay.
                          Airtel signal internet speed is pathetic in this area. Complained multiple times to customer care, but they preach only what has been taught, “Signal strength shows excellent, please restart phone and check”

                            I've ported my number [protected] from airtel maharashtra circle to airtel mumbai circle on 31st august 2019.

                            But my old sim stopped working in 4th september and when i inserted my new sim card then i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both (Even the old one) sim cards are not working.

                            My retailer then gave me a new sim card saying may be there is issue with the sim. He also said it will get activated in 2 hours. But thanks to your "great" service. It is still not working.

                            Then i contacted on a customer care number. I spoke to the "expert" guy. He said it will take 7 days to port my number and in this period both the cards (Old one also) won't work. C'mon guys! 24hours is fine but 7 days??? Are you kidding me?

                            I also dropped a mail to airtel. Firstly they said this number is not registered user. Then they said this number is not registered under this email id and they are providing me a registration link.
                            How would i register my number when i can't get otp on it??? What are you guys doing?

                            Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. This is my primary number and i'm frustrated because my both sims are not working now.

                            Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim.

                            If you are not able to port my number then at least start my old sim.

                            Hoping my issue will be resolved asap.

                              I am a 6-month old airtel postpaid user. I intend to use this network for voice, video calling & internet browsing etc. The issue with this network is that since beginning of the month i started this connection, there was vigorous call-drops in between. Numerous cross connections faced. Even though the situation gets worsen when i do browsing.
                              And each day, the same problem is faced, even after repeated complaints being lodged.
                              Instead i pay rs 600 on average each month with rs 499 plan.

                              The authorities don't intend to solve the problem, rather lodging complaints only... The same issue being reiterated each & every time i get call from technical team.

                              It's pathetic to continue with this connection anymore, number portability is the only option left, after paying hefty amount every month.

                              My suggestion, is improve quality of your connection and retain existing customers, otherwise bulk of people are planning to shift to jio.

                              The worst is gonna be coming for u.

                                  Sir, i am a regular airtel customer for more than 5 years. And they deduct balance frequently from my account. Yesterday 5th sept. They deduct rs 26.65 as soon as as i recharge my number. I didn't get any message from airtel. I recharge my sim every month. I couldn't call them because both the customer care numbers 121 and 198 are chargeable. And my current balance is 0.1. Seeking a reasonable reply from airtel as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                      I lost mobile (No. [protected]) on 05th august'2019 and blocked my prepaid sim card. I submitted required documents for name/user change to get sim card at gudiyattam airtel office, vellore district, tamil nadu.

                                      Even after 21 days, i didn't get my prepaid sim card for the number: [protected]. Every day i am calling airtel office for sim card and airtel staffs says that they will call back once it is ready.

                                      But i think, they will never call me as they are not interested to work.

                                      I am suffering because of poor service by gudiyattam airtel office.

                                      Please take necessary action to get my sim card.
