I have an airtel number from past 12 years (Same number) and till airtel got merged with aircel last year around same time, i was not able to send any sms out since then. I switched my idea number to airtel for better service and network but i have come across worst service and network of airtel. Most of the time my caller complain me i keep my phone not reachable. I applied for broadband disconnection in february 2019. I received 2 confirmation calls from the airtel team and was said the connection would be cut in next 1 month.
But nothing happened. Then again i raised a request in june end (Or july 1st week) and i again got around 6-7 confirmation calls for disconnection each time being assured that connection would be cut and won't be receiving any further calls.
