I have an airtel prepaid connection and i have been using axis bank credit card so whenever i face any issue with axis bank credit card then i call to axis bank credit card support team.

The axis toll-free helpline numbers are below

[protected]

But when i call from my airtel number then each time airtel company deducted amount from my balance.

I also call from my jio number then no amount detected by jio.

One more thing is that when i call to axis bank helpline and once i connect with axis helpline and the computer tells some instructions for example i mentioned below.

If you want to get information about your credit card so please press this number.
This is the time when airtel start balance deduction from computer instructions and continue deduct the amount while service executive are busy.

      I am from bangalore uttarahalli region. We had issues with internet on 3rd of september 2019 and raised complaint on 4th september 2019 (Complaint no

Received confirmation from airtel that the technician will be visiting on 5th but just some time before visiting hour received another message that dear customer, your service request no[protected] could not be attended by our engineer due to a technical issue.. The next appointment available for engineer visit is 10 sep 2019 07:30:00 pm-10 sep 2019 08:30:00 pm.
      Is airtel expecting us to be without internet for more than a week? Any number of calls will fetch the same answer. Is this quality if service we are expecting from well known brand airtel. Writing this here because we are facing this issue in second time.

        We paid for our airtel dth services on 29 november 2018, rs 7166 for the whole year. The services were detained on 1st september, 2019 in the name of some change in the package. Also, a channel named miniplex was added to our package by misinforming us about it. The amount was being deducted from our account without our approval. Now after the payment for one whole month, our services remain valid for just 14 days and we can see only the free channels despite payment completion.

          Cannot make or receive calls and call quality when it does connect, is very poor with breaking voice. Even when I am at work, the network gets disconnected and I am not able to receive any calls. From home also there is no network and I have tried contacting 121, 198. I am just bombarded with unnecessary information and useless promotional material asking me to enjoy 4G on the network. How? Your network is unusable, I have to switch to 3G to sometimes get some network. I ported Airtel from Tamil Nadu to Karnataka circle and thought things would be better. But no.
          I have been facing the same pathetic quality of network in Tamil Nadu as Karnataka. Please resolve this issue since it is unbearable to not have communications. I have been a customer of airtel for a long time, but now your quality truly has degraded and I'd be forced to switch network since this is a very persistent issue here. There is also no 4G network access 90% of time. Pathetic network in key area like Marathahalli, Bangalore.
          Either fix the issue, or please refund me my recharge for the month so I can happily port to a different network. This is unacceptable now.

            I did wrong Airtel dth recharge of 300 on another account within 1 hrs I update to customer care they said it will be refund in 48 hrs. After one week communicate with customer care they said they have refund and it will automatically come once recharge finish. After one month I contacted them and they said due to insufficient balance channel are blocked I said where is 300 RS they said it's in ur account but u have transfer 119 rupees to another account which I never did. I ask where I transfer they said they HV no info they will contact in 24 hrs. Today I got call and said that 119rs. Is there transfer fees ? OMG this surpyme never ever any customer care said me that there is service fees of 40% to bring amount back from another account it's shocked me...i ask them to send me there policy regarding this but they did not have anything...

            I m a blogger and I shall write to people of India that the Airtel dth work by this way...shame on this if they said this earlier then I never ask them to refund.

            Never ever recommend Airtel dth I m going to change this fraud customer care and company...

              I have bought data card fronm airtel for my office use. Sales person was told specifically that i need data card as well as airtel 4g wifi dongle for internet use in my office. I was told dongle would be available later as he would place order far the same. But the sales person could not provide me with airtel 4g wifi dongle as promised so the data card was not used.                 This is pandiarajan. I am not getting any messages including otp for bank transaction in my mobile network (Airtel). I recharged for a year and lost my money due to otp issue and can't change other network immediately. I complained customer care. They didn't understand the serious ness and they are giving serveral days time look when i call every day. Very very bad experience with airtel network.

                    On Monday 26 august 2019, i had recharged my phone with the Rs. 129 pack. The message i received thereafter was that the pack provides unlimited national calls, 2GB data and 300 SMS valid for 28 days!! (I will enclose an image of it for proof)

                    However, yesterday onwards (3rd september 2019) my data balance says 0.0MB which is a terrible thing. Very unfortunate.

                      duplicate sim not getting otps

                      I lost my phone a few day ago so i got a duplicate airtel sim. All the sim activities are pretty normal other than the fact that i was not able to get otps. It's been 40+ hours since i got the sim and i'm still not getting otps. I got the otp for paytm today but when i tried to login to instagram or amazon, i didn't get any otp response. Please look into this...

                      I am trying to add my airtel (Formerly tata docomo) mobile number on linkedin, but i am not receiving the verification code.

                      I am able to receive the code on my vodafone mobile number but not my tata docomo (Now acquired by airtel) number.

                      Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                      If other mobile numbers are able to receive the verification code then what is wrong with airtel's?

                        Dear sir, with reference to above subject, we would like to bring to your notice that we have taken broad band connection 100 mbps speed and 350 gb data per month @ 2099/- rental plan. At the time of installation airtel executive took 10 days for wiring and 5 day for activation, after activation we were getting speed of 512 kbps instead of 100 mbps, airtel executive informed us that his job is done and from server they will increase the speed and took rs.500/- as advance deposit and rs 1000/- for installation, after that till date the speed issue did not resolve, we had send many mails to airtel and escalation team also to nodal and applet team no action has been take till now.

                        Instead they were forcing me to send mail to airtel instructing to downgrade the speed. I had also requested them to refund the money which i had paid at the time of installation and 1 month rent. Against that they responded that we will get back to you.

                        Now today 8/27/2019 its been 2 years airtel is fooling us giving false commitment every 3 days they are saying that it will be rectified with in 3 days or so on.

                        It has been almost 2 years and more our problem is not resolve and till date we have paid rs.70771.50 towards rental for 24 months. Addition to this we are forced to pay rs. 399/- per employees total 20 employees for taking prepaid mobile internet plan. Which is costing around rs.191520/- for 24 months. We have send many mail to all department but there was no proper response they are just dragging time and fooling us.

                        With lots of hope and trust i have finally decided to request you to take proper action against this fraud airtel company and arrange to get my money refunded, that is rental paid from the date of installation till date and additional cost incurred for not providing adequate service as promised and legal charges pertaining to this case and other charges details given below.

                        Rental calculated till august 2019 – 70771.50 cost of additional expenses incurred rs. 191520.00 other legal charges extra and miscellaneous expenses 60 % on total cost. Has to be refunded by airtel.

                          It has been more than 3-4 days we booked airtel dth online payment was also done online, then also till 24 hours we didn't receive any call for installment or any other.
                          After escalating finally we receive dth at home.
                          Still the issues was not addressed properly, till date set top box is not working person was left house saying another person will come for installment.
                          After calling again & again another person come & he was also unable to solve the problem, still tv showing no signal.

                          Hoping the issues will solve at least today.

                          Before booking it was guaranteed that after booking air tel installment will be done next day, highly dis satisfied.

                            Hi team,

                            I am user of [protected], ashok kumar gupta and my sim got failed recently and when i visited your airtel store (Madhu vihar location), they informed me that they couldn't re-issue the prepaid sim of the same number as my name name was not reflecting in their system and if i want the same number hence i can only go for the postpaid connection.
                            So, i asked them to update the fields, to which they said, they cannot do it in case of prepaid connection.
                            When i asked them about the charges for the conversion of my prepaid sim to postpaid connection to which they said, inr 250 for sim issue charges and minimum plan of inr 499, that too need to be used for at-least 4 months before it can be converted again into a prepaid connection.

                            So, i basically been charged for inr 250 + inr 499 *4 (4 month usage) + taxes

                            Approx = inr 2605 for 4 month o[censored]sage, where on the other hand i normally charge for inr 458 of 3 month unlimited calls etc.

                            Indirectly airtel forced me into a postpaid connection user. Which i never wanted to be.

                            Please advise, what shall i do to for loss i am in now?

                              On 26th aug 2019 i recharged my airtel no. With a pack value of rs 448 in which an amount of rs. Deducted from my account and then a notification came that payment failed and i would get my refund within 2 days. But it has been 9 days already but i haven't received my money yet. I contact customer care but they are also unable to help me. Now i am scared of recharging my no. Again. Plz resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Today is the 8th day and I am continuing the call to airtel verification department but getting a reply your details not update please call after 4 hrs or contact to airtel store, Daily I am going to airtel store and they don't have any solution, always they told we had raised the complaint, your number will be started till the evening, But till now number is not started.

It's difficult to continue this if this goes on.Also how show we contact airtel incase we don't have airtel connection for mobile services . It's getting difficult day by day to have airtel for 4G services.
