I have 2 airtel numbers and consolidated into single billing.
First plan change itself is not successful and took calling, visiting manually the express centre and mails to customer care, just to get it changed which ran for 2+ weeks. Once the plan got changed, i still could not use the airtel thanks, its 2 months since then with multiple followups again on customer care calls, manual visits, mails including the ones to appellate. All are just worthless and big zero. They just open new tickets each time you call and close without even informing you and the cycle and your mental pain and agony continues in discussions with dumb responses from them
They have changed plan on both my numbers to the max of inifinity, did consolidation, reconsolidating, changed the primary to secondary and vice-versa. All combinations they tried using me as a guine pig for experimentation, but these dumb folks just don't know what and how it works, that their engineers have built. Shameless, worthless people.
One of the ticket that i have track of (Others just got deleted) - sr 90699180, others just lost in infinite number of communications with these half-heads
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Dhiraj Sadhwani Issue is surely the dominant factor here, just think, for this torture I am having to pay too - infinity 499 plan for each of my number. Total time, mental peace and money waste with Airtel folks. Should be banned, given the unability to handle anything.
