Worst service from airtel not responding today i have tried 12 times to customer care simply they listening and requesting to be on hold and they are disconnecting.. Very rude behaviour

    My internet is down since last night. I called in airtel customer care 3 times but they always said that we forwarded your complaint to other department and it will resolve it asap. Tell me how much time it will take to resolve the problem 1 hour or 2 hour thats it? But it's been 14 hours and the internet connection condition is same. They are just making money by not providing a proper internet connection. Seriously it's ridiculous.. And their slogon is airtel connection is even at small area.. But what about the other area. My contact number is [protected]

      Hi trai team,

      I have been using airtel services from very very long and network issue i am facing from past one year.

      Today my all services is impacted badly to level "no service" on my both numbers". No incoming, no outgoing, no emergency calling, no messaging (In/out), no data.

      Multiple complaint number were registered with no resolution : 83210214 in feb 2018, 84101107 in march 2018, 84273092, 85576783 in may 18, 88184437 in oct, 90588189 in jul 19.

      Still open tickets : 85576783 in may 2018 and 88184437 in oct 2018

      I had tweet about same multiple times which has raised my irritation level every time new person would reply with regret message and no one talk about problem or solution and even they will not look into history or chat logs to understand issue and will tell defined scripted language.

      Interestingly i am using broadband connection and informing airtel that my incoming is also impacted and they will call and tell me same thing ur number is not reachable.

      I have been paying for services which i have been not able to avail like data (292 gb still unused) and my whole work is highly dependable but data was nt good and never improved so i had to get broadband connection to overcome even for email services.

      After complaints instead of improvement my incoming is impacted from past 4 months.

      I did payment on 29th aug through airtel app using amazon (Attached mail) and just to expedite and resume services at earliest i tried to do it again today as they claim they have not received but i could not do as i did not get otp on my mobile number because"no service"and messaging not working as well. I am helpless and could not do anything. For me it is mental harassment and financial loss and it has impact on my business loss and work badly and i wasted whole day following up.

      Imagine how come any service provider barred you from calling any"emergency number".. Is there no penality for them for harassing such and for discomfort provided to consumer and no chargeback for service as committed and not provided and they claim to be fastest network.

      Appreciate your intervention.

        I am recharged twice for an airtel plan for data and voice of rs 199, and not got person to talk forcorrect solution for it. Number provided on site says my plan only not any person talk to me. Please help i want to talk face to face to person for solving my query. Can you refund my money or transfer for my next transaction or in my airtel wallete. My number is [protected].

          I supposed to convert an addon number to prepaid. But lot of worst activity of airtel that has been rejected and we tried to move out from airtel to bsnl.
          During this port change time, suddenly converted into prepaid.
          Now there is no calls and incoming calls and signal.
          Very worst and got frustrated about airtel. Really felt very bad and shame being with airtel

          1. There is no proper person to work on the issue.
          2. No proper response.
          3.No response from the appllete and Nodal officers too.
          4. Time taken to response the call and keep on putting hold .
          5. Irresponsible backend team and customer support.

            I went to airtel store in begum bazar to convert my tata docomo sim with my original aadhar card, but that staff is not processing my sim, they r telling give me your voter id, driving license... Wat is this a worst service i have never seen. They don't have common sence how to talk with customer. I don't want blady airtel network sim now. I'm disconnect my no from airtel. And i will suggest my friend also to disconnect airtel network...

              I'm in usa and using airtel number from last 4.5 years.in these years, they never activated or i requested them to activate international roaming service. I was paying my monthly charges of around 175 rs. 2 months back, without asking my permission, they activated stupid international service and sent a bill of around 8000 rs. When contacted through email/twitter, they kept saying one thing which is "your bill is valid as per usage". I asked, who gave you the permission to activate ir service? And i clearly explained them that, even though, they activated ir without my permission, i did not use it i. E. Calling or internet usage. Funny part is, as soon they said, ir is activated, i asked them to stop it. Next month, i again received a new bill for 6000 rs. They are looting the money from nri's as they are loosing market to others and this is the new way for making money.

                My airtel no. is [protected] I lost my airtel sim card when i went to store for issuing new sim card they are saying that my DOB is not match after asking which document of mine is submitted they are saying its voterID on my voter id its clearly mention my DOB which is mismatching from the detail now they are saying they cant issue me a new sim

My bank says amount debited and i have scan copy of the statement which is attached herewith. However airtel database says payment not received.

                    Mai airtel ka grahak hu mere mobile number ([protected]) pe full dnd service activate hone ke baad bhi airte company sa call ate hai already mai airtel customer care se complete karke 1, 2 mahine ho gaye hai
                    Roj naye naye naumber se call atehai 10, 12 number already block list me dal chuka hu fir bhi roj naye naye number se call ate hai.. Aur airtel mobile aap se bhi dnd ka
                    Funshion nikal diya hai.. Ye pareshanise please shutkara dijiye..

                      I have been using airtel from many years, of late i have been noticing -
                      1) their customer support has become horrible
                      2) their services have become even more bad.

                      The issue - the network is pathetic and data gets consumed with one video streaming. And there is no customer support to help.

                      When you try and dial the non existent customer care at 121, you can't expect any support. So to connect to customer support, you need to send the port message which makes airtel call you. Once connected, no matter what your issue is the support executive will say that i will note you complain and pass to technical team but there will be no timeline for the resolution. Once my network complaint got resolved after 7 months. That too officially, not much improved in terms of network.

                      Yesterday when customer care executive called she said that the issue of faulty data consumption is known issue and tech team is working on it. I asked if it is faulty please reset the limit on my account, she says can't do that. Also there is no timeline by when this issue will be fixed.

                      She further said that there is a separate recharge that you need to do if you want to connect to customer care (198)

                      Reading former complaints i do see that customer care executives have put them to resolved status without actually getting the issue fixed.

                      I wonder if there can be a penalty added for charging without actually providing the services and some mechanism to validate with the customer before they get to close the complaint here.

                        Iam a. Raghavendra using airtel network with mobile number [protected]. Today i. E., 30/08/19 i have done recharge to my prepaid number with 597/-r. Paln with 168 days validity wrongly actually i have 998 paln with 336 days validity. That was done on 25/03/2019 and ihave validity to this plan upto 20/02/2020. So please cancel my 597 plan which is done today and continue my old 998 plan and please recahrge 597 amount to mobile number [protected] i have done the recharge transaction through paytm so please consider my problem and give solution as soon as possible.                           Dear sir
                          I have my broadband id[protected]_dsl. This was registered on number [protected]. I have already requested my disconnection request a month ago and paid the due amount to the wifi retailer. Now my wifi isn't working and i am not using my wifi but still the due amount is increasing day by day. I have already sent the details of amount paid to the airtel recovery agent with screenshots and call recording of the wifi agent whom i paid the bill. I got a call from airtel and they said its our responsibility to collect the due amount. But no actions have been taken so far now.

                          I kindly request you to please disconnect my wifi as soon as possible and due amount should be zero.

                            I lost my airtel sim on 21/08/19. I went to the airtel express store for the duplicate sim. I gave my aadhar card but after 1 day i was informed that the aadhar was rejected and my sim was not activated. I went there again with my pan card, again my pan card was rejected for some reason and my sim was not activated. Today, i went there again and gave my driving license as an identity proof. Today, i was informed that my driving license was also rejected and my sim was not activated. Is this the kind of service that airtel provides? I am out of my hometown and i don't have any alternate no and airtel is harrassing their customer in this way. The airtel express store is 12 kms away from my home.

                            I have plan of 50gb for 30 days. But with airtel router I used hardly about 20gb a month due to very low speed like 120b, 240b, 512b, 720b and rarely it reached up to 8kb per second. Can't able to download movies or play online multiplayer games for a month. Some time it gives 0b per second but have a strong signal strength.

                              I have a prepaid connection of airtel having mobile no. [protected] but before some days no network signal received in this connection and when i contacted to airtel outlet at vishwas nagar shahdara, they replied your connection has de-activated and you will be required to get new sim for this number as post paid connection with plan of rs. 499/- pm whereas i have recharge for this number on 3rd july 2019 and validity of this number is for 336 days.

                              It is therefore, requested to please issue a new SIM on the above mentioned number as I have already recherged for 336 days.

                                Dear gentle,

                                I have ported my sim from vodafone to airtel recently which is successfully done but after mnp unable to connect with network in abroad (Saudi arabia). Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                I have sent email also to [protected]@airtel.com but frustrated with airtel representative who is telling to do the things which is not at all possible.

                                Your quick response will be highly appreciated as i'm unable to use my services as this number only linked with my all accounts.

                                  The recharge was done on icici app the bank members are saying that recharge was sucessful and money is transferred to airtel but the airtel members are not agreeing to refund my amount as it for not only my money was gone what will they do with wrong operator i want justice on this they should reflect back my ammout as per law there is no service given by them to me so they are not elgible to take my money my mobile number is [protected] transaction id [protected]

                                    I have registered my mobile number on dnd. Its post paid airtel number.

                                    I stay in down south but keep getting these flats, real estate, med smses from ncr region. Is there a data leak or is airtel selling numbers to these sms blast agencies for revenue.

                                    Needs to stop immediately. You just cannot send sms blasts to dnd registry

                                    How come realtors from ncr region have my phone number without my permission.

                                      I request for an airtel broadband connection on 23rd august 2019, within 1 hour an executive called me and said sir it is possible but you have to make payment and within 48 hours all will be done.

                                      I made a payment of rs 2828 the same day, after 15-20 i inquired airtel, the area executives, the one who collected my payment no one responded and somehow i got through and came to know that there are no free ports in my area and amount shall be refunded.

                                      Then i realized that i have been cheated. Why?
                                      1. Without checking feasibility, why was the payment collected from me?
                                      2. After the executives realized, no free port why they didn't inform me?
                                      3. I requested for refund immediately, the airtel advisory executives asked me for a proof of payment? #, why can't they check with executive who collected payment.
                                      4. I provided the proof, then they started asking for cancelled cheque and 100 other things, why?
                                      5. Then they said after 45 days we will provide a cheque, why can't this money be returned to original mode of payment.

                                      This is a shame on indian judiciary system that big names like bharti airtel is fooling customers like this, and making billions of rs for their family.

                                      I want my refund back asap and action be taken over the below executives:-

                                      My area airtel executive ranga swamy. - why didn't check feasibility before taking payement and no response for next 30 hours.

                                      As you can see, airtel is a fraud company which along with all the above frauds have been fooling people around for last so many years, please delist them so that they should not get jobs anywhere.

                                      These ### Advisory executives tried to fool me that this is a disconnection, for disconnection there has to be a connection first.

                                      1. I should take legal action of before checking feasibility why take payment of Rs. 2828
                                      2. For refund why a timeline of 45 days, that too in a form of CHEQUE.

                                      If the legal system would have been good, I would have put a Case over these executives, whoever is involved.

                                      As of now, AirtelIndia has agreed to process the refund in 3-4 working days, but I would like to know the reason why this happened? Why asked to PAY without FEASIBILITY check? Why initially the refund was supposed to be done in 45 days.

                                        I have recharged 448 prepaid plan. As per this plan 1.9gb data per day is provided but internet is not working only from past one week properly. The data usage is showing as 1.5 gb left for yesterday but am not able to download anything or browse anything. If this issue continues i guess i have to port to someother network. Please check and assist.
