I had ported my bsnl sim to airtel, but i lost my new airtel sim before the televerification.
Now i am helpless no network of bsnl sim, nd i am not able to take another sim with same number

    From airtel i have bought two postpaid sims in chennai circle with plan amount 199 and 299. After that i asked for family plan to take in it one bill so changed the number [protected] from 199 plan to 649 plan + tax family plan with one addon connection.

    But there is a technical issue as airtel not added the second number [protected] for primary number. So i'm getting generated two bills with higher amount and i'm unable to bear that. After 2months follow up airtel fixed the issue and addon number added to family plan. After adding into family plan, the data services in add-on number is not working. This complaint was registered on june 1st week and still it is not resolved and even though many follow up with escalation help desk no fix being made for the network issue. After that time got high bill amount 1648 for which i told about my issue and discount provided for 700 rs and remaining bill of rs. 948 has been paid by me. Now i got the new bill amount of rs. 1118 which is very higher with wrong billing of one time charges as enquired with airtel store they too confirmed that this is wrong billing but still when i contacted airtel customer care they not checking further as they informed the bill is correct you got one time charges. But again i have visited airtel store and they informed to pay 765 but still my services are in blocked status and customer care not providing any callback for superior. Why should i pay without using services.

      They are giving me 4g speed internet but im only getting 0.01mbps of speed Im on post paid connection and paying them rs. 750+ per month and they are cheating by not serving me proper internet speed
      I request please take strict action against Airtel and I want compensation.

        Hi,
        I have been getting bill with previous month dues every month from airtel. I have raised compalints last 2 months and i was told there is some technical error wgich is generating such bills and will be fixed. But to my amusement, they are not fixing this error at all. Its not because they cant fix it, but using such cheap error techniques they are looting the gullibale cutomer. Because some customers will not check. How come such a big vompany is not able to fix this error. Payment is not getting updated properly, since last 3 months? How can we belive them?
        Why there is no mechanism to npt correct this. Im sure they can correct it, but they are dealing with this secretly looting cutomers. I will be filing a case against them soon if this continues.

          My sim suddenly stopped working, I tried restarting and removing the sim,
          other airtel sims are getting network, please resolve this issue.
          I am also not able to contact you through mail as it is asking for registering, which requires OTP, which requires my sim to be activated, your customer care is really difficult to get a hold of.

            Sir,
            I have a prepaid connection of airtel having mobile no. [protected] but before some days no network signal received in this connection and when i contacted to airtel outlet at vishwas nagar shahdara, they replied your connection has de-activated and you will be required to get new sim for this number as post paid connection with plan of rs. 499/- pm whereas i have recharge for this number on 3rd july 2019 and validity of this number is for 336 days.
            Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Please product ritan in my money refunded
            A lot of network issue is here! On the name of network airtel gives me sign of corss.very poor response.after giving a few MB of data they they don't even give me a proper network.but there is one thing that they never forget to charge full money.

              I was suggested to take a family plan on my airtel that costed 1160 in which the lady in airtel shop told me that she will add my father’s number in the same plan. Now my father’s bill also came of 588rs and my bill is 1162. When i called they said that no number is added to my family plan. I feel cheated and i want to switch my number from airtel.

                Quick Summary of problem:
                I was a Docomo Postpaid user and opted to Port from Docomo Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid. Because in Docomo there was no option to convert from Postpaid to Prepaid.
                Airtel Prepaid worked for 3 days and then Airtel converted my connection to Postpaid and did not even intimate me.
                Finally, with Airtel Postpaid Bill, I got Docomo outstanding Bill of Rs. 5533 which was not communicated to me anytime and Docomo / Airtel have no idea for which service this is billed but as per them I should clear my dues!!!

                Details:
                Jul 10: Got DOCOMO Bill, total outstanding amount upto Jul 10 was Rs. 103, I already paid Rs. 150 on Jul 9th, which somehow was not reflecting in Bill, so I did not pay again for this Bill of Rs. 103. I have Bills and all Payment confirmations.
                Jul 13: Docomo SIM got deactivated because of Port request from Docomo to Airtel Prepaid
                Jul 14: Airtel Prepaid plan started, paid Rs. 495 for 84 days validity. I have SMS for same.
                Jul 15: Airtel Prepaid plan continued, I checked the details in Airtel App
                Jul 16: Airtel Prepaid plan continued, I checked the details in Airtel App
                Jul 17:
                My SIM Internet got stopped; When I checked Airtel app (using WiFi), it was showing as Airtel Postpaid. When I called
                Airtel customer care they told me that there was request for converting this number from prepaid to postpaid. Though, I tried to convince them (for 2-3 days in multiple calls and call backs) as I have not requested for Postpaid, they said they cannot find from where request has been received but It cannot be converted back to Prepaid at least for one month after a Billing cycle is completed. I need to pay Postpaid Bill for at least a month.
                I had no option but to wait. My mobile internet (postpaid) was also not working in this period. And internet from Prepaid plan was also stopped as I was no more a Prepaid user.

                Jul 18:
                I was travelling (by car) from Pune to Mumbai by road and when I needed Mobile internet most for using Google Maps, my internet was not working. Around evening, my internet started for Postpaid plan

                Somewhere in Jul, Docomo was aquired by Airtel. If I have known this earlier, I might not port from Docomo to Airtel.

                Aug 13:
                I received Bill from Airtel Postpaid for total amount Rs. 5828.91.
                When checking, there was TATA Docomo previous balance of Rs. 5533 for which no details are provided
                I visited Airtel Store in Kalyani Nagar for this extra Billing charge, they said they have no information as its from Docomo (but Docomo is now Airtel). And I should pay as this is from Docomo and it was not paid by me.
                If I need details of Rs. 5533, then I should visit any Docomo store for details information.
                I visited 2 Docomo stores in Pune but both stored / shops were closed. They told me (over phone) that Docomo is now acquired by Airtel and so they do not have any Docomo business now.
                I tried to connect Docomo Customer Care but those number do not work anymore.
                I tried to access Docomo web portals for support, but they are being redirected to Airtel web portal

                I contacted Airtel customer care on phone multiple times, but they say that I should pay Rs. 5533 as its from Docomo and it was not paid by me. As per them, they have no detailed information about Rs. 5533 and also still they do not know why my connection was converted from Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid.
                As per Airtel, my connection can be converted from Postpaid to Prepaid only after I pay this Total Bill.They cannot help in providing details of Rs. 5533.
                I got one working customer care email ([protected]@tatadocomo.com) of Docomo. I shared the complete experience to them. At least they replied. But reply was that as number is ported now, we do not have any details available and I have to pay Rs. 5533 outstanding bill.
                Below questions are not answered by anyone.
                1. How Docomo does not have records once number is Ported? They can tell Airtel that please charge Rs. 5533 for this number but they do not have details about why to charge this huge amount from a user having Rs. 299 plan?
                2. How can Docmo allow to port if Rs. 5533 is outstanding?
                3. Why Docomo has not send any email / communication to me that while Porting that Rs. 5533 was outstanding?
                4. If my Docomo Postpaid plan is for unlimited calls and unlimited internet (internet speed decreases after total cap, and bill amount does not increase), AND Billing amount upto Jul 10th in Rs. 103 THAN how for Jul 11th and Jul 12th, Billing becomes Rs. 5533?
                5. If Airtel is taking Port request and asking me to clear Bill of Docomo, why Airtel is not updating me early that still Rs. 5533 is pending?
                6. If Airtel has acquired Docomo, why it’s so difficult to get detailed break-up of Billing amount Rs. 5533?
                7. In my Bill, Credit Limit for my number is Rs. 1300 than how can my Bill shoots to Rs. 5533, and still, I have not intimated?
                8. If Airtel is converting a user from Airetl Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid, why not they call and confirm with user? Or at least intimate by SMS that, “ok, Welcome to Airtel Postpaid”? Why user has to find out “Oh! Somehow I’m a Postpaid user” Again!!

                  Up until 3 days ago my airtel no[protected] was working fine but today since my phone was discharged completely i restarted it and got an error message "sim card registration failed", i tried cleaning the golden area of sim card but nothing happened then i put the sim in another mobile but did not recieved any signal while another sim card in the device was working fine so in the end result i find that my sim card got deactivated kindly fix this problem alt. Contact no [protected]

                  Network disappeared suddenly since afternoon and I am not able to contact anyone nor can anyone contact me . Am a frequent user of Airtel but this has totally disappointed me as everything has stopped.

                    Airtel maharashtra and goa circle has deactivated my SIM without intimation from last five days no response from customer care and store, been using number from last 8 years been told won't get the number back, I'm incurring huge loss coz of the services provided by Airtel my recharge also got wasted asking me to activation charges, this is my active number made a recharge 2 weeks back, need help as company is not responding, not fault of my own I'm suffering coz of low grade service.

                      I m unable to recharge my jio mobile number using Airtel wallet/money in my Airtel money android application

                      Only Airtel prepaid mobile number can be recharged

                        My airtel pack of rs 999/- on my airtel number - [protected] which i took on the month of may 2019. Now, with due respect, i am informing you that the internet connection is very down from last 2 months. I have made several calls to your representative but no one answered my calls. As you know its an institute where all students come here to make their career and to study, so all the works are done online and for that i need a proper internet connection throughout the day. This is not a professional way to run a business. You need a proper customer service department. I always pay my dues within time and still i have to face such issues. It would be highly appreciated if you respond you my complaint as soon as possible. I expect a quick response as satisfying your customers should be your first priority.

                          From the last 6 months, i am using airtel pre-paid service.
                          But suddenly i am not able to call anyone, even if customer care also.
                          Every time i am calling to anyone, getting an automated message that"you are not allowed to call this number"

                          Tried to reach to customer care, but not able to.
                          And mailed the same thing to the customer service mail id, but no replay.

                                Under airtel secure got my phone fixed. Before the phone is fixed they told me i have to pay 10% of cost of repair cost, which i have on recording. Now they are asking me to pay 10% of estimate vale, which i was conplete unaware of. And they very conveniently have set my phone value at rs 40000 (Invoice says rs. 28000).
                                I am willing to pay 10% of repair cost as i was told. But they are keeping my phone against my will and asking me to pay 10% of estimate value.
                                I enrolled under airtel secure after watching their youtube video about airtel secure, which also says 10% of repair cost.
                                Problem 1. They are not returning my phone even after it is fixed.

                                  In my village there is no proper network available for voice call also. Need to go to somewhere in high place to have a network to make call. We get 2g signal in some place only. That too very rare. Please help us to resolve this issue. Since we have many house there who are facing same issue.

                                    post paid to pre paid conversion - a big torture and a pain to customers

                                    As a airtel customer for over 12 years, i have experienced many issues with airtel and now when i want to move out of the country and request to close my postpaid and move it to pre-paid connection there starts airtels game.

                                    I am asked to visit stores and in the stores the kind of negligence on you is a pure gamble by airtel to make sure customer doesn't go out of postpaid.

                                    I recharged my father's mobile with airtel app today[protected] for 349. The money got debited but the recharge failed. The money is not showing up on the airtel app either and my father keep getting messages to recharge his mobile. Today is the last day for recharge and they haven't refunded the money yet. I need the money to recharge it again...

                                      We have made a complaint at airtel office, coimbatore, tamil nadu for replacement of 15 sims which in problem.
                                      They are not agreeing to replace.
                                      Plz send some one to replace the existing sim.
                                      We are having nearly 90 connections from you for our group companies.
                                      If this problem continues or no co-operation at your end, we will change all our sims to other network.
                                      Plz act swiftly.

                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Since 3 4 days, i face a problem in internet connection. It fluctuates 3g to rg and 4g to 3g.sometimes even 4g internet don't work. No internet connection.even messages didn't sent.
