I have raised disconnection request 3 times.
The 3rd one was successful but, i have been charged even i haven't used any data.
The first request was canceled without any intimation saying i have agreed for 50 rupees discount.
The second one i have talked with the executive to disconnect he told ok and asked me to pay 199 as pro data charges i paid the same but still not disconnected and i have been changed for 100 rupees.br...

Hi, i have done recent last 2 recharges for 2 mobile numbers using airtel app via airtel bank payment during the offer period. As per offer had to receive 10 rs cashbacks, but not received. If cashbacks are not there, then why needed to mention like that. This is a new kind of business strategy from airtel or what. Please provide me with mentioned cashbacks....

I am not receiving any single network bar in my office.
Despite of multiple time complaint on airtel, almost every alternate talking to senior person on 121 still issue is same.

Airtel engineer has surveyed and confirmed that no network is coming till no resolution provided. 121 people not providing even concern team contact details.

We have more than 20 airtel post paid connection in my office....

The internet speed i am getting here at karakoram hostel iit delhi is barely 50 kbps. Oh my god! This is the condition of india's fastest 4g network.
I and many other hostelmates demand a quick installation of an airtel tower inside iit delhi near karakoram hostel asap.
Else we are switching to jio or vodafone in which people are getting internet speed close to 20 mbps [speedtest by ookla]...

I applied for new broadband connection on 18th july and documentation and payment was completed on 19th july morning. From last two days, airtel engineers are making us fool by telling that team is coming for installation of router. After follow-up, today evening they finally said they are returning money, 500 rs, back as connection can't be done.
Can anyone explain this. Who would do justice to our waiting time of two days.

I'm facing network issue for my airtel postpaid number at home. I've been raising complaints from the month if jan about this. Since my complaint was never resolved, i thought if porting the number. I've converted my postpaid [protected] to prepaid and have also inserted sim in sim 1 slot but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects. Iwas asked to do 1st recharge from shop. Complaining since 31 May that my postpaid number [protected] not receving 4g sevices in Jammu while on roaming despite availability of superfast network in the area. Dear concern,

I have been charged rs. 3999 plus gst for international roaming which was not activated by me. I haven't even used the services for a day when i was travelling and in fact had activated ir services with vodafone who has plans for a day as well.

If just for switching on the phone i have to pay this charge i have nothing to say.

I am really upset with ur mapusa airtel branch which offers only 2 plans each on postpaid n prepaid.. Which is 498 n 799.. My daughter had bought one sim paying 250 n she was told that post paid charges per month would be 498.. Tell me how rates can be fixed... N plus prepaid also they don't have of a lesser rate.. Dear airtel, i am very disappointed by the poor network you provide us... I can't even use my internet connections because there is no coverage at all... And i'm paying for data and if i am unable to use internet what is the use of it... Comparing to other network operators airtel has a very low ping and no coverage as well...
