Hi,

I have changed my job and moved to a new city pune, hence i want to stop my broadband services from gurgaon. So i called airtel customer care on last week of july to stop the services, then customer care called me four times for the reason, every time i said please deactivate it and dont generate my bill.

They told me that it will get done in 7 days. Now it is 26th august. It is still not done. I am so pissed for opting the broadband connection. My bill is also being generated despite i havent used broadband as i moved on 3rd aug to pune.

I have made multiple requests for deactivating broadband services, but they are still up and charging money from me every month.
Now when i am calling customer care, they are not transferring my call to the deactivation department.

I have send mail request as well. Kindly look into the matter.

    Even after making payment airtel customer care calling my old parents and harassing them. There executives are useless and just send auto replies without even reading the email properly.
    I paid 500 rs whereas my bill was 223. Now after 2 days again they are asking me to pay 415. And calling my parents since i live abroad. I stay abroad and have kept my number in safe custody and whenever i travel to india i activate it for local use. The same thing i did this time. And was been charged 223 which is fair and i paid 500 rs to cover my safe custody charges. Later when i requested to convert my number in safe custody they ask me to pay 415 again which includes 223 bill plus 150 safe custody charges and tax on it. Now i don’t understand where did my 500 payment went. When asked for bill break up airtel executive send the same standard auto replies hence reaching to consumer complaints for help.

      Hi Team,

      I had raised a query for no Data Network available at home in Virar Mhada Complex in April 2019.(Issue No:[protected]. After 4 months passed by still there is no resolution and still no data network.

      708 GB of data is pending on my number

      Still i have no resolution as will need to port out of Airtel.

        From last 6 months airtel is charging me rs.5 to my bill every month for an international sms to[protected] which i haven’t sent and i do not know this number nor i have sent any sms to that number! When i spoke to airtel customer care they says sms was sent from my mobile. I tweeted about this and after my tweet airtel customer care contacted me and said i won’t happen again in future and they gave rs 50 wave off in my next bill. But again i was charged for this month and this it’s rs 128 (For late fee, tax and sms charges) when again i spiked to customer care they says they can’t help me with this because last month i was given rs 50 wave off. I mean this is ridiculous from airtel give rs 50 wave off and charge rs 128 extra in next bill. It’s a pure harassment from airtel.

          Prepaid airtel recharge done through airtel app with net banking sbi. Amount 398 rupees deducted by account but currency not come to mobile. On august 15/2019. So called to airtel customer care number so from their representatives informed me amount will be refund to respect account with in seven days but till today 26/08/2019 not at all received the amount to my account. So please the do the needful as soon as possible

            Sir/madam Airtel network tower is far from my home and we have to face many problems all videos buffer for more than 10 minutes. Plz install a network Tower near me. Plz I will be very thankful to you. In my area not only me also many other face the same problem. We all always search how to Solve Airtel network problem but no one was of our use. Plz add a network tower near me. We have too much hope on you.

              Mobile post paid phone [protected] was ported from hyderabad to chennai on 14th july. Both the calls receiving and sending as well as internet connections are not working in the premises where i live and use the phone. Complaint was lodged with airtel customer care on 14th july and subsequently reminded number of times. Even after 40 days, the issue could not be sorted out. I understand that this requires erection of tower which is likely to take months. Airtel quotes trai rule indicating that it requires 4 to 6 months for porting to another service provider since it is post paid connection. Since i am incurring heavy loss due to the connectivity problems, i may be allowed to port this number to another service provider like bsnl and also refund the amount paid so far.

                Dear sir,

                I am shashank jain a subscriber of dth service provided by airtel.
                My id is [protected].
                I made a recharge of my digital tv and got my services resumed but after 2 hours my service was stopped again.
                I have contacted customer care for same and they assured me for resume of service telephonically.
                But despite passing of 10 hours services are not resumed and now they have stopped replying me also.
                I have made request for winding of connection and refund of my last recharge amount if you are not providing me service, for that they said they are activating my service within 10 minutes. But now no response from their side.
                Kindly look into matter sir as this is not for first they are treating me like this.

                  I got a postpaid connection of Airtel on 8-9-2017. Deposited a security of 1000/- which they said that is refundable. I got this connection deactivated almost a year back. since then I am chasing these guys for the refund but they are giving false promises. I have visited their store at Improvement trust road, Pathankot atleast 10 times but the keep on giving false commitments.

                    Hi - I forgot Mpin for airtel payments bank. That was created 4-5 years back when i was using a normal phone - probably i gave some random name. I'm unable to remember the details that i had provided at that time(like Name). When i tried to retrieve the mpin by calling your customer care, they are asking for these details - which i forgot and its impossible to get those details. Could you please help me to retrieve back the mpin. I'm ready to submit the proofs also if needed.

                      Dear support team,
                      This is reference to my mobile no. [protected] and airtel ref. No is 90771825.

                      My junly'19 month bill came 22000/- as i was in international trip and only for one day bill was 22k. I have called up airtel customer support on 23 june'19 only about the high bill as i got the msg from airtel. I have takem 1500 rs back in which i got 3 gb data free. As per airtel i have used 8.9 gb.
                      I know for the fact that i have not used more than my free data provided to me (3 gb) and moreover in 24 hours (Includes 7 hours sleeping time) its not possible to used 8.9 gb.
                      I hope you understand my concern as without any downloading no one can used 8.9 gb in a day.
                      As i discussed with airtel customer supervisor about the high billed value, i asked them to provide detailed uses of data with the website and time. I have not received the details till now.
                      I have informed them that without any detailed, i will not pay extra charges. However being a good customer i have paid my normal bill value of 600/- for july bill.

                          need outgoing call barring password

                          I am trying to make an outgoing call, it says that outgoing calls are barred.

                          When i checked the settings, outgoing calls are barred.

                          On trying to unlock the barring, i need the password.

                          The default password one-one-one-one or zero-zero-zero-zero or one - two - three-four do not work.

                          Please try to help me with the call barring password as this is really urgent....

                          I have 2 airtel numbers and consolidated into single billing.
                          First plan change itself is not successful and took calling, visiting manually the express centre and mails to customer care, just to get it changed which ran for 2+ weeks. Once the plan got changed, i still could not use the airtel thanks, its 2 months since then with multiple followups again on customer care calls, manual visits, mails including the ones to appellate. All are just worthless and big zero. They just open new tickets each time you call and close without even informing you and the cycle and your mental pain and agony continues in discussions with dumb responses from them
                          They have changed plan on both my numbers to the max of inifinity, did consolidation, reconsolidating, changed the primary to secondary and vice-versa. All combinations they tried using me as a guine pig for experimentation, but these dumb folks just don't know what and how it works, that their engineers have built. Shameless, worthless people.
                          One of the ticket that i have track of (Others just got deleted) - sr 90699180, others just lost in infinite number of communications with these half-heads

                          Issue is surely the dominant factor here, just think, for this torture I am having to pay too - infinity 499 plan for each of my number. Total time, mental peace and money waste with Airtel folks. Should be banned, given the unability to handle anything.

                            I wanted to deactivate my international roaming feature on airtel and asked them to do so. They asked me to do that on the mobile app. I tried to deactivate but the feature to do so was not available and i informed airtel on the same. Which they told me that they will look into it. I had to travel for 12 days abroad and tried my best not to use the phone. However they have billed me for 20 days ir roaming for rs 8700/-. The fact is that i never wanted to have ir pack. I made a detailed document that shows how the app does not have the deactivate feature and shared it to [protected]@in. Airtel.com and the nodal officer and they never considered my request. My concern is that i was unable to deactivate the service as the feature is not there on the app. I cannot keep my cell phone off as i am using mostly whatsapp to speak to my family members. My usage is basically a default and not because i wanted to use it. What you say i used is barely 1% of my 12 day stay overseas

                            I never wanted the service but your app does not have the feature to deactivate it hence the conern is raised. You are foolishly informing us to make the changes on the app but the feature is not there.

                            I want airtel to refund the 8700/- charged to my account

                                  I upendra joshi recharged in january 2019 with customer id : [protected] for the whole year which was going to get complete in january 2020 but recently when i came to know that half of my channels are not working i called the operator and they informed us that the tarrif charge has been increased and now it will get complete on november 2019. Kindly help me in this matter.

                                    Very sad to say that though airtel is one of the most fastest network in india but not able to provide network not even a single tower is there in cell phones. Since two days we are facing this issue from ashwath nagar, marathahalli, bangalore, 560037. We have many important call missing. Too worst feeling have many works to do but still not able to find any solution.
                                    It would be better if everything goes as it is i shall be much thankful to you.
                                    Try to solve this issue as soon possible major people as facing this problem.

                                      Am from telangana, karimnagar dist, gangadhara mondal, naryanapur village, airtel tower location is naryanapur village.

                                      Am irritating with this airtel signal and service. Am complainting about this issue from last month but problem is not resolved by airtel company.. Please resolve our problem as soon as possible, otherwise i will go to consumers court i have proofs about this issue n complaint.
