Airtel prepaid customer are charging toll free number, as it mentioned toll free.. It should be free.. Please look into this at the earliest. I am not sure but i feel all toll free number should be free and my contact number is [protected].

This toll free number are free before jio came in, airtel want to take all public money... Please esalate

    Interestingly there is no support from customer care & the assigned service engineers for simple request of a remote control to be replaced.
    The engineer do not understand or read the request. They simply closed the request without any resolution.
    Airtel cant even provide simple spares for quicker resolution where as the spares are not free...

    I have been annoyed by this irresponsive customer care and engineer support. Going round and round and creating new tickets.
    When i said i will now not pay for the remote and connect me to some authority they disconnected the call.

    I need compensation for these harassment and a better resolution for me to continue using the service.

      I am an airtel customer with authorised mobile number [protected]. My set up box is not working since yesterday. When asked ed the airtel engineer, the answer was to get complaint number from customer care and gve it to him for replacing the set box. But when i tried several times the customer care, there is no option for complaint to get complant number. They just gave balance and fooling after trying so many times.. Such irresponsible management are not acceptable from airtel giving inconvenience to lot of customers in spite of their prompt payment in time. There may be justification for blaming others in this regard. But i dare say it is the most inefficient mismanagement in the history of indian corporate. I have enough proofs even from own employees showing their helplessness. I am ready to reveal my details once help is guaranteed because even the customer care is not serious. It is very irritating to note that the so called customer care having some recorded voices which are not even clear with options seemed to be fooling. But the company cannot fool all people always and will result in consequence. Instead of reply by voice irrelevant responds were forwarded for each given authorized calls which is not at all acceptable. Strict action is expected as earliest in this regard.

        Recently my 12 years old airtel number outgoing service stopped. They claim the documents are incomplete saying i have not submitted aadhar document. Immediately after i have submitted and it's been 2 weeks now still the service is not resumed. The airtel store employees are not sure about the procedure and not willing to resolve my issue immediately. Simply saying irrelevant resons. Villupuram airtel store near kpm super market.. Kindly help me get the service back asap..

            My friend is using airtel service but since last two months the balance is deducting .so, we complain to airtel care they are saying you sending an SMS but we didn't send an SMS even while in conservation b/w customer care the balance is deducted they given some numbers for which mobile SMS are sent to enquiry that numbers they are saying No. Even through airtel well expert in this type of frauds I saw these type of frauds three people's are facing like automatic deductions for calls

              Respected sir i am really cheated by airtel kerala. I am not getting a 2g coverage also. I can't make a call also. Due to non availability of signals. Airtel still admitting excellent 2g3g4gcoverage. But i am not getting a one point coverage also
              Airtel really cheated me sir. I had requested several times to airtel kerala for solving the issue. But the cruel authorities make me fool every time. Really a big cheater. I don't know where i go for solving the issue. Airtel cheated cruelly sir. Please take necessary action sir. Thanking you sir

                They are telling us via ad that their network coverage is faster and even unbeatable. Im afraid they are failing to do so, even i complaint the same to customer care executive on twitter they are telling me to eject sim card and set network to automatic, and some said we are improving in your city. I don't think rohini is backward area in fact i'm facing the issue every corner of delhi. I can't even talk properly even if i'm at home, at work or somewhere outside. Mobile internet is even worse. I'm still suffering internet problem while uploading documents at consumercomplaints.in

                  I have an airtel sim which was purchased from up-west circle.
                  I am currently living in delhi-ncr cirlcle.
                  I am unable to recharge my number through airtel app
                  Paytm
                  Card
                  Retailer shop
                  My incoming services will be stopped after 5 days.
                  I have customer care thrice.
                  I have gone to the airtel service store.
                  Nobody has come up with a solution.
                  Kindly look into the matter.
                  I do not want to lose this number.

                  I alredy have done the 558 / rs airtel recharge but I am not able to see the airtel premium channels as previously I used to. It's showing the error ( please recharge the 199/ rs on this number then see these channels) please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                      I am facing call drop, call not connecting, no network like issues from last 1 year. Everytime i got the same response from the airtel customer service, "the network people is working on up-gradation of tower." for your information, i am using kolkata based number, however, most of the days i am staying in hyderabad, hitech city or other metros in india.
                      I opened a complain nov'18 and they closed that on may'19 without solving the issue. I am tried to calling those illiterate people every time. Moreover airtel is selling customer private number and other information to other organisations. I have true evidence for that. Cant we take any such legal step to close this kind of scam system. They are not providing service and charging money on monthly basis. By the way, i am a postpaid customer for last 10 years.

                        Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to one hour to one day and every month I wrote to the complaint to consumer forum.And also it's overruled in consumer rights with out any suspecius activities.
                        Company must rectify such a complaint with in 24 hours permanently.such a complaint failing rectify by the company trai
                        Can fine up to 10, 000INR for each complaint.

                          Dear all,

                          I want to warn all airtel users on their incorrect billing charges. I've had airtel services since march 2008 and have been in usa on an overseas project from may 2014 to current. All was well, until suddenly for the month of july, airtel billed me an excess of rs. 18000 in international roaming charges!
                          It was futile to speak to any so called "customer service representative" and several supervisors who parrot a standard preset reply, stating they are correct.
                          In my case, i used it only for incoming sms for otp for online banking transactions. Period. At all other times it was left unused and sometimes even powered off, so their claims on data usage are completely hollow.

                          So, it was ridiculous for them to charge for a month while i've been in the usa over 4 years with local usa land lines and mobile connections.

                          Beware, of airtel false billing and their metering system!

                          I'm done with airtel and disconnecting my airtel service with immediate effect.

                              I have bought airtel sim the day before yesterday (Third sim from my adhara card). While contact 59059 for tele-verification, it shows mobile network not registered. When i talked to mobile point, form where i got sim card, he gave very stupid reason that my adhara card already exceeded 5 sim card. I want to know why that sim is not being verified and resolve it asap.

                                Few days back my number kept showing No Service.
                                After I checked with customer care they told me sim needs to be changed. My number is in the name of my cousin sister who doesn’t live in the same city as I do and we are also not in the talking terms. I tried to talk with customer care but they couldn’t help me in any way even after I requested.
                                Helplessly I called my sister and she fought with me for no reason and refused to give her id. Now tell me what am I suppose to do?
                                This number is very important for me as I have it saved everywhere for my work as well my personal details. Customer service people are not helping me anywhere. I cant change the number also I have an yearly recharge in it. I am helpless please make an exception. My sister will not give her id card to me as she hates me for no reason.

                                I told airtel people to help me out I need to activate this number and I have no other option. Atleast they can make an exception in one case. It is so frustrating for me. I tried emailing them but email is not being accepted that it needs to be registered. I am very upset and frustrated and airtel people are not helping me at all. 😭

                                  Have requested for news 24 malayalam news channel and the response from airtel dth was in future they will consider. Its a free to air channe, l pls do the needful to make available of the said channel.

                                  There are lot of free to air news channel which are of no ise such as kairali news, raj news, jai hind news... Pls avoid any one of the same and add news 24 malayalam.

                                    I have been in touch with the airtel offices 4 times - i have also spoken to the supervisor a mr afzal on two separate occasions. I was told things would be rectified. Their technician has come on to my premises and installed a dish in such a way i have a wire hanging in front in front of my view from my balcony. The technicians who came into my penthouse area did not make contact with me to consult as to where would be the best place to install the various dishes - and for some reason lately there have been a large number of them installed lately - which is fine, except there is no reason for them to install them so carelessly. They have installed them all around my premises in full view of my vision. If they had asked me i could have shown them some other locations on the roof that would be a much tidier way to set up the dishes. Instead, they have installed a number of dishes in the most lazy and thoughtless manner. I don't have to allow for any installations if i want, but i am willing to be reasonable and allow the dishes to be installed - provided they are installed in a location that does not cause such ugliness on my premises. I can assure you that there is a lot of space where they can be installed to keep things a lot tidier - but no one asked me. After my various phone calls and promises of the matter being resolved within 24 hours nothing has happened as yet. It has now been around 3 weeks since my first call. I even got a call from a technician a couple of days back wanting my address to fix the problem but he never turned up! This is causing a whole lot of distress and i am very upset. Should i go to consumer courts and sue them for illegal trespass and damages?

                                      Our complaint was utilizing the networking and mobile facility provided by m/s airtel since over than 10 years. For the last 5-6 months the services provided by m/s airtel was very poor for which our company had suffered considerable loss besides inconvenience to our officials.
                                      Due to all these problems, our company took a decision in june 2019 to change the mobile service provider from the exiting m/s airtel to the new m/s jio.
                                      But we were shocked to learn that m/s airtel has for the 5th continuous time rejected our proposal on one and other pretext. From our company side, all the due procedures were followed an even the signatory had confirmed his signature by mail.
                                      In view of the above, we request you to look in a mater and issued structures against m/s airtel to approve our porting code and to compensate the loss suffered by our company.
                                      An early action in this regard is solicited.

                                        From 5 th august suddenly stop working in my mobile, showing error not registered on network. I am always roaming from ap to odisha and vice versa.
                                        Now, again on 12 august 19, from vishkhapatnam gajuwaka airtel office, issued new sim for same number by taking again my id proof (Adhar card).
                                        After 24 hrs also my sim not getting registered on airtel network.
                                        Kindly solve my matter immediately as i am losing a lot of information due to not working.
