It is stated that, am work Railway Department at New Delhi Railway Station-110002, My Airtel Mb. No.[protected], I have face problem of 4 G internet since 02 month, I have already lodge complaint in customer care but till date no action in this regard I also stated to you JIO mobile better work in every Railway Station. customer care no response till date and they said no problem. so this region the people convert number in JIO.
Sir, requested to take necessary action in this regard. I also informed to before two month better network of 4G in this area, at new Delhi railway station

      Dear sir, with reference to my service request[protected] for non working of my landline and broadband connection. Its been almost 4 weeks i am not able to receive or make any business calls and also my staff is not able to use the internet connection.
      We have been following the matter everyday with the customer care who keep on assuring us that the problem will be sorted out in 24 hours but til date we are not able to receive any business call as a result we are suffering due to loss of business. Request you to please register a formal complaint for deficiency in service on the part of airtel

        My airtel DTH no is [protected]

        I have recharged my Airtel DTH with 1 yr subscription and all the channels (Full HD and SD both) on 3rd Nov 2018 for Rs 5999.

        i.e my plan subscription is from 3rd nov 2018 to 3rd Nov2019

        But Now they have changed my plan without intimating and getting permission from me in month of Aug-2019.

        And moreover they are saying that now the validity of my subscription is up to 2nd oct 2019. And they have also stopped many of the channels.

        In this way they are giving me service for 11 months only and that too with limited channels.

        I called up there customer care many times but they have not responded to my query .

        This only thing i require is to give me subscription up to 2nd nov 2019 with full channels (Both HD and SD).

          Dear sir,
          I am using internet data card of airtel vide my mobile number[protected]. For the last one month i have been facing problem regarding speed and connectivity in internet. I have filed several complaents regarding my problem but despite of several assurance no remedial measures have been taken by the company. They have a standard format of reply which they appear to be sending to every customer in which they claim that they failed to contact the customer but the fact is that i receive several calls but only once they called me to tell that they are doing their best to resolve my problem. What i can do with their best if it is not adequate for me?
          Despite of paying for the services in advance, i have to go out in internet cafe to do important mailing. Have suffered in terms of time and money without any respite.
          Please intervene in the matter at earliest.

            Below are my concern which i would like to inform you that we have deposited total amount 14020/- but airtel store kanpur road, alambagh, lucknow, uttarpradesh team provided slip of only 9440/- on dated 24 may 2019, because they entered bill in the system some extra amount but without any information he reimbursed bill amount from the system against my bill when i visited there after one month and asked why much payment is pending against the bill they are clueless.. After asking questions they started arguing with me and behavior was very pathetic.. And still rs 4580/- not refunded by them. When i posted my query on twitter than i recieved a call from mr. Namar, he started questioning to me... Why you have left the store b4 taking slip of deposited amount... Why you have not call us at same time... Share evidence.. Etc.

                Sir,
                Myself Mr Amit Suvarna residing at Mumbai. I am the regular Dth Customer of Airtel where basically whenever i recharge i do it of annual. Sir i want to bring to your notice that i had been misguided by the call center of Airtel thrice. Sir i want to please give your 15 mints of your precious time for going through the letter.

                FY 18-19 I had done a recharge for 5500/- Annual HD Infinity Pack for 11 month and 12th Month given was free as an promotional offer. Last date was on 31st May 2019.
                Its a normal that whenever the expiry dates come near by there would be a reminder call from Airtel dth for the recharge. On 15th May 2019 evening around 2.45 pm there was a call from Airtel customer care to my registered mobile number [protected] giving me the promotional offer of annul pack HD for Rs 4100/- but the payment has to be done within 15 minutes of time as per her sayings. Looking to this offer i accepted and recharged for Rs 4100/- As a practice whenever the recharge done there should be a call given to customer care to activate the service which i did. But to my surprise when the activation call had been done the customer care told me that the amount i paid is only for SD subscription. Since i wanted HD pack i said that customer care had told me to refill for 4100/- Later i asked for refund of 4100/-. Since the expiry date was on 31st May 2019 i had taken the time to think of sifting from Airtel dth to some other operator. Now since i was loyal to Airtel DTH and was comfortable with the service i thought to go along with Airtel. I had called to Airtel offical on 18th May 2019 afternoon some lady had took the call ( Name not remembered ) guided me to take the Mega HD delhi annual pack for Rs 7600 / Approx. But there was some Balance in account so she told me to recharge for Rs 7488/- I said i will recharge of 7500 / - I remember that i had thrice confirmed with the lady about the recharge to be done of amount 7500 which she said Yes. After recharging for 7500 i gave a call for the activation. Around 6pm on 18th May 19 all HD channels had been activated. After 10 days on my TV screen account the data base reflected as the same information of FY 18-19 details of Infinity pack where it hasnt been changed. So again called up customer care to reconfirm as they told me that the HD annual pack is active and the TV database account details will be done automatically. Now i was watching the channel thinking that everything was fine. Yesterday ie on 17th Aug 2019 i received a call from Airtel customer care to subscribe for 1year HD mega pack where i said that its already active. The customer care lady said and insisted that it not active. With Doubt after an hr i again called up customer care to know the exact thing and again to my surprise instead of mega HD pack they had subscribed me of monthly Pack of 699 without giving me any information. Monthly for 699/- which is quite expensive for me. Now i have been told to pay some approx amount of 2099/- for the mega HD to be acitivated.

                Sir i want to bring to your notice that All the conversation done with the Airtel customer care are from 15th May 2018 till 18th May 2018 are recorded calls which can be verified. If its my mistake definitely i will bear but here i had been misguided by the airtel official by paying the amount of 7500/- annual.
                My Claim is that i should get the subscription for 1 Year MEGA HD pack since there was no mistake from my end. It means i should get to watch it till May 2020.

                This matter i had highlighted to the Nodal Office ( Mr Afzal) of Airtel Mumbai on 17th Aug as he narrated to revert me.

                Also i would like to bring to your notice that Customer Care Service of Airtel does not have proper information and misguides which leads to the cost to the customer. This i have faced every time when ever inquired about the annual recharge. Also lack of timeline for the complaint callback from Airtel. I was told that i will receive a call back in 17th Aug around 7 pm for the complaint made. Received Call on 18th Aug around 4.30 pm, told about the issue and the very next movement receives an SMS stating problem resolved. This is resolution of Airtel callback service without resolving the queries.

                Request to please look on to this matter and kindly help us on the same

                    I have raised as service request[protected] on 7th Aug 2019 that I was facing an issue with not availing services of the Internet (Broadband) and Landline and daily calling to customer care to get resolution and waited for these many days but they are saying it will be resolved soon but nothing is happening, still my Broadband and Landline of Airtel services are not working and nobody cares about. I want compensation for not resolving the issue for the loss of my work (I have taken this connection to complete my office work once reach home) but now I am facing the issue due to unavailability of the Internet and disconnection from the Airtel Service Provider.

                          My airtel number alloted to someone else
                          I have been using my mobile number for past more than 5 years. When i inserted the sim it showed roaming but I am not receiving any messages or OTP.This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put me at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and solve the issue

                            Recently airtel have changed their terms and condition, previously if your handset is damaged and if you claim for airtel secure insurance once the claim is approved you have to pay 10% of the repair cost i. E if the repair cost is ₹ 5000 you have to pay ₹ 500 as the excess charges, but as per recent change we have to pay 10% of the phone’s value (Value as per purchase invoice) i. E if the phone value is ₹ 65, 000 and repair cost is ₹ 6500 you have to pay ₹ 6500 as the excess charges.

                            In what sense it can be insurance as i am already paying insurance premium every month and pay almost half of the repair cost, instead, we can directly go to a service center and get it fixed at least it will be done in few hours.

                            Airtel secure started as a good feature but it is now doing fraud, they changed the terms and conditions into a very weird way where no insurance would think of.

                            This happened to me today when i told customer care executive that i didn't know the terms and condition change as when i read it a few months back terms was different and these kind of major change in terms and condition should have informed separately to its customers, when they release some offers they send 100’s for emails and sms, but not in these kinds of scenarios, as i am paying 4x of the excess charges than before, i told them that i need to cancel the claim process but they replied that it is not possible, even if they return, it will have more damage than before, finally i had to pay that complete money to get my phone back.

                            i checked with oneassist they told me insurance once the claim is approved you have to pay 5% of the insured amount. But Airtel secure take 10% of the sum assured.
                            Do not receive the channels as per your executive commitment at the time of registration. Also did not receive the promised shoes. Surprise.

                              In travelled to USA however, got roaming activated for 3599/- that is fine. However, customer customer says that roaming for 3999/- was not deactivated. See the message received for both activating and deactivating. Kindly reverse 3999/ roaming charges asap. Have spoken to customer service but no response. Have mailed since 12/8/2019 but no response.                                   Pathetic service... Even tata docomo was was better than airtel. I went to mira rd airtel store on saturday 17 aug to mira rd store opposite to reliance petrol pump to switch over my sim. Got the sim and old sim was deactivated so i put the new sim and was detecting on phone i tried no trouble shootings no go. Then two days my number was not working. Then today i went to same store the lady check the and said the sim is faulty but can't change because tools are not working any store. Then i went to other store at golden nest she told me her systems are working. I already inform her sim card is faulty. She does not believe me and wanted to experiment and at last she wad ready to accept that the sim is faulty but she also can't replace the sim because she don't have sim available in the store... Airtel does not have sim available in the store. After waisting my 2 hours of time i m no were. Than the lady told me to visit the last store again and ask her to replace the sim. Well let me tell u activate my old card i switch over other service provider.

                                  I have complaint to Airtel multiple time however they suggest that they shall not be able to help me as they cannot stop them.

                                  Iam using airtel more than a year. Iam having signal issue. I have raised complain to customer care but there is no solution. When I thought of changing network they have called me several times and told me the issue will be solved. But no use.

                                    I have wrongly made payment to airtel wifi account number [protected] instead of my account number [protected]. It is a matter of one digit and against the number, the name is not displayed as against by other providers while making the payment.

                                    This number says it is invalid. It has therefore not gone to any other account. I have made several complaints to airtel but there is no response from their side. It has happened due to typo error and can be easily reversed by airtel bank as that number is invalid.

                                    Airtel dth have provided an app although it is claimed that you can select your own channels. But the app do not support this. Customer is forced to select bundle provided by them. Even make your own bundle is not proper on 998. I tried twice, in one instance payment was done (offcours not yet refunded). Final transaction was not successful.
                                    My account has been block due to incorrect pin I forgot my no [protected] an am from Ghana .when I registered my account and wanted to do a transaction I typed the pin but it was an incorrect pin and my account was blocked for like a year please help me

                                        Day by day i am frustrated with your service i really fed with your customer care representative simply postponement of commitment is their duty.
                                        I have registered complaint on 13th aug 2019 and got a mail that problem will be resolved within 4 working days.
                                        Again i called on 16th they told me problem will be solved before 18th aug 2019
                                        Today on 19th i called they are telling we working on that.
                                        Very very poor service and response
