Made an accidental recharge of rs 3998 on airtel number [protected]. I was trying to recharge only rs 399. Paytm transaction id is [protected] dated 22 august 2019. Please reverse the recharge amount as no international roaming, etc, have been done.
Please email me back about your action. I am earning 20k per month, how can i afford losing 3999 in one click. Please resolve my issue and transfer the same to paytm account

    connectivity issues on my Airtel number [protected]. I can call only from Airtel to Airtel number .To others number there is no calling .I am tired ( Mera phone kaa outgoing band hai or phone kaa Paisa according to your plans 349 + GST chalu hai

    19/08/2019 I have visited to Airtel gallery Malad for final bill because I am tired call 121 & mailing to Airtel customer care .I think Airtel is wasting time and days by giving excuses.
    For calling to others number now I am using jio sim. If you can't solve my problem let me know

      I am an airtel mobile subscriber of three months unlimited data pack of 2.3 gb/day. My whatsapp setting completely blocks automatic downloads, hence consumption of 800 mb by simply reading messages and sending three screenshots to my business partners is highly doubtful. I just realised once i used my airtel app to see my data balance which reads 1.5 gb/2.3gb in the evening, just as i was about to share my hotspot to my android tv. Kindly solve the matter.

        My mobile no. is [protected] I have paid my August billNo. by dropping my cheque No.943519 dtd070819 drawn on State Bank Of India Jwala Heri Delhi in drop box situated at your office in B1 block Paschim Vihar but I regret to note that cheque has not been debited to my account till date. Also I have not received any communication from your office about any discrepency in the cheque please advise me about the current status of my payment.

          Airtel is doing bankrupt while recharging for newly migrated numbers from Docomo Network. Initially they were processing refund for the amount for which they weren't able to process mobile recharge.

          But afterwards they found a way to bankrupt and loot people's money. They clearly start not processing any refund and continually doing the bankruption for the smaller amount, combinely odds of 1000 rupees atmost.

          Somehow I had reached customer care by dialling 198 and somewhere by pressing 9 where there weren't option for 9. That allows people to reach Customer Care of telecom providers. Those 9 - Nine's, start doing bankruption saying to do initial recharge of Rs.199, because that's initial activation way of recharge amount.

          To clearly state Bharthi Telecom Ltd., is shown their In capability in terms of always as is. And they are incapable to handle hefty of number. For example if you don't use your number, they will use to give it to others where you can recognize them by seeing your own number with other profile photo in Whatsapp. It could be your mAdhaar number.

          That's as is Bharthi Telecom Ltd., and their Government Bonding. So you can understand. They just Bakruption. Snatch your number from you and give it to Brokers first (sort of), and after that anything.

          They even have binding with all sort of Brokers in Market. Particularly Black Market.

          Now I thinking that no way I can get my Docomo Number back. So probably that I lost my mAdhaar Number. So who answer here so.

            I ported my number from jio to airtel on 12th of august 2019. I received a message from airtel on 20th august 2019 that your number is ready for activation and to activate the number call 59059 for tele verification after inserting the new sim. My phone is showing the network but when i am calling 59059 i get a message that this number is not registered on network. I am not able to use my number after porting kindly activate my number.

              I had purchased (Before the year 2000) a sim card bearing mobile no. [protected], at that time company had assured that the sim is valid for the lifetime. At the time of purchase, i had paid rs. 1999/- for lifetime use. Nowadays the company defers from its promise and send unlimited massages for recharge and company had stopped incoming sms, whats ups and voice calls.
              This way the company had cheated me and many others also.
              The company should start its services immediately without interruption.

              The SIM was purchased before year 2000, the validity of the SIm was for lifetime. Hence the queution does not arise for any recharge for validity, if I use the SIM for out going phone then I should recharge for outgoing calls. The company should not stop the incoming calls, SMS and other utilities.
              The company had cheated me.
              Company should compensate me by providing uninterrupted services as its promise.

                    Hello,

                    I have issued a new sim (As my old sim was lost due to phone stealing) on 17th aug, 2019 at around 1 pm. Post the suggested time of 6 hours, the sim wasn't reactivated. I again went to the same store on 18th august 2019. The store operators couldn't detect the fault and suggested me to go through the issuing procedure once again and wait for 6 more hours. On 18th, the time was around 6pm. Again, the sim wasn't activated. From 19th august, i have been continuously trying to connect on 121 and file a complaint at 198.. But no successful response has been received. Rather, the customer executives are being rude and talking things that make no sense at all. A few are asking me to wait for 1 hour more (Which i have done at-least 3 times already) but no result again. 121 is asking me to visit the store again, the store is not able to detect the fault and is asking me to call at 121.

                    It's been 4 days already, the loss at the workplace is immense. I have also mailed at 121 email id (They are again asking me to call at 121). The complaint number that i have been provided with, is incorrect, to connect on nodal office number.

                    I have tried all that i could but am not able to retrieve my number.

                    From a company like airtel, this was not expected at all.

                    It would be a great thing if this matter is looked in immediately.

                      I have some money in my airtel payments bank.
                      I want to pay with that money but every time i try to pay with airtel money or airtel onlins debit card transaction is declined and message appear as getaway error at bank or wallet.

                      I can only recharge (Which i don't want) with this money and no other use.

                      In other words my money has stuck on my airtel payments bank. It is attached to my mobile no. [protected]

                      I want resolution no other than transfer of whole airtel money balance (I. E. 449 inr) to my pay wallet account [protected]

                      Give me my money back... I want nothing else!!! Not at all!!

                        We are running a small business since 6 years and recently we relocated and there was weak airtel signal. The porting request not make it and airtel treating customers like slave.
                        I made a porting request on 17/5/19 due to moving office and and weak signal in new place.
                        Since then, i repeatedly sent them asked payment confirmation more than 30 times and visited their office 6 times.
                        Airtel keep answering that they haven't updated in their system.
                        One or the other way airtel is repeatedly asking the same document still
                        The efforts we took :
                        1 dedicated employee
                        Management time
                        Employee's time
                        Stress
                        We have lost around 70% of our business due to poor connection problem
                        We are in the edge of closing down due to the
                        Misbehaviour of airtel for a simple porting request.

                        We need justice and financial compensation for our loss, please help us.
                        We are looking for a help this porting request.

                                My airtel DTH no is [protected]

                                I have recharged my Airtel DTH with 1 yr subscription and all the channels (Full HD and SD both) on 3rd Nov 2018 for Rs 5999.

                                i.e my plan subscription is from 3rd nov 2018 to 3rd Nov2019

                                But Now they have changed my plan without intimating and getting permission from me in month of Aug-2019.

                                And moreover they are saying that now the validity of my subscription is up to 2nd oct 2019. And they have also stopped many of the channels.

                                In this way they are giving me service for 11 months only and that too with limited channels.

                                I called up there customer care many times but they have not responded to my query .

                                This only thing i require is to give me subscription up to 2nd nov 2019 with full channels (Both HD and SD).

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am using internet data card of airtel vide my mobile number[protected]. For the last one month i have been facing problem regarding speed and connectivity in internet. I have filed several complaents regarding my problem but despite of several assurance no remedial measures have been taken by the company. They have a standard format of reply which they appear to be sending to every customer in which they claim that they failed to contact the customer but the fact is that i receive several calls but only once they called me to tell that they are doing their best to resolve my problem. What i can do with their best if it is not adequate for me?
                                  Despite of paying for the services in advance, i have to go out in internet cafe to do important mailing. Have suffered in terms of time and money without any respite.
                                  Please intervene in the matter at earliest.

                                    Below are my concern which i would like to inform you that we have deposited total amount 14020/- but airtel store kanpur road, alambagh, lucknow, uttarpradesh team provided slip of only 9440/- on dated 24 may 2019, because they entered bill in the system some extra amount but without any information he reimbursed bill amount from the system against my bill when i visited there after one month and asked why much payment is pending against the bill they are clueless.. After asking questions they started arguing with me and behavior was very pathetic.. And still rs 4580/- not refunded by them. When i posted my query on twitter than i recieved a call from mr. Namar, he started questioning to me... Why you have left the store b4 taking slip of deposited amount... Why you have not call us at same time... Share evidence.. Etc.

                                        Sir,
                                        Myself Mr Amit Suvarna residing at Mumbai. I am the regular Dth Customer of Airtel where basically whenever i recharge i do it of annual. Sir i want to bring to your notice that i had been misguided by the call center of Airtel thrice. Sir i want to please give your 15 mints of your precious time for going through the letter.

                                        FY 18-19 I had done a recharge for 5500/- Annual HD Infinity Pack for 11 month and 12th Month given was free as an promotional offer. Last date was on 31st May 2019.
                                        Its a normal that whenever the expiry dates come near by there would be a reminder call from Airtel dth for the recharge. On 15th May 2019 evening around 2.45 pm there was a call from Airtel customer care to my registered mobile number [protected] giving me the promotional offer of annul pack HD for Rs 4100/- but the payment has to be done within 15 minutes of time as per her sayings. Looking to this offer i accepted and recharged for Rs 4100/- As a practice whenever the recharge done there should be a call given to customer care to activate the service which i did. But to my surprise when the activation call had been done the customer care told me that the amount i paid is only for SD subscription. Since i wanted HD pack i said that customer care had told me to refill for 4100/- Later i asked for refund of 4100/-. Since the expiry date was on 31st May 2019 i had taken the time to think of sifting from Airtel dth to some other operator. Now since i was loyal to Airtel DTH and was comfortable with the service i thought to go along with Airtel. I had called to Airtel offical on 18th May 2019 afternoon some lady had took the call ( Name not remembered ) guided me to take the Mega HD delhi annual pack for Rs 7600 / Approx. But there was some Balance in account so she told me to recharge for Rs 7488/- I said i will recharge of 7500 / - I remember that i had thrice confirmed with the lady about the recharge to be done of amount 7500 which she said Yes. After recharging for 7500 i gave a call for the activation. Around 6pm on 18th May 19 all HD channels had been activated. After 10 days on my TV screen account the data base reflected as the same information of FY 18-19 details of Infinity pack where it hasnt been changed. So again called up customer care to reconfirm as they told me that the HD annual pack is active and the TV database account details will be done automatically. Now i was watching the channel thinking that everything was fine. Yesterday ie on 17th Aug 2019 i received a call from Airtel customer care to subscribe for 1year HD mega pack where i said that its already active. The customer care lady said and insisted that it not active. With Doubt after an hr i again called up customer care to know the exact thing and again to my surprise instead of mega HD pack they had subscribed me of monthly Pack of 699 without giving me any information. Monthly for 699/- which is quite expensive for me. Now i have been told to pay some approx amount of 2099/- for the mega HD to be acitivated.

                                        Sir i want to bring to your notice that All the conversation done with the Airtel customer care are from 15th May 2018 till 18th May 2018 are recorded calls which can be verified. If its my mistake definitely i will bear but here i had been misguided by the airtel official by paying the amount of 7500/- annual.
                                        My Claim is that i should get the subscription for 1 Year MEGA HD pack since there was no mistake from my end. It means i should get to watch it till May 2020.

                                        This matter i had highlighted to the Nodal Office ( Mr Afzal) of Airtel Mumbai on 17th Aug as he narrated to revert me.

                                        Also i would like to bring to your notice that Customer Care Service of Airtel does not have proper information and misguides which leads to the cost to the customer. This i have faced every time when ever inquired about the annual recharge. Also lack of timeline for the complaint callback from Airtel. I was told that i will receive a call back in 17th Aug around 7 pm for the complaint made. Received Call on 18th Aug around 4.30 pm, told about the issue and the very next movement receives an SMS stating problem resolved. This is resolution of Airtel callback service without resolving the queries.

                                        Request to please look on to this matter and kindly help us on the same
